I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 01 aug 2018 (Ticket number (Tin): tm8w22315541 from chennai to valliyur dated 10 aug 2018 that tckt amount was ₹1260). I cancelled it on the 01 aug 2018.

My problem is that still i have not received my refund amount ₹1080 in my bank account.in the received cancellation mail, you have mentioned that amount will be refunded within 2-7 working days.

    I had cancelled a trip from bangalore to dandeli on 10th august 2018 that i supposed to travel on 11th and return on 13th but, till today i haven't recieved any refund amount which was promised i would get within 4 to 5 businesss days and when i call the customer support the automated thing is not working whenever i press the numbers, its been two weeks please help

      Hi,

      I booked a ticket yesterday using redbus and travels name is hkb travles. On the travel day i got message saying seat number and service number change and boarding time is 9 30 pm. Exactly at 9 30 pm again one more message received saying bus one hour late. And provided driver number in the message is switched off. So i called to office at 10 30 and he said one more hour late. Till that time how lady passengers will wait? And also i asked them whether will bus come for sure or not because i have to check another option other wise i will be in trouble. They said it will come. Again after 25 mins i called no one is picking up the call and traid 4 more times. One person picked up and he is also passenger and saying no body is here madam they are playing games with passengers.

      My request is if there is any delay or any problem with bus then please inform passengers with correct information because lady passengers who are travelling alone will be in trouble if they do not respond and tell that situation.

      Any way again i requested other travels so he he provided seat for me as i am girl. I want to file complaint about this can some one help me how to approach?

      I am trying to cancel my hotel booking for last 2 days. That customer care lady is not telling clearly. Red hotel is not responding properly. During flood how can we travel Kerala. Stills 24 hours to check in hotel but their policy is not able to do cancellation. 1050 they are not refunding.

          cash back offers not received on booking the bus ticket

          I, ve booked the ticket using cashback offer coupon,
          & it was showing that the amount will be refunded to your account.
          But nothing has been refunded in my account & its not even showing in my redbus wallet.

          I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 9 august 2018 (Ticket number (Tin):933b2ve8 from pune to chhindwara for dated that tckt amount was 1050/- rs. And bus was cancelled on 9 august 2018 by travels itself. Due to maharashtra band

          But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account i will return that amount within 5 days (For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

          Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.

          POOR CUSTUMER SUPPORT
          I am very much frustrated from redbus .They are not solving problem and travels who are colobrate from them.they are also showing irresponsible behaviour.
          I cancelled the ticket about ten days ago still i didnt get the refund money bloody [censored]ing redbus...

            Due to neglency in sending the bus & driver details due to which i missed my bus. I did not even get the message details about the bus journey. I got only pickup point and timing. Even red bus customar care operator also least bothered about their customer. I lost money, time. Its journey from bangalore to hospet. And booked online tickets through red bus app for travel on 17-aug-2018. Need refund of money.

              I have a complaint to be made on kgn travels. My name is mano... I had booked it with my friend’s app. Travel date was on 17th. There was a girl customer in our bus and since she was the only girl in the bus, she felt uncomfortable to travel further and she wanted to get down from the bus at the next stop which is electronic city bangalore but the kgn employees / driver, who were also drunk didn’t let the girl get down at electronic city and she was so scared since the light was not on in the bus. Then i had to fight with them to get her down in bangalore itself. So unprofessional. It could have let to much worse too.

                refund of failed ticket booking

                I made a booking in red bus and made payment through BHIM of 1710 rs... I raised a complaint:4948751 on aug 9 it has been 7 days and these are unable to tell me the status and they say that they didn't get any money from you so please wait. One customer care guy tells me within 24 hrs i will refund. One will keep my phone on hold for 25 mins and disconnects my call... Do you think that we have free money and time to mess around you people....

                  Hi, i tried to book a ticket from red bus through tez app from bangalore to kavali on 9th of this month, money is debited from my account but ticket is not issued. But when i check tez money is sent to red bus but ticket is not issued. When i tried again same happened. So money is debited from my account two times. Could you help on this...                       I tried to book ticket in redbus with the payment mode as tez. However the amount is deducted from my account, ticket is not booked in redbus. The mobile used with tez is [protected]. Travel date is 18, aug 2018. Note in the same date i booked ticket again with netbanking that's worked fine. So only the amount needs to be reversed for the transaction failure with tez in redbus.

                        Bus time is 10:15 but it reached at board point 11:00 which is already late. Than bus stopped many of times during journey for loading and deloading of stocks like tyres and all. Right now time is 8:10 and bus is in meerut itself and the time of bus to reached dehradun is 5:30. I want to claim my refund for the services of redbus or the vendor provided by redbus which is laxmi travers. I will apply at consumer form regarding this issue as a customer of redbus.

                          I was booked ticket to go from trivandrum to chennai on august 09 at 7.40pm, in uts travells. And i was book the ticket for this day on august 05. Around 2205 (For 2 people) was paid through net banking. Seat number was s16, s17.

                          But, its very sorry to say that, their service looks like irresponsible. Because, they called me and told that the was cancelled. This call was at 1.30pm and as i said my bus time was 7.40pm.

                          So this is to inform you that, please refund the payment cash. Kindly do needfull.

                                I booked a ticket on 20th june and the traveller agency cancelled my ticket. I asked for the refund and its august no refund has been given to me yet. I called many times they never did the work. Even after numerous still havent received my amount.

                                  I booked a ticket on 6aug for pune to amravati journey date is 11 aug. But for some personal issue i don't want to travel on the 11 aug. While i trying to cancel this ticket, redbud don't allow this to me and said contact to bus operator. But when i call bus operator they told me that redbus ticket can not be cancelled by them. So what should i do?
