I booked a ticket from delhi to kanpur and the cancelled the ticket on 2nd november, 2018 and today is 20th november, 2018 and still, i did not receive the amount back and there is no proper mechanism to get clear status of refund process.

      Dear team,

      This is a hard complaint against your service that this is the my life time worst service by you. Your provided bus is very high tickets and service is very worst just like road side khatara bus.
      They are not given us any water and in mid night they suddenly woke me and shifted my seat to another one.

      This is my life time worst service please don't do again this.

      I do the booking 10 days ago and I cancelled the ticket. They said after 5 or 6 days your money will refund. But money will not refunded...

        Hi,

        I am making this complaint here as i cannot even find the right number to call redbus as their customer care numbers are not working.

        I was trying to book a bus from bangalore to chennai on Nov 12 Monday night. I was booking the asian express bus and used amazon wallet to make the payment. the wallet got debited but the ticket was not booked. i called customer care and they mentioned there was a technical issue and refund would be processed in 2-3 days. it has been one week and no refund has been processed. No customer care number is working as mentioned in app or site[protected], [protected]. It is a challenge even to reach customer care to make any complaint.

        Can you please attend to this ASAP?

Date of journey was on before last week friday i cancelled the ticket on next day. till now i didn't get refund amount. very poor service is providing...worst service they don't know the satisfaction of customer.. they are playing with customers. till now i didn't get my refund money..

          my dear consumercomplaints. really working gud for us.great job.. great application.. i just wanna suggest you that..SEE for 9th of november i have booked ticket. i cancelled on that. they simply said u will get refund money by 2 to 3 working days. now the date is 21/11/2018. till now problem not yet resolved.. poor customer service by RED BUS..poor quality.. bad experience to me.worst service..

            I stood in my position of bus pickup 30 minutes before time. The bus driver calls after 2 mins of my call to him, shouts foul and says that the bus has left. I was with luggage, and my health was down, so I preferred canceling the bus. Please provide me my genuine refund. Because of that, I almost missed my Interview. This type of behaviour is way too unprofessional and user friendly. Plus I was completely new to that locale. I urgently need back my refund. Thanks for seeing to it.

              Hi we have booked the bus from jamakhandi to bangalore on 12th november date. Total amount was 1500 and after discount the amount is like 1350. Payment was successful but couldn't book the ticket and also we dint received the refund amount yet. We contacted the redbus people also but dint get any reply yet.                   Hello.. I booked a ticket with redbus for hans travels for journey from indore to pune on 13 nov 2018. Bus was a non ac bus with 1500 inr as charges which was very high, but had washroom facility available. Being a girl it was o[censored]tmost importance for me. Before booking the ticket, i called hans travels office and enquired that the washroom is available as mentioned on redbus site or not. They said yes it's available. I even have the call recording. After boarding the bus, when i wanted to use the washroom at around 1 in the night, conductor said it's not working. I paid around 500 more for this washroom facility otherwise i had other better options for less ticket rates. I complaint regarding the same to redbus. But they just apologized. What about the trouble that i went through while peeing in the jungle. Hygiene is not a matter of concern even when pm modiji is trying his best to make swachta abhiyaan successful. I want my money back and strict action to be taken against bus travels for making hygiene a joke.

                    My bus ticket number tmbx56785607 bangalore to coimbatore 11/11/18 bus operator left before the boarding time from marathalli. When i called and asked where the bus is i was told to board from bellandur. On my way, i called again to check and was told the bus will not have any boarding at bellandur. I missed my journey due to the bus operator. Raised complain to redbus but they are just apologizing and saying feedback will be communicated to the bus operator, refusing to refund my money.
                    Redbus complaint id 5976268. The complaint id gets repeatedly closed with bogus responses from their typical scripts even though i clearly state i want a refund.

I had booked tickets from Bangalore to Pondicherry on 16th Nov'18 and return ticket on 18th Nov.However due to Cyclone in Tamil Nadu, I wanted to reschedule my tickets as it was clearly mentioned in my ticted that I could reschedule the tickets before 1.59PM on 16th Nov for Bangalore to Pondicherry trip and reschedule Pondicherry to Bangalore trip before 17th Nov 10.45 pm.                           मैं दिनांक 05.11.2018 को दिल्ली से badaun उत्तर प्रदेश को दो शीट बुक की थी परन्तु जब मैं आनंदविहार पहुंचा तो वंहा कोई भी बस नही थी और ना ही कोई हेल्प करने वाला था मुझे इंतज़ार करने को कहा गया जबकि बस का समया रात 9 बजे था मैंने रात को 12 बजे तक इंतज़ार किया और बस नही मिली और ना ही कोई हेल्प मिली और ना ही मुझे मेरे पैसे वापस मिले मैंने दूसरी बस पकड़ी और मैं badaun उत्तर प्रदेश बड़ी मुसकिल से जा पाया दो लोग और भी थे जो redbus वालों की ठगी का सीकर हुए यह लोग ठगी करते है और कुछ नही इनकी बहुत ही खराब सर्विस है
                          मैं सभी भाई बहनों से निबेदन करूंगा की इनके झाँसे में ना आये

                              Journey was confirmed from deoria to lucknow (Charbagh) for two seats at a upsrtc bus booked through redbus but the bus conductor denied any confirmation of booking while boarding and asked for fresh booking.                                   On 08.10.18, i booked a ticket for two passengers to travel from tirunelveli to chennai on 13.1018 through redbus site. The ticket number is tmb[protected]
                                  . Due to unavoidable circumstances, i was forced to cancel the above ticket on 09.10.18 and i received a message that the cancelled ticket amount of rs.1620/- will be refunded shortly. But, i didnot get the amount till today. On 04.11.18, i made a complaint through email to the redbus authorities for the non receipt of refund amount, for which they sent an acknowledgement stating that my reference number for the above complaint is 5879552. I sent a reminder mail on 13.11.2018. Even after a month of cancellation, i am getting that refund amount credited in my bank account.

                                    Hi i am anitha using red bus app in my mobile. I cancelled my ticket
                                    (Booking id : tmbz[protected] and the amount is credited to my red bus wallet. I want to transfer my red bus wallet amount to my bank account. And i have requested for the same already. So please consider this and proceed with the same as soon as possible.

                                    Yet my amount hasn't refunded..1398 is debited from my account twice.pls consider this and take action soon.

                                    There is no option for that. You should correctly choose the refund method before cancellation.

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      I had booked a tempo traveller (13-seater) on 27/10/2018 with discount offer trip id (M4hwepnpl5). On red bus.

                                      As per terms and discussion for any changes in pick up timings i was told to directly get in touch with ms. Poonam travel operator.

                                      Operator name: rent a car email: rentacar.net.[protected]@gmail.com phone number: [protected]

                                      I proactively approached the travel operator 7 days earlier of travel to ensure the vehicle is on time with no issues as we wanted to travel together with minors and kids with us and was following till afternoon of 8/11/2018.

                                      Despite so many follow up and confirmation just a day before travel and despite confirmation email from red bus at 4.45pm on 8/11/2018 saying vehicle confirmed i did not receive driver details. This time also ms. Poonam - travel operator did not call and i had to call her and to my surprise it was told to me the tempo traveler is not available at 9.30 pm on 8/11/2018 assuring me something she will manage since we had paid 70k for a villa booked in goa and more important it was a long-awaited plan for entire family with full of excitement. Post which she stopped answering my calls.

                                      I called up red bus and they convince me for two innova instead of traveler. Our excitement was totally lost as now we have to travel separate in two cars. Post which i did not received driver details and even red bus contact center was not answering till 12.30 am 8/11/2018. This led to my blood pressure shoot up and i was in severe pain as it was question of the entire travel program at stake as we cannot cancel our bookings and loss of entire booking amount.

                                      Finally, after severe follow up i got only driver detail for 1 car and reconfirmed with ms. Poonam travel operator that is it innova to which she assured yes and 2nd driver details will be given in morning. To my surprise again in morning too our driver details were not sent and i had to call for the 2nd driver details. Surprisingly the vehicle which was supposed to come at 10 am as per discussion with ms. Poonam travel operator they came at 11.15 am.

                                      Another disaster as instead of innova they sent 2 travera private vehicles not tourist vehicles that too in pathetic condition. I called up ms. Poonam - travel operator but this time mr. Kumar spoke to me and assured to start journey and said we will figure out something for you once finished the journey.

                                      Out of 2 driver one was totally new to the route. Due to which we got late for the entire itinerary and had to extend a day for return journey. As per red bus we were supposed to pay for 1 vehicle excess km at tempo traveler rate. Surprisingly we were asked to pay inter state entry charges which were not charged as they had sent private vehicles which are government charges.

                                      The drivers were threatened of not getting paid and who told us to exit in between highway towards pune at 12.30 am 14/11/2018. I was totally harassed, with risk of life of my family and in severe pain.

                                      It took 28 hours for us to reach from goa to mumbai and two of my family members even got sick.

                                      The above stated is a brief of the complete harassment we went through. I have call recording and whats app chat to support the above pathetic behavior of red bus, travel operator and others.

                                      Issues in brief:

                                      1) false promise on vehicles booked tempo traveler settled for two innova as last minute update of no vehicle but sent pathetic condition travera

                                      2) late coming for pick up and one new driver on travel route affecting entire travel plan since both vehicles had to be kept together

                                      3) taking care of food & other arrangements for two drivers on grounds of humanity which we did and ms. Poonam - travel operator says who told you to do. Paying parking charges and toll for 2 vehicles.

                                      4) violation of transport norms and sending private vehicles for commercial bookings.

                                      5) demanding inter state entry tax which was supposed to be paid to government only if traveled by tourist vehicles.

                                      6) harassment as left in middle of highway at midnight with risk to our life.

                                      7) threatening drivers of not getting paid if customer is not paying demanded charges.

                                      People involved:

                                      1. Red bus – initial booking – ms. Naseema, mr. Junaid, mr. Manish singh

                                      2. Ms. Poonam & mr. Kumar – travel operator – rent a car – [protected] / [protected].

                                      3. Mr. Rajan / mr. Mistry – person approached by rent a car for new vehicle

                                      4. Mr. Sachin – person who sent the car on instruction of no. 3.

                                      I hereby demand to take strict action and refund my entire money paid to red bus (Rs. 3, 512), drivers for fuel - (Rs.18, 466) parking charges (400) toll difference (500 approx.), compensation for spoiling journey excitements, harassment and risk of life.

                                      If the same is not resolved we would look forward for legal action.
