Hello Team, I tried making a tranx. on 19th of April when I was travelling to Bangalore from Shirdi. I had to book my tickets from Pune to Bangalore 11.30 PM Sharma travels as I was to reach Pune from Shirdi around 10.30 PM. Unfortunately due to some tech issues from your end when I tried making payment for 2 tickets the amount was debited but no ticket was booked, i tried yet again and to my dismay amount was debited again and no ticket was confirmed. With Little hard cash in hand I reached the travel agent directly to book the same seats U23 and U24 in Sharma Sleeper 11.30 Pm dept. Unfortunately all the tickets were booked for the same and the buses leaving after that. The really inconvenience was I was with my wife and with no money in card unable to book online because of you guys and with no buses either I waited on the highway of Pune Bangalore until 02.30 AM of Sunday to get a bus to Hubli and reached Bangalore on Sunday 08.00 PM. There is alot of inconvenience I had to go through with my wife because of you guys failure and inefficiency to confirm my tickets even after debiting Rs.5000/-. I would liked to be compensated for the same as now the bank is also charging Interest on the amount debited and I demand Rs.2000/- to be given to me to book tickets for my further trips or 4 tickets for any location that i would require(Please be informed I am not demanding hard cash and demanding compensation for interest charged by credit card on amount debited by you guys and for the inconvenience caused.) I know the amount has been reversed but no reason you guys said it will take 7 days. Any negative response I will forced to put this same message on Social media and forward the same to consumer forum. Probably then you guys might have to shell out more than what I requested and then it would be definitely hard cash and free tickets.

    While trying to book for a bus ticket through redbus.com for a journey from Cochin to Chennai, I had to loose Rs.2650/- in two instances of booking. And the customer care number in also non responsive after repeated calls to the provided number [protected]. Case 1. Booking in Sona Travels on 18/04/2015 at around 1 PM using redbus.com app and the sum of Rs.1250/- was deduted with a message showing "due to technical reasons money has been deducted but ticket could not be booked". Case 2. After getting a confirmed ticket for booking in AVS travels for the booking done on 19/04/2015 at around 10 AM, I was informed with a message that the ticket is cancelled for unavoidable reasons.In this instance Rs.1400/- was deducted. For Case 1 only money transfer details are available. For Case 2 both image of ticket and money transfer details are uploaded here with the complaint

    People it is a good news that I sent the problem in details to [email protected] and they attended the problem and received the refund on 4th day itself. I may be lucky or the I thank redbus for atleast good at resolving the issue.

      Dear sir i have booked a ticket from Anantapur by pass to Thrissur on 19.04.2015 at 7:53:32 pm in RED BUS through SBI online NET BANKING, The ticket price Rs 2200/- has deducted from my saving bank account ( a/c no:[protected] from Tadipatri branch) bearing transaction ref no:IGOOXAPV1 AND TRANSFER TO [protected].       I was also cheat the same way and I feel this site is also FAKE as plenty o[censored]sers of same complaints and no reply from anybody.
      We all should take a collective effort and then only this will be resolved. Shouting in this website is of no use.

        I opted for a AC bus for travel from Ernakulam to chennai and paid an amount of 1650. But due to technical failure the AC in bus was faulty and not working. I request for refund of AC charges levied on my ticket fare. The complaint is behalf of all pasengers on board the same bus on 19th April 2015 .           Sir, As i have online booked my bus ticket (Shama Sardar Travels) through redbus from Bangalore to Hyderbad on dated 19-Apr-2015. Seat#21, Departure 10:30 PM From Hebbal (Land Mark Opposite Police Station). My ticket number is TH5F34696572, PNR-83ZYTMG. I was standing at boarding point from 8:30 PM till night 12:30 AM in between i have called more than 100 times to the Shama Sharda Travels in the number (+91-[protected]/[protected] ) but after invariably calling from my side they didn't responded my call and finally at 11:30 PM they are informing that our Bus is Cancelled. So you will get refund your money back and try arrange your self to go to Hyderbad. What is this? It was very urgent as my uncle is in hospital. So i spent night up and down charges around Rs1000.00 reserved auto service and my ticket cost is Rs999.00. This is very worst service from SHAMA SARDAR TRAVELS Through RED BUS SERVICE. Kindly refund my money back as soon as possible. I'm going to consumer court for the bad behaviuor of the SHAMA SARDAR TRAVELS agent of RED BUS SERVICE.

Without knowing me how can u people change the time. i cancelled ticket and i need full amount on which i booked ticket. I really so much struggled when i booked other then VRL and SRS.last time when i booked ticket National Travels from Bangalore to Hubli, when step in the bus they didn't allow to given my seat number, i booked front they given last lext seat, when i raised the query they telling i[censored] want u sit otherwise get down here. suddenly i called red bus they not pick the call, today also i called several time from 2 pm to till now i tried around 40times still they not pick the call.what is use for customer care. not only today i tried so many times.               I booked three tickets in red bus. But actually one ticket is confirmed, another two tickets is not confirmed and amount is deducted from my account. So i called to customer care but they also not properly responding. I loss 2000rs, i dont how to get my money. Please help me
              yes also i have paid 5000rs for service via payumoney, after got the payment http://www.saiproficient.com, Meeshika vishwakarma he saying he will not give me any service and payumoney sent the payment now what i do many only crying???, payment id is 32721184
              so after payment release merchant kick my and saying not provide any service.

                      hi i book a ticket from redbus from indore to udaipur sleeper with redBus Ticket - TH[protected] no on 8/4/15. The departure of bus is 9.45 pm so i could not able to saw a nest built iside my sleeper, but in morning i got shocked to see the nest and insect coming out of it. who is responsible for such mistake????

                          Hello, Yesterday night I travelled through Private bus MRM travels :10:55 PM which I booked through Red Bus: The price too high 899, But its fine. My complaint is below: As per mentioned in ticket it is Chennai to Bangalore, but they dropped everyone near Atthipalli (before bangalore entrance) and they transfer all to a normal 3 +2 bus for further travelling, Is this the way of travelling means why it is not mentioned in the ticket Please enquire and let me know Like to know 1.Why the bus is not travelled till the destination 2.what about our money 3. what the steps taken for the same Thanks Deepak G

                            I booked 2 tickets one from Thrissur to Bangalore and other from Palakkad to Bangalore (TH[protected] and TH[protected]) in Padmesh travels. They allotted a Bus named "GURU" seat numbers 5 and 21. I boarded the bus from Thrissur Mannuthy By pass. When the bus reached Chandranagar before Palakkad Highway police blocked the bus and were telling that the bus owners have not paid the tax amount of 75000 and driver was not having any papers with him. We were struck there from 9.30pm till 1 Am. As ladies we were not able to go back or board another bus or the bus owners were taking the responsibility.In the mid night we nearly 8 ladies were standing in the highway were there was no option to go anywhere. We paid 1600 for this worst bus and after reaching Hosur we were shifted to another local bus. We reached Bangalore by 9.40 and we missed our office due to this. We want an explanation for this.

                              Hi, I am about to board the bus by 11am at national travels from bangalore 01/04/2015. But the bus came by 12. When I asked him for my seat, the driver said there is no seat. I showed my ticket and still he did not let me in. I was waiting for the next bus and again the next bus driver dint let me in to board the bus. It was around 2.30 hours I am struggling to board and still all the same. The final bus driver at national travels pushed me outside the bus, hit me with the stick and closed the door and I literaly fell down on the road. I need you to take severe action on them and refund my ticket. Else I am going to consumer court filing a case on them for misbehaviourol and filing a case on u for not recommending the right bus. Hope u take sincere action before I proceed.

                                  Dear Team, I had booked tickets from your esteemed organisation With PNR RZKBQT from Delhi to Chittaurgarh on 20 March for 21 march. As per your email (print out of ticket) and guidance on message I had visited Ajay Travels c/o Ashoka travel shop No. 91, Khanna Market, near ST Stephen hospital, Tis Hajari, Delhi. They had given me Sleeper no O in there vehicle number RJ27 PA 1010. In morning at 8:20 am (22 March, 2015) bus reached to Bhilwara (60 Km before chittaurgarh), when I asked to local office regarding what about my ticket to Chittaurgarh, they told me this bus is just from Delhi to Bhilwara & for Chittorgarh I have to travel by Rodaways on my own expense. I am shocked that after booked ticket in advance from red bus I had paid extra amount from Bhilwara to chittaurgah.                                     Booked a ticket from hubli to mumbai (borivali) being very specific. but after booking 3 seats i find out that the bus i have got my seats reserved terminates at Crawford market. tried calling the executives. Executive assures the issue will be resolved by noon.Even after waiting till noon i call the customer service only to find that nothing has been done about the issue. if i go to cancel the ticket i need to forfeit a sum of 450 for no reason from my end. what sort of a website this is...there is absolutely lack of interest from the company's end in resolving such issues.

                                      Hello, Today my friend booked a BUS from RED BUS from Hyderabad to Pune: BUS - HBK Tours Bus No : KA-01AA-3772 Survive no - MUM HM1 Date : 15th March 2015 (Sunday) This is our India.Here a Girl had 3 or 4 luggage and was waiting for HBK BUS. BUS stopped at opposite side of road, so this girl asked for help from conductor to get her luggage. Conductor refuses to help. Then girl asked him for 2 minutes as she need to take auto from opposite side to get her luggage, she cant do it all alone. Conductor says ok, as she was in the process mean while driver moved the BUS. Girl has to follow the BUS and called company to ask driver to stop, then he stopped he BUS. This is a SHAME on people who really don't respect people specially women and old age people traveling alone. No one is boarding the BUS for free, so company should respect their customers. They should be punished or fine for this. So please help on the same.                                         Me and my friend was travelling from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 4th Jan 2015 using a ticket booked on Redbus.in (ticket no. TGDR[protected]. However, the bus broke down in midway in midnight. The bus operator did not pick up his phone and we had to manage our way back to Hyderabad on our own. I tried to call the bus operator after a day and he told me to raise a complaint to redbus. I did that and got the complaint no.[protected]. After few days I got the sms that the complaint had been closed. They did not provide any resolution and when I called them they just lied to me that it has not been closed. However, I never got any update from them. Please look into this matter and help me get my money back.
