I booked ticket on abi&abi . Journey date is 30 Oct, 9:40 pm. Boarding point is chrompet.
I reached boarding point on 9.30 PM, i seen a bus from abi&abi, i go and shown ticket to them, they said that this bus is not you booked, the bus is on the way. So i wait for 30 minutes, after that i didn't seen any bus from abi&abi travels. So i called them(phone number given in SMS), they did not pickup the phone, after some time they switched of their mobile. I was helpless. It is festival time, so i tried very hard to find another bus, they charged very high.
i think the travel person cheated me, they sold that ticket for other person very high, that is why they given wrong information. Even they did not call me to confirm i am available for travel.
I complaint to redbus regarding about this and requested my money back.
Their support is very poor, they are not ready to call me and hear what is the problem i faced.
They reply like this "{ With reference to our verification done with the concerned service provider as well as with the other passenger, we came to be aware that the bus was well available to travel on that day from the same boarding point and as the passenger did not report to the place they had left the boarding point.
Hence in this case we are sorry to state that we will not be able to process your request for the same.

Any one help me to get my money back.
