Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Rajapalanivelu, residing at 45, MGR Street, Vadavalli, Coimbatore, had to attend a function at Trichy on June 4, 2017, for which I booked a return ticket in City Travels through Redbus for June 5, 2017 early morning, as I had been a regular customer of Redbus and City Travels for several years. It was booked on May 23, 2017 and I received a confirmation message from Redbus. But in between my busy schedule I did not open the message and went through the content. On June 4th, after the function was over, I just opened your message to verify the boarding place and shocked to see that the date was mentioned as 12:29 a.m. June 4th instead of June 5th (See Attachment). I immediately contacted the "boarding point contact care" of City Travels that was found in their confirmation message ( [protected] ). The person who attended the call simply said that there is no chance of doing anything as the bus left that day morning itself (without verifying it). As I had to leave Trichy that day itself, I found no time to make a complaint there at Trichy and I booked again in RKT Travels through Redbus (Departure at 10:00 p.m. ) on June 4th for my return trip. On the way to Coimbatore, while I was travelling in RKT bus, by around 01:16 a.m., 2 min., 28 secs.(June 5th), I received a call from City Travels ( +[protected], Trichy, stating that the bus is waiting for us at the boarding placed in Trichy and they said the tickets are booked only for June 5th. He also said that cancellation also cannot be done. I was really upset of their poor service. I lost my money because of their confirmation message with a wrong date and because of the irresponsible answer from the "boarding point contact care" of City Travels at Trichy. So, as the mistake is clearly made by both, I request you to help in refunding my money at any cost. Hope you would do the needful.

    I have booked two tickets for me to travel on the same day(Jun 5) on the same bus. I have booked the second ticket only because their app didnt provide me any notifications. So I have raised a ticket to refund the amount in the customer care. Meanwhile, I have booked another ticket.

    Now, they resolved the issue by allocating ticket to me. Now, I have the two ticket for the same person in the same bus. When I notified them, they told me that they will look into this issue and wait for 2-48 hours.

    I have raised 5 tickets now and numerous call to the support team, still not ready to accept that their app havent notified me.

      Pick up time: 9:30pm
      Actual arrived at 2:00pm
      No information about delay of from travels r pick up point.
      Waited for 5 hrs
      Service provider didn't pick up the call, didn't give correct feedback about bus will come r not, at what time it is coming. Due to negligence we have waited 5 hrs.

        Hi red bus team,
        Customer service tell to wrong information.
        [protected] booking the tickets to red bus mobile app on that day booking one ticket to gagana travels on that time saving the credit card number.. That good.
        After then gust i checking the price to diwakar travels on that don't ask any cvv and automatic fill the textbox and automatic ticket generated..

        1) saving the cvv number
        2) automatic submit button without submit ticket generated.
        On that time calling to red bus customer care. I am telling these thing that guy told me your money return with 7 working day.

        3) still my money not refunded.
        4) still i am generate the 8 complaint tickets without my information after one day ticket closed.
        5) 20 times calling to red bus customer care.
        6) 20th may one guy giving to wrong reference id :[protected] money return with 7days util wait 28th again calling to red bus sir u can wait untill 31st..
        7) today tell me simple that is wrong information.

          I've gaurav book a ticket from delhi to manali for 2 passangers named amit sable and swati kasar for 2 june 2017 at 6 pm. Seat we were allowed was 35 and 36. During booking seat 35 and 36 was on secondlast row as per red bus online booking but when actually we sat in bus it was on last line and also not separate. We was seeting with another 3 male passengers. As i was travelling with a lady need a privacy and due to negligancy of red bus a lady with me and i was forced to seat on last row. A complaint was made to conductor of bus he replied that he is not responsible for same as red bus did not updated the new layout of himachal pradesh bus tourisim. And same is complaint to red bus and they replied that himachal bus tourism did not have us updated seating layout. As per both of tem is not accepting the mistake nd i was forced to travel in trouble.
          Pls look into the matter.

              I had booked two tickets on jun 2 and jun 6 on 28may. On 31 may, i received message stating that one of my ticket was cancelled due to technical issue from red bus. So i called customer care, for which he assured that it is a wrong message sent and ticket is still confirmed. But again in evening i got another message that my another ticket was cancelled. When i checked in redbus app, the ticket was still confirmed. So when i called again, he said due to issue at operator side the ticket was cancelled. And he will cancel the ticket in red bus side now and issue a full refund which will take 7 days to reach me. Customer care was saying this like doing a favour to me. First of all, remember that money is mine and once the ticket is cancelled by you, it is your duty to refund that amount.

              My question is if a customer cancels a ticket you deduct min 20℅ of the total amount. But now due to red bus side technical issue, tickets which were booked on 28 may got cancelled on 31 may and now when i try to book all the bus prices have gone up now and mostly buses are not available at all. And i will get that amount after 7 days.
              I got to know this has happened to lot of people around india. We suspect a huge technical issue in offers section is the reason for this which u ppl are trying to hide.

              One common thing is for people who ever used offer mumpun299, the ticket is cancelled. You red bus created a dummy offer for some reason and people used it since the offer code was available in google.
              Now in order to cover your losses which happened due to this offer code, you are cancelling all our tickets.

              I will not accept just a refund of my money but need additional penalty charges rs 600 for cancelling my tickets for ur side technical issue and an apology letter or else i have no other option but to go social media and raise a complaint in red bus fraudulent activity. I'm mentioning this amount for the losses i faced in my tour trip since the ticket was cancelled after 3 days. You guys don't even have a toll free number and i had to call 5-6 times to get this details and lost all my mobile balance.

              Redbus, don't speak lies saying its glitch at operator end. Its because of the offer code which your website accepted when we entered it. Now just to cover your losses saying its technical glitch.

              Even if it is a technical Glitch at operator side, it is your responsibility to take care of it. you have to follow up with the operator for this cancellation due to technical Glitch.you cannot give lame excuse like this.

              if you are not going to address our concern then we are left with no option but to go to press and social media and show our real face. This issue is going to bring down your whole reputation. Please keep that in mind

                Now they cancelled my booked ticket and said your ticket has been cancelled due to bus operator technical issue.
                Ok i am understand with issue but why it is for all the ticket.

                    I have been using redbus for quite some time. This time I booked my ticket from Tirunelveli to Bangalore in "SRS" Travels. The bus which was scheduled to arrive at my boarding point @8.20pm came at 11.20 pm. It was a ac semi sleeper bus. When the bus started moving I realised that something is biting my legs and soon I got red patches on my legs and hands. Using my mobile torch, I found they were bed bugs and all through my eight journey I had to put up with bedbug bites. This shows the quality of bus redbus has. Such a horrible experience.

                      I had perchesed ticket on red bus for Morya Travel for pune to nashik on 24th May 2017 for seat 5 and 6 in ñon a/c, but Morya travel did not inform about cancellation of travel and any thing and agent given me seat in Heena Travel that was very poor in condition, In this way both red bus and Morya travel cheat me. I have to take legal action for this customer cheating trend.

                        Booked a ticket for Delhi from Udaipur on 12th May (3.30 pm-Rajasthan government volvo).
                        The bus got cancelled and i got no information from the vendors regarding the same. They did niot bother to inform in prior that it got cancelled forget arranging another bus for travel. The amount i paid was Rs. 1804/-
                        Have been above 10 days, i'v been calling them on a daily basis for refund but they arent really ready to reply or refund.
                        No ethics, no customer service.

                          Pathetic, horrible customer service and cheating system msgs-
                          I booked a ticket on may 5, 2017 through redbus, for my journey from ernakulam to bangalore on 7th may.
                          Proceeded with payment after which system showed transaction failed error msg. As is the norm with any online ticket issuance, i thought ticket haas not been issued.
                          So i proceeded with taking another ticket in the same bus for same date through a successful transaction. But i was in for a shock when i saw that the first transaction (With the failed msg) has also resulted in a confirmed ticket. So i had to cancel the first ticket that was raised inspite of system error msg. Partial refund was processed but i need the remaining amount (Which is not a small amount), as the system error necessitated this cancellation.

                              Worst app no one responding over the customer care... I have tried to cancel the ticket the call in queue for more than 1hour cheating app.. I have mailed for the same no response.

                              I know that can you check my mail... I have tried with redbus and srs team to cancel the ticket.. Srs team said it won't possible from their end. And came to know it's only possible from redbus team.. After that from 8:25 i am trying with redbus customer care.. And i have sent the mail to the support team for the same

                                I booked 5 tickets from Bhuntar to Delhi on 7th May 2017 via Redbus. The bus operator was Himgiri Tours. The bus arrived at our pick up point half an hour late and broke down after about 1 hour into the journey. We were left stranded by the operator and had to find our own way back to Delhi. When I requested for a refund they provided me with 60% of the total amount. It is clearly stated in the Redbus website that they are liable for a full refund in case the operator fails to honour the ticket. Ever since they have stopped responding to my calls.

                                  I booked ticket from udumalipet to chennai on 18.05.2017 in bhatath tours & travels - ticket no tk6g33662754. But due to reasons i want to cancel the ticket and i tried from 4.30 pm onwards to cancell but could not able to do so. I contacted the bus but they refused. Pl arrange to cancel the same and refund the amount whichever eligible.

                                  Actually i was suppose to travel on 20.05.2017 but wrongly select the date as 18.05.2017 which came as a default date on line.

                                    I tried to book a ticket on red bus app, amount got debited but ticket not issued.
                                    Its been two weeks after sharing account details for them they didn't refund the money. They didn't have proper customer support. They didn't provide proper customer care for tele communication and that too they are charging for phone calls for customer support. They are playing with people by providing worst service and worst application.

                                      I booked a trip from bangalore to hyderabad via morning star travels at 11.30 pm on 13th may through redbus.
                                      10:30 pm : bus was supposed to be coming at 11.30 pm, we received a sms stating bus will be 30 mins late due to heavy traffic
                                      11:00 pm : sms received from morning star that bus is 20 mins early and will reach before time at boarding point at marathalli bangalore
                                      11: 30 pm : bus didn't come and we were told its due to traffic
                                      00:00 am : bus didn't come, shift in charge at morning star marathalli office informed bus will come in 20 mins and it's at electronic city
                                      00:30 am : bus didn't come, shift in charge at morning star marathalli office informed bus is on the way
                                      00:45 am : bus didn't come. Shift in charge at morning star marathalli office informed bus has broken down at electronic city. Repairing is going on.
                                      01:15 am : bus didn't come and shift in charge at morning star marathalli office informed bus will come though dont know when.
                                      01:16 am : left the morning star travels marathalli as even if bus would have come in 5 mins, it would be afternoon to reach hyderabad and had to travel to hyd office for a meeting scheduled at 9 am.

                                      Called redbus for refudn on 13th may 01:15 am, and then on multiple times for next 2 days. Everyone said they will help but no one took ownership of the issue as they clearly dont care for customers and more interested to fool passengers.

                                      Morning start travels : this is the second time such issue happened with 11.30 pm bus for hyderabad from bangalore. Basically, morning star travels allocate the worst quality bus for last trip of the day and staffs are incompetent, doesn't speak any universal language like english or hindi and dont care for either passengers or any issue reported to them.

                                      I'm sure redbus or morning star travels will not refund any money because they are the worst possible travel companies i have ever seen who only wants to drive money from customers without taking any action/approach to help customers when they require and ask for help.

                                      Morning star is one of the pathetic bus operator in south india and this looks fishy how they are maintaining 4+ star rating in redbus website which reflects the corruption and inaccurate practices being conducted in morning star as well as redbus.

                                      Now on top of that, redbus is giving a run around for refund and they have been most unhelpful. I believe that is their company culture to deny refund and not help customers.

                                        One of the worst experience which happened in life time. I booked this bus “Thirumalaivasan Transports” for my Mum (54) to travel from Chennai to Madurai and the bus was suppose to come by 7:35 am @ SRM stopping. I called the driver no [protected] @07am and he said the bus will be one hour late. I have requested them to call my number when the bus reaches Perungalathur since they were already one hour late and I am not sure @ what time they will come to my boarding point. Around 08am I have started to call the no [protected] for more than 10 times but no one picked the call. At 08:40 am I got a call from the same no and they said they were waiting in my boarding point. I have requested them please wait for 5 min I will be there because I was with my mum in the nearby hotel and she has almost finished her breakfast. But the guy who spoken to me was very very very rude and said “I cant wait you better come to Chengalpattu tollgate” then again I have requested lot more but not ready to listen my words. Finally he said “Come to Singaperumal kovil reliance petrol bunk before we fill diesel” and he disconnect the call. I then took my mom and she was able to board the bus. I thought ok finally she got the bus and i was happy. Then again big problem happened. In the evening when she was suppose to get down @ Madurai Mattuthavani the driver informed my mom to get down @ Madurai bye pass near Pandi koil instead of dropping her in Mattuthavani because the bus was going to tenkasi. My Mom refused but she was forced to get down there. Before I book this bus in Redbus it shows the dropping point was Madurai Bye pass so I called the Concern travels “Thirumalaivasan Transports” and I was informed that “SIr you can very well book the bus to madurai and we will drop in mattuthavani for sure”. It was not informed that the bus is going to Tenkasi. After she was forced to get down in the Bye pass road my mom was not sure where she is and what to do with couple of luaguage bags. Then she got help from nearby people and reached Mattuthavani and then to my home. Is this way you treat a passenger. Is this the way you run the travels. This happened all because of Red bus because I had lot of belief in Red bus so I booked bus from you but you people get commision from these type of worst Travels and listing their buses in your website. I would like to ask if this incident happens to the “Thirumalaivasan Transports” bus Owners Mother or sister or any of his relatives will he accept. Passengers who ever have time to read my review I request not to travel anymore in this travels and please please please think twice before you book buses like these type of Travels “Thirumalaivasan Transports”.
