I am travelling from Bangalore to Pune as address provided by redbus.com I reached near veshvantpura police station then I called cell provided by redbus then they told me that come near govardhan gate near petrol pump using bad words and after that they told me that near theatre this was hectic for me because of this ignorance customer servise.. please improve customer service and address of boarding point

This is havoc happened due improper address provided by red bus the bus staff and orange travels are good. And bad words are spoken by the number provided by the number provided by red bus which is [protected]. And really want to know what action red bus has taken

    Bus Staffs took 3000 Rs from my wallet.

    I board bus on[protected] at 10 PM, Seat 26w (volvo AC semi sleeper)
    vehicle number:TN30-BB9199
    Boarding:Mattudhavani omni bus stand madurai.

    madurai to chennai.

    i got down at kathiparan at 5:35 AM and i realized i missed my wallet in bus, i called them at 5:55 AM and got acknowledged from bus staff that my wallet is there in my seat 26w with 3.7k cash . They asked me to get it back at 9:35 near porur toll plaza, i was waiting for that bus. they gave me my wallet with 1.7k, i asked them where is my rest of 2k . they told this is what left in wallet and started the bus.

    This is totally unfair . i strongly demand an explanation on it. And also enlight me what should i do further to make it right.

    such a worst behavior . i thought to give 500rs after i get wallet but they totally disappointed me.

    i never thought KPN people would do such things.

    if i dont get proper response then i will seek for online help in internet,

      I have tried booking ticket from Bangalore to Goa via redbus. But what happened was they dedected money from account and replied sorry the ticket cant be booked. And its been a day the money is not yet refunded. An amount of rupees 1688 was charged and deducted online from HDFC bank account holder Arun NV. The booking was done on 25th February 2017. Kindly resolve the matter as soon as possible as its a matter of 1688 rupees.

        I booked ticket from shirdi to mumbai and my ticket was confirmed, and then i received email from them stating your transaction has failed and your money is safe with us. now they are denying to return money, i feel so cheated i was not able to travel on that ticket instead i have to pay for another seat, please please never book ticket from red bus.

        VRL is saying contact with RedBus and RedBus is saying please contact with VRL travel.

            I have booked a ticket on[protected] from Kolhapur to Satara
            and when the went to MSRTC Station the people there informed that there is no such Bus available, and asked to go with other bus. Apart from that were asking why you booked online and were not replying properly.
            when contact Red Bus they informed to get refund from Bus Station
            I have not been able to visit the station as i left due to work.
            If there is no proper information about the Bus they should not keep the bookings available for the Bus .

              I have booked the bus ticket from Pune to Bhopal for 10/Feb/2017 and travel agency is Satnam Travel, Verma travel and Ticket no is TK2R42762844 and boarding time is 6 Pm at Vishal Nagar wakad Pune (Near to my home, that'why booked this bus) . At 2:30 Pm on 10 feb, i got call from red bus (may be from Verma travels) and saying that something went wrong with the bus and it has been canceled (Not describe the exact issue) and she has given me 2 options for boarding as 5:15 Pm at Nashik Phata and 6:00 pm at Pune Station and she told that new bus will be Volvo with good amenities . Due to this, i need to go to Pune Station with expenditure by Vehicle and need to park 2 wheeler into Parking (Not completely safed) . The bus was also not on time and bus condition is very bad and i got seat of last as SU11, which is last upper birth of bus .

              So i due to this bus disservices, got back pain and so much hactic journey . I want to claim the bus fares due to bad services of travels and also due to this mis services from travel agency, i also want to claim the Parking payment .

                I wanted to book 2 tickets from Bngalore to Chennai. I attempted to book it on Feb 11. When I hit "Bangalore to Chennai bus", I found redbus and chose it. It asked me the date and i mentioned Feb 12. When search list appeared the date was back to Feb 11. I booked the tickets and realized it was wrongly chosen. I immediately called the bus operator and red bus. Both were asking me to approach each other for cancellation. I reuqested them to atleast transfer it to the ticket which i book next and they denied. Both escaped with the reason of "We dont have the choice of cancelling but the bus operator\redbus has it".

                Hello i tried booking bus ticket amount deducted but did not get the ticket on Jan 24th 2017 and i called them 100 times but no use till now i did not get my 3470 INR till date help me on this
                Please do not use red bus site for booking your bus tickets. On Jan 12, 2017 I had booked my ticket from Mumbai to Mysore in SRS travels, My all details got filled and payment also debited from my account. After all the process there was an error due to which my tickets were not booked.

                Immediately I called Red bus customer care, they said they had a site problem due to which error has occurred and I was told that my debited amount of Rs. 1595 will be credited in my account within 24 hours.

                Called many times to customer care they every time keep my call on hold for 5-10 mints to give a reply that within 24 hours or 48 hrs I will receive credit, the same thing will be replied on email but no email's nor call back nor refund i have received. Its now 2nd month completion but still I have not received my refund. Just now I spoke to customer care and was told that I will receive refund initiated text message but even after half an hour i am not received any text msg too.

                I heard from many people that the same thing also has happened with them some left following up and some the same reply all the time.

                You have to take an action against these types of companies. my complaint no in red bus is 480888

                    Hi all. I have booked a ticket at 12.20 from Goa to Hyd but entered a wrong date i.e on 11th feb. All that I wanted is to change the date to 15th feb. I was on the calls from 12.30 – 3.30 pm.Spoke with agents as well as two supervisors. The stunning and shocking thing is, everyone told me the same thing that according to the company policy, the ticket can neither be cancelled or refunded. Same thing again and again. None of them exhibited the attitude of helping the customer or at least told me, “let me see what I can do for you?” including the supervisors.
                    One of the supervisors even asked to contact the merchant which isn’t my responsibility. But still I called Kaveri travels and that’s the most bitter experience. The head office people were talking about me soo disgustingly and I could hear the conversation on the phone and they hung up the call. I couldn’t understand how they became your merchants. So unethical and unprofessional behaviour.
                    Coming back to your company, I completely understand that policies are important. But we are humans, We make little mistakes. If everything a-z, has to be according to the policies, then I guess there is no need of call centres. Your employees gave me an impression that I was talking to a computer who lacks the ability to think. I have seen major companys refunding small to huge amounts of money for the customers just because they try to understand the situation of the customer. This is highly lacking in this organisation. Finally Shankar(TL, Pune) accepted to give me only 300 Rs as E- wallet cash. I would never ever prefer this site again because of its customer service. Even the slightest problem can’t be resolved here. Most importantly employees would never had the attitude of helping customers.

                      On Dec 27 I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Udupi. Redbus showed boarding point as Kalasipalyam. When I contacted the bus operator for confirmation on ticket, he said the boarding point was not valid. Although the operator said the amount will be refunded via redbus (considering it as a cancellation due to their mistake), I did not get any information nor any refund. After continuous follow up also I have not got valid answer or action from both bus operator and redbus team. I have faced several issues with this even before and in recent past as well.

                      Ticket was booked on Dec 27th for Dec 27th.

                        The bus was delayed by 4 hrs. I travelled from Bangalore to Madurai on Feb 6th on SRS travels. Bus started from Bangalore with one hour delay. Since the bus did not reach Madurai on time, i had to get down in Dindugul and travel to some other place(i was supposed to travel from Madurai to this place if bus has reached on time). On top of this delay, I contacted red bus for registering the complaint. No real support from Redbus team. They wanted to close the case with no compensation at all and the ticket was closed. KALYANI - supervisor in Pune call centre was rude and spoke to me in a worst manner. Worst experience overall and i guess i will stick to ABHIBUS going forward!! Competitors should learn from u guys on how to lose the customers.

                          I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Guntur on February 01, 2017 amounting Rs.758.40 and the ticket number is TK[protected]. I have cancelled on the very next day and the reference number for processing is[protected]. I have not received the refund till now and I am unable to contact concerned person. I have received the following message from redbus executive.

                          "We would like to inform you that the refund amount of Rs. 758.40/- has been processed on 2nd February 2017 and the reference number is “[protected]”. This will reflect in your account within 7 bank working days from the date processed.[Bank reference number for the same[protected]]."

                          Kindly resolve my issue.

                          Ticket number TK[protected], PNR no: 92K75NB9, Ranchi to Tatanagar bus on Aug 10th, 2017 at 9:35 AM was cancelled without intimation. When we called Pawan Putra-Customer Care:[protected], they said refund will be made by Red Bus online. We submitted our complaint to Customer Care @ Redbus [protected]@redbus.in on August 11th, complaint number 1621181. There has been no inquiry. The reply mail says -

                          Dear Customer,

                          We are glad to inform you that Service Ticket ID: 1621181 has been resolved within the promised time. Our support executive has communicated the resolution to you via a separate email, kindly check.

                          11/8/2017 11:08 AM 11/8/2017 5:28 PM

                          We received no mail from any support executive about the refund. We checked our bank account. There has been no refund made.

                          We submitted another complaint 1650134 on 14th August. Refund of 399/- (2 passengers) still awaited. Kindly get back at the earliest.

                            Hello,

                            Honestly I am not at all happy with your service. Here is the scenario:
                            I tried booking for Kallada travels from Bangalore to Cochin on Feb 03rd. My money was deducted but the ticket got failed to confirm. I then called your customer service personnel and she advised me to try again for the same bus, same seat. I checked with her again that if it is some service issue from your end or an issue with the bus operator, so that I dont have to lose money again. But she told me its some temporary glitch and I tried again. Unfortunately, my money was lost again.

                            I understand the amount (Rs. 812 + 812) will be credited back soon, hopefully.

                            Mishaps happen sometimes. I totally get it.

                            But the worst thing happened after my friend boarded the bus whom I booked the ticket for with SONA TRAVELS. The bus service was so poor. The bus quality was really bad, shaky and he was already a patient who was taking treatment for back pain. His health got worsened after the journey and had to get on bed for the next two days.

                            I already complained just after the journey started and redbus personnel told me that the bus/service can't be changed as the journey has already started. I am pretty sure you have received multiple complaints for the same bus on the same day. I was told that I would get a call back after I raised a complaint with you.

                            I believe that is just basic customer care manners that redbus team should learn ahead. Once you have a complaint registered, atleast you should show the responsibility to make a call back. It's been 3 days now and didn't yet get a call back.

                            And what difference would it make to me if the operator has promised to get the bus changed? I am damn sure wont be using his/your services again anyway.

                            Apologies wont serve it. Just let me know if there is a provision to get the amount for the ticket refunded. I seriously think I have to use better alternatives for ticket bookings in future.

                              I had booked SRS Volvo A/C Multi Axle Sleeper(2+1) for my return journey from Goa to Bangalore on Saturday, December 31, 2016 but they had changed the bus to non ac sleeper sitter, next day when i called SRS travels regarding this i was told that they have already informed the Red Bus people to initiate the refund of difference amount which i have not received so far.

                                  I was on a trip to Assam and planned to travel by road. Thus, ended up booking deluxe buses from Red Bus. The bus details are follows:
                                  1. 25th January 2017:
                                  Guwahati to Kaziranga : TIN TK2T4499238, PNR: 6YVEQPE, Trishul Transport Service. Bought two tickets for Rs. 624.
                                  Two hours prior to the journey, I received a bus cancellation message. Operator said that passenger has cancelled the tickets (while we did not). Red bus said that bus is not plying - due to mechanical problems bus has been cancelled. But the operator called in sometime and informed that come to the bus counter, buy hard tickets and bus is going. We paid him 800 for two tickets (same bus same seats)

                                  2. Kaziranga to Guwahati : TIN TK2U55572428
                                  PNR N6EXBUY, Anurag Travels. Bought two tickets for Rs. 624.

                                  Two hours prior to the journey, got a notification of bus cancellation.
                                  Operator informed- that buses do not ply on 26th January in Assam.
                                  Even when the bus operator knew that bus does not operate, the bookings were accepted for that date. For a person travelling from Delhi to Assam might not be aware of the Road transport situation in Assam.
                                  There was no other transport which was made available to us and we had a flight back to Delhi next morning. We were stuck at Kaziranga without any help from any corner.

                                  Customer care executives did not ever made us reach/speak with seniors at Red bus but just said "Sorry for the inconvenience." I made sure to read Red bus's T&C and was well aware that bus cancellation events are not Red Bus's responsibility but there is no coordination between Red bus and their operators. You people enjoy harassing customers in the name of ''Terms and Conditions."

                                  COMPLETELY FAKE SERVICES BY RED BUS. BOTH THE ABOVE BUSES HAD GIVEN WRONG CANCELLATION INFORMATION. NO TRANSPORT WAS MADE AVAILABLE on 26th JANUARY. There was no mechanical breakdown of bus. BUS OPERATOR CONFESSED. BUT The buses do not operate on 26th JAN. Why was our booking accepted?

                                  THE REFUND FOR BOTH THE BOOKINGS HAVE ALSO NOT BEEN RECEIVED.

                                        I am writing to you after great humiliation and no resolution from Redbus.

                                        This is regarding on my refund for the ticket payment TJCN98424964 and Ticket: Ticket number (TIN): TJDM32735244.

                                        I haven't receive my refund yet. The total refund amount is Rs.3007/-.

                                        I have made N' number of calls to red bus team and even in mails too. They are keep on saying, the refund has been done. I have checked with my bank. The amount is not reflected to my account.

                                        There is no reply for my all mails/

                                        Please look into this issue at the earliest.
