When I open the red bus website at the time of booking ticket it shows Parbhani to Pune 3 ticket available, but when I conforming and the filling details it shows these seats are allready book .if you are not able to provide good facility then please shut down your site REDBUS I am fully unsatisfied with you service ...please improve your service other wise close this site .Actually I face many problem at the time of traveling but I never complain but this time is tooo bad service
very bad service ...please use another site for ticket booking ...

    I had booked ticket from bangalore to chennai on meenakshi travels on 22nd feb 2015. The bus has to come to madiwala at 12AM but till 3AM the bus has not came and i had to take a alternate plan. So i came to chennai by another bus. When i insisted redbus to refund my amount both redbus and meenakshi travels deny that the bus has came to the boarding point at 4AM which is 4 hours from actual and saying its due to a traffic problem. The meenakshi travels are the worst service who operates from chennai to bangalore and redbus is also justifying them. I Need my ticket amount 4194 to be paid back immediately

      I travelled from Jaipur to Delhi yesterday (27th Feb, 2015) with Ticket NO. TH3T4924692 The vehicle arrived 1 hour late from the reporting time and 45 minutes late from the pick-up time. The vehicle was NOT the one promised (Innova) but a smaller and less comfortable car (Etios). The driver seemed like running away from police, his average speed was 120 km/hr on the highway. Half-way through the journey (at Bilaspur), the driver was changed, which caused further delay in coordinating. The journey took a total time of 7 hrs, a far cry from the advertised 3:50 mins. I was dropped off at Rajiv Chowk at 12 midnight! In short, there NOTHING positive and I will NEVER opt for another RedBus service neither will I ever recommend this to anyone, in fact, I will make sure that I publicise such poor quality and unprofessional service quality widely.

      I had to visit Lucknow for office work so I booked a bus from delhi to lucknow by redbus via Royal Crusier dated 1st march 2015. My pickup point was Akshar dham MAndir parking point.Jsut 3 hours before boarding I was informed that my pick up point has been change to Anand Vihar ISBT which was a really shocking as the distance b/w the old & new pick up point was more than 10 km.Secondly the bus was really in a miserable condition of some KAlpana Travels .The bus service was worse and more like government buses.
      Things which I want to know.
      1> What was the role of Royal Cruiser when I was travlling from Kalpana travels bus.
      2> The charge of the bus which I came to know from the conductor was only Rs 900 so why I was charged Rs 1450.
      I am attaching the ticket received by Red bus.
      why i am paying 600Rs extra for poor Service?? it is froad with customer..

          I have booked two tickets from bangalore to Hyd for 26-1-15 on 17-1-15 in new Dhanujaya travels. vide ticke no TH2K62294437, PNR No: DJY2496-DNJ11. I have contacted on 25-1-15 new Dhanujaya travels, HYD, she said tickets have been booked on Radhakrishna Name only . But I have eticket from redbus seat numbers1&2. But she didnot responded properly. Insisted for Bangalore No, she gave, when we contacted he does not want talk, told contact hyd office. I have contacted on 25-1-15 redbus customer care saying the above story, but cc person told your tickets are confirmed and sent message also. Surprisingly, when I contacted 26-1-15 afternoon new Dhanujaya travels told bus has been cancelled, He told very recklessly you contact only redbus. When we contact redbus cc still they were telling your ticket confirmed, When I insisted they were keep telling we are going to take our higher authorities and they will call you back. there is no call back from redbus. When I contacted again at 4 pm, they told it is cancelled do your alternate. If we believe red bus and go to the bus teriminal at 8.30 pm, what is going to our situation, no body is there at marathahalli, opposite kalamandir, about these travels, I am supposed to attend office next day morning. Now you tell, what is our mental agony. I have enquired about travels, they are not reliable, why you have taken authorisation those kind of travels, otherwise take penality amount, from travels. I have spent my time and phone calls, whether you are going to pay penality or travels, we donot know You have to arrange. I donot need your sorry. I need penality amount min Rs 5000/-, because last moment every body was demanding Rs 2000/- per ticket.. I need compensation from redbus/travels Do needful Thank you, Radhakrishna, [protected]

            To meet my professional requirement have booked a ticket from Kochi to Kannur on 6th Jan 2015, the date and time is given in the ticket was 7th Jan 1 AM and asked to report @ Vytila Jn by 1 AM. I got the following as confirmation as SMS and Email -Ticket no: TH[protected], PNR no: DME50025 I have reached Vytila Jn by 00.45 AM and waited till 2 AM, later realized from other bus operators that the bus left from the boarding point before 00.45 AM. Later spoke to the customer care support staff Mr.Rahul to express my displeasure on this but surprised with his response Mr. Rahul was explaining that, according to Indian standard time the ticket is booked on 6th Jan 2015 for the travelling of 8th Jan 01 AM !!!, I am attaching the ticket hard copy where it is very well written that, departure by 01 AM on 07th Jan 2015. This is really disgusting to feel that your customer care is trying to fool the customer after putting in a life threatening situation at midnight. Secondly, i have called up the contact no given in the bus -[protected] to understand the boarding point and timing, the first response was he is not from KTC he is from skyline tours thus he doesn't know what is the exact time of the bus, however he told me that bus will not leave before 1 AM. Here the fact is the bus left before 00.45 AM. Finally, terms and conditions of redbus says, the departure time mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. However the bus will not leave the source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket. I feel it as a collective effort to fool the traveler partnering some bus operators to do some suspicious business So think twice before doing any ticket booking with redbus, there are other platforms gives better service and rates

                It is a great disappointment to see that red bus giving such bad services.They are concerned only about the ads and money they earned from their sites.They do not check the vendors background before registering them on their websites. As a result we(the customers) suffer though we pay extra for comfort services and our holidays are ruined.Please bring this site down as soon as possible so that it can be replaced with a better site who are more concerned with their customer's welfare rather than money and check the background of the vendors they register on their sites.REDBUS should own RESPONSIBILITY for all services(Or WARRANTY) they provide and should see the customers are provided proper refund if not satisfied with the services and file FORMAL COMPLAINT against such Vendors. My ticket Number is TH2F79245623 and TH2F[protected]S L H Tours And Travels)and this is what I faced on my journey from Bangalore to Goa and back: 1. When we reached the stop, it was said that our AC bus was replaced by Non AC. 2. The staffs were rude and asked us to not board as they knew we did not have other choice but to go with them. 3. The layout of the bus shown in red bus was not correct and though we paid extra for front semisleeper seats in Redbus we were given rear seats with no pushback, forget about semi sleeper. 4. The bus provided was a run down and pathetic bus with NO Suspension (though we booked a multi axle one) 5. When returning also we had the same bus and they did bother to change/rectify their bus, though they had 3 days to do so. 6. Most of the passengers including us were not given the refund promised as the staff members were not present at the scene of crime and REDBUS does not do online refunds.

                  Dear sir/mam, i m a passanger who was traveled yesterday from palani to tuticorin with redbus ticket, the complaint was, i had booked two tickets from palani to tuticorin through this redbus and i got the tickets from aarthi travels on 26 th of this month at night 11.00pm reporting time and departure was 11.15 pm, But the travel agent told me that the travels time was 12.30 pm, how its happens in redbus the both time was wrong, i suffered lot with my wife and my small kid in the cold situation .please change the time . ticket details are: TH2N42369555 PNR:DCE52E06. actually the address and landmark also wrong.

                        I have booked ticket no TH[protected] to travel from Puliyangudi to Chennai on Jan 18’2015 But the bus operator neglected and missed to pick me at the landmark at right time(departure time 7:40 PM) and I wasn’t able to travel on Jan 18’2015
                        Amount refund has been processed by Redbus successfully. Thanks national travels chn bus operator and Redbus in taking the responsibility and refunding the whole ticket amount.

                          The complaint is yesterday by 6 pm i was on the process of booking a ticket for V Maheswari to an up and down trip from Chennai to sattur in Yogan travels and SRM travels respectively. after selecting the two way bus the payment was made through debit card. both trip costed 1499 rupees. i had submitted. but from the message from the bank to the cell no. i come to know only 799 rupees as been debited from the account. Which is the cost of the onward journey to sattur in Yogan travel on 23rd Jan 2015. but have not received the ticket in any form. The cell number registered for booking is [protected].and after two hours of calling to rebus i got through and spoke to Ms. Saranya, who explained that there was some problem so the booking could not be done. the money would go back to the account in 7 working days. The she expressed that the problem is rectified and i can do the booking now. so i did the booking again and it was same case of yesterday that got repeated, with no booking and money debit for only on journey. i called up rebbus again they have asked me to call after twenty minutes. It is stressfull!!! I am eagerly waiting ...

                              Hi, I have booked the from Bangalore to Erode on January 02nd, 2015. By the time of booking the ticket in Angel travels the Departure time was 11.15PM on your website. After booking I have received the mail saying Departure time is 9.00Pm which is not possible to me to reach the bus. I didn't check the mail guess it will be ok and I have reached the Travel office by 11.00PM, Really it was bad experience which I never expect from RedBus Expecting you to Refund the money for this Issue shortly, before I am taking this issue to next level.                               I have used a couple of brands in saffron.I bought this saffron from Lulu Mall, Kochi for my personal use and found it to be the cheapest saffron available.It claims that its from Kashmir in the website but not mentioned the same on the product which itself sounds awful.I have used Tajmahal from spain which is better than them.Kashmir saffron is known as the costly among saffron.Mia saffron is priced @ MRP Rs.370 in Lulu and 320 for 1gm in their website which tells that they are supplying cheap saffron from Iran.Real Kashmir saffron costs much more.They have just mentioned as Mia Saffron.This itself tells the story.I am a victim of this fake product.Kindly check whether it is mentioned as pure Kashmir saffron which is hard to find among the saffron brands.Make sure that you get the real Kashmir saffron.No matter you buy it from a big mall or small shop, always make sure to get real Kashmir saffron.I am waiting for better saffron brands from Kashmir.Say no to Mia saffron mail id : [protected]@miasaffron.com . Be alert of this fake saffron

                                I booked a bus ticket on 24th December 2014 from goa to Belgaum in paulo travels. An amount of rs 450 was debited from my hdfc account, but I did not get a ticket, a refund was promised but when i called the customer care no one answered. I've been trying from a long time. Please help me get my refund.

                                  I booked 2 sets of tickets for 8th december 2014. one is for morning 3am in kallada travels from ernakulam to trivandrum and another one is in a1 travels from trivandrum to calicut.@10pm And the cases My first travel was at 3am from ernakulam. I am 6ft 1inch height I can keep my legs in ordinary buses that's why I am booking volvo bus. I booked volvo bus in kallada travels. Everything went find. Morning 2 am one of them called and told me that "bus is not in condition we have arranged a traveller for you". I told them I can't travel in traveller, they told that other wise they will refund the amount ( I should tell the WTF ), but unfortunately I can't accept that because I need to reach there at 7am. They arranged traveller I travelled in that traveler. After reaching trivandrum I cancelled all my plans and just slept in hotel because I was feeling very tired. What you can do for this one? And the second one. My journey was in a1 travels. at 10pm with my wife. I reached my boarding point at correct time and bus came. I shown them my ticket, they told that those seats are already booked or your ticket got cancelled. What I can do in such situation because my wife is there with me. And also they told that if you can pay ticket amount we will give you 2 seats. I went atm and collected money. They told that contact redbus, they will refund your amount. And got response from them that they forwarded my complaint on 20th December. After that I didn't got any response from their said

                                    I have booked a ticket on 29.11.2014 in Rathimeena travels through Redbus online booking from Chidambaram to Trivanrum to go for my Railway Exam. Rathimeena travela informe that my name was not found in their passenger chart so did not allow me to travel. I have complainted many time by mail and calls about this matter to Redbus and asked for refund. But till now the have not refunded my money. Kindly take action against Redbus and stop their cheating business in online ticket booking service.

                                      Not allowing partial cancellation of Bus ticket

                                      I have booked a ticket on http://www.redbus.in from Goa to Pune with Paulo travels. This bus ticket website have not mentioned any where that "Partial cancellation is not allowed." I got this mentioned only in ticket emailed to me after booking ticket. I have booked ticket for 5 person in a single ticket. Now I need to cancel it for just one person, but company does not allow partial cancellation, it means I need to cancel complete ticket...

                                      I booked a ticket via red bus on Friday morning i.e. on 14.11.2014 XXXX Ticket No.: TGCA39545652/PNR No.: 22675994, but somehow my plans gets cancelled on the same day of travel, I tried to cancel my ticket by calling them on their customer care no. # 39412345 by 3:00 PM its self but I’m not able to connect with them as there is some problem in the line so after wasting my 30/35 mins, I put a mail to red bus to cancelled the ticket on same day i.e. Friday 14.11.2014, 3:43 pm, so as per policy I’m supposed to get a refund amount of 25% of booking amount. I wrote 10/12 mails to customer care about the same, but they always telling the mail was send after 3:45 PM, so they can’t refund as per policy, however when I send a copy of my send mail which is reflecting clearly the send mail time is 3:43 PM. So as per Redbus policy I’m supposed get the refund amount, but they are not responding to my mails anymore. I already send 3 reminded mails for this, but still they are not responding. However it not fault if there customer care no. are not working, if it was in working status then I should had done my cancellation by 3 PM only.
