In cancellation, refund got to wallet, despite the original source of booking, i. E. My card.
1st attempt failure was a problem at red bus end not mine.

    I have booked my bus from redbus.in from mumbai to surat on 24th of december & they cost me so high for the low level of bus thats not all, they also provide me non ac bus for the ac bus booking & bus also late for the date & they refuded me for the same issue just rs 250 for one ticket & original ticket price is 1225 inr. They are very bad in their service & also provide very less refund for the coustmer. Please help so i can get more refund from them.

      I had book the ticket from latur to pune twice and i did not got the ticket, after reaching to your customer care i came to know that my money will be refunded back with in 3-4 working days.
      Now its more than 1 week and i haven't received my money back. Also tried reaching back your customer care but it was of no use.

        The travels cancelled my ticket through redbus from chennai to dindigul with ticket number (Tin): tmce93852415 rupees of 495/_ not yet received my refund so please kindly help me to get my refund. I have called customer care they sent a arn number but it says the number is invalid when i entered gst port. Before i called i checked the refund status for that i have received a message as "will be refunded within 7 working days".. I have included the message screenshot 2 times i have called and got the message. 20 days had gone. But i did not receive refund. So please respond and please solve my problems

          I had booked 3 tickets to shirdi from bengaluru on 4th december. Today 23rd december i tried cancellation and the app says not possible and customer care has given a complaint no. And revert will be 24 hrs. But the policy before booking was 85% refund upto 2days before journey is applicable. Today the red bus customer care says there's no cancellation available.
          Red Bus customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Your refund request of Rs 238.00 against proposal no: [protected] received from IBIBO GROUP PRIVATE LIMITED has been processed on your card, and will reflect in your account within 10 working days.

          As per the above msg refund ₹238 has not been made its been over 10 days, I request to please into this matter soon
          I cancelled my trip from Nainital to Delhi journey dated 24th november 2018. There was an offer of 100% refund on my bus operator that was Himachal Holidays. But I did not get any refund amount. My Trip id was TMC[protected]. Kindly resolve the issue and refund the amount back to my account.

            I booked my bus ticket by redbus for 2nd 2018 may (Ticket number (Tin): tmcq95358203 from borivali (W) gokul-mumbai to goa 2011 that ticket amount was 1430/- rs. And cancelled it on 2nd may by global travel agency due to cancellation of bus.

            But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days (For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

            Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.

            Looking forward for your cooperation and quick response.

            I had booked tickets for alleppey ...but as per service provider it only goes to Kochi not to alleppey ...but red bus charged me more and also was not given information about pickup point and wrong dropping point that's Kochi instead of alleppey... suffered a lot with family with 3 years baby...and need to reschedule my taxi and trip plan...
            I have booked a ticket for the date of 28th December 2019 through redbus via Google pay money was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked.This is very disappointing.

              I make the payment of my ticket on 21 dec 2018 but still did'nt get my ticket. I want to refund my money. I book the ticket for 25 dec from rishikesh to jaipur i made the payment but still ticket did'nt recieved. I want to get my money refund. I make payment through upi transfer but did'nt get ticket it's price is ₹480. Kindly, refund my money as soon as possible and please get this site block. It's my first time to book from redbus and get it's worst services. Customer care also did'nt recieved calls. Kindly report this problem as soon as possible.

                My refund amount of 4260 rs for 2 failed transaction is pending for 9 days. I was actually waiting for 5-7 business days as i got an auto responder immediately for those 2 failed transactions. However, the wait time was over and i tried to reach the customer support many times by now but nobody has turned around to me with an update.

                  Date of Incident: 16 November, 2018.

                  Description: Bus ticket booked for Journey Date -12th December from Mumbai to Sawantwadi. Payment of Rs.950 was remitted successfully via Google Pay (UPI [protected]@axisbank)however the web transaction at Red bus site failed and ticket was not booked.

                  I had waited for more than 7 business days expecting a reversal as per prevalent industry norms. I had then approached the Customer Support and furnished them with the details requested ( Google Pay Transaction & Bank Statement details)

                  My case reference id with Red Bus -6259278. I have been following it up multiple times with no resolution.

                            I booked the ticket at 10:07 pm ie nearly half an hour before the scheduled departure of bus. If the booking was available at that time then why the bus personnels were unable to give the exact details of bus location. I asked both in hindi as well as in english about the location of bus i was waiting for the bus from 10:10 pm at the scheduled boarding point of ramarapadu (Near rtc bus stand), but they neither told me their bus location nor came infront of me. It mismanaged all my journey planning & after that i got message of "happy journey". I request you to kindly refund my 100% payment otherwise i'll move to legal department.

                            How can it be possible that without refund you updated the complaint as resolved. This complaint is still not resolved. I have attached the screenshot of the ticket. It has been approx 4 months but complaint is still not resolved.

                            I booked two tickets from siliguri to durgapur rs 960 through lady diyna bus service on 25/11/18 at 7.14 am.although transaction failed the amount was debited from account and not refund yet. After complaining Bank said the amount went to the marchent''s account. please see the matter immediately and refund that mony.
                            I have cancelled my two tickets which I have booked in rebus... The cancellation amount is not yet been debited in the account..it have passed more than 8 days... There is no response from them...

In both cases my money is deducted from my bank account but ticket is not booked.. i got a message from redbus that the amounts Rs 644 and Rs 902 will be credited to your account within 2-7 working days.Till now no money is credited to my bank account. I am unable to contact to redbus customer care. so please resolve this issue and credit my amount 644+902=1546 to my account.

                                  I book the ticket from redbus (Ticket number :tmdc[protected] on 17dec2018 4.30 pm instead of 24dec2018 thats my mistake.
                                  Bus will start at around 9.50 pm from the bus stop which selected by me and it is more than 5 hours time is there to catch the bus.
                                  When i am trying to cancel the ticket its telling before 3.30 pm only need to cancellation/reshedule
                                  How this policy will workout if the time is more than 5 hours to catch the bus kindly please do the changes on this.
                                  Otherwise give the cancellation/reshedule option atleast for the bus operator. Please do the needful on this.
                                  And this is very worst policy because other government services are giving the time till one hour of bus start time.

                                    I have booked a ticket from udaipur to jodhpur (Thursday, 27 dec 2018). My ticket number is tmcx94278169, and this is the first booking i've made which is on 4 december 2018. But the system has cancelled my booking 6 hours after that and i have received an email regarding the cancellation. First of all, i did not cancel any of my bookings. And redbus only refunded 80% from the total amount.
                                    And today i made another booking (Tmdc[protected] and they cancelled it again even after i communicated with their customer service to not cancel my booking. And they only refunded 80% from the total amount. This is totally unacceptable and i can say this is how they cheat their customers. They are so irresponsible and totally a fraud.

                                        I made recharge from redbus app of 399 200 rs from redbus wallet and 199 from credit card and recharge is not received i contacted with redbus team they are saying successful and saying talk with jio care and i talked with jio also they are not talking order also and saying we didn't recieve any confirmation talk to redbus which u made payment i didn't recieve any recharge or refund what should i do no one is responding redbus is messaging it is resolved i didn't recieve recharge..,
