Updated by rukmanand92 I'm recently visit to Mumbai with friends. We are booked Mumbai darshan bus from Red Bus, N.T Krishna Travels and Departure time 7 AM. So, We are reached the departure point at 6:30 AM, we are calling to Travels but they are not yet picked our calls. After 7 AM we are called to Red Bus customer care from them we got a response to wait for 30 Mins then we did it(waited). Again after 7:30 AM we called back to Travels but they didn't receiving our calls. Then we are called to Red Bus after they are asked us to wait to contact Travels, after some time they told us they are not receiving our calls too, So wait for some more time.
After 8:15 AM we are called back to Red Bus CC. They accepted as Complaint to refund money. But still we are not yet got refund and we keep on calling them every time we are getting same response i.e. will get resolve in 24 hrs.
But recently i got response from them i.e bus was traveled on that day, but when it is traveled we don't know and we didn't get any information either Red Bus or N.T Travels.
Complaint 1 : If bus was traveled on that day, why they are not informed us.
Complaint 2 : They accepted the complaint on june 26 regarding refund, still we are get refunded.
Complaint 3 : They are wasted to much time for on roads in the rain.
Finally i was observe that Red Bus do not has better contacts with Travels, but still allowing the users to booking. which means that they are earning money from users with out service.
I hope it is acceptable Complaint and may be many users are there like us. I'm believing that we will get justice for spending money and time.
