I'm recently visit to Mumbai with friends. We are booked Mumbai darshan bus from Red Bus, N.T Krishna Travels and Departure time 7 AM. So, We are reached the departure point at 6:30 AM, we are calling to Travels but they are not yet picked the our call. after 7 AM we are called to Red Bus customer care from them we response wait for 30 Mins then we did. Again after 7:30 we called back to Travels still they didn't received our call. Then we are called to Red Bus after they are asked us to wait to contact Travels, after some time they told us they are receiving our calls too, So wait for some more time.
After 8:15 AM we are called back to Red Bus CC. They accepted as Complaint to refund money. But still we are not yet got refund and we keep on calling them every time getting same response i.e. will get resolve in 24 hrs.
But recently i got response from them that bus was traveled on that day, but when it is traveled we didn't get any information either Red Bus nor N.T Travels.
Complaint 1 : If bus was traveled on that day, why they are not informed us.
Complaint 2 : They accepted the complaint on june 26 regarding refund, still we are get refunded.
Complaint 3 : They are wasted to much time for on roads in the rain.

Finally observe that Red Bus do not has better contacts with Travels, but still allowing the users to booking. which means that they are earning money from users with out service.

I hope it is acceptable Complaint and many users are there like us. I'm believing that we will get justice for spending money and time.

You guys have 3rd class service. No responsibility at all. We booked a tilt from Patel tours and travels ... From Vadodara to Jaipur of 6'o clock bus on 29 June 17... But it came at 8'o clock...
And you guys dibt receive our call... This is disgusting

    Respected Nitin Sir,
    I was looted with fraud promise by redbus.in
    They made a fraud booking over their website with wrong information on bus booking at redbus.in app.

    I booked a bus from Pune to Mahabaleswar with ticket number TK7P32724336 on Datta Krupa Travels Bus service. It was Bus from Pune to Mahabaleswar.

    But i was asked to get down from bus at mid way and was informed that the bus will not go to Mahabaleswar instead it will go to some other city and since they were not able to arrange the other bus, They handed me Rs. 100 and was asked to arrange my own conveyance.

    When I raised the issue with Redbus, They are not resolving any issue instead not even replying to my complaint after a formal reply.

        I booked a bus last week 24june17 the bus was cancelled they didn't inform us we are waiting for so long in boarding point then we called and asked to the respective number that was provided by redbus in the ticket they are not responding its been one week the amount should be around Rs.2000

        its been already one week how long it will take while detecting the amount it takes only 2 min right for resolving it takes 10 days or what?
        RedBus accepts prices decided by bus operators. Why do operators charge VERY HIGH during season or long weekends. Cheap way of earning is it? When normal price is 500 to 600, why charge more than double.

        Please check this issue. This was once raised to the government and action was taken. Now its high time we react.

          On 21 June 2017, the bus from Banglore to Hyderabad was cancelled. So i dropped a mail to redbus regarding the issue for refund. There was no response. Later i called on 23 June 2017 for the refund. They asked me to wait for 24 hours. I waited and called again on 24 June 2017. They again asked me to wait for 24 hours. There was no update. After 8 days, on 2 July 2017, i again called the customer care. Now, they are asking me to wait for 7 working days. And this is not at all fair. The customer service guys are very rude too. Please resolve this issue ASAP. I'm attaching the call reference numbers below.

            Today i have booked a ticket in online in redbus for kpn travels from madurai to chennai. My ticket no. Is82jqjyrn, and the pnr is g[protected], and the jd id is bbu6h4g6 and the date of journey is 02jul 2017, total fare is 766.8 bus type is volvo a/c multi axle (2+2) instead of night 10 'o' clock i booked morning 10 'o' clock. I realised the mistake. I immediately tried to cancel the ticket in online but it did not cancel the ticket. I informed the kpn travels atonce kindly refund my bus fare immediately.

              They are cheater i have booked ac sleeper ticket that was confirmed from there side but just before the journey they called and told me that sleeper bus has been cancelled & i have go in separate bus which will be a seater not a sleeper, when there is more crowd on holiday they are cancelling seats of previously booked passengers or demoting the birth from sleeper to seater at the last moment so that passengers is not left with any option and sleeper seats they are selling it on much more higher prices.

                I had booked a ticket from chennai to sankarankovil and they charged rs, 650 for lakshmi travels and i paid trough central bank of india credit card an 26th jun 2017 and ticket weren't send to me, and again 27/06/2017, 6.50 pm, rs, 650 deducted from my credit card, that time i didn't booked ticket, i haven't done any transaction in red bus.com, so kindly request you to resolve the issues and refound amount of rs, 1300 to my ac.

                  #redbus worst experience ever... We booked a tempo traveller from noida to dalhousie through #redbus and #hirataxiservice the traveller came 4 hrs late... The driver was a complete #... I guess had some mental problem as well... Not in his proper senses (Not drunk but something wrong, maybe some other addiction)...in the first hour we got the first surprise when this # driver hit a vehicle twice because he was busy checking his facebook... Then he stopped around murthal for his dinner and then we get the news that his travellers self is not working so it can not start... Then with the efforts of some dhaba people (Those were his friends, we got to know later) finally he was able to start the traveller and we again started for dalhousie... After 15 mins the # realised that he has left some change at the dhaba and all of a sudden he took you a turn and start driving back on wrong side on highway at a speed of 60 and after reaching back to the dhaba... Then in between he was also trying to trap us and trying to park the tempo traveller at dark places... And when we objected about the same he was not interested in taking us anywhere and he said us to step on karnal road at 3 a. M. Also don't know from where but he brought about 7-8 men and started creating a scene. We were 6 female member, 2 male and 3 kids in the traveller, we found this guy planning for something worst... When we complained about the same to #redbus and asked for help or replacement of vehicle... There executive told me that we are just a travel booking platform and we are not responsible for the same & same was the response from the operator #hirataxiservices... It was a horrible experience and now it's been 4 days i am behind #redbus for my refund and they are least bothered.

                    We booked 2 tickets from delhi to kanpur on 24th june 11p. M. Through red bus pnr no: xknp[protected]/sbd, as we were on the way from chandigarh to delhi & having limited access of network & being unknown to city delhi we have taken help of call center about driver/vehicle number for easy catch, they provided us incorrect number on which we received status of bus cancellation, while again calling back to call center got no response for 1 hr & we roam few more bus stations & then finally railway station, at 11:10 p. M. We received call from actual bus driver asking "where are you, we are moving ahead". Finally after lot of pain we got a premium tatkal reservation in jammu tavi at 4:50 a. M. And came back to kanpur. We not only lost monies but also suffered heavily being female & kid along entire night. We want the 100% refund on tickets + compensation of huge suffer.

                      Horrible experience. Booked a volvo bus from manali to delhi through redbus. Operator: apsara holiday tours. Departure time: 4:30 p. M

                      First of all the charges were really high for the kind of service they provide.

                      The bus which showed up was a scania bus instead of volvo. The bus had a broken air conditioner and flies everywhere.

                      We booked two sleeper tickets from tuticorin to coimbatore in avs travels yesterday. We wanted to postpone our travel hence requested cancellation. Red bus refused saying cancellation time is closed in the morning itself. Then it should not have allowed us to book tickets in the first place. I request refund of rs.1100/- i paid. When i contacted the bus service to cancel, they say they cannot do it since i have done reservation through redbus. We book tickets online for essential travel. If it has to be postponed it has to be done, is it not.? Why would anyone waste hard earned money.?

                        Hello,
                        I booked a ticket from delhi to mandi (Himachal). At first amount was debited but ticket wasn't issued. I was asked to made another booking. I made another booking. On the date of travel i received a message from bus operator stating that boarding venue has been changed because of "border issue" which was a pathetic lie.!!
                        I contacted the bus operator he misbehaved and asked me to cancel the ticket. I called up the red bus customer care their executives are rude too she said bluntly you want to travel or not.!! I was speechless how could someone provide such pathetic services.

                        They also changed the timings of the bus. I had to reach the office in morning but because of their services i had to suffer. It was mental harassment. What hurt me most is a common man can never get justice easily he has to suffer more.

                        I wish someone could do something to make thing right.

                          This is the third time that am not able to book my tickets and my money is deducted from my account, and the only reason am getting is gateway issues, and as usual the customer care is giving a lame answer of repayment in 7 days. Why should i, as a customer suffer every time for a failed transaction from the gateway... If there are so many issues then redbus itself should check this instead of eating interest of these 7 days on the customer's money.
                          I know that i will receive my money within 7-10 days, but why should i always wait, why should i suffer... Just because am a customer?
                          Its getting on my nerves now and am having zero trust on this site now as this is just giving a toss to the customer with an excuse of gateway issues. Worst site, i probably will book my tickets from an agent now rather than booking from this third-class portal, and trust me if this happens so often then slowly someday soon you will miss out large customers - dropping your business down to the gutter.
                          Ps - dhiraj wagh is the worst manager in customer care, pune. Its better to hire a 12th pass guy in his position, he might give more valuable inputs than dhiraj wagh.

                            For the first time i booked bus ticket from jammu to manali from red bus. The ticket was costly but i thought bus must be good.. It was told that ac will be given but there was no ac...in that long route bus local travellers were there and the bus was halting every 15 mins.. Our seat was also broken.. It was mentioned that bus will take 12 hrs to reach manali.. But it took 18 hrs... Worst experience.. Plz never yse redbus

                              Hi,
                              I booked a bus from chennai to hyderabad from redbus, kaveri travels being the bus operator. The date of travel was 13th june.
                              I was informed by the kaveri travels that the bus got cancelled and no alternate arrangement is being made. Upon enquiry, i was told that the refund will be initiated by redbus itself. I have not received any refund till date and there has been no communication whatsoever about the status of the same.
                              I got a mail from redbus that a query has been registered with reference no. 1267201 and they will get back soon. I have already written twice and am still awaiting reply.

                                I booked a bus from kaushambi to moradabad on reaching the boarding point i found out that the bus was not there i tried to find out the status of bus from their customer care no but they denied having any information about the bus very harshly. I also tried to cancel the ticket but they denied saying that the ticket cannot be cancelled after bus departure time. I had to board another bus as i was running late.

                                  I wanted to book return tickets to travel on 22nd june 2017 but the ticket got booked on the same day i booked the ticket 20th june 8:30pm and to start my travel at 10:30pm. Refund was not received. I was not able to cancel the ticket.

                                  I have also told them to change journey date and give me the ticket, since it is website issue. But they have not provided proper responds. At last they gave me reference number

                                  This is Not Acceptable, it is problem completely with your Website not by myself or my selection of date .
                                  After looking in to forum many of them filled similar issue on your website. So i am not only facing this issue.

                                  In my case i have selected to travel on next day but the ticket got booked to travel on same day on which i have booked the ticket. I have not received any refund, This unfair.

                                  This happens for me with 2 tickets which i have booked with Redbus, Please do not cheat consumers, This is unfair.
                                  Can I change the Berth wrong ly choosen in the same bus after booking without cancellation?
                                  It is unfair, This was completely technical issue with Rebus web servers.

                                  Why should i be responsible for your mistake?

                                  I selected to travel on next day but ticket was booked travel on the same day, This is unfair practice you are following.

                                    Bus has been cancelled there is no informational from bus organizers or from redbus. I booked from proddatur to bangalore seat 10, 11 with ar bcvr. Tkt no: tk[protected]. I called redbus customer care they told it will be resolved in 24 hours like that untill now i called 4 times. Sometimes they told call [protected] and press option 3. Which will not all work. Ticket price is 1200. After discount they charge 1050 which is not refunded until now..

                                      I'm using red bus from 2012 and for the past 10 to 15 bus booking im not at all receiving the tickets to my mobile number, after booking the tickets each and every time i need to call red bus support and ask them to book tickets. I booked ticket on[protected] for the journey date[protected], so far i called the support 3 times still i did not receive any tickets to my registered mobile number.

                                      I don't know what is the problem with you...
                                      If i continues i will switch to some other booking site-we have many booking sites.
