My daughter travelled from Bangalore to Chennai on the night of 14/01/2014 by Hebron company bus. The scheduled departure time was 11.30 pm from Bangalore and ETA at Chennai was 05.30am on 15/01/2014. However, the bus left Bangalore at 11.25 pm and reached Chennai, surprisingly at 03.15 am. Such an arrival - 2.15 hrs before time was due to over speeding and not stopping for using the rest room. Further, this arrival before time caused anxiety and we had to rush to pick her up due to the odd hour. The company may do well by following proper time schedules. Thanks

    It is surprising to note that a ticket booked to travel from Chennai to Kumbakonam on[protected] at 3-05 P.M. for a travel to take place at 10.45 P.M. was not permitted to cancel since the passenger fell sick and cannot take the travel. Even after explaining all to the red bus person and Karthik Ramu travels they are very arrogant and refused to cancel the ticket. Moreover it has taken more than 25 minutes to reach red bus to inform about the cancellation. What sort of system the red bus is having? The Manager of Karthik Ramu Travel talked very rudly and refused to cancel the ticket. Whenever we are booking a ticket through internet there should be an option to cancel the ticket through internet. Without that facility how rede bus should permit to book ticket. This facility is very well in place with SETC / IRCTC / etc., They are having the right to deduct certain amount but cannot deny to cancel and refund the rest of the ticket. This is nothing but a cheating and looting. I request someone to take up this matter very strongly and if possible cancel the permit of Karthik Ramu Travel and restrain red bus to book ticket if cancellation option is not provided.

    Prayosha Travels, ahmedabad having office at saraspur ahmedabad. we have payment 17200 by cheque and after some urgency we calcel this tour and he confirmed that your amount will be refunded within one month . still he not payment us . please help me
    KARTHIK- RAMU TRAVELS - Please don't ever go in this bus in your life time.

    We have booked tickets to travel from TANJORE - CHENNAI on 26.12.15 at 10.15 p.m. The bus didn't turn up on time. When asked by all the passengers they said that the bus will be late by 1 hour. We all waited for one hour. The bus came by 11.30 p.m. It was shocking to see the seats in a private bus. All the seats were damaged and in they were in bad condition. Anyway we have to travel in that bus only. We some how settled ourself in the bus and the bus didn't start for a while after then. When enquired to the driver and the conductor they said they said there was some problem and they have to fix that. All the passengers shouted at them but those people never even heard our words. When asked for refunding they were rudely replying to the passengers and they said that cant do anything at that time and they were throwing irresponsible answers to the passengers. Some of the passengers even left that place and they went back to their home. But we were travelling from a small remote place for which we don't have buses to travel again. It was almost 12.30 a.m on 27.01.15. So we waited again. Slowly the bus started art 2.15 a.m. All were jumping from their seats while travel. It was not because of the bus had started... The seats were in a such a condition where in which we can't rest ourself in the seat. Atlast we reached Koyembedu slowly by 27th morning 9.30 a.m.

    Because of this service I was not able to go to my office today which is far from my place.

    So please don't ever opt this travels in your life time. Worst service I had ever seen in my 40 years of life.

      I have booked total five tickets from redbus.in in SRS travels from bangalore to venoor however ihave requested for partial cancellation of two tickets and same request was processed from the website and igot new ticket Pnr no but when the passengers had to operator that is SRS travels office and their we got to know that all the five tickets were cancelled due to that my passengers could not travel and finally they opted for taxi from bangalore to venoor due to non availability of seats in any bus and resulted in loss of amount about rs 7000 .However i had complained regarding this to website redbus.in but they are saying that your amount will be refunded but my complaint is that i will get my amount to my account but due to their website problem i lost Rs 7000/- and Mr Balaji he is the superviser of redbus website and he agreed that total mistake of redbus.in only.But i am not satisfied with their answers .

        Redbus is a fake company that tries to earn profit by not returning the cancellation charges. Many of you will think what this man is talking (as i used to say) but yes it is a fact. I will encourage everyone that book from makemytrip or any other travel website but not from redbus. Next victim might be you.

          I am A.Sanjeeva have booked tickets from Redbus online on 19th November from Hyderabad to Vishakapatnam with the said ticket no. TFCF96995682 with the amount of 1690/- Rs. The bus has cancelled its services due to some vigilence check. So the next moment they said they will credit the ticket amount in our bank accounts for which they have taken my bank account details and also sent an confirmation mail saying that they will credit the amount in 7 working days. But when i called them after 7 days they have again taken my account details and said that it will again take 7 more days to do the process. I have again called them after 7 days even now they are saying that they have no updation of anyof my bank account details and not properly responding to me. Its already been more than 27 days but i didnt get my amount refund. I am facing lot of harrassment from the kind of service and reponse they are giving to me. They are not giving any proper information redarding how to get my refund back and not even properly responding when i am calling them. I kindly request you to look after this and help me out refund my amount from the Redbus services and take necessary action against them. Thanking you.

            Hai, I BINOY S JOHN(Mob: [protected]) tried to book a ticket from Kerala to Bangalore on 29/11/13 through Redbus .Unfortunately 760 got deducted from my CITY Bank Account and booking not happened.At the same day i called up to the Customer care and i got the reply that, the deducted amount will be refunded to my account with in 7 working days.7 working days got over and i want to know about the datails of that Deductable amount...

              [protected] complaint number with redbus. Worst ever customer service from Redbus.in. Please read below for further details... I booked two tickets from Karur-Chennai for 15th of December in REDBUS.IN and had completed the payment and other details when it showed "OOPS there was an issue with the webpage" and it asked for the details of the transaction which I added and submitted and it reloaded to home page, no intimation on success/failure of transaction. There was no information that I was already charged and ticket was booked. Believing the transaction was cancelled I booked two more tickets (as the previous transaction has failed) and later I received message that two sets of tickets has been booked. How is this possible, how can they process/charge for a transaction that had an issue (incomplete) while billing/final stages. I tried reaching their toll free number and no response for 15 mns. I called in your Bangalore support number as it was past 11.00PM (other call centers are closed by 11.00) and somebody picked the call after 10 minutes and cut the call saying there was disturbance in the line. I reached them again and a customer care executive says he is helpless and can only cancel the transaction with 15% cancellation charge and suggested to write this id with my grievances. I have cancelled the ones with seat no - 19 and 20. Cancellation of tickets is 15% charge of the ticket value. why would I pay 15% for a technical issue on their websites. Is this how they generate revenue for company by creating multiple transactions and charging cancellation fee. PNR no -L[protected]. Original booking amount - 1070. return amount after cancellation - 909. cancellation charges - 160. The refund message says will be paid within 10 days. I need complete refund for this transaction ASAP, as this is was technical error from your side and not user issue. Also I need better compensation as I have wasted time, money and resources to catch hold of your support person to tell my grievance/issue. sitting all night to clarify things due to their website issue.

                I am Selvarasu K K from Bangalore, I have booked on line ticket for Chennai on 30th Nov, 2013 through Redbus. My ticket no.TFCQ82535349, SEAT NO. H2, boarding point Bommanahalli, Bangalore. I was waiting for bus from 10.30 pm onwards in Sangita travels at Bommanahalli (actual reporting time 11.15pm). The bus was came at 11.45pm (actual departure time is 11.30pm). I had rushed to bus in main highway road where the bus had stopped. The bus had not even came to service road where the office is located. The driver of the bus refused me allow inside the bus, and said that all seats are filled and no seats are vacant for me. I had fully scared and surprised about his words. After few seconds the was gone without carry me. The office staff called his manager over phone and explained the situations, He had arranged other travel bus ( Shama travels) for me . The bus came at 12:00 am and pick upped me.                   I had booked the ticket for SRS travels through Redbus.in. On the day of journey SRS bus travels sent me a message saying that the bus was cancelled as the bus broke down, Which is acceptable. I called redbus and told them that i have got the message about the confirmation and need an alternate bus ticket immediately. Redbus executives told me that they haven't received any confirmation about the cancellation and hence cannot reimburse the amount me or make any alternate tickets. This went on till all the other buses got sold out and the only left bus tickets were very expensive. For all the inconvenience caused and their delay they are not ready to give any discount or make any alternate ticket for me. Which became a very very big loss for me as i had to book for a horrible travels at a very high price as i had no other options left. I am very unhappy with the service provided by redbus for this.

                    I had booked 6 tickets from Bangalore to Goa using in paulo travels using red bus. I wanted to do the partial cancellation so I contacted the Redbus customer care. They said I will have to cancel all the tickets and rebook the tickets. In which case I would lose the cancellation fee of all the tickets. I requested the concerned person for availing partial cancellation. They rudely denied any help for me telling me a lie that the travels has not allowed red bus to give partial cancellation facility. I called the Paulo travels directly and asked them if they have imposed any such rules to red bus. They denied and they in turn said they have partial cancellation facility. I called redbus customer care again and told them what I heard from Paulo travels. Instead of helping me cancelling the tickets partially, they rudely denied me any help and I had to lose 2 tickets fare as no partial cancellation was done. If I had to rebook all the tickets by cancelling all the tickets, I would have paid extra charges per ticket plus the cancellation fee for all the tickets. Boarding point is chrompet. I reached boarding point on 9.30 PM, i seen a bus from abi&abi, i go and shown ticket to them, they said that this bus is not you booked, the bus is on the way. So i wait for 30 minutes, after that i didn't seen any bus from abi&abi travels. So i called them(phone number given in SMS), they did not pickup the phone, after some time they switched of their mobile. I was helpless. It is festival time, so i tried very hard to find another bus, they charged very high. i think the travel person cheated me, they sold that ticket for other person very high, that is why they given wrong information. Even they did not call me to confirm i am available for travel. I complaint to redbus regarding about this and requested my money back. Their support is very poor, they are not ready to call me and hear what is the problem i faced. They reply like this "{ With reference to our verification done with the concerned service provider as well as with the other passenger, we came to be aware that the bus was well available to travel on that day from the same boarding point and as the passenger did not report to the place they had left the boarding point. Hence in this case we are sorry to state that we will not be able to process your request for the same. }" Any one help me to get my money back.
                      Redbus customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      Still There is no response from redbus support.

                      It show their poor poor poor poor poor customer support.

                      I called their call center so many times, it almost cost me 50 rupees. treating customer as .

                        Hello Team, My name is Anil Kumar, I have a booked a SLV Travels Bus Ticket in Redbus.in site on 21st October 2013 from Sindhanur to Bangalore with HDFC Credit Card and the amount is 450. My date of journey is 10.45 PM 4th November 2013. Here with my complaint is i didn't get the prior information on cancellation of ticket and i got remainder SMS from Redbus.in on 4th November Saying journey to Bangalore today(4th November) at 10.45 PM. I waited since 10.30 PM at boarding point, i didn't got any bus on the specified time and i waited till 12.00 AM. I asked the travel operator about the same but he gave the response that bus is got cancelled. I Have called to Redbus Customer Care about this issue but i didn't get the proper answer. Due to festival season i didn't got any bus till 12.00 AM and it was very frustrating at that time and i was in mental agony. So Please accept my complaint and do the needful. Here are my details.                           I booked a ticked from Perungulathur(Chennai) to Madurai on 31st October 2012. The reporting time was 11:44PM and the departure time was 11:59. I reached there by 11:30 itself. The drivers no.s sent by Redbus didn't work. I was made to wait there till 3:00 AM. When I called the Shama Sardar office they told my seat no. RU5 was occupied by someone else and has left from Koyambedu. I stopped all the buses from Koyambedu towards Perungulatur and none responded properly. After a certain time even the Shama Sardar office people stopped responding. To Redbus the line never got connected after 3AM till 11 in the morning. How can my seat be filled by someone else without an identity before my stop?? and when I called the bus operator told me to get into some shama sardar bus and told to ask the conductor for a seat. IS THIS WHY I BOOKED A TICKET THROUGH REDBUS?? for god's sake i tried that too because it was emergency for me to reach madurai and even then people didn't take me inside the bus. I was made to wait till 3PM telling the bus would arrive and then they told the bus was occupied by someone else and it left!!I had no modes of transport back to my home that i walked half way in the middle of the night and was helped by some stranger in his car or else i hav no idea how i would reached home at all.
                          I need to reach madurai and it's an emergency. I know your companies got policies that if Redbus ticket is not accepted anywhere then the next immediate mode of transport will be arranged for free. I need an Air-Ticket now to Madurai immediately!! or I'm not leaving this issue just like that. I'm going to take this very seriously. I've spoken to my lawyer, and we're going to take this to the Consumer court!!
                          and the worst part is my first ticket which i booked in Redbus was not done successfully because of some problem in the bus operator server and the first ticket was cancelled and refund has not been still done. The Second ticket I didn't get the seat i wanted and the tariffs increased to Rs.1199 and i was made to pay the extra amount even though i booked in advance!!
                          I'm never going to use REDBUS again and going to ask all of my family and friends to stop using it.
                          I need an air ticket to madurai immediately or I'm going to take very serious actions.

                            I am on call with REDBUS customer care now, I have called around 6:35PM on 29th Oct and asked to do the cancellation for one of the seat for Bangalore to Pune. Persona called Manjunath said I have already canceled and gave me details - U6 seat is cancelled - 976 RS will be refunded 20% charges for cancellation - your updated ticked will be received in another 5 Min After waiting for 30 min no message came to my mobile, and I again called REDBUS (^%$%$) to verify they said IT IS NOT CANCELED, and now they are saying that 50% cancellation charges will be applicable WT... REDBUS will do fraud commitment and they dont do what they say... I am just waiting on call Person called Mansoor is arrogant and not ready to listen REDBUS FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD They again called me and asking to give my mobile number so they can call back me WT... so they want to waste time and later pont of time say that refund is not possible. Please DONT use REDBUS One of the best FRAUD award need to give this company. REDBUS Head if you are reading this I think you should take some step any way I will be publishing this to may forum so other people should not get affected by FRAUD REDBUS company. I am still on call waiting for response...from FRAUD REDBUS TO All please dont get cheated by redbus.in

                                Hi, I booked my ticket from Pune to Hyderabad for 16 oct 2013 at 9.30pm pickup time and 9.15pm reporting time(akbar travels). On 16 Oct 2013 at 9pm reached Opp. vaibhav talkies called given number[protected] / 30483463/ 64/ 65 for my confirmation in response I had been told that bus has left the pune station and will reach to my pick up point which is Opp. vaibhav talkies in 15mins and driver will call me and do my pickup. When i asked about driver's number neither i have been provided driver's number nor it's bus number.Instead he said I dont have to worry about it driver will call me. After waiting for 15mins When i didnt receive any call from driver I tried calling again to[protected] / 30483463/ 64/ 65 but no one did pick my call. When i called Red bus [protected] I got response that my bus already gone without doing my pickup.And i have been assured that i will get refund.It was there in their policy also if customer present there on time and bus doesn't do his pickup he will get his refund.And redbus is also aware of my situation as i called them on that night. When i asked them about my refund they are coming up with different reasons each time. First they said driver called me but my phone was not reachable if it is that then how did i first called them.Second mail they said i was not present at the stop.Now they are blaming me that i didn't called service provider for the confirmation of my pickup. What should i do now.I can show my call logs when and how many times i called redbus and bus service provided. Unfortunately i havent recorded them.But what should i do now to get my refund.                                   Dear Red bus team, Red bus team cheated for Rs 400/ for refund. i was booked ticket from vijayawada to hyderabad on[protected] that day some red bus team was called and informed the bus was met with an accident so that bus was cancelled sorry for the inconvenience your amount will refund with two days automatically they told this matter. after 3 days i was starting fallow up finally they said that bus was not cancelled so we are not refund your amount simply they said. your team also don't have any clarity regarding this bus was cancelled or not and they are arranged alternative vehicle or not. then why don't you doing this bushiness. Actually my problem is not for Rs; 400/ with out conformation your team said that bus was not cancelled i think i playing cheap tricks for just little amount. please don't blame customer.                                     Dear Respected Sir, This is to inform you that today my relative Sandesh Bhat had booked the ticket from Bangalore to Udupi from the Red bus site (agent-Durgamba Travels-sleeper coach) to be departed from Vidyapeeta Circle at scheduled time at 9.15 PM and it was informed that bus was under repair when my relative called Durgamba contact number at 8.00PM and asked my relative to call at 9.00PM. When my relative called at 9.00PM it was informed that the bus will be departed from location Vidyapeetha circle at 9.35PM. We were waiting at the location at 9.15PM. My relative had called the driver / call centre 2-3 times before the scheduled time to confirm the arrival of the bus at the location and it was confirmed that bus is on the way when called at 9.40PM. Subsequently it was confirmed that the bus had already passed from the Vidyapeetha Circle and asked my relative to come to Swati Hotel at Shesadripuram. Though we are waiting at the location almost for 45 minutes and no Durgamba bus (other than one Volvo Bus) passed from the location, it was explained by the bus driver / call centre that bus had already passed from the route. This is to inform you that my relative had four bags full of luggage with him and when came to know that he had to travelled to Shesadripuram to catch the bus, he rushed to catch the auto and paid Rs.250.00 to the auto driver. You can just imagine the situation when he had to travel to Shesadripuram with tension that he may / may not get the bus at the location. My relative is new to the location. Ultimately they accomodated him in other bus at the Seshadripuram. Ticket details as under: Bus name-Durgamba PNR no.[protected] Date-15.10.13, location-Vidyapeeta Circle, Bangalore. R. No.16, Seat no.21, passenger name-Sandesh Bhat, Why so negligence by the Red Bus and Durgamba. People have to take so much of stress because of somebody's mistake or absence of mind. After he had called the bus driver so many time before departure he went through this problem. I request you to take suitable action against the agency and pay back amount paid to the auto driver to my relatives. My relative number-[protected] and i am the witness for the same.                                       Hi, I am genuinely a well wisher of your company and have been able to use your service a couple of times. It is very good in all the aspects but am sorry to say this, but no other way. I have booked the ticket in red bus from Chennai to Madurai in national travels. the departure time is 10.35pm but no one called me and care about me still now. I am just standing still and waiting for some other bus of the same travels will pick up me. it is 2 at the midnight. I lost my sleep and so tired standing for long time. I need a solution for this. I hope you do the right for me. I tried to call you but it says the time is out of office hour. I am so tried and it is so rash too. please help me in a such a way that I feel good. thanking you and waiting for your reply

                                        Asking for extra amount for ticket after confirmed booking.

                                        I have booked a ticket from redbus.in for mumbai to shirpur journey of 1 November 2013 on 9 October 2013. it was available with Rs. 500 fare at the time of booking. and after sometime price has been changed for same. and bus provider called me and said that i need to pay extra amount for same because of festival time. it is not my fault it was completely yours and bus operators bus fare data update problem. why would suffer in this case?...
