Refund not initiated

I had tried booking a ticket on 18/02/2012 for 26/02/2012 through Redbus.in using ICICI Net Banking. The amount is debited and the ticket wasnt booked. Immediately on 18/02/2012 I had registered 2 complaints through thier toll free number and I was told that they would take 5 days to refund.

Today 23/02/2012 when I call the customer care about the refund, they deny any complaint made and said they dont have any proof over it....

Worst Bus Service

We have booked Ashoka travels from Hyd to GOa and Return through Redbus. The bus service was very worst. It took 22 hours to reach Goa from Hyd (where as it was mentioned that it will reach in 14 hours), because the driver who was appointed, actual does not know the route.
And while returning, the same bus broke down at night 10 PM in the ghat road because the driver has chosen a wrong route.

on 11th of december my father was travelling from mumbai to ahmedabad. i had booked the ticket from "redbus" website.
as per my ticket, it was a Patel Travels, Volvo 2 X 2, AC bus.

actually when the bus arrived it was not of Patel travels first.
it was not a Volvo and a ordinary with the worst suspension.
it was not AC bus, but it was a non AC bus.
Also last but not the least it was not...

Cheating in cancellation of ticket

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have reserve a ticket through the www.redbus.in from Ahmednagar to Mumbai on 12 Dec 2011 instead of 11 Dec 2011.
The transaction was done via Credit Card and after cancellation of ticket they have not given me my cash back instead they have given the cash coupon which is valid for 6 months, means i have to travel by bus only and have to use www.redbus.in to book the ticket.

No Support from redbus

I booked ticket for Haridwar to Delhi on Monday night 16th Oct 2011 11:00 PM through redbus.in

JBG Tour & travel give me seat in a bus which looks like AC bus but after 15 mins of journey when i asked for the bus driver to switch on the AC then i got to know that bus is not AC so i called to JBG tours office number mentioned in ticket provided by redbus.

Then they provide me another number to call and ask...

Cheating by www.redbus.in

I had booked a bus ticket @ www.redbus.in for Hyderabad to Nagpur journey by Omer Travels Volvo [tdax55525949] at INR 900/- I was supposed to travel in an omer travels volvo [Seat F3] but what was actually sent to the Bowenpally boarding point was a regular Non-ac bus for which fares through the www.redbus.in site itself are 450/-

Really Mother of frauds is redbus.in/Dhanunjaya travels, I booked tickets on on 04/10/2011 from chennai to hyderabad. In which Dhanunjaya travels preponded the travel time and without any information about the prepondment. when i called customer care they asked me to take another travels for which i asked to pay 1500Rs. All these are to F---- our money through online.

Redbus.in is cheating customers, when i booked through online from orange travels site form hyderbad to chennai they deducted the amount from my credit card, and later no bus ticket got generated, when i contacted them they said will will not charge the amount from the card later i found the amount deducted from my card when i contact orange tours they said redbus is main, when i contacted redbus they sayign we do not...
