I booked For Hyd-Nellore (Ticket #TGAU[protected], Bus operator not allowed to board on Bus.Then i called (first Time) to Redbus call center and Floor Leader Bala Comitted to Refund the Amount.
On 9th October Again called REDBUS call center They rised service Req # 10993040 and representetive Said " I understand your issue, With 24 Hours you will get call from Redbus and Amount will be refund"
On 10th Octbober again i called REdBUS Call center : Ans: " I understand your issue with in 24 hours you will get call from Redbus and amount will refund, And out people are working on your issue"
On 25 Again i called RESBUS Call center : Ans: " I Understand your issue with in 24 Hours you will get a call from REDBUS and Amount will refund" Then i asked to transfer call to supervisor, Representative did not transfered call as no supervisor available,
Again i called after 1 Hour on 25Oct, Representetive said same stereotype words. I asked about supervisor,
"Now no supervisor available in call center again after some time'.then i refused to disconnect call, after 10 mins One supervisor attended the call Again one more ticket rised #[protected] and committed with 4 days money will refund.
1 Month Over
Again i called 1st November, Representative Give same stereo type answer, then Supervisor (Ratna: Kokata Callcenter) attend the call & committed with in 12 Hours(by Saturday Evening) Money will refund.
Again i called 2nd November, Representative Give same stereo type answer then supervisor ( Sukanta) attend the call & he escalated issue to his next level.
Every one in Redbus who attened the my call, Committed to with in 24 hours will get call from REDBUS.it is lie.
I am waiting for Refund...

Updated by rajunrajun Resoled in this fashin:
i sent email to [protected]@rediff.in & [protected]@support.in
and filled the feed back form.
initially they i got this answer ; " the bus operator denied to Pay the refund, so we can not pay to you. Sorry"
then i log complaint in http://www.core.nic.in/ with all proofs includes email replied & complainet numbers.
With 3 days my amount got refunded.
