redbus e-ticket refund issue

Hello Redbus,

I tried to book a ticket from Delhi to Amritsar on[protected], but the ticket could not be booked and my money got deducted from my ICICI bank account.
I got message from redbus that my money will be refunded within 5-7 working days. But still after 7 days, I have not received my money.

ticket cancellation

I just made a wrong booking on the redbus application. There is a 'cancel ticket' option on it but malfunction. Therefore, i made a call through customer care service and also to the bus company namely starmart and both services was not helpful in making a cancellation and to refund the payment that i have made.

To my horror the office of sagar travel was closed and none of the numbers provided were working. I had to travel in cabin of another bus. Called redbus 5 times till now and even after 7 days no resolution. Worst possible service....

I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 27 march 2018 (Ticket number (Tin): tm4t39842239 from ahmedabad to nathdwara for dated 27 march 2018 that tckt amount was 1632/- rs. And cancelled it on 27 may. Travel name is shrinath travel and transport agency iso 9001 certified.
My problem is that i have not received the refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days....

The bus was scheduled to reach the boarding point at 10 pm and it's 2 am at night and we are still waiting for it. We have female passenger along with us. The bus driver is not picking up the calls. If picking up on multiple call attempts, he's saying he will come in 10 mins from past 4 hours. The bus booking services are not picking up the calls. Extremely fed up.
