Hi.. I booked a ticket on 27th for 28th.. Instead of for 27th. So called up red bus to explain this.. I told i made a mistake with the date. And i called the customer care that day itself.. They gave assurance that they will refund the full money. And that's the reason i didn't cancel my tickets. But till now they didn't refund.. I called the customer service again several times and they are not helping me now... Plz kindly help. I want my money back

    We see that the cancellation policy for that particular journey had already expired at 08:45Am on 29th Aug. Hence the refund cannot be processed. Please note that these cancellation policies are set by bus operators and vary from one bus operator to another. While we regret the trouble you faced, the refund cannot be processed in this case as per the T&C.

    My bus(morning star) from hyd -blr on Aug 6 2017 was canceled by you folks coz of some RTO issues & promised a full refund, even after repeated calls theres no refund.

      Hi. I have booked a bus from salem to chennai on 27th august, 2017. The departure time was 10.20 pm. The ticket price is 916 inr. I went to the provided departure loaction (Kalyan silks, salem) and was waiting for the bus. The bus did not arrive till 10.20 pm and i called the bus operator. He did not attend the call for more than five times and he attended after that and was very rude. He said that it will take another 2 hours for the bus to arrive at my location. He also said the customers are sent text messages regarding this but i did not receive any messages and so did the other co passengers waiting with me. After that his cell was switched off. I got stranded at the night time and had health issues. I got another bus paying a new ticket fee from another bus service and reached chennai next morning. I have raised a complaint to red bus customer care on 27 th august, 2017 at 10:40 pm. They said they will revert me back within 24 hours. The nextd ay around 4 pm i called the customer care to check about my complaint. They said that i have to wait another 24 hours as the bus operator did not respind them back. I ve told them it is none of my concern and wanted my refund back. To which the customer care executive mr. Akshay did not reply properly.
      I also asked them whether i will get the resolution within 24 hours from the time of raising the complaint for which they didn't say an proper yes or no as an answer instead they kept on repeating the same thing, "please wait"
      I m infuriated by this poor customer service and i ve lost nearly 1000 ruppees because of that and got stranded in the city around night time and this caused me a lot of stress.

      It has been quite an easy practice to raise the bus ticket fare during festive seasons, its been the same even when there are no long weekends. It is totally not acceptable going with the actual fare Vs excessive fare.

        I had booked return tickets from bhiwandi to ahmedabad. As i had not traveled from bhiwandi due to bus delayed for almost two hours. I had requested to cancel my ticket from bhiwandi to ahmedabad and i also got the refund for the same. As i had not traveled to ahmedabad, requested to cancel ticket from ahmedabad to bhiwandi too (Ref complaint no : 1728760). But, the same request was not processed yet and i got the e-mail stating that they had resolved my case within promised time.           I booked two ticket in pawan putra from ranchi to jamshedpur the bus was scheduled for 6:15am but it didn't arrive. I had been waiting for it since 5:45am. I called the customer care service and the red bus office none of then could help me out. I waited till 6:45 still there was no. Sign of the bus.
          Then i booked another ticket from the counter for another bus. I want my money back. I had a very important meeting i am late. My ticket no was tk9s87593624

            I booked a ticket from jaipur to bundi on 24/08/2015. I had a urgent work in bundi. On available boarding point, i chosen boarding point polo victory which is nearest to me but bus didn't come there and directly went to the next boarding point, skipping my boarding point. I went to strating boarding point, they told me that we can't do anything.. Call to red bus people. I called red bus customer care, their executive told me that i can't do anything. I can register ur complaint only. He also told that red bus is not responsible for that. I reached bundi but very late. So i want my money back and proper justice and want to teach a lesson to red bus so that this type of online fraud won't happen to anyone.

              I have booked volvo bus ticket from varanasi se lucknow through red bus site date 25/8/2017 through internet banking allahabad bank but amt deducted rs 892 from account but due to loading problem, i have wait about 1 hours but it not respond.

                Boarding point changed suddenly, just before 3 hours. But iam not comfortable to come with changed boarding point on time, some work reasons. Bus operator called me, and he said "pick up bus cancelled, come to the another boarding point". But it is a long distance from my location, nearly 20 km extra distance. I also called to him, and asked for cancelling, but his not cancelled my ticket. But i want to go immediately to kaligiri. Please, take a reaction about my complaint.

                  I booked my tickets through red bus from chennai to coimbatore on rpn travels 11.8.17. And we are given a waterbed. Ya... Our berth is fully wet. It's the worst trip i 've ever travelled. The 10 to 12 hrs journey was simply a nightmare. We were too cold and couldn't move anywhere. With a kid it's simply a horrible trip.
                  I didn't expect this from the red bus. Though we paid more than the reasonable price what we got is not fair. With this mail i 've included the pictures and the ticket. I request you to refund the money.

                  I have travelled to munnar from chennai.. the promised time of drop was 8:30 am ..and the delay was aroung 5 hours.. i lost my time.. i missed some one important.. this is most common and important problem.. and i dont think bus has a permisson... skyline travels.. please find the number plate of bus on the attached pic

                    On 19Aug 17 I planned to travel from Lucknow to Agra. I made a ticket through redbus in sahara travels. But on the day of departure my bus was automatically changed to Amar travels and I was told that if I will not travel in Amar travels bus than they will cancel the ticket. I have attached my ticket which I made for sahara travels. I is against T&C of a company and I want monetary compensation from the company.

                      Booked bus ticket through red bus for trip from bangalore to chennai on 3rd june 2017.
                      Bus a/c facility was not good. Too much cold and there is no a/c controller available. Bus delayed pick up for 2 hours and there was no reason provided and no prior information provided on delay. Stranded in bus stop for 2 hours. Bus got broke down in the middle of nowhere and alternative arrangements. 1.5 hrs for repair has been taken. Arrival time for destination was at 4:30 pm but arrived at 7:30 pm. After this getting taxi was very much trouble and paid double the amount from usual rate as it was peak time at 7:30 pm for uber and also huge traffic.
                      Even after giving bad rating redbus didn't call back to know what was the issue.

                          Mistakes happen and i accidently booked my ticket on the wrong date but i was immediately aware of that and called the redbus customer care in less than 20 minutes and i was told i wouldn't be able to cancel that ticket or postpone it since that bus would be departing the next day and since redbus do not do postpone or prepone of tickets.
                          I request you to revise the cancellation policy to make it more human friendly and flexible. Please take into account when we book the ticket in addition to when the bus departs.
                          I lost a huge amount of money and received unhelpful comments from the customer care and hence is going to boycott redbus untill this matter has been resolved.
                          I would advise anyone else who have had similar problems with redbus to do the same.

                            I have booked ticket through redbus from bangalore to chennai on 17 aug 17 and boarding point was anandrao circle and to be boarded at 8pm. I waited till 9 pm and redbus call centre asked me to go to madiwala for boarding and call centre has accepted to reimburse the taxi fare (Incurred rs.250/-). Again there was no bus (Lakshmi travels) and service provider has not picked the phone when customer care called them and asked me to go my own and the value 100% of booked ticket will be reimbursed. Ticket no tk9e6334377 (Rs.623).
                            Request you to reimburse both taxi fare and bus fare (250+623 = rs.873) and to be credited in my account immediately.
                            I would like to highlight that i am not asking the value of my torture, my phone expenses and my medical expenses.

                                  I had booked a ticket for aug15 10.30am just 15ms before departure time. Ticket was not sent to me before my journey time. I had called customer care before 10.30 when bus driver called me and told that bus is started. Customer care told that ticket was not able to cancel once the journey starts. Actually i had received my ticket after the departure of the bus. Atlast i was not travelled in that bus. So i want my money back

                                    I've booked bus of prince travel for Amritsar to Kashmere Gate Delhi for 13 aug. Timing of departure is 10:30 pm and prices egancy Booked my ticket for Kasmeregate Delhi but Bus driver has trminated the bus at majnu ka tulla Delhi, he has not drooped at Kashmere gate due to 15 Aug. My Question is this that if prince travel new about it why he lying me.
                                    For that reason, I reached home 3 hourse late due to wrong destination. This is not acceptable for misguiding.

                                    my destination was kasmere Gate in Delhi but Bus has been terminated at majnu ka tilla in Delhi 3 KM back .
                                    at the time of boarding prince Travel has communicated that Bus will be terminated at kashmere Gate Delhi which has not been done.

                                      Now here it starts, i got the above message when i booked the ticket n i was too happgy that i'm going to home to meet my family, a day ago my brother had an operation so this trip was important to me.

                                      I was in the boarding point since 9.30pm even my pivkup was at 10.30pm.

                                      I called the office phone number provided above n asked them the timing for the bus to reach on the point. I was informed that bus will be on time. Okay!!

                                      I was just waiting n waiting for the bus to arrive till 10.30 and in mean while i called them many times and none of them recived the call.

                                      I called customer care phone number mentioned above n i was asked to call the man on the#[protected] who dispatched the bus from the point. I called him n was told that i was not therr in the locatn so bus left you n went. Even though i was standing in the most front in the boarding point to catch the bus. Bus never came.

                                      I was given the phone number of the bus driver

                                      # [protected]. I gave him the first call oat 10.56pm, the driver told in a very abusive and rough language that we are about 70km far from the boarding point since we left. Please note: boarding time was 10.30pm

                                      I again gave a ring to the man who dispatched the bus n he's the worst person in the world.. No sense of talking no way to gi e customer service even he staryed lying to me. He said i was therr when bus arrived i called your name (Dhananjay dhananjay) n you were not there. My name is mentioned on the top of this complaint please check.

                                      I told me to make some arrangements with the driver or ask him to stop wherever he is. I will get the bus within few minutes.. Because it is not at all possibl thag a bue can go 70 km far within 30 minutes. Impossible!!! Ridicuslous!!!

                                      The bus company is kanker which never provided customer service to amy of the customer on the trips. This is not my first time i m facing issue with this kanker bus... Even my sisters have faced problem with this comoany bus. The conductor of the bus... I'm sure he has no idead wht he talks about n to whom. All fault statements n that too using a no negotiablr language. Please file a case against the bus conductor and the man who dispatched the bus.

                                      This was not my fault at all. They said we called ur registrd number when we were on the signal before the point, n we left from there only. Your cell was un reachable.

                                      #.!!! I called them 4-6 times and thehydidn't answered my call once.

                                      The man who dispatched the bus.. Was shouting on me stating.. Who gave you my contact.. N this that.

                                      I said okay! I have already lost this trip, just process my refund from your end as this is not my fault or else i will file a complaint on you guys.. He said you can go ahead and file a complaint no problem.

                                      And i have to again book a cab to go back to my place i paid for that as well.. I m very much frustrated with this service n redbus... I will nvr book again and i will tell this to everyone about the customer service of redbus and kanker... Just wait. Redbus.

                                      I want my refund at the earliest and take actions against those people who hv no sense at all what they are speaking about and to whom.

                                      Just process my refund back to my account and i wanrt redbus to call me n apologize for the same.

                                      The call logs n the the tracking link that they sent me has been attached in tbe attchment please find it below and takr necessary action against this.

                                      I booked four tickets in which I am the primary passenger.
                                      Currently I am not travelling so I want to delete my ticket alone and make some one else as primary. Kindly do that ASAP.

                                        I've booked bus of verma travel for bhopal to indore for 8th aug. Timing of departure is 6am but at the boarding point i've got to know that the bus comes at 7am daily. Now my question is that i have to be there at 9:15am at max. Who will give me the compensation. I want myvhalf day salary which will be deducted just because of this third class bus service.
