My wife along with some 6 ladies passengers experienced a very bad treatment in RKT bus from Trichy to Bangalore in AC sleeper started at 2.00 clock at Trichy. The bus not parked for the lady passengers to attend wash rooms. After 4 hours bus parked in a nasty place where the toilets were not properly maintained. When one of them shouted and said next time she would not be using RKT bus, that lady was dropped at Electronic city stop at Bangalore whereas she was continously asking the driver to stop at Chandapur near A2B hotel. That too was dropped after Electronic city toll whereas her son was waiting near Chandapur junction. That too at late night at 10.30 PM that lady was left alone. This is to be condemned and the RKT bus authorities should warn their bus serving employees suitably to behave with ladies properly and this type of things should not happen to any more travellers.

      Booked above tickets in kpn waited for 3.5hrs still bus not came. 2lady passengers no info provided in boarding point.
      They don't know about bus info when tracked the bus it's showing somewhere in tamilnadu. We didn't board the bus after waiting till now. Please initiate refund.

        While booking I have selected Nerul as the destination. But the sheet with bus conductor shows Mumbai and he dropped me at Sion as a last stop. The bus was going to Pune. Tried to contact Redbus but they told to contact bus operator. Seriously pissed off by Redbus and Neeta bus service. First and last booking from Redbus. I want redbus to pay my Ola expense that I have to pay for going home at 2.00am.

          Following is the issue with Redbus and I have been sending emails to them for 15 days. Now they stopped responding to me and not providing me the clear response. Details pertaining to the issue is given below.

          Reference Number: 422854
          Issue Type: Booking Issues
          Category: Payment debited but ticket not issued - Need refund
          Description: Service No: OTTT126 for the passenger name Ramnath on Orange Travels from Tirunelveli to Chennai. The booking is made, money deducted from bank, but I couldn't board. Bus driver forced me to got down from the bus at the midnight of 31st Dec 2016. He told the booking is not communicated to them. I'm into deep depression. It is unacceptable by law. Although, I sent all the details (including the SMS, bank statement), Redbus is not refunding my money.

            We have booked two tickets from Visakhapatnam to Chennai on 12/12/2016 ticket no TJD[protected] seat no 30 &29 amounting to Rs.3292/-. But the bus was cancelled due to Chennai cyclone. When we tried to cancel the ticket from the Redbus website on the next day itself, it was saying that the ticket number is wrong. We tried calling the customer care many times but there is no proper response. Till now we have not got the refund of the ticket charges. Refund the money at the earliest.

              I booked 2 tickets through redbus. the bus got cancelled but refund not initiated. when made a complaint i got the reply that the bus flew as scheduled. i furnished the snapshot of the message i received on the previous day about the cacellation. i am not able to connent with customercare executive to expalin and get the rufund.every time i get the reply that the issue is resolved. it's a sheer indifference and the team is irresponsible. i have no idea how to about this issue.

                We booked 3 seats at 20.45pm wrongly on 11.1.17 from Chennai-Hyd @ 22.00hrs Kesineni travels bus by paying an amt of Rs.2902/- (1116A2/VL157). Our actual travel date is 19.1.17. By oversight we selected wrong date & we did cancelation immediately. But we got message from you as we will be get refunded only 162/- (Ref.No.TK2D[protected] All these transactions happened with is 30 to 40 minutes only. Being on humanitarian ground please consider our mistake and we request to your good selves please refund full amount of our hard earned money.
                We bring to your kind notice on same day 11.1.17 again we booked 3 tkts through your portal from Chennai-Hyd on 19.1.17 Tkt No.TK2D33976644 @ 22.00pm by Orange travels. You can verify with your records also.
                once again we requesting you to consider our mistake & do the refund fully.

                      Today in the morning, I booked ticket from Madanapalle to Hyderabad on 17th Jan 2017. Money got debited but did not receive any ticket over that. Since morning I called Customer care for 5 times, every one was telling the same story. Every one asked the same details(Ph NO., Name, Ref No.) and every one told"You will receive call within 20 mnts".Did not receive any calls any booking confirmation/cancellation messages. No one is worried to help over that. It is like every one is escaping.

                      It is not correct to be irresponsible in this peak time. It is difficult to find tickets at this time.

                      I did not expect this from Redbus.

                      Customer care responsibilty is to provide solution fro the issue. Every one is escaping from the issue. No one is concerned about it.

                      I want my whole money back. It should be refunded by End of the Day.

                      "Dear sasikala,
                      We're Sorry! Your ticket could not be booked due to technical glitches. Please note we have received your payment, you need not pay again. Our representative will call you in the next 15 minutes to confirm the booking.

                        cancelled. Proposal number is 9552852 as per message dated 24 Dec 2016.
                        The amount still not found reflected in my bank account. This day robbery after assuring that the amount will reflected with in 10 days of the proposal.

                          During my recent travel to Shirdi I had a very bad experience, as per the SMS received I was waiting for bus at the boarding point which i had received via SMS, even upon that I confirmed with a guy standing thereby that the bus to Surat (Paulo) will be coming here ? To which he promptly said yes and then was waiting for the bus to come. Around 10.00 PM the bus arrived but not at the boarding instead it was far from the boarding point approx 500 mts. To my notice I asked the guy again just to confirm that the bus will stop here as well na ? And he said yes... All of the sudden the bus passed & even upon raising the hand to stop the bus, driver simply ignored and drove off. Then immediately I called on the number received in the SMS, a person on the other end received the call and I asked why you did not stop at the point mentioned in ticket, he was reluctant to respond and simply said ya we will be back and collect you from there. As soon as the call ended within fractions of second there a call from their end asking me to come at the Travels Office located approx 1 km ahead. To which I said that as per our last call you were to collect me from here then why are you not coming ?? To my shock there was no proper response from his end and to avoid further arguments I simply boarded an auto passing by and got down at the stop. Thankful to god that I was able to catch the bus. But this is really disappointing and bad, if the pick up point is changed at the last moment then there should be update to traveler so as to avoid any chaos. Really really bad and not worthy... It kept me thinking that why did I choose redbus for my travelling... Next time too I need to think twice before booking any bus tickets via Redbus.

                            Date of incident: Nov 22nd, 2016

                            Description:
                            I was booking a bus on redbus. I went to pay for the bus tickets and when I went to try to go ahead with my purchase, I received an error message indicating that the transaction was not processed. So I made another attempt and I received the same error. I then went to book another ticket instead. I later found out that I had actually been charged for the redbus tickets, but that they would not refund me of the amount. I also had to wait over a month before they replied about the outcome of the complaint, they replied on January 9th, 2017 with the formal resolution.

                            Desired outcome:
                            For them to refund the erroneous ticket purchases based on their website errors.

                              We have selected 13th Jan date but how it has selected today date we really don't know. Kindly cancel my ticket & re book it for 13th jan Date.

                                Hi. My name is Divakar. I've booked a ticket through red bus(kkr travels) to travel from karaikudi to Chennai on 12th December(ticket was booked thru mobile on 11th Dec 7.50 am. My booking reference number is TJD[protected]. But the bus has been cancelled due to VARDHA cyclone and I was intimated only through phone call from the number[protected]. But I haven't received any confirmation through mail or message and was informed that the amount will be refunded soon. I've called many times to customer care for refund and it has not been done till now. How come RED BUS company can cheat people like us. Why r they not taking responsibility to refund the money. This shows their imperfection in their work. They r interested in only earning money and not caring about the people's problem. I want my money to be refunded immediately or else I may go to consumer court to get solution for this issue.

                                I booked a bus ticket on 01/01/2017 from mumbai to pune.Payment was done via freecharge and my bank account.Something went wrong and my ticket was not booked and freecharge money was also not deducted however account money was deducted and has not been refunded yet.

                                  I launched a complaint for 3 times Red bus website my reference no is reference number for query is 450089, 450110, 450035, but still there is no reply from RED BUS.
                                  I suggest u people never try to book hotel or bus from RED BUS website.
                                  There CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORST.

                                  Still waiting for there action regarding my translation at 7 jan, It look like it is worst in replying customer and taking necessary action to resolve it...
                                  I booked my ticket on 29 dec 2016.Ii cancelled it because of some issues but not get my refund amount.
                                  I want it soon.

                                    I booked a ticket from redbus and reached the boarding point before the scheduled time and tried calling the bus driver but he didn't pick my call and after 1hour of continous calling I called the bus operator office and they told me that the bus has already left the boarding point and when I reached the redbus regarding the issue they are not willing to refund my money

                                      Hi Team,
                                      Would like to bring this to your notice and to all the readers here so as to be aware of the incident happened while was travelling from Hyderabad to Pune by Atmaram Travels booked through Redbus.in on 20th December 2016. I boarded the bus from Telephone Bhavan Lakdi-ka-Pool Hyderabad . when reached my allotted seat there was already a person sitting there and requested me to sit in the other row seat that was booked by him and one of his friend was sitting beside me, and noticed there were other friends on the back seat all together they were 5 friend travelling from Hyderabad. mid of night the person sitting beside me offered me a cream biscuit i denied initially but then he insisted to have the biscuit, looking at his age ( mid aged ) i took and had it soon after i realised that the taste is too bitter and was about to spit it out i went into deep sleep ( as the biscuit offered had some drug in it ) . and realised that they took away all my belongings that includes ( 2 latest smartphones, Casio wrist watch, 2 gold rings, 1 silver chain with locket and my Wallet includes my credit card and debit cards, driving license and RC book ) by the time I realised this was left at Sion ( Mumbai) by the bus cleaner as it’s the last stop, was left on the roads of Mumbai roaming on the roads subconscious and reached a rickshaw who took me all the roads in Mumbai and asked to pay 1000 rs . when didn’t payed it he left me at Chunnabati taxi stand . from there the drivers negotiated an amount of Rs 4500 to drop me back in Pune as i was totally unconscious, without food and not sure where to go. i really want to take an action against redbus for entertaining travels like Atmaram who don’t bother to have the details for the passengers they book for them. Also logged a complaint with the local police in Hyderabad .hope to see some action soon. This is too bad on redbus even after clarifying the issues they never bothered to comeback with a solution . there are many travel agencies on redbus, who never follow timings, neatness, rudeness with passengers . this incident has very bad impact on my health as i was off to my work for almost 2 weeks and left my family in shock . if this is not taken as a serious incident soon redbus would face the consequences .

                                      As per the above of drugging in the bus ... this is to infrom you that reveived a mail stating the issue is closed from you end . This is really unfair having informed that they concerned agent from redbus will speak to the concerned senir manager and come back with a resoultion . but was reallt disspointed and dishartened with the way the team has closed my complaint without any outcome .

                                      Also to bring it to you noitice that as per the call secheduled betwwen me and the bus operator i did asked for some information about the passengers Name and contact numbers who baorded the bus on 20th december 2016 for which there is no response from the operator . the reason to ask for the same is to highlight the mistakes and carlessness the operator was . But this does not mean that providing those details will sort my issue .

                                      All i want to inform you guys is that i have lost my Valuables and if asked whrere did i lost then its in the bus, which bus "Atmaram " and how didi get into the bus is through Redbus . Hence i need a resoultion in regards to my lost things ( 2 latest smartphones, Casio wrist watch, 2 gold rings, 1 silver chain with locket and my Wallet includes my credit card and debit cards, driving license and RC book ) and the mental agony i went through which costed me on my medical bill and to add to this i have lost my 10 days of pay in the office .

                                      I would really need this issue to be resolved on the humantarian grounds . Looking forward to get some reply on the same .

                                      Its been a month now and there is no resolutin on the above issue and incident . Its very disgusting and shamefull on Redbus, you guys will surely pay for this and will make sure of that .

                                        I have booked a ticket from Madurai to chennai on 2 December 2016 . On the date of journey I've received a sms stating that the Bus is cancelled due to technical issue and the redund will be processed within 7 working days...
                                        i've been trying to get in toch with the stupid customer care service of the REDBUS... asusal same dialouge"we'll do the needful help... its been almoat 40 days still the refund isnt reflected...
