The red bus is not changing the tempo travel agent ss travel even after repeated complains n staff is troubling us by switching off on down hill n when vehicle is standing at a place.. He is arguing for not going to place which we ask and which are within the 1000 km package. Staff of red bus not supporting in the query by speaking to onwer for his misbehaviour.. N bad service... I had to 10 times in a day call to red bus.. For complains.....

I had booked bus ticket on redbus on mon, may 14, 2018 at 8:27 pm (2 seats) from mumbai to panjim naik travel akb (Seat no. 8 & 9). The amount of rs. 2952/- was paid with credit card.

The ticked was successfully cancelled on the same day mon, may 14, 2018 at 9:12 pm. I have then received a cancellation confirmation email from [protected]@redbus.in regarding the process of refund of rs. 2630/- (Screenshot attached)

worst travel experience on k. p. n from trivandrum to bangalore

My travel starts from trivandrum on 29th may 2018 1.00pm pickup i had booked 2seats r14, r15 as per the chart it showed side by side seats but on the bus it was different. The nightmare starts from trivandrum i was told the pickup was in front a music college in trivandrum me and my wife waited there as we reached half an hour early. Then a staff from k. P. red bus customer care executive fool you by telling you that your refund is done but if it is done why doesnt it reflect in my bank account i have completely lost faith in this app never ever booking a ticket again and recommending everyone against it....

amount debited but ticket not received by red bus

On[protected], i tried to book ticket on redbus app thru net banking. That time required amount rs.2091/- was immediated debited to my account. But no any ticket was issued by redbus. I am doing continuous follow up with red bus. But yet amount not received back to me.

I have recharged my mobile data on 19/03/2018 through redbus app for
Rs.1498. I have received message from redbus that recharge is successful
And rs.1498 is debited from my bank account.

But recharge was a failure and i haven't received rs.1498 to my bank
Account till now. Again on 26/03/2018, mobile data recharged for

I was booked redbus today morning and they confirmed booking of 11.15 am from alibaug bus stand. We were there at 10.45 am. As per they are sending mail they have not mentioned the bus number or any other contact info. We were spent there approx 2 hrs. But no single semi luxury bus arrived there. We asked in the depo enquiry counter they told us that bus will arrive at this point.

Me, my wife and my 4 year old son was badly...

I booked ticket in blue bird travel through red bus my ticket number tm[protected], i booked ticket from chennai to madurai i paid total amount rs.1362.90 /- travel date was on 12/05/2018, unfortunately i couldn't travel on that day.
