Relocating pickup

I book the ticket from Delhi - Nainital as on 30 march 2017
with out information they change the pickup location i waited on the road more than one hour there is no proper response at operator u need to come another location for these information they informed after when i reached the my pickup point i loss my time and money ...

We had booked two bus tickets via Redbus for Bangalore to Mysore trip. To travel on 07/04/17. Redbus has an app where it shows the pick up location and it had showed the pick up location near Vijay Bank Layout in Bangalore. They had also sent a message with Driver's no. to contact him. On the day of travel the app showed that the bus is running 15 mins late. We tried to contact the driver repeatedly since one hour prior to our pick up time...

First rebus gave me wrong reference number with freecharge settlement id. So when I contacted free-charge, I couldn't get help from there and they asked me to contact rebus as redbus has transferred money in your bank. Bank has confirmed that amount...

And bus bus driver their is no name of bus at ticket their is only PNR which was given on ticket as well as which no. Was given on ticket I contact at that no. The person who recev the call has also no information about the bus and bus driver and he gave me another no. Of customer service that was not reachable at that time...

Mishandling with female passengers

Very poor in commitments and service offered, booked seat was not given in the bus, single female passengers handling is very pathetic, no one is there to solve the issues, male passengers book tickets in the name of female, should not go for it..
conductor in the bus also do watever they want and they don't reply to calls..

everything is shown in a way that they are very serious in their work but its only to fool...

Refund is not credited to my Bank Account

I booked 2 tickets 4 months ago and i cancelled the 2 tickets. The remaining amount is credited in my redbus wallet. I raised a ticket more than 50 times for that amount to be credited in my bank account. Every time they said it is in process state and they will close yhe ticket. I called to customer care many times every time they told me new story and it will be credited in 7 working days. But till now money is not credited to my account....
