I booked the 2 tickets in redbus. I got mail from red bus bus got canceled. Immediately i called to redbus customer care they conformed bus got canceled you have to take ur own arrangement and money will get refund in 24hr. So i booked other 2 tickets in different travels in same redbus. Till now money not yet refunded to my account for this.

1. First i got mail from redbus support abt bus cancellation (Attached screen shots). I didn't send any mail to red bus support.
2. Because of that mail i called to vijayawada red bus support ([protected]) from my mobile on 26/june/2018 2:06 pm
3. They conformed bus got canceled i have to take my own arrangement and money will get refund in 24 hours.
4. So i booked two tickets in venkatramana travels on the same day with trip id: tm7r28101849

I called to customer care from past 7 days. Till today they are telling with in 24hr money will get refund to ur account. But today they are telling money will not refund bus was not cancelled on that day. In that case why u informed me to bus cancelled through the mail as well as call?

Hello Sir,

I didn't received any bus cancellation message from bus operator. I received cancellation message from redbus customer support only which i attached in above and same was already shared with u peoples. After i received this mail i called customer care and get conformation about the bus cancellation and then i booked extra 2 tickets(with trip id: tm7r[protected]

I[censored] need proof about the customer care discussion please refer the call recording on june 26th.

I have booked two tickets with two different transactions with same bus.

For one of the ticket money get refunded but for ticket_id: TM7P71081039 not yet refunded

Both tickets have the same issue. I have attached screenshots about bus cancellation for both tickets

      On 01.07.2018 in have travelled from proddatur to hyderabad by jagan travels bus 5244 vide my pnr no:ts[protected]vtwo/221772/spl a/c sleeper. I very much regretted to write about the worst experience i ever had during my travel. I booked for single berth, where as i was allotted (U16) double (Joint) berth, which made me lot of inconvenient. Bus management failed to provide bed sheet, pillow covers and even rugs. On demand they have provided unwashed rugs getting bad odor. For each berth individual tv is provided but not working. My co-passenger (U17) by name visweswar reddy, mobile no:[protected] is also faced same invonvenient. While we have charged rs.1300/- per berth no specified amenities provide. Hence i would request you to arrange 50% refund which is just. Otherwise i will be injustice on the part of passenger.

        Dear Sir,

        I have booked a bus ticket from Bengaluru to Chennai on 3rd June 2018, but due to breakdown, the bus got cancelled and no alternate bus is arranged for me. Adding to this, still I haven't got my refund back of Rs 1599/-. It's been more than 25 days, even after so many calls and emails sent to the customer support, they are saying just one thing, i.e. "Wait for 24 hours" from the day I am calling them. I have got a message after booking the ticket that the bus is got cancelled and when I called on the below mentioned number, he told me that my refund will get credit in next 24 hours but I haven't got any refund.

        More details about the journey is attached in the screenshots for your reference.

        Kindly look into this asap. I am fed up off mailing and calling them. Please help me in providing justice.

          For 30th of jun, i had booked ticket from bangalore to dharmastala in pragathi tourist sleeper bus. As i was the only person dropping at dharmastala, they asked me to get down at ujire and made me to board a another bus which is ksrtc government one. They told me that they cannot come to dharmastala only for one seat. There was not place to sit in that ksrtc i boarded (Completely packed) and even myself had to bare charge for that.. I had to travel 10kms standing with all my luggages. What kind of customer service is this? If they cannot drop at dharmastala, then what's the point in booking ticket. I am a regular user of redbus and i am seriously disappointed. This can happen with anyone. While the bus people try to save few kms, we passengers had to suffer all this non-sense. This is not at all acceptable to drop a long journey passenger in the middle way.

            Hi I have booked ticket for my brother in law from Bangalore to Visakhapatnam on 27 June 2018 at round 10:30 AM through the red bus website. And the travels name is Sri Krishna Travels.
            After reading their cancellation policy
            CANCELLATION
            Time of Cancellation Deduction Percentage Cancellation Charges
            Before 27th Jun 11:30 AM 10% ₹110
            After 27th Jun 11:30 AM & Before 27th Jun 02:30 PM 50% ₹550
            After 27th Jun 02:30 PM & Before 27th Jun 05:30 PM 100% ₹1100
            Partial cancellation not allowed

            I have booked the ticket. Due to some urgency my brother in low was not able to travel on the day. So I have called redbus customer care number at 12:30 PM on the same day and informed that I am not able to cancel the ticket.., and asked them to cancel my ticket. First a lady picked the call and told me that the ticket cannot be candled since because I have crossed their cancellation time as per the ticket they have sent to email. I have informed them that I am a user to the website and before booking the ticket I have read their cancellation process and the charges what they have mentioned during the time of booking the ticket. After lot of arguing I have asked her to pass to call to the her manager whom she reports and asked her to give her name and employee id, and she was not ready to give the information, again arguing with her she told that her name is “Renupriya”. And call got disconnected.
            Again I called to the customer care, this time a person named “Srikanth” has picked the call and he replied the same thing. Again I have informed him that how the cancellation policy will be different..? he told me that they have forget the update their updated cancellation policy. I have told and informed him multiple times that before booking the ticket I have read the cancellation policy and then after only I have booked it. And the person is saying that I have to consider the policy what is there after booking the ticket .
            After lot of discussion and argument they have registered a complaint at 1 PM and sent the below email

            They have wasted lot of my time and other work was also stopped for me. But the result was none. As per their policy before the ticket booking they will refund me 50%, still nothing has happened.
            And during the arguments I have asked the girl that is their voice recording system is there for better customer satisfaction and quality control, , , she replied that they are not doing that if I want I have to record in my phone……., These peoples have no any idea how to guide the customer and give him proper suggestion, , they simply make story.
            This is what mentioned on the ticket which I have booked.
            Partial Cancellation is NOT allowed for this ticket. Charges for complete ticket cancellation are mentioned below.

              I booked a hotel room (Oyo 10010) after seeing the location on the app screen as TRINITY METRO STATION. I was somewhere near to Domlur and hence selected Domlur in the location filter. So when an hotel showing Trinity as location came up, I went ahead and booked the rooms instantly. Post booking when I searched for the location on map, it was showing somewhere near to Hoskote- which is far away from my current location.

              Within an hour of booking, I have spoken to redbus customer care executive stating the whole story, and he acknowledged that the information is coming wrong in the app. And as per his instruction, I have initiated an email to redbus. The reply I got was the hotel will note refund for a past date booking..

              Attaching the screen shot of the app where we can see the location as TRINITY METRO STATION. where in hoskote we have metro?

              Wrong booking happened only due to the wrong information on the app and the wrong filtering mechanism which redbus used.

                      Sir,
                      I book a bus ticket for my brother from kota to indore on dated 23.06.2018 via phone pay attached red bus application... Bus departure time 2:30 am... And i confirmed ticket by calling to the no given on the ticket...
                      He is going to attend the sbi exam held at indore...
                      Agent board the passenger on the bus at 2:30 am at nayapura kota... But after 15 min from the departure time bus attended refuse to give seat by saying that this is not ur bus, you are on the wrong bus... He called the no provided on the tkt but he don't respond...
                      My brother request bus attended to give a new seat but he refused on deboard the passenger at 2:45 am (Very late and alone on the road) out of the city...
                      It was very difficult for him to handle the situation..
                      He reached to other bus agent new ganesh travels and he said that that was your bus and we are not responsible for that...
                      He misses the exam... And face lots of problems and came to the home at 4:30 am... If there is any causality happen then who are responsible for that... I complained to the customer care they don't give any response to me... So i m placing my complaint here...

                        I just booked a ticket on red bus - (Jai hanuman travels) a/c sleeper, (Chennai to pollach)
                        I just booked a ticket two days before my journey
                        And yesterday morning they call and said we do not have a ac coach,, but i paid for ac coach
                        I complained on redbus regarding the issue
                        I dont no what they disussed with the bus operator,, he cancelled my ticket without my permission,, he didn't make me call or he didn't give any notification about the issue

                        I booked for AC coach three days before for yesterdays journey, , no information was given last two days, , yesterday morning they call and said only accept coach available

                          I booked the ticket on 10th june in sai tours and travels via redbus on travel date on 18th jun, 6.45pm from nagercoil to chennai. I got a cancellation message on jun 18th 3.40pm and called the redbus they said you need to arrange the alternative and we don't have any option. Without prior notification they cancelled the ticket. Then i booked the ticket with the high fare due to their irresponsible. They just refunded the amount and also it was credited to my account after 3days and they didn't provide any compensation. I called the operator and they are saying we don't have any bus at that time and they cancelled the bus before 15days itself. Redbus is not having the updated bus operator and bus timings. I was planned to chennai along with my family carrying my 1year old child. I booked the another bus which don't have proper maintenance and having the high fare. If we are cancelling the bus from redbus before 3hours of travel they are deducting full amount but they are cancelled the ticket and just refunded the amount. I need the compensation for this. Please take necessary action on redbus to provide compensation because of pain what i got.

                                I had booking of msrtc from pune to sangli dated 6th june. (Trip id - tm[protected]) but in afternoon on date of journey, i have received sms from redbus is

                                We are sorry to inform you that your bus journey today with msrtc has been cancelled by the operator due to strike.
                                - redbus team

                                Immediately i have registered complaint with redbus on same day of sms received[protected].

                                Redbus team responded on 9th june with "more time for further investigation and we will revert within 12 hour. We are sorry that it is taking us longer than promised, to resolve your complaint."

                                Also redbus team sent mail to me stating that "our service ticket id: 4311679 has been now resolved. Our support executive has communicated the resolution to you via a separate email, kindly check. We are sorry that it took us longer than promised, to resolve your complaint."

                                But in above context i haven't received any mail/call from redbus. Without refunding money / sending mail redbus has closed complaint from their end.

                                I am frequent user of red bus, these type of behavior was not expected. Hope so red bus will resolve issue and will refund my money.

                                  This is second time i am writting.. I reallly fedup with redbus service.. I had my bus booking from hydrabad to solapur (Shivshai travles) dated 08.06.2018 but on same day i got sms from redbus team stating-"your bus is cancelled due to strike" hence i have not traveled but till date i have not got my refund back.

                                  Kindly refund asap. To avoid further action.

                                    On 13th of june 2018, i was booking ticket from pune to goa of chirag travels.while doing payment, i have selected upi .money was deducted from my accont .but my ticket was not booked.so plz refund my money as soon as possible.
                                    Hi Team, i would request for a refund of 714 for the transaction made yesterday i.e on 16th june'18, for redbus where unfortunately by the time the payment was done for a seat, seat was taken, yet the payment went through but the seat was not received..please find the attached transaction id for the same .

                                      My name is pankaj dubey behalf of my real brother vipin dubey. Yesterday i booked a ac bus ticket number tm7e11042998.
                                      Redbus promised all the amenities and comfort but happened opposite. These are all cons which i have written for raj travels whose buses are on service with redbus
                                      1) worst service
                                      2) fake amenities
                                      3) never book raj travels they make fool of travellers
                                      4) doesn't deserve a single star
                                      5) no charging point for sitting travellers
                                      6) promised water bottle but not given
                                      7) even light had gone and ac didn't work
                                      8) driver was driver the bus without indicator at night
                                      9) after striking to the owner of raj travels they changed the bus
                                      10) it was a dreadful experience because a bus without lights is like hell
                                      11) no blanket so why they wrote in amenities
                                      12) a child was suffering with breathing problem because of no ac in covered bus
                                      13) they gave me different bus number and the arrived bus was with different bus number
                                      14) i clicked one pic of that bus too, will attach it
                                      15) for the new traveller please be aware of that kind of service because after paying the 2 class ac train amount you will just be cheated and avoid these kind of bus and please report re bus to close them
                                      16) the headlight were not lightning even then also they were driving at night on highway which is a serious concern.

                                      At last i want to say that i want my money back as they cheated me and also i have the screenshot of bus, amenities list and also the recording of redbus customer care in which she clearly mentioned that if it is written in amenities then it should be provided with considering wheather the traveller opted for sleeper or sitting class.

                                      No, I am not satisfy with the compensation of 300 in redBus wallet which is just waste because i can use 10% of that in next bookings.If you can't provide that amenities which has mentioned on redBus site the why to write in that way to attract customer.If my journey was completed then you should compensate 50% of amount in my bank.The supervisor changed his whole statement which was made before.They took 5 days to communicate with bus operator and came up with the dumbest resolution.The inconvience waa caused to all the passengers and because of deal with bus opeartor they are keepung their mouth shut on this matter.

                                      I want my half money back in my bank account and in future i will never use redBus service anymore and also to the customer who are willing to book through redBus instead of this go for bus operator directly.They are earning lot of money with this and trying to make fool us. I am unsatisfy with the resolution please escalate my case untill i get my half money back.
                                      Please consumer form help me with this kind of problem.
