I would like to advise you that once a ticket is booked, it is not possible to modify the date of journey.
We have cancelled your ticket TK5Z86592862 for travel between Guntur and Bangalore, for 9th May 2017. The cancellation fee is Rs 109.00/- as per the bus operator’s policy. Balance of Rs 971.40 has been refunded to the original payment source. Your transaction reference number is[protected] and you will receive the refund within 7 working days.
The bus operator’s cancellation policy is mentioned on the E-ticket sent to you, at the time of booking. Please find below the cancellation policy of the ticket again, for your easy reference.
