During booking ticket for a bus, i paid the fare using google pay. Now my money has been debited and notified that the money deposited in receiptant's bank account, but red bus cancelled my transaction and is now not refunding my money. Below are few screenshots of how the company is denying my request and is asking me to just contact my bank. Such harrasment was not expected from redbus.

    I had book the ticket for jaipur to gwalior for 15/12/2018 for bus ticket of hans travels via red bus with name somil agrawal and other 3. With my number id [protected]
    I had paid rs 1380/-through paytm. Amount deducted from my account but error message of transaction failed appeared & i can;t get the ticket.

      I had cancel for your ticket no. Tmcy70749086 from redbus ticket. My booking of journey is on 30 december 2018. But due to some problems in my family members i had cancel today 14 december 2018... The redbus and operator prajakta travels denied to refund the amount. I had paid amount 1800 rupees for this ticket... Please refund my amount.

        bus fare hike

        Now a days each and every private travels operators suddenly increase the bus fares during festival sessions, it goes like 100 to 200% from the regular fare, without providing any extra facilities also, in addition to that during the journey, if bus gets break down, then operator doesn't think about passengers, passengers need to take other transport to reach destination.

        Is there any way to get control over bus fares....

        I booked the ticket for travelling from siliguri to kolkata in atiana airwings. Due to technical/durga pooja issues the bus was cancelled. I informed them, in return they send a message that ur amount will be refunded within 7-8 working days. I was waiting patiently but it took more than one month. Still they did not refunded the amount.

          Booked an mini bus for traveling to TIRUMALA from Chennai which is apparently about 150 kms. Usual travel time is about 3.5 hours Maxx about 4 hr But the travel agent which was partnered tooook the lavishness of 6 SIXXXXX LOOOOONNNNNNGGGGGGGG HOURS LITERALLY. and the CUSTOMER CARE response was pathetic though was trying to get the issue escalated no proper response from from them team wooorrrrsssstttttt call center . Even Airtel CUSTOMER CARE service is far better . And also they are about these ### answers and still the no one is ready to escalate this to the higher management. I wish would not have got advise not to use any of the private travels though the RED BUS AS THEY aren't standardized about the bus service like volvos or scania which are pretty DISAPPOINTINGG.

            My name is vinay chawdipande.
            On 1st of december 2018 i have tried to book tickets through redbus from hyderabad to nagpur but failed twice but money was deducted from my account (Rs. 1820 - 2 times). I have used upi for transaction.
            I have contacted redbus several times but the response is very unfortunate. They are just claiming that they have get the money. I have given them reference of rrn number also.
            Redbus customer care service is very poor and it seems that they are not willing to help customer.
            If we book tickets through redbus then it's there responsibility to resolve the issue.
            I don't know how they say like this. If money is deducted from my account then it must be in bank account of redbus, how can they deny this.
            I request concerned persons to look into this and resolve issue asap.

              I booked a ticket in red bus to hyderabad by mistakely in ac seater by thinking it was semi sleeper my refund amy intiated 820 rs first it was shown it will be refunded in 9 days but after 9 days its again showing it will be refunded in 7 days. What the hell services that they are maintaining.
              Please i request to take an action against my complaint and try to make that my money will be refunded soon.

                I have booked a ticket from mumbai to hubli today evening at around 8 pm, i have made payment of rs 1900 and than i realized that i have selected wrong date, i requested to cancel my ticket but my 380 rs was deducted. My first experience was very bad i will appreciate if you can't refund my amount but at least if you give me a promotion code or a offer code so that during my next booking through red bus, i may get some discount.                   Hi All,

                  I have booked 2 tickets through red bus on 19th oct in NRT travels . Unfortunately the bus got cancelled .They have confirmation that within 48 hrs the amount will be refunded . Since 2 months am making follow up for my refund . Am not getting response neither from red bus or Nrt travels . Worst service ever I had faced . Am facing mental agony because of this which cannot be tolrated .A week ago when I called the travels they said the refund is inciated and I will be receiving that in a week time, when I called red bus today I came to know still refund is not inciated .
                  Can I get my refund since 2and half months am making follow up .

                    I have an issue where redbus booking shows 2+1 seater and the bus come as 2+2 seater, which i didn’t prefer as its not conform for me.
                    And support agent takes a very longer time to respond and finally when they pick they are not intending to resolve the issue, rather they pretend like they can’t hear the customer and disconnects the call and closes the ticket. No other way to report it voice this issue.
                    When they can’t provide what i chose better don’t give false promise saying about comfort and support provided to customer.

                    For additional details related to my ticket, please reach me, only if redbus is intended to resolve such issue. Atlest don’t waste my time

                          Case 1: dated: 25th nov. 2018. Redbus case id: 6138462
                          We booked a volvo bus with redbus for 25th november. We were travelling from manali to delhi. My bus was scheduled at 6:00 am and was suppose to reach delhi at 08:00 pm. We took the bus at scheduled time. After travelling for 10-15 minutes. The bus driver stopped the bus and halted all the passengers for around 2 hours at a place where there was nothing around. The staff told us that the bus broke down and they will arrange for another bus. After 2 hours, we were asked to take an ordinary bus with less seats. They told us that we will get a volvo bus from kullu bus stand. We again waited there for 1 hours, but they didn't changed the bus. Few of the co-passengers even refused to take that bus, but since i had to reach delhi, on sunday itself, i continued the bus. I tried to contact redbus support, but couldn't connect. The bus had no fan, no ac, the seats were not comfortable and was too congested and most of all the bus was stopping for local traveller also they were travelling while standing. The bus was full loaded. It was halting at all the bus stops and dropped us 12:30 am at the bypass, whereas we should have reached delhi by 08:00 pm. My wife was not able to bear the situation and faced health issue due to this.

                          The bus staff assured that he will inform this to their department and we will get the full refund from redbus. But yesterday, we go a call from redbus support, saying that we were provided the same bus which they promised. I feel so cheated with this company, when they offered me a refund of rs. 200, that too in wallet to which i denied. I spent rs. 2500+ just to travel in bus that was showing for rs. 777 on their portal only. I believe that this is a fraud from their end and they should be penalized for it.

                          Case 2: dated: 21st nov. 2018. Case id: 6106045
                          I was travelling from delhi to manali, but the bus dropped us at mandi bus stop and denied to ahead from that place. The bus driver was recommending us to take cab and taxi, as they will not be able to go ahead from that place. From there we took some other bus, that dropped us in manali bus stand, which took another rs. 1000 from us for couple. When i filed a compliant with redbus, they only offered 200 wallet money and when i'm trying to use my wallet money for recharge, it's not letting me even use the wallet money all at once and they have defined a limit for using the credit. Also, they assured a 200 cashback in my bank account, that too still not have reached in my account from where the payment was made.

                          I shall deem a strict action the company like this, for cheating people and not even listening and responding to compliant.

I am literally trying to contact your customer care number but it's not picking up, the automated voice always says please call from you registered mobile number which I am doing.
                            Further the issue in help menu is again and again showing the issue is resolved, which is NOT resolved. This is the worst customer service anyone can have.
                            I am planning to file a Lawsuit Against Red Bus in IT Act 2000 and IT Amendment Act 2008. There's no status of the Refund till yet. I need a response

                              I forgot my spectacles in tirumala alaghu travels popularly known as"tat" travels bus, i asked their put my spectacles in your chennai office, i will come and collect, but they do so, and also i came to their office 2times they said you will come tomorrow morning and collect, they won't give proper response, i came every time by asking spectacles are there in office or not, they said yes it is there, today heavy rain in chennai i came to collect the spectacles they said bus is in parking area, you go and collect your spectacles, it is distance from their office appx.2kms. From this time onwards i won't prefer redbus app for bookings, and i also tell to my friends this issue, they also realised.

                                I have booked a msrtc bus ticket through rebus for 8th of november 2018 from pune to barshi. Bus should come to the boarding point on 8.35am but we have waited for 1 and half hour on the boarding point but the bus wasn't come and there is no notification call received from the transport. So we have boarded our private transport by paying 500 for each person and went to the barshi. When i complained they told me to meet swargate bus stand. So i went to swargate but they are telling me go here and there and provided one contact number to me which is not working. So this is really frustrating for me. I want you to consider my complaint try to resolve it on priority. I am really frustrated the way redbus and msrtc service.

                                  We supposed to travel from mysore to ooty at 12:30 pm. We called the driver at 12:40 pm, he told that we are 80 km away from your boarding point, so you have to wait for 2 hours more. That means the bus was 2 hours 10 minutes late. Then we tried to cancel the booking but it was not possible as the cancellation was not possible after boarding time. Moreover we called customer care who assured us of 100% refund. Inspite of all these flaws, we got the message of "hopefully enjoyed journey" on whatsapp. It simply means the customer care executive had not registered our complaint. We request you to refund our 100% amount as the fault was from your end otherwise we will be heading towards legal department.

                                    Hi,
                                    Recently Booked a ticket (TMCX[protected] which cost me 1050 RS then I recsheduled a ticket which has cost 905 RS but resheduled me difference amount

                                    While booking I have 75 RS wallet amount which is also they should return
                                    75 + 145 = 220 RS should be added to my wallet or my account.

                                      I booked a ac sleeper bus in kalpana travels kanpur through red bus from delhi to kanpur for 5th november 2018 at 10:35 pm from mob no [protected] with name sudeeksha mishra whose booking id is s1811040033154396066372 and paid rs. 1784. But, as the bus driver made an accident and the bus got seized all the sleeper passengers got adjusted to a seater bus whose cost was just 800 rs (As the conductor was charging on the spot booking passengers 800 in cash next to me) and the bus departed one hour late at 11:30 pm. We were promised that the balance amount will be repaid but when i lodged a complaint at redbus for the balance refund they are denying saying the bus operator has denied refunding amount as they already made an adjustment to seater. This is a cheating wit the customers as neither redbus not the bus operator is accepting their faults.
