Me and my pregnant wife book ticket thorough red bus app from my sister in laws phone, as per online i have booked 1 and 2 seat (Lower birth behind driver side) even i got the msg from them stating that seat confirmed and booked amount 1336 rs from boriwali to pune. When i reached at departure point i received call for pick your bus from national park instead of gokul hotel. So i paid bare 2 different fare for rickshaw that is 60 +70. When i ask them reason they said they have already there but me and my was not there, this 1 falls statement made by bus person. Because i am available there from 10.12 pm.

2 nd worst instances in same bus in washi the same guy come to me and said sir this is not your seat and it is booked by other person. And ask me to go back because your ticket number is c4 and d4, then i ask her to call and confirm by office guy, they provided manually created page.

I have change the seat because of my wife she don't want to argument in the bus because of her health issue.

This is bull sheet third grade services provided by redbus and krsna travels bus no ka 01 ah 3884.

My name is not Ravi Shankar but I am constantly being called that instead of my correct name, which is Shankar S. Plus, despite writing to the National Consumer Forum of the Indian government, I have been receiving some Ravi Shankar's bus tickets but at my email address. How would the Redbus brand managers feel if I call them Redbug or by someone else's name but sent to their email address? I have even been lied to by Redbus that they have deleted the Redbus.in account that is under the name of some Ravi Shankar but that uses my official and personal email address and some 24 year old Ravi Shankar's name and phone number; whereas I am a senior citizen. Moreover, they constantly harass me despite my having informed India Google Support about Redbus's attempts to steal my email address. I want serious action taken against Redbus.in. I did not want to take this issue online for privacy reasons but I am left with no choice. They simply closed my complaint ticket number 6195159 by addressing me time and again by the wrong name and all this, despite writing to [protected]@redbus.in and others, hoping to get help but redbus.in has been lying to me time and again about having solved the problem.

Kindly take action against Redbus.in and make sure that they do not use my email address, send me someone else's bus tickets or abuse my email address again. @Redbus.in, please update your records with my correct name and phone number under my email address. I do not want to receive anyone else's emails from you ever again. I mean it. I also do not want you to use that Ravi Shankar's name or phone number in my account registered with my email address. Or else, be ready to face the consequences of your evil actions.

      I have booked ticket from mumbai (Boarding point: kalamboli mcdonald) to mahabaleshwar for 11th dec 2018. I booked this ticket on 29hnov 2018. I made payment through phonepe. Money is deucted from bank account using phonepe. Also phonepe confrims the same in app. But redbus gives error saying no payment done and hence ticket can not be booked. Please have a look at the attached screenshots. Lodging complain here as customer support team could not solved my issue even after more than 50 hours. Need to be resolved on priority.

        I booked 2 bus tickets by redbus on nov 13 (Ticket no: tmc[protected] from banglore to pathanapuram dated december 23 of tickets charge total rs - 3030 & i cancelled it on nov 22. Then they forwarded one mail on my email with cancelled tickets (Reference id no: [protected]) but the cancelled amount was not credited to my account. They showing the status that they will refund the amount with in 7 banking working days. So please refund my amount immediately

          I called and discussed with your help-desk. They confirmed that the amount has been deducted and booking is not made. Also she agreed that the amount will be reversed within 24 hours from the complaint date (28/11/2018).

            I travelled from surat to pune and back on 14 nov and 21 nov 2018 and booked ticket online through redbus.

            I did not get gst invoice and i require gst invoice. My ticket pnr is as follows
            Surat to pune:[protected], 14 nov 18
            Pune to surat :[protected] nov 2018

            I contacted both operators and redbus still date i did not get gst invoice.

            Redbus should be generating gst invoice so that customers do not have to run behind operators after completing journey.

                I booked a ticket tho redbus to travel by essar from coimbatore to karaikudi for two tickets (Ticket number tmch27437580 dt 24th nov 2018. But we both were not able to travel. At the same time we could not able to get our money for refund the amount.

                We approached red bus / essar travel office but no body is listening to our grievances and finally i lost the total my entire amount of rs.770/-

                I felt very bad about the redbus service and essar travel service also worst.

                My money 770 finally i lost from my pocket. Further booking tho redbus i have to think and it is better dont do the same and i inform to all my friends and relative.

                  We had requested redbus for a bus hire of 25 seater bus for 24th Nov 2018 from 6:00 Am to 11:00 PM and booking was made 3 days before the travel date. We paid 1020 INR for the bus for booking confirmation in advance.

                  We got the ticket and confirmation mail on successful booking of bus stating that we have to pay rest of amount to driver as cash and redbus will forward the bus and driver details a day before journey starts.

                  After getting this email we called the redbus helpline and inform them from my end that we have booked the bus and please take care ahead of the services you have purposed but Unfortunately redbus doesn't take the responsibility and ownership of providing the worth-it services is what we come to know with the incident that happened with us.

                  10 hours before the journey starts they were not ready to provide the details of driver. we called several times and we didn't get the driver and bus details.

                  we contacted the number which was given on ticket, we called them and the travel agent said they didn't get any information on our booking.

                  we cross checked with redbus and tell them that your bus operator is not aware of out booking. is it? They said booking details had been forwarded to the bus operator. we also asked for an email confirmation with bus and driver details.

                  we contacted them many times and they said they will forward but we didn't get any information from them until 9:00 PM.

                  At last contacting the number given on ticket, Operators said they are not aware of our booking please check with redbus.

                  Irresponsibility of redbus puts us into a very bad situation. redbus was not at all ready to provide any alternate option. At the last we spoke to the manger of redbus where he said " he doesn't care about it " now and said this information was not been given to him. Was it our responsiblity of passing this information to every employee of redbus that we have requested for the bus? Sorry it wasn't. This unprofessional-ism of redbus directly indicate that they are very irresponsible as well and should stop making the false promises. They say don't promise what you can't fulfill.

                  Very worst Service and incapability of keeping the Promises.
                  Declined to provide the Services at the last moment.
                  Manager himself was lack of Professionalism and also irresponsible.
                  Staffs/Employees not responding to the calls and doesn't care of the customer's situation.

                  Now redbus should refund the total amount we had to pay to the New Bus hire. which cost us more because redbus refuse to provide what they had promised.

                    I had to book tickets for 1nov 2018. When they cancelled my booking twice.
                    I was charged from my bank account and it was not a transaction issue in which case it's the bank's responsibility and one definitely receives the amount within the given period.

                    I was told the refund will be given within 7days.
                    However they kept the issue open, and even on writing multiple enquiries no reply was given.
                    They just simply kept giving automated replies.

                    On 25th of november the issue is closed initiating the refund, also giving replies but not answering what took so long.

                    I suspect a clear fraud where they simple make such mistakes with unsuspecting customers. Do not initiate refund, invest my money and return after 25days. If this is not a complete company involvement atleast some one at the company is taking advantage.

                    As mentioned the complaint is public i can provide whatever proof required via private methods which do not also reveal my personal details.

                        I have booked from villupuram to madurai on 20th oct and boarding time @ 2:15 am. Bus never turned up to pick me up. After calling the customer care.. It was informed that bus didn't come to the boarding point said bus unaware of the passenger waiting at the boarding point. I request for a refund and every clarifying so many times, the company stands by the operator and ripping off the customer's money for their survival. Don't believe this company.

                        Today I have booked 3 tickets from warje Pune to loha nanded. There are 3 senior citizens one of that is cancer paitent. who are travelling . I have been sent location opposite mai Mangeshkar . They had reached at point and they were told that location would be kartraj . Being a great organization this is not worth to misguide customer .

                          I hate to take bus by seating last row and will never buy if only left last row.
                          When i buy ticket is swat number 17 & 18, at the end when we got the ticket seat number become 26, 27 which is last row!
                          This is first time i experience change of seat allocation without informing us!
                          This bus is under company starmart.
                          Bad experience for me to travel along from singapore to penang.
                          I just wonder if the staff are swop the seat for their relative for better and comfortable seat! The 2 guys that took my seat number cane with only home printed paper with hand writing of seat number 17 & 18!
                          This was terrible and i would like to warn each of you to check your seat number in future before leaving their office.

                              I booked 2 seats from redbus and that costed me 6150 inr.
                              Bus didnt arrive for more than 3 hrs and then we had to leave using private vehicle because o[censored]nprofessional service by redbus.
                              We tried reaching out to bus operator and driver, but none of them picked the call and didnt even call back to inform about bus.

                              Its been 11 days since i raised the compliant to redbus and still waiting for their call and resolution.

                              I want my money back else i am surely seeing them in consumer court.

                                The bus was supposed to be a sleeper coach which stops just at very few places during the night (may be one or two). I have travelled a lot while I was working in Bangalore (Bangalore to Cochin, Bangalore to Chennai, Bangalore to Ooty, Bangalore to Hyderabad etc). This was not a first time for me.

                                So, this bus was dirty, A/C was horrendous and the window was loose and hence most of the time the window gets opened when the bus goes through a bumpy road. After sitting down for 3 hours, I saw many many people got onto the bus like a daily passanger bus. Some people pushed me and my family to sit on our sleeping area. The harrassment doesnot stop here. At 12pm, due to a bad smell and alcohol smell, I looked out of my curtain and found many people sleeping on the floor. So, the bus was actually turned into a local passanger bus with people getting on and off after every hour from every stop

                                I have taken few pictures so that I can make a proper complain to the appropriate authority. I can share with you too.

                                The harrassment continues still... At around 4am in the morning, I was heavily pushed by many people and people were shouting at me as I was not giving up some space to them to sit down in my place. Ultimately, it was scary and I felt that people will hit me if I don't compromise my seat. Ultimately, I left my sleeping area and people came to occupy that. Till then, I had told the bus conductor several times and he asked me to behave like a human being and allow the people to share my seat with them.

                                I am a human being and fine to share but they had turned a sleeper coach into a passanger bus and earning more money by compromising everything that I deserved to receive. People had paid Rs 100 to Rs300 who had no reservation and they occupied my seat. So, I paid Rs 900 for what????

                                So, after 4am people pushed me and I had to sacrifice my seat completely. I sat with my wife and daughter's sleeping area. So, we were 3 people sitting in 2 seats. After an hour or so the bus stopeed again and some people got off and more people got on. This time people even pushed me more and they came sat with us. So, ultimately by the time we reached Jaisalmer we 3 people who paid Rs900 each were squeezed to sit in one seat only.

                                There is a last bit left. The final point where the bus should have left me is "HANUMAN CIRCLE". I was asked to get down at one place and the bus conductor said that the bus will not go to Hanuman circle. Why???

                                So, what do you think I should do? Is it acceptable??? Is it fair??? Why did you charge me Rs 900 for each ticket for a HORRIBLE journey? Or is it the normal way how Indian people and Indian company don't care about others and EARN money, suck blood???

                                I have heard REDBUS is very renowened but who is the person who approved this type of bus? You should immediately take these ### out of your list otherwise you get a badname.

                                I paid Rs900 which is a lot more than what other people paid. I am a British citizen (Indian background though) and I feel bad about such unprofessional behaviour of renowned companies.

                                (1) Health and safety issues
                                (2) unfair treatment
                                (3) cheated me - are not good for anyone. I paid from my International credit card and provide evidence if requested
                                (4) I travelled from London just for a week holiday and I had a scary and terrible start of my trip

                                Forgot to mention that I tried to complain to Redbus directly but their complaint website NEVER works - https://m.redbus.in/tracker

                                Then I had to write an email complaining everything through an email as I have already mentioned above. How ridiculous is it that RedBus's complain webpage does not work. But the ticket booking works perfectly well. Does that means if anyone has a complain then spend good time to do reasearch and find your way. They are above law and order and they can easily say that their website has IT issues and get away from their cheaky attitude.

                                Susch a stupid company.
                                Due to technical issues my ticket got booked twice for same date.I spoke to the red bus customer care, they told they will refund my money within 7 days, .But two weeks over still I didn't get my refund.I am trying to call customer care, but number is not working

                                      This is a hard complaint against your service that this is the my life time worst service by you. Your provided bus is very high tickets and service is very worst just like road side khatara bus.
                                      They are not given us any water and in mid night they suddenly woke me and shifted my seat to another one.

                                      This is my life time worst service please don't do again this.

                                      I do the booking 10 days ago and I cancelled the ticket. They said after 5 or 6 days your money will refund. But money will not refunded...

                                        I am making this complaint here as i cannot even find the right number to call redbus as their customer care numbers are not working.

                                        I was trying to book a bus from bangalore to chennai on Nov 12 Monday night. I was booking the asian express bus and used amazon wallet to make the payment. the wallet got debited but the ticket was not booked. i called customer care and they mentioned there was a technical issue and refund would be processed in 2-3 days. it has been one week and no refund has been processed. No customer care number is working as mentioned in app or site[protected], [protected]. It is a challenge even to reach customer care to make any complaint.

                                        Can you please attend to this ASAP?
