I tried to book a ticket on red bus app, amount got debited but ticket not issued.
Its been two weeks after sharing account details for them they didn't refund the money. They didn't have proper customer support. They didn't provide proper customer care for tele communication and that too they are charging for phone calls for customer support. They are playing with people by providing worst service and worst application.

    I booked a trip from bangalore to hyderabad via morning star travels at 11.30 pm on 13th may through redbus.
    10:30 pm : bus was supposed to be coming at 11.30 pm, we received a sms stating bus will be 30 mins late due to heavy traffic
    11:00 pm : sms received from morning star that bus is 20 mins early and will reach before time at boarding point at marathalli bangalore
    11: 30 pm : bus didn't come and we were told its due to traffic
    00:00 am : bus didn't come, shift in charge at morning star marathalli office informed bus will come in 20 mins and it's at electronic city
    00:30 am : bus didn't come, shift in charge at morning star marathalli office informed bus is on the way
    00:45 am : bus didn't come. Shift in charge at morning star marathalli office informed bus has broken down at electronic city. Repairing is going on.
    01:15 am : bus didn't come and shift in charge at morning star marathalli office informed bus will come though dont know when.
    01:16 am : left the morning star travels marathalli as even if bus would have come in 5 mins, it would be afternoon to reach hyderabad and had to travel to hyd office for a meeting scheduled at 9 am.

    Called redbus for refudn on 13th may 01:15 am, and then on multiple times for next 2 days. Everyone said they will help but no one took ownership of the issue as they clearly dont care for customers and more interested to fool passengers.

    Morning start travels : this is the second time such issue happened with 11.30 pm bus for hyderabad from bangalore. Basically, morning star travels allocate the worst quality bus for last trip of the day and staffs are incompetent, doesn't speak any universal language like english or hindi and dont care for either passengers or any issue reported to them.

    I'm sure redbus or morning star travels will not refund any money because they are the worst possible travel companies i have ever seen who only wants to drive money from customers without taking any action/approach to help customers when they require and ask for help.

    Morning star is one of the pathetic bus operator in south india and this looks fishy how they are maintaining 4+ star rating in redbus website which reflects the corruption and inaccurate practices being conducted in morning star as well as redbus.

    Now on top of that, redbus is giving a run around for refund and they have been most unhelpful. I believe that is their company culture to deny refund and not help customers.

      One of the worst experience which happened in life time. I booked this bus “Thirumalaivasan Transports” for my Mum (54) to travel from Chennai to Madurai and the bus was suppose to come by 7:35 am @ SRM stopping. I called the driver no [protected] @07am and he said the bus will be one hour late. I have requested them to call my number when the bus reaches Perungalathur since they were already one hour late and I am not sure @ what time they will come to my boarding point. Around 08am I have started to call the no [protected] for more than 10 times but no one picked the call. At 08:40 am I got a call from the same no and they said they were waiting in my boarding point. I have requested them please wait for 5 min I will be there because I was with my mum in the nearby hotel and she has almost finished her breakfast. But the guy who spoken to me was very very very rude and said “I cant wait you better come to Chengalpattu tollgate” then again I have requested lot more but not ready to listen my words. Finally he said “Come to Singaperumal kovil reliance petrol bunk before we fill diesel” and he disconnect the call. I then took my mom and she was able to board the bus. I thought ok finally she got the bus and i was happy. Then again big problem happened. In the evening when she was suppose to get down @ Madurai Mattuthavani the driver informed my mom to get down @ Madurai bye pass near Pandi koil instead of dropping her in Mattuthavani because the bus was going to tenkasi. My Mom refused but she was forced to get down there. Before I book this bus in Redbus it shows the dropping point was Madurai Bye pass so I called the Concern travels “Thirumalaivasan Transports” and I was informed that “SIr you can very well book the bus to madurai and we will drop in mattuthavani for sure”. It was not informed that the bus is going to Tenkasi. After she was forced to get down in the Bye pass road my mom was not sure where she is and what to do with couple of luaguage bags. Then she got help from nearby people and reached Mattuthavani and then to my home. Is this way you treat a passenger. Is this the way you run the travels. This happened all because of Red bus because I had lot of belief in Red bus so I booked bus from you but you people get commision from these type of worst Travels and listing their buses in your website. I would like to ask if this incident happens to the “Thirumalaivasan Transports” bus Owners Mother or sister or any of his relatives will he accept. Passengers who ever have time to read my review I request not to travel anymore in this travels and please please please think twice before you book buses like these type of Travels “Thirumalaivasan Transports”.

        Description -
        I tried booking ticket from Panvel to Mangalore.
        After payment was done, website showed error message.
        No Confirmation was sent on mobile either so i booked another ticket with MakeMyTrip and got confirmation for same.
        But my money got deducted twice.
        When i called customer care, they say booking is done. Hence we will have to cancel your ticket.
        The ticket cost was 2000 and dey refunded only 1008 only.
        I need my 900 rupees back as it is clearly not my fault

          I have booked ticket on 22nd apr, money debited from account but ticket was not conformed. Got a message like refund initiated would be made it in 7 days, later again message came like it would take 10 working days.

          Still waiting for refund, they are saying it would take another one week with irresponsible.

          For refund waiting for 1 month is not good, very bad bad service

              We travelled on apr 29 2017 from bang 2 chennai, bus was late, from muskaan travels changed to shama sardar travels, driver was rude, our bus tyre bursted & no other alternative bus was arranged, from hosur we are back to bang. And we took a another private bus. Past one week im feeding my complaint no :990742 & there is no proper response. Ms. Sheetal was very rude while talking.

                I had booked 6 tickets from akola to nagpur for 07/05/2017ticket no tk5y87667463
                Pnr ts-rb47469190wcy/36026/shegaon to nagpur travels: baba travels
                Bus type a/c sleeper.

                The bus operator provided non a/c bus (I had booked tickets for a/c bus), due to high temperature and for comfort a/c bus tickets were purchased, there were senior citizens with us for whom a/c was much required.

                The bus arrival time is informed as us (In ticket) as 10.30 pm but it reached at 11.05 pm.
                The crew was not having any chart to confirm our seats.
                The bus was to reach at nagpur at 4.30 am but it reached at 5.20 am.

                Pl refund us our fare as booking was done for a/c bus which was not provided.

                  I had a very unpleasant experience today. Purchased ticket from SMA travels through Redbus from Bangalore to Chennai and due to oversight the ticket date changed to 4th May instead of 6th May. When I contacted them explained my position they were reluctant to entertain my request of changing the date of ticket nor refunded my money. Therefore, in the process I lost Rs. 750.

                  I am sure this may not be the first of this type of case, hence there should be recourse left for refund/cancellation to the passengers.

                  Bus arrived after 1 and hours of supposed time.The conductor was very rude and abusive.They have no respect for the passengers and the treatment was very disrespectful and unpleasant.Remove this operator from your booking list

                    My problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days (For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

                      I have booked my ticket from Mumbai to Hyderabad on 12/April/2017 through Redbus.in website. My date of journey was 28/April/2017 through Jabbar Travels. When i am board the bus on 28 April the conductor said my booking was cancelled and allocated to another persons name. I was shocked, and called to the Redbus customer care number. They said that the ticket booked on my name only and it was not cancelled. But Jabbar travels said, your ticket is cancelled on our website. So you can not board this bus.
                      I was so frustrated but i don't have any choice, so i get down the bus and went to another travel agent and booked another ticket on same days by Sahara travels bus.
                      In this regard i want to lodge complaint against RED Bus website and also i want Rs 1, 00, 000 as compensation for causing mental frustration. Also this agencies should know what will happen if some thing is done without passengers concern.

                          I have booked ticket in redbus on apr 25 2017 my ticket no is tk5r67593296.
                          When i book the bus they have mentioned clearly this bus have free cancellation till 28 th april 2017 until 7 pm mine was last seat so i decided to cancel the ticket on same booking date 25th april but they have deducted me nearly 180 rps in cancellation of ticket suddenly i have called customer executive he told me there is some technical problem you just send mail to us with screen shot we will refund entire amount even i send that mail with screen shots attached but email representative have given me rude answer again i tried to call customer executive he told me we feel sorry for this we will refund the amount within 24 hrs he ask me to send once again mail even i send it but same response from mail person like this way i calling customer care and mails but the response is very bad they are trying to loot the money from customers by this please for this reason i just complaining in consumer please take action against this people immediately red bus is big cheaters. They are telling that we will refund the entire amount within day or 24 hrs but they are not responding at all please take action against these red bus

                            I had online booked ticket via REDBUS from Raj travels on date 15th Feb 2017 PNR No. 54932473. But after few hours of booking i got call from raj travels mentioning that there bus has been cancelled and they will refund my ticket booking charges in my credit card but today is 29 April 2017 and i had not yet get my credit back. Even no customer support team is available to talk with me. I had may time made complaint compliant number is 750870 done on 18 March 2017, again call on date 13 April 2017 and also on 29 April 2017 but no positive reply has been received by us.
                            I supposed that there may be many customer who booked ticket via raj travels but company may not refund the charges. Due to busy schedule and lesser time all even dont check the keep refund copy with them so cant able to take refund. Which lead to fraud against customer

                            Hi,
                            On the date of 1st of may from madurai to chennai, bus rates are very high.Usually everytime these buses are chraging more than the actual rate.
                            I have attached some of the screenshots with this.
                            Please do the needful so that the people will not suffer from this

                              We have perched on line booking system by seeing online bus status but when we reached at dharmatola bus stop then saw wrong bus which is totally unacceptable. The bus company name snemita paribahan. Showing on line it is a Volvo bus at really it is a simple AC bus. We have requested to refund our price but they denied. Please take a immediate action against this fake business.

                              The bus operators listed in redbus.in are charging high bus fare from chennai to coimbatore on a holiday weekend. The prices compared from yesterday to today are doubled. Please check.

                                A ticket was booked for my sister to travel from coimbatore to chennai on 1st of may, 2017 in a1 arthi travels (A/c sleeper) departing at 21:00 on 1st may for 750 rupees. Few days back the travels called and let us know that the trip is cancelled and so we have to cancel the ticket. Even we too cancelled the ticket because the trip is cancelled. Now again we see the same bus trip is open at the same time but at an increased ticket fare of 1500 rupees. As a consumer i feel this is very wrong at two levels,
                                1) why the ticket charges are different on different days
                                2) by knowing that they can make more profit especially 1st of may falls on long weekend, they ask us to cancel the already booked ticket so that they can reopen the same service at an higher price. This is complete wrong.

                                And redbus is also saying that they are not responsible for guaranteeing the service or this behavior.

                                Not even a follow up, I didn't expect this from Redbus. Worst experience ever. Hopefully I should not get a situation to book tickets in Redbus again.

                                  I am abilash. I booked a ticket on 25th of april for the date 1st of may from thrissur to bangalore. But i confirmation as i tool ticket for the date 25th april. At the same moment i cancel the ticket. But they are not refunding. Its applications fault while checking point date get reset. How come a normal customer make note of that.

                                  They are totally fake. When i put a complaint they respond as it is fixed. How can they fix without making a single call to us and ask about details of complaint.

                                    I booked a ticket in red bus app, after that it transfers to bank website. Unfortunately, the time mentioned in that page is out. So it brings me again in booking layout i.e select the seat and also pop says that I need to book one more time. Second time I booked one seat which is different seat number because what I booked the previous one was in gray color. In second time everything goes smooth and I got a message like BOOK TWO SEATS and my money also debited from my account. Completely I don't have any idea why it debited my money twice. It was blindly an app error but Red Bus customer care were refused to pay my money even though i submitted my document proof which has all details like message from red bus and my bank balance with timing. Please do needful.

                                      I had booked a ticket from Ahmedabad to Rajkot ticket no TK[protected] on 9 April 2017 in sleeper class bus but the sleeper couch was cancelled. I filled the complaint on 10 April itself, but since the last 15 day nothing had been done by redbus side and always telling me to wait for 24 hours.
                                      I am very disappointed with such poor service provided by the redbus..
