Redbus booking. Amount deducted from bank and not refunded yet

I have tried booking ticket from Bangalore to Goa via redbus. But what happened was they dedected money from account and replied sorry the ticket cant be booked. And its been a day the money is not yet refunded. An amount of rupees 1688 was charged and deducted online from HDFC bank account holder Arun NV. The booking was done on 25th February 2017.
