i have booked a ticket for my daughter from kannur to banglore on 22 December for travelling on 29.12.2014., vide your ticket number TGDH3582366..But the trip was cancelled on the last day..and iwas asked to board another bus from Thalassery which is 26kms away from Kannur. The Cavery bus operators have not made any arrangement to pick us from Kannur. And the bus from Thalassery which was supposed to pick us at 11 pm reached only by 0100am. When i asked Cavery bus operator who informed me about the cancellation of trip (mob.no..[protected]) told me that if you have any complaint you make it to Redbus as you have booked the ticket through you...I would like to hear from you before i take any further action.. sivadasan PV mob.no.[protected]

    My Brother booked a ticket from Pune to Ahmedabad in Eagle travels through Redbus.in. The date is 23rd Dec 2014. The ticket is confirmed and amount was deducted by Redbus. When boarding, Eagle travels denied that ticket is booked and hence was not confirmed. On what basis Redbus.in book and confirm ticket with Travel agents? On what basis they debit the money of customer ? Why they deny the refund of customer?

          I booked 2 bus tickets from Red Bus on 7 dec, 2014 from Lucknow to Delhi.The bus broke down on Kanpur Jhansi highway at 12.30 am.The bus owner didn't respond and the driver ran away from the spot leaving the bus and passenger stranded.There was no help of any kind.neither any alternative bus was made available.I tried calling red bus call center and they didn't respond.The Conductor refused to refund my money Rs 1698. Strict action should taken against red bus.they charge exorbitant pries and don't take any responsibility.They are fraud.Im calling them since 7 dec, 2014 for refund but they are not replyingThe bus was by R.S YADAV travels. and departed from lucknow's piccadily hotel at 8.40 Pm.

            There was an offer on website for a discount of Rs 100 through mobile app which was not given at the time of booking. It showed discounted amount on payment page but debited full amount and are not responding to emails or calls. Even after multiple fails and follow ups, I h. Not received any response from the team The company might have earned huge out of such fraud from lot of customers. Now they have come up with new scheme, i request all to beware and choose other options which are genuine. AVOID REDBUS.IN, ITS FAKE

                I had booked a ticket bangalore-mangalore this was cancelled on the 12th of nov and i received an e mail with refund details ticket number TGC[protected] .Its been nearly a month and every time they say transfer done and bank would take 7 days for the refund, i dont understand why would a bank take 7 days to credit the amount . This is pure nn sense, i raised the issue yesterday and received an email with the same says refund done and bank would take 7 days to credit the amount to my account, i need to know which transfer takes 7 days . This is pure cheating.

                i have same scenario and waited for 90 days for refund. Every time i called to them, they are saying it is in the process you will get with in 7 days. i raised 2 requests on rediff customer support, but there is no use.

                Finally i followed below procedure with 3 days my money got refunded.


                This can help:

                Fill the feed back form which is in redbus.com
                And raise a complaint at redbus.com phone support & Take complaint number

                Take all emails replies from Redbus.com & note the names to whom you speak.

                With all these the evidences log complaint At http://www.core.nic.in

                But keep on send emails to redbus.com email ids, do not stop.

                  On October 6, 2014 I have booked my online ticket for October 25, 2014 from Kottayam to Bangalore through redbus. It was A/C Sleeper bus of Hentek Travel. In a last movement they text me saying that the bus is cancel due to breakdown and that they do not have any other replacement. As I called them they said that the fare would be refunded to my account which is Rs.1200/-, In the last movement I had to pay extra money to book current ticket. Moreover, till this date I have not received any refund from them. Kindly look into this matter or else I may have to take some legal action for the same. First Transaction amount has been debited to my account on 15.11.2014 @1.17 PM. Please check at your end and reimburse the excess amount debited at the earliest.

                      Hi, Date of journey was on 22nd Oct, 2014 and cancelled my ticket on 20th Oct., 2014 but till date 19th Nov, 2014 the amount was not refunded in spite of calling the customer service and following up for more than 10 times.Customer executive was arrogant and what we ask for the status would only reply me back to wait for 24 hrs or if not so they say they are helpless.This is not only with me for couple of other colleagues of mine are also facing the problem from past one month.                         my name is sunder my mob no; [protected]. i booked ticket in red bus on 16-11-14 from baroda to rajula. Bus right time 9.00 pm. boarding point is pandya bridge SK TRAVEL. I reported sk travel 8. 20 pm every 5 minutes enquired for bus he told me it will come with in 10 min, as this like told me 10;30.pm. 10;30 pm came another JK TRAVEL .THAT TIME SK TRAVEL person told me your bus is gone. Bus living before JK TRAVEL not called me.you sended message contact no; not in service. i jour ed other bus and paid extra Rs-500. I LOSED MY TIME AND MONEY. ONLINE TICKETS THEY ARE NOT TAKE RESPONSEBLE. Your are main responseble lose of my money and time. kindly refund my fare. your not take responsible i will go through legal.

                          I had booked a ticket on redbus.in to travel from Akola to Indore-Journey Date:12/11/2014. The bus was supposed to be an Air conditioned bus. However when I reached boarding point I found the bus was non-Airconditioned and filthy. I called up redbus customer care. They acknowledged their mistake on their part but refused to rectify it. I mailed to [protected]@redbus.in. It promised me relief in 3 days. However I have not received any communication from them since then. It was very important for me to travel to indore, so I boarded the bus. I get motion sick in non-ac buses. That travel affected my health adversely and I could not attend my pre-planned engagements which resulted in economic loss and affected my health. I need to be compensated for the same.

                            This is the worst ever experience for me via RedBus. Below are the ticket details. From: Bangalore (Hebbal) To:Hyderabad Date: Oct 22, 2014 Deccan Travels (LuxuryA/C Sleeper) Seat No: DU18, DU17adn DU24 PNR No: 2AZTHS Ticket No: TGBJ44824456 Boarding Point:Hebbal (Bangalore) We have booked the ticket on Oct 22 for Deccan Travels Sleeper which was scheduled to arrive at Hebbal on 10:30PM. It was a rainy day and sadly there is no place to wait at that place except for a bus shelter which was already full. Me, my wife and two small children were waiting to board the bus there for an important engagement in Hyderabad. The Bus din't come on time and more importantly, it never arrived at all. We have waited till 1:00 AM in the midnight and kept on calling the provided numbers to check the status of the bus.Of course, no one answered the call at all, which made us furious as we could not figure out where the bus was. Finally we have figured that the bus will never come and took a cab back to home. It was very difficult to even find a cab at that hour in the night with my family being with me. We some how came back home and called Redbus the following day on 23rdOct about this and they said the issue will be resolved in 24 hours. We were literally happy to hear the turn around time to be 24 Hours and also they said issue details will be mailed to our booking mail id. But we soon realized that the time given 24 hours was just to bluf[censored]s and also the mail never came to us. Nothing has happened even after 24 hours, no resolution and no mail. We did not call on 24th and 25th Oct anticipating some response from Redbus. But unfortunately, we did not get any response at all. Again, no calls, no mails to us. We had no choice and we called Resbus again on 26th to figure out what has happened to the issue and to our utter dismay, there was no service request created when we have called for the first time on 23rd as they have promised on the call. But on this day 26th Oct, as per them, they seem to have raised a service request and they confirmed that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours. They said the service request details will be shared with us over mail and ofcourse as you know no calls and no mails. The redbus agent has confirmed during the call that they are able to see the bus was cancelled and an alternative transport was arranged. Upon confrontation that we stayed at the boarding point and the bus did not come, he said the bus was cancelled and said te refund would be initiated in 24 hours. From 26th Oct, 2014 till 5th Nov, 2014 we have called them 8 times asking for the refund as the bus never arrived and all the times they said the issue was escalated and will be resolved in 24 hours. And in all these calls, i have specifically asked them to send me the details over mail and they said they will be sending the details by end of day. And of course by now you know the strategy right, you will be told that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours, but no mails and no calls. Fed up with this, i have called again on 7th Nov, 2014 and this time, i did not want to talk to the agents as i am getting the same old taught nice answer 'Don't worry sir, the issue will be resolved in 24 hours'. I don't know how many days would include 24 Hours for Redbus, but was not ready to listen to the agents. So i insisted that i wanted to talk to a supervisor so the lady said that i would need to be on-hold for some time. After some time, she has told me that no supervisor is free now and i have to wait for some more time, i told her that i would wait as long as it takes to connect to the supervisor. After having this conversation couple of times, she has routed my call to the supervisor. I started narrating the issue to him, but you know what, the supervisor seems to be from Kolkata location and he has no information on the booking that has been made at Bangalore location. So he started again with their routine of "Sorry sir, your issue will be resolved in 24 Hours'. What the heck is wrong with RedBus?????? I needed to talk to a supervisor who can listen to me and resolve the issue. I don't have to wait for over 30 minutes for the supervisor to answer this standard apology of "Issue will be resolved in 24 Hours" who does not even have details with him to check and assist. Again you can see the strategy used, i wanted to talk to a supervisor and here he is "just to talk, but not to resolve the issue. Why was the call even transfered to a location other than Bangalore if they know that they will not have the details?? Again during this call, the supervisor himself has confirmed that they will be sending the mail with detais on the issue and the "ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED IN 24 HOURS". Till now, i have not heard from them. They dint call, they dint even care to send mail despite calling them over 8 times for an issue which seems to have been escalated. I sincerely felt, there seems to be a goofup happening between the Bus Travels and Redbus as i do not see any hope from them in resolving the issue. Thanks, Some Very irritated redbus user

                            The bus was cancelled due to Jharkhand Band. What about refund ???

                              I was trying to book the BUS ticket from Madurai to Bangalore through redbus.Its showing 14 seats available dso i started booking my ticket and finally once i give confirmation for payment its stating try with other bus.then i called redbus customer care some rep from rebus assured me there is seat availble but some technical issue is happening so requested to try after 30 mins again tried still the same then i roamed around to find the Exact bus operator when i approached them they informed me thers is no bus and seat available.This made me pissed off i skipped my work and trying to get the ticket.Worst customer update from Redbus.

                                  I booked a ticket for 22nd October and the bus got canceled. I asked for refund of the amount and I got a reply that ticket is canceled by the customer. This is atrocious as I did not cancel it. Bus got canceled just before 2 hrs from the journey
                                  Can you please tell us what is the travels that you have booked?
                                  We have faced similar issue on 22nd Oct for tickets booked on Deccan Travels (10:30 PM from Hebbal), from Bangalore to Hyderabad via RedBus.

But the respective transport members are telling we are not responsible for tickets booking on redbus in last minute. When I call to redbus they are not available at 12.00.am midnight. Finally the travel team not allowed us to travel to chennai. I was at helpless in mid-road. Its really worry about redbus and they are making fool the customers.                                         I booked For Hyd-Nellore (Ticket #TGAU[protected], Bus operator not allowed to board on Bus.Then i called (first Time) to Redbus call center and Floor Leader Bala Comitted to Refund the Amount. On 9th October Again called REDBUS call center They rised service Req # 10993040 and representetive Said " I understand your issue, With 24 Hours you will get call from Redbus and Amount will be refund" On 10th Octbober again i called REdBUS Call center : Ans: " I understand your issue with in 24 hours you will get call from Redbus and amount will refund, And out people are working on your issue" On 25 Again i called RESBUS Call center : Ans: " I Understand your issue with in 24 Hours you will get a call from REDBUS and Amount will refund" Then i asked to transfer call to supervisor, Representative did not transfered call as no supervisor available, Again i called after 1 Hour on 25Oct, Representetive said same stereotype words. I asked about supervisor, "Now no supervisor available in call center again after some time'.then i refused to disconnect call, after 10 mins One supervisor attended the call Again one more ticket rised #[protected] and committed with 4 days money will refund. 1 Month Over Again i called 1st November, Representative Give same stereo type answer, then Supervisor (Ratna: Kokata Callcenter) attend the call & committed with in 12 Hours(by Saturday Evening) Money will refund. Again i called 2nd November, Representative Give same stereo type answer then supervisor ( Sukanta) attend the call & he escalated issue to his next level. Every one in Redbus who attened the my call, Committed to with in 24 hours will get call from REDBUS.it is lie. I am waiting for Refund...

                                        Resoled in this fashin:
                                        i sent email to [protected]@rediff.in & [protected]@support.in
                                        and filled the feed back form.
                                        initially they i got this answer ; " the bus operator denied to Pay the refund, so we can not pay to you. Sorry"

                                        then i log complaint in http://www.core.nic.in/ with all proofs includes email replied & complainet numbers.

                                        With 3 days my amount got refunded.
