I have booked ticket one day in advance seat No S ( L).
Unfortunately I have not got that prescribed seat, conductor denayed to give that seat . He must have sold it on cash to some body. He gave me seat which on the wheel.

I have booked one day in advance as next day i have to lot of work and want to take good sleep but unfortunately I was unable to sleep whole night as it is vibrating a lot.

    This is in regards to complaint number 18314926 filed in red bus site, but there is no response till now. I had booked 2 tickets for 28th April 2022 from davangere to Mumbai, I never boarded the bus and hence never completed the journey. So please refund my entire amount as soon as possible.

      Hello Team,

      This is very disappointing with your service. I booked a bus ticket of Bharat Benz on 26th April from Ranchi to Kolkata travelling date 29th April 2022. When I come at khadgara bus stand at 9:00 pm I get to know that my bus has been canceled and new operator is taking their passengers and giving the seat of dearer in charge of sleeping coach. Also the number is given in the pdf is of this operator Royal Travels. This is your responsibility if any bus is being cancelled need to inform the passengers before 6 hours or before anytime. Because a person is going in a hurry what will they do if they don’t get a confirmation seat or the bus information. I want my refund or else I will complain on govt site against redbus.

          Yesterday night I travelled by Balaji Travels from Ashta(Sangali) to Borivali. It was a horrible experience for me. The first thing the bus came for pick up us is already issued with breaks so staff told us to change bus to next station. This is not good that travels send bus for such long-distance which is having serious technical issue also for changing the bus also not a good experience as we have to shift all our luggage ourself from one to another especially when the female passenger is travelling. Overall experience is very bad for me. Kindly requesting Red bus should be taking action against this kind of travel agencies

            I booked bus ticket from Jaipur to Banswara, Ticket details:

            From: 200 ft bypass Jaipur
            To: Banswara.

            The travels changed by seat no. without any information and same happened with other passengers too. My seat no in ticket was C and they changed it to I which was last second. They merged 2 different bus passengers into one. Kindly take serious action with Goyal Travels Jaipur.

              I want share my yesterday experiance of Redbus
              I booked bus Apple travels from Ghatkopar (Mumbai ) to Dhamnod (Indore) on about 9:30 PM. I got the ticket confirmation on mail & whatsapp. Then i contact to the no given in confirmation massage, both no. Are switch off. (Amazing thing both Nos. Are still switch), at same time I mail & whatsapp to redbus & inform that both Contact no. Given by you are switch off but in response i recived auto generated/response msg & mail. I reached at Pickup Point around 10:30 PM and stand around one and half hours and also trying to contact but getting same thing both no. Switch off. & Not getting single information from apple travels about bus status.
              At around 12:00 midnight I got another bus Neeta Travels in which i can only travel till Nashik ( Not Indore Rout bus) they drop me at nashik around 4:40PM. & Then I get Normal seating bus of Madhya Pradesh Parivahan Bus of nashik to Indore.
              After doing so many complaints on redbus in night. I got suprise mail on morning of feedback of travel. I think all thing happend above with me is just a joke for redbus that's why they mail me travel feedback.
              My first & Last redbus experiance. I naver suggest anyone to book bus with redBus redBus Global #redbus & Still they are not want to refund my money.

                I was book a bus ride through redbus on 30/11/21 from Aburoad to delhi (22:40 to 10:15).
                I have to catch the flight from Delhi Airport @ 14:00.
                I was along with my wife reached at pickup location @ 21:00 hours.
                I had call to the mobile no shown in message of my ticket and he replied that bus is ontime and will reach within given time.
                Further he provides me driver contact no and I call to driver of my bus to know the expected time to reach but he says he will reach around 00:30 hours. Which was too late as per time mentioned in ticket.
                Further i have no other option except wait for the bus. The bus was reached @ 01:39 3hours delay, and I ask from the driver about my flight timing, he says the bus will reach delhi around 13:00 hrs. 3 hours delay, however the exact time when the bus reached at delhi is 15:20hrs. Which is more than 5 hours delay.

                Due to that I have to cancel my flights ticket and it loss me around 5, 000 inr.

                This is completely because of bus delays and false commitment from agent or coordinator of redbus.

                I urge to redbus to investigate this matter and identify the root cause why these timing are not match and take stric action.

                I need refund of all the money which I had loss due to redbus to recover my loss.

                  Please take a screenshot while cancelling any ticket in redbus. I cancelled a ticket the previous day. It clearly says the booked ticket has been cancelled. The bus was not full because it was off season. I got a call on the day of journey (according to the cancelled ticket) to board the bus. I told him that it was cancelled. Next day, when i checked my account there is no evidence of cancellation. I raised a complaint and i was asked to wait for 72 hours. After that there was no response. i again asked customer care, they gave a reference number and said that the amount has been credited. But it was not credited till now. VERY IMPORTANT IS THAT THERE IS NO OPTION IN CUSTOMER CARE IVR TO TRACK THIS. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND CONVEY THIS MESSAGE FOR ALL THE TRAVELLERS OF REDBUS. ALSO I FOUND THIS HAPPENED FOR MANY PEOPLE LIKE ME RECENTLY.

                        Dear sir/madam
                        We had booked one ladies seat from bangalore to kumta on 14th April 2022 at 9:25 pm through redbus.com. pick up point was southend circle. When we called driver naveen he told due to traffic he ll be late for half an hour and told us to wait near clock tower in south end circle. After 10pm there was no call from driver. We called him back. He told he already reached majestic. We get shocked how he could left without pickup. When we called office they told come to majestic we ll make some arrangements. It was almost 11pm. No cabs auto were ready to come majestic. When we asked for refunding they are telling to contact redbus. But we are not able to contact redbus. We have paid 1575 rs including gst. Kindly help us to get out money back.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I have booked bus ticket for travelling from salem to Karaikudi (Kurunchi Travels Bangalore to Rameshwaram route) by Redbus ticket booking application for travelling on 14 April 2022 11 PM.They collected Rs.2308 towards the ticket.

                          On the day of departure, there is no tracking was available on the app, as well as unable to contact the bus driver no which is shared on the message from redbus operator before the journey. When I get back with redbus agent they mentioned they are not able to reach the bus operator and bus driver to know the realtime status of bus. I had connected with kurunchi travels via online and got the driver phone number then I reached the bus driver, he said bus is late due to bus broken down, delayed by 6 hrs and came to salem pickup point at 5 AM

                          So I contacted the redbus chat box and then had a call with support agent and explained the situation, then I told that I was travelling by my own arrangement to reach the destination. The agent also confirmed the same and mentioned that he will sure give solution with in 48hrs upon confirmation with the bus operator.

                          I called multiple times on the issues after that 48hrs to the redbus agents, they said that they will revert back to me, but there is no response from them. so after 5 days, again I called the support agent she mentioned that operator is not giving refund to me and they will update the status to the next level escalation.

                          No response yet, so I made a mail to redbus grievance mail regarding the issue, no update from their end.

                          This is the situation which I am undergoing on, so ridiculous and unsupported action from the redbus service.
                          Please do the needful and I request to help me to get the compensation of Rs.30000 for wasting my time and energy, since I had no sleep on that day, I had travelled to Karaikudi by local bus upon spending this much of money for online booking, but this kind of agent apps not providing the support at the time of need and doesn't working as per thier promised time schedule.

                          Please take immediate action upon this subject and investigate with Redbus, Kurunchi bus travels regarding the issue, I need a compensation and solution.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I booked a car on 21st April, 2022 from Ahmedabad to Mount Abu (booking if 16505J2KVYZP) by paying advance of Rs. 702 as advance for booking. Immediately I cancelled after booking without wasting a single moment.

                              I was shocked to see Rs. 585 been cut and only 157 was refunded to me.

                              I want to mention following points:

                              1. While booking, it was no where mentioned that the car is non ac car. I am attaching the screen shot for the same and after the booking it was shown as non ac car. In the general information its mentioned AC will be switched off in hilly area. So it is deemed that in the non hilly area it will be on.
                              2. The cancellation and refund policy mentioned is as per the attached document.
                              3. However while cancelling the policy, the amount cut was inappropriate and not justifiable.

                              I am a non working person and loosing so much amount is a real concern for me. Please consider my case and refund me the balance amount. You can consider cutting little amount as cancellation fee.

                              Please find attached the required documents. I request you to consider as my request and pay me the remaining amount.

                                It is very disappointing to know that there are multiple changeover of buses during the journey. The fact that the passengers will have to change their bus after the mentioned changeover is irritating and very discomforting. I had booked a bus from nagpur to ahmedabad on 18 Apr 2022 for one of my relative. I have following grievances for the mentioned journey.

                                1. No clarity on changeover of bus before and during the booking
                                2. The operators than surprised the passengers with the news of second changeover of bus.
                                3. The bus for the second changeover was not inspected for its road worthy and hence made the passengers wait for one complete hour due to some mechanical fault in the bus (and that too in the scorching heat)
                                4. Over to it, instead of covering the time loss the bus service ensured that passengers reach their destination one hour late.
                                5. The late arrival had costed my relative to miss her important exam in the college.
                                Red Bus customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  We had booked bus ticket online.
                                  Journey was scheduled for mumbai to mantha.
                                  Bus operators did not reach the destination Mantha.
                                  I have booked ticket for N T white House travels but at boarding point bus came with different name (maharaja travels). With more than one hour delay. They dropped me at near Jalna location.
                                  And said another seating bus is coming, wait for that bus in 10 minutes. I waited there almost more than one hour but no bus is there.
                                  So we request to take appropriate actions on Red bus and the bus travel agency N T white house travels.
                                  We need to get companciate for it
