Redbus charging gst for non AC buses

Redbus charging gst for non AC buses but as per gst law gst is applicable for ac buses only not on non AC buses. Previously they never used to charge on non AC buses but now they are doing illegally. When I called their Custer care and enquired they told some story that rules changed and said that operatar has to pay and hence they are charging.

Please kindly look into this issue....

Bus left before time

My ticket number is TR[protected],
I made a booking of zingbus through Redbusfrom lonavala to Goa on 6th march'22
Time mentioned on ticket was 10.20 Pm but bus left stop at 9.50pm
I received refund but zingbus promised me compensation of 50% but still didn't receive that amount....

Regarding the booking service provided by Redbus

I have booked a online bus ticket from Delhi to Prayagraj, I reached the boarding point half an hour before so I don't miss the bus, then the bus arrived one and half hour late, though trying to contact with the bus contact information no response was provided, a call was received and I was told, bus is in traffic and will come to boarding point but it will be late. Redbus does not provide any information about the bus number, bus conductor...

This is second time continuously very bad experience with Redbus. The bus operator (tied up with Redbus) has canceled the bus on the last moment. Both times I was travelling to attend family function. Last time when this happened, Redbus didn't inform to me about the cancellation. I booked tickets from Jaipur to Ahmedabad on date 14/03/22 through red bus from New shree mahaveer travels SEAT NO L2 TICKET NO TR4C39799455 departure time 6.30 PM.i booked in AC SLEEPER BUT when I reached my pickup point I saw NON AC BUS and no suitable answer from driver side and counducter side I paid for AC SLEEPER and provide by bus operators non AC.That is case of 420 for RED BUS ABD bus operators .if I m not get my full money refunded...

AC Bus Booked but the bus is ordinary

I have booked a ticket from Delhi to Ajmer through Ashok Travels after reaching the pickup point the operator changed the bus with any information to Gulzar Travels which is the worst travel services i ever had seen, the seating condition was pathetic can not able to stretch the legs. Issue in Ticket booking

I was going to book 2 tickets in NON AC sleeper bus for me and my mom. Each ticket costs Rs 1300. So totally Rs. Rs. 2730 including GST.

After I made the payment, it is showing that the tickets that I booked is for AC sleeper bus in the same travels.

But I remember correctly that I went to NON AC sleeper booking, because AC bus is uncomfortable to me.

Very Bad Service

I had booked a bus for my mother 62yrs old from Hubli to Pune in the Redbus site it allowed me to book and the bus was to leave Hubli at 3:20AM and my mom was waiting all alone at the stop from 1AM. At 3:25 when I called customer care to enquire, they told me the service was cancelled by the Bus Captain when I asked them the reason for it he told me the bus had already left at 2AM. No one to listen our problem on their customer care...only

You hav established only computerised system...their is no one to listen our problem directly and make them solved soon...

I uave book 4 tickets along with two new ly born babies form indore to mathura by safar express pvt ltd..we have provided ticket with timing 6:15 pm.
Still we r on road and waiting for bus...its 8:26 pm...thr is no info against our bus...babies are getting irritate ... We r trying to complain to...

Payment deducted from account but ticket not alloted to me and till now payment not refunded.

I had done payment for Redbus.in for travelling from Ahmedabad to Kota on Dtd, 25.02.2022 for Shrinath Volvo bu Seat No. L9. Pyment done wide ref. No.[protected]IGANBTQBU6 TRANSFER TO 45 via INB of SBI. But ticket was not alloted to me by Redbus.in and also payment not refunded to me.

So i had confimred same seat and Bus through Makemytrip after it....

Sudden change of bus in between trip and loss of reservation

I have been booking Volvo bus services via RedBus for traveling from Durgapur(West Bengal) to Kolkata, but for last few months the bus gets changes in between trips and the reservation is lost in the transfer.

Even after charging around Rs 130 more than the actual bus fare, Redbus is not taking any responsibility to make sure the service is not disrupted.

Inconvenience while traveling
