Hi,
I was traveling from kanpur to delhi in shatabdi travels bus on 1 december 2018, i boarded the bus around 7:30 pm my seat number was s9 which was non-window seat as per red bus chart (But in bus s9 was window seat and s10 was non-window seat) in mid way another took the bus and he was claiming non-windows seat which was s10 booked on his name and bus staff member came and listening to the matter and he misbehaved thrown my laptop bag which got banged with window glass, there was no space to get down from the seat as well as there few passengers traveling without ticket and they were sleeping over the floor of the bus. I have photographs as proof
It was very very bad experience with red bus
