Dear Sir / Ma'am, I'm Ajay from Pollachi has booked the ticket for my cousin on the date 10.10.2014 for the journey from chennai- pollachi via. jai hanuman travels on 21.10.2014 via. Redbus . I've selected the seat, it routed to the payment gateway and i've paid the amt via. credit card ( SBI ) of Rs.999 /- Once its done, i was waiting for the ticket to be printed, but what happened is i didn't get the ticket, so i called the customer service and asked about this. they've confirmed me the ticket has not been generated on such cases, the amount will be refunded to the credit card within 7-9 working days. I've called them again in the midst of the last week to confirm my transaction status. they've told me the same answer. when i checked my card statement via. online today, nothing has been happened so far. But my last paid statement is for Redbus with 999 Rs. has been transfered successfuly for non printed eticket. I just wanted to know when i will be receiving the amount from them without any hustles. I just want the proper team to take a look at this issue and resolve mine ASAP. Enclosure of Proof : credit card statement of my payment initiated on the Name of RAVI CHANDRAN.K with card details 4317 xxxx xxxx xx25 on 10/10/2014.

    First of all your website is such a bull , it takes my money and immediately after payment it shows the ticket cannot be booked. Waht this bull is ? Second the waiting time to speak to your support person takes loooooong time. I cannot even hear your company's advertisement song which is another nuisance while waiting. Third i have repeatedly experienced call ending when talking to your support person. Fourth, i have reported about my failed payment and asked your support person to book ticket in next day bus but i have not received any response so far. I'm planning to post hundreds and thousands of posts in online forums, communities, blogs, social networks stating all these irregularities of your company. This will definitely going to erase your company's image. I'm just frustrated like anything.

      I have booked a bus ticket from Hyderabad to Bangalore for Travel date 6th October 2014 with Ticket No: ‘TGB[protected]’ and PNR No: ‘LMR69148-sspl’ and bus ticket price was 1700 INR. Bus scheduled departure was at 11:45 PM but unfortunately bus was not reached to boarding point and it caused lots o[censored]nwanted troubles & tension . Kindly note that I was standing in front of boarding point ‘Sharma Travels Old Bridge’ from 11:30 PM on 6th October 2014 to 02:30 AM of 7th October 2014 (3 long hours in mid of night) but bus didn’t come to mentioned boarding point. Please note that I booked a bus for ‘New Dhanunjaya Travels’ and later it changed to ‘Limra Travels’, can I know the reason for this unexpected change? Due to this I missed urgent work in office and this is not a way any professional travel company should work and it can’t be tolerated. I was continuously calling to bus attendant Mr. Talath ([protected]) more than 100 times and this guy was not responded/picked the any call. At last called to red bus customer care but it was shut down by 11:00 PM. Me and my wife both were continuously calling to the number[protected] and a gentleman picked the phone around 1:30 AM on 7th Oct 2014 and informed that bus will reach to boarding point in another 15 minutes, but bus never reached to boarding point. After that no one picked the[protected] number to respond. On 7th October. I registered the complaint (reference number[protected] with red bus executive Mr. Mandar who attended the call around 9:30 AM and confirmed that I will get a call from cancellation department in 30 minutes but still I am waiting of your call. Hence again I called to red bus customer care around 10:30 AM then Miss. Shyamala attended the call and she confirmed the same that I will get the call within 30 minutes but no call even after that. Around 15:00 hours, again i called to red bus customer care then Mr. Abhishek attended the call this time and this gentleman asked me to send the written complaint via email, why don't Mr. Mandar & Miss. Shyamala informed me the same? Kindly fully refund my 1700 INR, this kind of experience with red bus is changed my perception for your company ethics and right now I don’t have any positive feedback/feeling share regarding the same. Due to this unprofessional & unapologetic event, It may be you will lose many more loyal customers like me.

        I had called Redbus last Friday (9/26) with ticket# 10946973. It's regarding I didn't get 10% discount using the offer code I got from redbus (for the ticket I booked attached below). on 9/30, I got SMS saying my ticket has been closed, but I'm unable to see what is the resolution here ? I then dropped email to redbus customer service (ticket#10958286, #[protected] asking for the explanation; response I recieved is I used different email-id in both transaction (one from which I got offer code and another where I used the offer code). However, I replied them that I indeed used the same email-id in both the transactions. For this, I yet to receive any response. Today when I called Redbus customer service, they tells me that their system is not working right now and requested me to call again tomorrow ??? Really bad experience I started having with Redbus -- I was a regular customer for them and it's sad to see the service I'm receiving from them :( Redbus, e-commerce business is becoming much more competitive and if you want to survive in this, better improve your customer service and stop cheating with sponsering useless offer codes.           I have booked a single ticket from tambaram to salem in national travels for my uncle. The reporting time at the boarding point is 10:55pm. But we arrived at 10:30 itself. It was really annoying for all passengers about national travels punctuality. All the mobile numbers were switched off. We couldn't reach either national travels or red bus phone numbers. After 12:30 am buses from National travels arrived the spot and when passengers asked about the timings, they treated us badly. When we showed the tickets to each bus, they denied the entry into the bus and told us bus is yet to come. We waited till 1 am and no drivers called us and we were in the boarding point and our phone was working fine. Red bus does not have phone service after 11 pm. National travels chennai- does not pick up the phone at all. I already called the Customer care number of RED BUS more than five times. Each time, I used to get the reply that this issue will be resolved in 24 hrs. It s been 2 weeks and i didnt even get any reply or refund from them. I am really fed up of calling them again and red bus have to refund for my untravelled ticket since there is no mistake in my side. Passenger Name : N.           I received a call from this no [protected] saying that redbus will refund the amount. They initally asked my account details and later asked my Credit card details. They are Fake and they are online cheaters.

            One day I booked a bus ticket with redbus.in, from Bangalore to Coimbatore, the bus operator was SMPK travels. The bus was scheduled at 10:50 PM Electronic City. We reached boarding point 30 minutes before the scheduled time. and we were waiting... waiting... tried to call the bus operators in the given contact numbers, nothing was reachable. sad and embarrassing moments, I was standing with 2 ladies travellers by the road side till Mid night, bus did not come. it was a potentially unsafe situation. next day I complained this to redbus. after few days they said, " bus came, and the bus operators tried to reach me and cannot refund". My phone was online, and I was able to make and receive calls, and called my home about delays. and they said my phone was not reachable. despite of multiple calls they denied refund. Beware of this online ticket agent redbus. Please forward this mail to your friends

              I have booked a ticket in red bus on 7th September 2014 at 11.40pm, which is not booked but amount was deducted and cancelled at that time. Also received a confirmation that my amount will be refunded in next seven days. Then i have called customer care to block the tickets, but i was told to call back after 20 mins since those seats were blocked at that time. As i didn't get any confirmation from the support, i went ahead and booked my tickets in other bus. But those cancelled tickets were got booked after one hour without my concern and i didn't even get any intimation from red bus also. Just to reiterate, i had never confirmed to book the cancelled tickets without my concern. Now i have lost my 2100rs!!. When i call back the support next day, they are asking me to drop mail on this. This is very disappointing and frustrating. Please kindly take care of this issue and refund my amount ASAP. I am not satisfied with the way your call support had treated me. It was like i have done a mistake and getting a punishment, and in reality the only mistake i have done is booking in RedBus!!. Though i am following up on mail, i want to post this case here and get the immediate solution.                 hi, i booked a bus ticket through redbus.in, from chennai to coimbatore on august, 28, 2014.The next day is vinayaka chaturthi.i was supposed to board on bus On 10:00 PM koyambedu private busstand(omni bus stand).Land mark was indian oil petrol bunk.travels named sri lakshmi tours and travels.when i called this number which is printed on my ticket [protected].the travels guy told me that there was no such bus and after some time he told it was cancelled. so i approched the redbus office at koyambedu. The red bus guyz told the travels person will be arranging me an alternative and left the premises by 10:30 PM.The person whom i as taking mentioned tht he will be arranging a alternative ticket through another travels and made me wait till 12:00 AM in midnight .but he dint arrange so i had to board another bus on my own. The point when the redbus.in cannot ensure the bus availability why should they sell tickets? i was completely messed up left alone in busstand at midnight, is this what i get for booking through redbus.in? i accept humar errors do happen, when i am mentioning that there is no bus booked through red bus they dint even intimate an cancellation bus or arranging an alternative.When redbus.in cannot ensure why is redbus.in running businness.Please cancel the license approval for redbus.in .

                  Hello, This is pranav harihar and i booked 6 bus tickets (amounting to Rs. 10200) through red bus on aug 14 2014. The details are as follows: Bus operator:Apple bus service Route: Katra-Delhi Date of travel: Aug 16 2014 Ticket deails:Ticket no: TG9B34475874 PNR no: NA2PNK No. of sleeper berts: six (6) I booked this ticket for AC sleeper and as i had kids and female passengesr so i booked all the tickets for front seats. When i reach at the boarding point i found that the AC of the bus wasnt working. also i was allotted all the back seats despite of the fact that all the front seats were lying vacant and i was the one who reserved them. Bus operator didnt give any reason for AC not working as well as alloting back seats. I had no option but to travel on the allotted seats and because of this all the female passengers and kids are seriously affected. They have vomiting problems and sickness.after coming back on august 17 2014, i immediately mailed red bus customer care regarding teh incidence and asked for teh refund. The complaint No is:10870761 I got a mail from there side saying that my complaint will be resolved in 3 days. Its now almost 13 days since i registered the complaint but i never heard from them till yesterday> when ever i contacted them it was told to me that someone will contact in 24 hrs. but obviously no one did. yesterday i got a message from red bus saying that the case is closed. when i contacted them they informed me that the case is closed and no refund will be given. whereas im in contact with other passengers from the same trip and came to know that those who have less no. of tickets like one or two have been given refund. but as my number of tickets are more (ten) red bus and operator doesn't want to accept the complaint.because of that journey all female and kids were sick and spent on medical expenses too.                     I have booked tickets with redBus.in for a couple of times, all i have to say is that they don't have a proper information about the Vendors they have listed on their website, mostly vendors change the buses which they have promised while booking and advice you to sit in another Bus when you reach the venue. I remember i had to go to Lucknow and i was called at a different place as my Departure point and then in the middle of my journey towards the destination for Departure the vendor calls me and very rudely tells me to arrive at Pacific mall, Ghaziabad in next 30 minutes or else he would move my bus, this was a kind of a Threat and i would like to mention that when i reached there, it took him another 2 hours to move the BUS from that point as he was waiting for some other passengers to arrive who were supposed to board some another BUS. RedBus basically has no say to these Vendors i am sure, because i raised a complaint against this particular vendor named CHAMUNDA TRAVELS who is proudly registered with REDBUS for some good enough time, redBus is so pathetic that they have posted similar same Images and Videos for the Buses, no matter what BUS you choose to see before Booking it. In that BUS all the passengers were getting frustrated and when a lady threatened the Bus manager then only the BUS was moved, no water bottles and blankets were provided and customers were just pissed off, plus the Bus manager also mentioned that all of this fuss is because of stupid companies like RedBus, now all i want to know that why the hell redBus has kept such vendors with them... and i would like to calrify that RedBus.in is misleading customers by showing them wrong images of Buses while booking and there are always different buses waiting for customers to board, "IT'S NEVER THE SAME BUS WHICH HAS BEEN SHOWCASED WHILE BOOKING" RedBus.in needs to grow up now as an ecommerce platform or else they will be replaced by a better website soon..

                        Dear sir, I have booked ticket of my brother and his wife from Gangakhed to Pune using RedBus as online service. They issued a valid ticket to me. My brother and his wife arrived at pick up time before time of departure but no bus with the name mentioned in ticket was not found. Bus operators calls the passenger at the pick time before they leave the spot. In our case neither any call was made to the phone number I have provided while booking the ticket nor any one had picked up the call, when I tried to call the bus service operator number provided by RedBus. Due to this, caused a lot of inconvenience to my brother and had difficult time that night to find shelter. Next day he caught State transport bus and came to Pune. Issues ====== 1. Bus did not pick up my brother 2. When complained to RedBus, RedBus came up saying that...Bus was not cancelled and customer has travelled. This is absolutely wrong and lie. I am attaching both the tickets. One I booked with RedBus and other my Brother travelled through State Transport next morning. I need to take this to consumer court as RedBus is not helping to investigate this throughly.

TIME-7 Pm Tickets booked on 19-5-14 at 3 Pm.through online Sir, One of the passenger was not able to travel due to dyscentry, and sevsre vomiting .So i requested both(Neeta bus service & red buss )For reufunding and cancellation, but they not only refuse for refund but talked so roughly Sir please I will highly feel obliged, if you will take naccessary action against both for MISBEHVIOR and NON REFUND of payment . in the aspiration of right JUDGEMENT THANX

                              Hello redBus, Hope, I'm writing this complaint against you after several follow-ups with your team for a bus ticket booking - refund. I booked ticket from Chennai to Madurai (Travelling date: 15-May-2014) but i cancelled the ticket on 13-May-2014. I received an confirmation saying the amount will get refund to your account in 7 days. I tried calling redBus for more than 10 times after 7 days. I didnt get my refund amount and i'm totally upset with the way the entire customercare departmart works. They are placing the call on-hold and disconnecting it.                                 I had forced to book a bus ticket from Hyderabad to Tanuku on 04/29 from RED BUS due to persona reasons . All of my options were void and i found few bus seats are available at premium rate in RED BUS . I have booked the ticket by paying almost 100% excess fare. I was surprised after getting in to the bus around 11 PM night . The bus condition was very bad including engine, seats and hygenic conditions with in the bus . I was really scared and skeptical that bus would take me to destination . Adding to this bus roaming in city to fill the cabin seats, the driver and attendar both were very unpolite with us and onboared more passengers both in cabin and even people were sat on walk way. With lot of troubles, i could reach my destination around 10 AM ( 5 hours delay for traveling 450 KM with 100% excess pay) The reason i am putting this message is, please be vigilant on ticket booking thru RED bus particular during rush time. I have given this feedback to RED BUS, unfortunately i did get a very generic response and RED bus is owning anything about the bus quality and saftey, excepting selling ticket for a margin.

                                  I booked a round trip Manali to Delhi on 21/05/2014 for 6/06/2014 from Delhi and 10/06/2014 from Manali...i selected seats and gave them the details but while making transaction it showed transaction failure due to shortage of funds... I tried 2 or 3 times but still showing the same but when I checked my balance from ATM, balance got deducted by 11370 but no mail or no booked tickets are showing ... then i called their customer care but they keep on saying, your money will be credited in 7 days and given me the transaction id which is 34038136 but as i am watching those types of complaints of redbus.in ... i want my money to be refunded as soon as possible otherwise i do have to go to court against them and file case against them for doing frauds

                                    I had reserved for 3 tkts from Coimbatore to Pune for my aged Mother and 02 Aunts. For boarding the bus from Coimbatore at 1430 h, I started from Cochin at 0930 h on the morning of 11 May 14. I also received an SMS reminder to be on time for boarding the bus from Redbus at 1018 h. On reaching the Specified Bus stop at 1410 h, the Operator gave a blank look saying your ticket is not registered and hence not confirmed with us. Moreover the bus has been cancelled. He gave a redbus number to call and I did call that number only to be directed to call some customer care number since this is Agent care number. Anyways, after struggling with the IVR, gave a call back to the first number(Agent care number) and narrated my situation. Ms Irfana was the person I spoke to at 1425 h. She apologised for the inconvinience and confirmed that help will be provided. To which I stated that I don't need help, I deserved the service to be provided and she replied by saying that we will get back in 15-20 min". I also got a SMS seeking feedback on the service at 1437 h. I received a SMS stating "We tried calling you to inform you that your bus is cancelled by the operator. Call us within next 30 min for an alternate booking and to avoid auto-cancellation at 1746 h. Not only did I have to undergo severe mental stress at an unknown place due to all the miscommunication I lost a lot of money making alternate arrangements for my relatives' travel. The requirement was for them to reach Pune by 12 May 14 morning. I finally had to book them a private taxy to Bangalore. They were stuck in Bangalore till 12 May 14 and could reach Pune only on 13 May 14. All these details were emailed to the company REDBUS and the only reply I get is that "inconvineince caused is regretted, as per your request, the ticket has been cancelled and please provide bank details for processing the refund. The company was fraudulently trying to say that they tried to contact me to convey the bus cancellation and if you don't revert within 30 min, your ticket will be cancelled. I had to bear the losses of making additional booking of Taxy from Coimbatore to Bangalore, accomodation at Bangalore and bus booking from Bangalore to Pune. Please advise what can be done to recover the losses from the company REDBUS

                                    Sir, your petitioner booked three tickets through Redbus.in on the internet from Udaipur to Ahmedabad bearing number TG9C89539383 for 16th of August 2014 in the name of myself, my wife Vineeta Daga and one Mrs. Sangeeta Sanghvi. The time of departure of the bus of Volvo make from Udaipole, Udaipur was 7 AM.
                                    That on the date of departure your petiotioner along with other companions reached the spot at 6.35 AM and reported to their agent Shreenath Travels.
                                    The petitioner patiently waited till 7.05 AM and when the bus did not come, petitioner frantically tried to call Redbus (number given on the ticket as [protected] & [protected]) but no one took the call although it was tried at least 25 times.
                                    At about 7.25 AM, the petitioner was told by their agent that the bus which was coming from Delhi got cancelled and as such there will be no service on that day. That your petitioner had to reach Ahmedabad as there was an urgent meeting with a client for a business deal at 12.30 PM at Ahmedabad and thereafter had to catch a flight for Kolkata at 4.40 PM.
                                    That Shreenamth travels told your petitioner that there is another bus which shall ply on the same route and shall depart at 8.30 PM. That your petitioner had no other option but to catch the bus to reach Ahmedabad, As a consequence, petitioner's client cancelled the meeting as the bus would reach at 1.30 PM and your petitioner lost a deal which he was sure to clinch the deal had the meeting taken place.
                                    That the unprofessional attitude of Redbus amounts to criminal negligence and deficiency in service is menifest in their action.
                                    That in order to hide their deficiency in service Red bus sent your petitioner an sms at about 10.07 AM on 16th August from DZ - SRINTH which says that they had given confirmed tickets for 17th August 2014 which for your petitioner never asked for. More surprisingly the petitioner was never asked to pay for this ticket which confirms that they were hiding their misdeeds.
                                    That upon reaching Kolkata your petitioner immediately mailed Red bus narrating the ordeal and anxiety they have suffered but to their utter dismay they blatantly denied the fact that their bus was cancelled and refused to refund the money and that apart refused to tender an apology.
                                    That your petitioner prays before you r honour to grant adequate compensation from Red Bus for the unnecessary trouble and mental agony caused by their deficiency in service and for the loss of business that your petitioner suffered for the cancellation of the meeting.
                                    In a conservative estimation the loss of business should be to the tume of minimum 10 lakhs and your petitioner had to purchase fresh tickets for 8.30 AM bus which cost them Rs. 1500/- Esteemed sir, Kindly do the needful so that this unprofessional attitude of the opposite party is not repeated in future.

                                    Operator cancelled tour with out intimation. Got message, after departure time of the bus.Even the red bus helpline people could not provide correct information.

                                      Hi, I have booked Bus from Nagpur to Pune on 3rd May for journey date 4th May. After Half an hour I got call from Red Bus customer care that my tickets are not confirmed, so I can take another bus or they will return full amount. I asked for full refund and customer care agreed on same. But after a week when I didn't received my money back I called their customer care but they are saying my tickets are confirmed but I have not travelled. I have logged complaint with them, provided the numbers and time from which I got call, as they said they can investigate, as they have all their calls recorded, but they after providing this information they are not replying me back. Please look over the matter and ask them to refund my money back. Below is complaint ticket number with Red Bus : Ticket#10694569
