Hi,

With regards to Bus no : PY 01 CD 8699 (Chennai - Tenkasi) on[protected].
Herewith i would like to file a complaint about the bus driver and service.provided to the clients.
While booking the bus it was told to us that its a AC sleeper cost around 1500, but after we booked and boarded we have been informed that AC is on repair and it will not function.
Also when we had asked for office details the way the persons approaches was very bad.

Kindly restrict this bus from Red bus services as it gives a very wrong impression towards Red bus and not on Sri Krishna Travels.

I booked a ticket through redbus for Kakinada to Hyderbad on 2nd of April
Due to some reason the service got cancelled and I got an information that I would be refunded with in next week

I havent received any information regarding this

I complained to redbus call center thrice

NO RESOLUTION PROVIDED, NO CLARITY OF SOLUTION

    I have book a ticket through the redbus in kpn travels. The bus service worst I have ever seen and they are making late and riding in high-speed without control and stopping the bus for loading goods nearly 10 times for unloading also the same. please notify the things to the red bus and block the kpn travels from red bus. That will avoid the people like me travel

    I booked 2 bus tickets from devakottai to chennai in KpN through red bus bus on payment of Rs 1236. My IBIBO ref no.IGABCMPDJ9. i haved not received any mail or sms of my e ticket. my travel date is on 11 April. i want to know whether my ticket is confirmed or not. if not what about my deducted money.

      Relocating pickup

      I book the ticket from Delhi - Nainital as on 30 march 2017
      with out information they change the pickup location i waited on the road more than one hour there is no proper response at operator u need to come another location for these information they informed after when i reached the my pickup point i loss my time and money ...

      So i need my money back, I informed to redbus customer care 4 times...

      We had booked two bus tickets via Redbus for Bangalore to Mysore trip. To travel on 07/04/17. Redbus has an app where it shows the pick up location and it had showed the pick up location near Vijay Bank Layout in Bangalore. They had also sent a message with Driver's no. to contact him. On the day of travel the app showed that the bus is running 15 mins late. We tried to contact the driver repeatedly since one hour prior to our pick up time which was 6:55 am. All the calls went unanswered. We went to the spot shown at 6:30 am and kept waiting and calling the driver to confirm the pick up location and time. But he never picked up. Suddenly at around 7:20 am we received a call from another no. which turned out to be the driver calling. He said the pick up location is different and he cannot wait and he left. We kept pleading him to wait 10 mins so that we can reach the spot that he said. The customer care of Redbus is very callous and they closed the complaint saying it's our fault hence they cannot refund. Whereas their app had shown wrong pick up location and the driver was unreachable. The driver didn't even want to cooperate a bit.

        Bus operator was cancelled trip on that day. I have spoken to the redbus care and informed them for necessary action. They have not refunded the amount so far.

        Due to last minute cancellation, I have suffered a lot and inconvenience happened and suffered a lot. I have taken bus after 3AM as that festive season going on, busses were so rush, from Vizag to Rajahmundry. Again I have taken bus from Rajahmundry to Vijayawada to reach my destination.

        I have spoken to customer care and mailed them too. No response.

        Redbus may be good in business, but when it comes to refunds or claims there is no response at all.

        Dear all, pls communicate to all your well wisheres, not to use redbus and their services.

          Please note that I booked a ticket from Ankleshwar to Nerul on 03/04/17 and was waiting at the boarding location at Ankleshwar on the night of 05/04/2017 for the bus. However, after waiting for hours, I came to know that the bus was cancelled. It was never communicated to me. Therefore, I had to

          I have not got refund in my bank account. Rebus said that amount has been transferred to bank and Bank said that amount has not been credited into your account from REDBUS(merchant).

          First rebus gave me wrong reference number with freecharge settlement id. So when I contacted free-charge, I couldn't get help from there and they asked me to contact rebus as redbus has transferred money in your bank. Bank has confirmed that amount has not been credited with following reference number which i got today(30th march, 2017) by mail from redbus.

          Redbus provide me following detail

          Refund Date: 01st March 2017
          Amount: 280 rs.
          Trip ID: TK3S27893429

          Redbus is cheating customer by giving wrong refund details every time. Please solve my complaint as soon as possible and refund in my bank account.

            I had booked a ticket - ticket no: TK4P77774453 PNR no: TS-RB44303069MXE/133027 for travel from Coimbatore to Cochin on March 27th 2017. The operator was Aeon Connect. My wife was asked to report at the pick up point at 12.30 pm. The pick up point was Gandhipuram in Coimbatore. When she reported at the pick up point she was informed by an agent of the bus operator (the bus operator does not have a presence in Coimbatore) that the pick up point had been changed and that she would be taken the new point by a van. She said that she will make her own arrangements to go to the new pick up point. However, within a few minutes, she was informed that the bus will not operate as there were very few passengers from Coimbatore and that they will make alternate arrangements. They however said they can only try their best. She even contracted the Red Bus Helpline but they could not do anything. Subsequently, she made her own arrangements by traveling by a Supaa Travels bus that left at 2.20 pm by purchasing a new ticket. I need the refund of this ticket to be processed and a written apology from the bus operator failing which I will not hesitate to initiate legal action for the hardship she underwent that day

              Bus was cancelled & due to that after so many emails & phone calls i got refund amount but now I am not able to use that amount for book a new ticket. As i contact customer care they are allowing me to use only 10% money to use while booking a new ticket. till the day I was not worried about the money in wallet but now i want that wallet money into my Bank account which details i Have sent to redbus through [protected]@gmailcom . Also there is another refund for the same ticket from redbus still awaiting for the same.

              Very cheap service from redbus. Now they are forcing to keep money in wallet which has expiry date also.

                  Dear Sir / Madam,
                  myself is Surajit Misra, yesterday I have faced a tremendous problem by the M.R.Traveller which is controlled under the RedBus. I have booked an online ticket through the RedBus with PNR no. is[protected] booked on 08/03/2017, for the journey from Mumbai (Andheri) to Karad on 16/03/2017. The ticket was booked in M.R. Travels (seat no. S21) with an amount of 1523.00 INR. and the timing of departure was 1.55 am as per RedBus online information. The problem was started at the time of departure, the bus operator was giving wrong information continuously about their delay to reach in Andheri stand. there is no seating arrangement by the RedBus or Travellers, most of the public was standing on the pavement of the Highway (opposite of Sagar Hotel) and was fighting with mosquitoes. Finally the bus came after 3:35 hrs late from their departure time. I have noticed most of the buses on that night was delaying at least 3:00 hrs late from their actual departure time. This is the daily routine of these travellers which have been operated under the RedBus. People generally booked online ticket following the available timing in RedBus website, and I have decided the suitable timing for journey from this website. I was coming from the Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh to attend my office time on 16/03/2017, but, I have missed next day office in a government organization because of this irresponsible behavior. After getting the bus, the inside was most horrible, with too much dirty and very bad smelly environment. Used rags were provided by the travellers, here one attached photo is showing used rags with a matchstick. I have filled several complaints to the RedBus against this traveller, but no satisfactory steps have seen. As a consumer of this country I am filling this complaint, but this is a general problem for all consumers those are travelling by bus in this route. Finally, I would like to draw the kind attention of the appropriate authority to take strong action against these consumer problems.

                    Basically the Bank would take 3 to 4 days to reverse the money from any merchant. Also if the redbus have to initiate the refund to bank. So it will take around 3 to 4 days time. So u have to wait for some more time. Also if there is a way to check the refund transaction history / Cancellation portal in Redbus means you may check it from there.

                      Today i have booked bus for delhi from gorakhpur but It doesn't provided any information about bus no. And bus bus driver their is no name of bus at ticket their is only PNR which was given on ticket as well as which no. Was given on ticket I contact at that no. The person who recev the call has also no information about the bus and bus driver and he gave me another no. Of customer service that was not reachable at that time

                          Bus was cancelled form operator End and got a call from RTC Pramele number[protected].

                          And I have confirmation from APSRTC contact number [protected].

                          They are clearly telling me Bus was cancelled in that day.

                          But redbus customer care telling bus was not cancelled.

                          Due to the immediate cancellation i booked another ticket from Mobiwiki from same day and traveled.

                          if you need i will attach that proof also. attached that ticket also.

                            On 26th February I didnt travel on the JTV travels bus as they told that the bus will arrive 2.30 am on 27th early morning. I have asked them to refund the money back. They haven't done this yet. This is not agreeable. Please do the needful to return my money back . Please record this compliance and give me a complaint no to track.

                            I booked a ticket from Chennai to vadacherry on feb5, 2017 using redbus.com. I used my wallet amount and partially from my bank account. After the cancellation, I didn't receive my refund amount which I used from wallet. Very worst customer service. Redubs is stealing the customer money.

                              Very poor in commitments and service offered, booked seat was not given in the bus, single female passengers handling is very pathetic, no one is there to solve the issues, male passengers book tickets in the name of female, should not go for it..
                              conductor in the bus also do watever they want and they don't reply to calls..

                              everything is shown in a way that they are very serious in their work but its only to fool the passengers..

                              A alternative bus from akola to shirdi was provided of different operator.
                              I had to wait at bus stop for 3 hours.

                                Hi,

                                I am re writing again about the issue with your company redbus stealing customer money Unethically.

                                1. On Fri, Mar 10, 2017 at 10:01 PM. I tried to book Mumbai to Surat ticket through Redbus mobile App. For which i selected Bhagawati travel and for that ticket booking amount get deducted from my bank account. However ticket booking got failed and there is no issue of ticket or call from redbus. Please find attached email for the failure of booking from redbus.
                                2. Since we would like to go Mumbai to Surat on same day. Then i tried again from redbus with different travel and for which ticket got booked, see attached email for the same. Ticket got booked after 8 mins of your earlier failure transaction. Fri, Mar 10, 2017 at 10:08 PM. Meaning, I had started booking another ticket immediately after i got failure message from your end for Mumbai to surat booking through Bhagwati travel.
                                3. There is no question of claiming incorrect or in approprite claim for refund as you can see that within few mins i booked another tickets from redbus (it was very unfortunate that i had to rely on redbus), Since traveler had to travel on same day immediately.
                                4. More ever, no one from your customer care or your organisation is bother to call me about failure transaction. When i called them and write an email they says there was no issue from redbus. What does it mean, is customer is fool to choose redbus for ticket booking and let go money which got deducted by your company very unethically.

                                I am raising this issue with your company last time for any action if you want to really resolve. Else, i have to forcefully go to legal way.

                                Expecting cooperation from you as earliest possible.

                                I have booked ticket from Dewas to Nashik. The bus was cancelled and no alternate arrangement was done. After several calls to Verma travels they gave me drivers no. But on charting my name was not there and no berth was allocated to me. Bus was full. Therefore I lodged many online complaints but no amount is refunded.

                                    Refund is not credited to my Bank Account

                                    I booked 2 tickets 4 months ago and i cancelled the 2 tickets. The remaining amount is credited in my redbus wallet. I raised a ticket more than 50 times for that amount to be credited in my bank account. Every time they said it is in process state and they will close yhe ticket. I called to customer care many times every time they told me new story and it will be credited in 7 working days. But till now money is not credited to my account....
