Booked bus ticket through Redbus.in via PNR K6419845 dated 12 Oct 18 from Thrissur to Banglore.
The trip was cancelled by the operator. But even after completing almost 1 month, amount is not refunded.
I have contacted redbus customer care for refund. Their reply was that the complaint is escalated to the concerned department.
Now i have received email stating that the complaint is resolved. But unfortunately i didnt receive my money back. Their reply is not enough clear to understand the solution.

    Hi, please take a steps to resolve my issue. One month crosed still i didnt receive my money. I booked a ticket on oct14th, from paramakudi to chennai. Because of network problem, money would deducted twice a time. I contact redbus team more than 2weeks still no one respond. Please find the below details and help to resolve my query.       I booked a travel bus from kanpur to delhi on 11 nov 2018 by red bus app (Safar express tour and travels). Before one week agent call me n said bus has been cancelled by bus owner so u can’t travel on that particular bus.. Refund will be back with in a week. On red bus app trip details was showing in cancelled list upto 11th nov 2018 and from 12th nov onward it’s showing in completed trip. I face lots of inconvenience due to this cancellation. No one inform me n call me agn all these things. I wanna back my refund asap.

        I have booked a round trip using redbus from bangalore - wayanad on oct.

        Both ticket are booked on sam travels. On the day of travel redbus/sam travel cancelled the ticket due to technical issues. This situation spoiled my vacation and i was forced to cancel my return ticket. Now redbus has deducted 800 rupees as cancellation charges. I need my money back. Redbus actually spoiled my vacation and they stolen money from me too.

          We have booked 49 seater vehicle for distance of 800 kms oneway. The bus was arrived 5 hours late for pickup result in delay of marriage ceremony. The bus was not in good condition. No head light, water leakage, breakdown sevral times. H ave spoke to red bus representative and there was straight refusal saying no bus available. While returning, the bus was got breakdown again in mid of forest. We have booked another vehicle and reached our place. There were child and women too in the bus and there was no care from redbus and traveller. The complete experience with red bus was nightmare. Red bus is suppose to refund my expenses i. E. 30, 000 inr but still they are making excuses for the bad service.

            I booked my ticket and i got this msg

            Dear pax, ur journey for pune to kolhapur on[protected]:25 pm, bus no.: mh04g4243 is late by 1 hour and 30 minute. It will departure on 11:55 pm instead of 10:25 pm. Sorry for inconvenience. Thanks, www.neetabus.in

            After that i reached my boarding point at 11 pm and wait till 1 am but bus not coming or no any intimation throw red bus.. U am trying to call with customer service that told we don't have any update 'll call you after 15 minutes but no one call again and i don't have any update and i am unable to arrange other course at that time..

              Today it's happened for the 2nd time that redbus deducted balance from my bank account but did not gave me ticket. It always says sorry we can not issue you a ticket. That ticket was urgent to me and redbus did it again. I am just requesting it should not happen again and again and if there is any problem with account redbus should text me about it.

              I booked a ticket in red bus on 22/10/2018 . The bus was cancelled and I got a message mentioning that the journey got cancelled when I am coming back from native. I requested for my cash refund of Rs 1230/- .and it is not yet refunded, the customer care executive told me that it will get refunded with in 2 days

                    I booked seat for mumbai to nanded on 21.10.2018 on redbus app. Accordingly i made payment of rs. 2, 253/- but 5 minutes after booking ticket, i received message from redbus that "your booking is failed". Then immediately i put request for refund. On 24.10.2018 redbus put the said amount in my redbus wallet, on same day i requested to redbus to refund my amount in my bank account, accordingly i provide my bank details to them and asked them in how many days will it take to refund the amount in my bank account on which redbus replied that the amount will be credited in your bank account in 7 bank working days, since then (24.10.2018) i am calling redbus to refund my amount but they deliberately avoiding refund of my amount. Now it is 12 th day but till date my amount is not credited. Today, i called redbus team but their reply is as usual, they replied that your amount will be credited in your bank account within 7 bank working days. What should i do????

                      Redbus website showed me booking available by humsfar travels for 8th november and debited my account for rs. 965/- did not send booking confirmation for almost an hour and when called on their contact t number at coimbatore was informed that booking is not for 8th but for 9th november. This was a fraud as i clearly remember booking for 8th for my friend sunil pande i also contacted humsafar travels but no help was extended by them as they appear to be hand in glove with redbus. The team leader n balakrishnan was absolutely not helpful and was constantly harping in cancellation charges. The amount is not much but disregard for an veteran and not correcting their mistake was not acceptable, also i did not want the people to cheat any more customers on similar lines.

                      I told them i am an army veteran and was booking for my close friend who wants to be in aurangabad at any cost on other morning but the back end office was more concerned of their cancellation charges of rs. 190/- and they did not send me my booking confirmation for even 9th but a message of cancellation with charges which clearly shows fraud at redbus end. I wanted to report this fraud but there are no means i even sent an invite on linked in to their ceo but to no avail.

                      I will be filing a consumer complaint against all involved that is red bus humsafar travels and goibibo for not helping my friend to reach aurangabad in time for his urgent work, one hour telephone std call to coimbatore and unnecessary cancellation charges applied and mental agony.

                      Please be careful when you book online with these parties.

                          I have called your support team almost 20times

                          And submitted my bank statement also
                          But it's no use

                          It's almost 20 days. I didn't get money back

                          Every time i'm calling your support team, there are telling to wait for 24 hrs. But there are not resolving my issue

                          This is like a harrassment to me.

                          How many times should i have to complain about this.

                            Dear team,

                            I travelled 3rd nov 2018 with shymoli yatri paribhan kolkata to siliguri, ticket no tmbx37846278, pnr: c3cv5s3n.
                            As per ticket boarding point: kolkata airport
                            Landmark: super travels counter (Near sbi atm) time 8.40 pm.

                            We are standing (Me, my wife and 4 yrs son) in front of boarding point, bus is cross in front my eyes but not stopped in boarding point, then i complaint to agent, agent replies it is not your bus. Then i hyper and said bus no is same then why u tell it is not your bus. Agent don't know bus no also. I called to another no which was showing in my eticket he is telling what can i do if bus is not stopped in boarding point. After some time i got bus driver or contractor no, i called up to that no and said please stop the bus i am coming, he said ok no problem. After that i said to agent please arrange one cab for reached the bus, he said it is not our look out.
                            He said also you are not taking ticket from my side.

                            Now my question is who is look this matter.
                            If bus is crossed boarding point then who is responsible for pickup the bus, how i run with luggage and son up to 4 or 5 km.

                            I want please give me clarifications asap.

                              I booked an ac bus from pune to ankleshwar for travel on 3rd november. The bus came late and mattress were not there and ac was not working. The seats were all dirty and when reported to the bus conductor he said we just cleaned it but dust was all over the seats. Charging points were not working and we were told that it will not work. The whole journey was suffocating and when i tried contacting deep travels authority their contact details were switched off. I tried contacting the red bus and reported the issue on the same day but they did nothing on the name of resolution but offer me 180 rupees as a refund. How can 180 and 1800 be equal? The details of the bus is as follows.

                                I booked two ticket through redbus application date 3/11/2018 from chandigarh (Trbune chowk) to bhadra (Rajasthan), my ticket no is tmbx77337830 seat number 3, 4 pnr no_[protected], but vijay travles strongly disagree to suggest route and say to drop hisar 65 km away from my destination station. Please look the matter if not taken your side a legally action taken by me

                                  This is regarding my journey from pune to bhopal in sky bus service on 2nd november pnr[protected]
                                  Red bus site did not verify the operators for thr basic purpose they do. Let me make it clear to you with the following points:
                                  1. The bus conductor and driver were not aware of the route and it is a long route i don’t believe we need google maps to guide a driver for the route as he is unaware and also took a detour.

                                  2. The bus started at 5 pm from pune was supposed to reach at 7:40 pm to bhopal which actually reached at 5:30 in the evening. Do you really think it was great spending 24 hours in the bus whose ac was not working because either you can reach in 24 hours or it will be 28 because bus cannot take load ac doesn’t work.

                                  3. Do you think it is acceptable that there was no breakdown of bus no such traffic and we were 9-10 hours late what does that mean you didn’t verify the operators before listing them.

                                  4. I booked ticket for 3150/- and got a refund of 315/- do you really think that i am doing this for money so you will give me this chillar i want the operators to understand that it makes a normal man suffer by not doing your job properly sending those people on the bus who don’t know the route. I want full refund for my satisfaction so that the operator knows how it feels to suffer.

                                  5. I missed my train in which i was having a reserved seat and had to travel in general with my luggage. Being a girl i know how it feels to travel in general so that inconvenience is different.

                                  6. If you cannot refund me the full amount let me know your account number i will transfer 315/- to you so you could improve your service.

                                    I was booked the tickets on 04.11.18 in thangam travels through red bus for going to my home town(madurai) from coimbatore . I was waiting for the bus. At that time they called me and told like they don't have the service and he told the bus was in workshop so we cannot continue your travel and he told like he promise to send me the refund amount with in 5. 11.18 afn. But he delayed my refund amount and he telling like he will transfer the amount on 7.11.18. I am not sure he will transfer the amount or not. Please take a necessary steps to address this issue.                                       I booked a ticket from etawah to delhi from redbud for rs 883. But the transaction was failed and i didn't get the ticket. I didn't get my cash back from redbus even after 15 days. I tried to contact redbus by calling the customer care but it didn't connect with the reciever. I lost my money and didn't get the ticket. I is so disappointing from redbus. I want my refund instantly.

                                        We booked sky bus a/c seater bus from pune to indore for 3 nov, 6:45 departure time.
                                        I reached at stop before time & called at provided numbers almost 20 times, no response.

                                        Later by asking with nearby travel office of other transport, got info that the bus standing with name "neelkaml minglani" is the your bus.
                                        We were cheated, on redbus portal we booked sky bus, but got different bus.
                                        2. Bus has no space to put luggage & every one was asked to keep luggage on aisle. When we boarded, aisle was already full & we didn't find space to put our luggage.
                                        3. We noticed lot of people didn't get the bearth they booked. Seat numbering was was wrong. One of the passenger booked sleeper seat by paying 2800, & she got seater seat.
                                        4. Bus has no charging sockets, lots of seates were broken & were tied with pillars.

                                        Is this how customers are cheated, looted & explioted on festivals?
