Dear redbus,
I am writing here as my raised complain not yet resolved, it almost more than 17 days from the journey (27.05.2018) and still struggling to get the proper response from your end.
Please note followings
1. As informed by redbus and operator that bus had successfully operated on that particular day.
2. As received message from operator, my ticket has been canceled by the operator on his own, as we didn't put any request. Redbus yet not justified that how the ticket had been canceled without prior permission from me.
3. As informed by the operator (Unofficially) that online ticket has been canceled as per instruction from their owner.
All the above has clearly indicated a cheating case by redbus / operator, also ticket cancellation/bus cancellation information has came to us very late, which force us to drive by taxi, as my father age is more than 62 years and we always preferred to travel him only by sleeper bus.
All the above sounds like it's not safe to book the ticket from rebus in future as ticket may be canceled by own.
As due to mismanagement of redbus / operator, travel cost us 5 times of normal charges through taxi and i have claimed my full refund as it is a case of pure cheating.
I believed above information quite clear.
