My journey from Trichy to Chennai booked in Redbus on 22/6/2022. I opted for Primo, a new promised service from Redbus. The bus name is Intrcity, too much hyped. Mid journey the AC stopped working, no one came to inform us about the situation, till we asked. They kept on saying help is on the way till destination. There was no ventilation also. So we had a fuming trip for over 300km. When asked redbus for clarification and refund on the trip, they are saying they will give 200 rupees for all our suffering. Why do I pay 1680 for 2 people for an AC bus?

    Change in seat

    I booked a ticket from Thanjavur to Kumbakonam via red bus where I booked a window seat of no.14, but automatically the seat has been shifted no.5 which is non window, then what is the use of booking via online & selecting the seat on our choice? When enquire about this to the one of the bus authorities, the answer which he gave was to get into the bus in a very rude manner... And the time of 10.30, I was left with no other option rather...

    I canceled my two tickets, and still not received my refund. Red bus customer care is not responding, there is no agent call service and mail id, only chat option available. They are not responding to my query. Worst custumer service i ever experienced.

    As you agreed i waited till today, the amount not credited, now more than 20 days i am behind this.
    Now what is your next step?

    You will reinitiate again and i need go wait another 7 days. !!!

    Because of your technical fault customer needs to sacrifice there time and money?

    You are taking money from us for cancelation and you are saying you will give our money on your convenient time.

    Best customer service provided by redbus!!!

    Nobody dont go for this bus service where customer treated as begging dog!!!

      My ticket number is TR7K48751321, and I purchased 3 tickets from redbus from Hajipur to Anand Vihar Terminal. Normally, these tickets cost between 1700 and 2000 rupees for each seat, however this time, I had to pay 4, 000 rupees per seat.

      However, the problem is that the bus driver told us to come to Muzaffarpur instead of Hajipur and it is around 60 kilometers away.

      and then after an eight-hour journey, there was a bus breakdown that caused a 32-hour delay, and the bus driver said he would drop us off in Agra.

      I paid twice as much and received third-class service that was useless. I didn't pay for your third-class services also My grandfather and other older passengers on this journey encountered numerous difficulties.

      I request reimbursement for this incident. I didn't pay ₹12, 500 for this ridiculous trip.

        On 18 July 2022 i booked ticket form redbus, after sit confirmation i got message from red bus with driver no, i called multiple time on that no but no one received that call, after some time i contact red bus support team and they tell me sorry for inconvenience we will check with operator and they provided another no to me and when i contacted to bus operator that time driver told me he cross the pickup location, without called me i raise this issue with red bus that time support team told me they will take action on that and they will provide refund my ticked amount, i raise case no[protected], today i got call from redbus team and tell me you was not on pickup location and continuously convening me that there is no issue with operator you not available on pickup point for that reason we will not provide any refund

          Respected Sir,
          From Tehsildar Office to Kodibag they normally charge Rs.20 but Auto driver told me to give Rs.80 forcefully on the way and also picked up many passengers . It wasn't even a special one. Kindly take some strict action against him as he may cheat many people.

            A payment error had occurred while Google pay transaction, which was cancelled and no tickets have been booked. The amount have been debited without getting my bookings. I again tried with phonepay to make it successful. My money have been transferred to rebus acc without availing me any tickets

              I booked a bus on 18 and 19th of june 2022 respectively and both the days I’ve faced the delay of 2 hours.
              Also the bus captain do not provide the location. They delayed the bus by saying it will take 10 mins to reach at the destination and by continuing the 10 mins thing they took 2 hours.
              It was a mental torture of 2 hours that too in the night.
              I want the compensation. Also the way I can reach the higher authorities.

                I have booked ticket in redbus from Raipur to Hyderabad. The travels name is Kanker Roadways on dated[protected]. The bus was broken down after 2 hrs journey. And then we have waited till 11:00 PM one ordinary bus came and reached some other place from their some other bus sleeper but small bus not seating capacity of the same so I have adjusted like 2 persons in one seat and suppose to reach at 9:00AM and reached at afternoon 3:00PM and raised a complaint on redbus he initiated 200 rs for a ticket amount of rs 2800 rs ticket.

                  I had booked a ticket dated 16th June 2022 from Darbhanga to Hazaribagh in Pappu Travels and it showed that it was an AC bus but while traveling I came to know that it was a Non-AC bus. The amount paid by me was Rs. 855 (inclusive of GST and Service Charge).

                          I am Resident of C-24, Chenpur society, Chenpur Gam, B/H, IOC Depo, D-Cabin, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad - 382470, I had reserved Ticket with Reference to Ticket No.TR 7D14490668 With fare of INR Rs.1258/- from Ajmer to Ahmedabad Seat No. S9 at 05:13 PM in evening on 15 June 2022 from Ajmer. Instead of on time service I was not pick up from the location from where bus was suppose to pick up. Instead of 11:55 PM Bus did not came till 1 AM in mid night, I was literally punished by not providing service . Customer service number is not proper number so I was not able to contact to represent my difficulty even. Due to Non performance of service and mental harassment I am facing loss of Rs.10, 000/- INR on 17.06.2022. I had totally harnessed journey from Ajmer to Abu road by way of journey from privet vehicle with seating on floor of the bus. from Abu road to Mehsana and from Mehsana to Ahmedabad I had face same difficulty as sitting on the floor of the bus . I feel helpless and force to face difficulty by way of trust on the online ticket arrangement from the Red Bus. I will never ever Book my any type of bus journey from Red bus. I am instructing authority of Red Bus to pay my damages Aa soon as possible other wise I will approach Court of justice and will raise consumer complaint against the Red Bus for sure.

                            I travelled with my parents by redbus on June 12 from Chandigarh to manali . Operator Laxmi holidays bus timing 21:50 ..

                            Bus arrived late at boarding point and drop late at dropping point I missed my further journey for rohtang pass and lost 12k inr as I paid for the person in advance ...

                            I want full refund of my bus booking .. but redbus not giving me good response as they keep calling and making me fool and keep harassing me by asking me same question again and again..

                                Dear Concern,

                                I have booked ticket for 12th June, 22 from Ajmer City to Delhi.

                                Ticket Number- TR7A6277****

                                Bus Operator- Ashok Travels, Ajmer

                                They have given 3 Boarding points in Ajmer City, as mentioned below and I have selected nearest one i.e Railway Station.

                                1. Hazari Bagh

                                2.Railway Station

                                3. Ghugra Ghati Ajmer

                                But at 5.54 PM, bus operator called me and informed that bus will not come to all above 3 boarding points. And you have to come to Parbatpura Bypass to board the bus, which is very very far from Ajmer city.

                                How can a bus operator change boarding points at last moment, which was not mentioned at all while booking ticket.

                                I said how you can change boarding point like this. Bus Operator rudely replied "Want to come then come, otherwise we will cancel the ticket".

                                and he immediately canceled my ticket without my confirmation. Since ticket prices were high on that day.

                                I tried to contact them again but did not work.

                                I have to suffer a lot to find a another seat at last moment.

                                I had to join the office at Delhi next day.

                                Any how I was managed to arrange a seat in another wise at very higher rates.

                                I have to travel on a seating seat whole night and today I am not able to join the office.

                                How can Red Bus allow these bus operators to book tickets on your application.

                                Waiting for your response, regarding your action against this bus operator.

                                It is almost impossible to directly reach to Red Bus Customer care. You keep pressing 1-2-3-4 on their customer care number, but you can't talk to their executive. No customer care email id.

                                  I have book the ticket from Bangalore to Visakhapatnam on[protected] through Rajesh Transports, And they have sent what's app message that refund amount of 2857.68/- has been successfully credited back to your NB account on[protected].

                                  But I did not receive the amount yet and I have raise the complanate in Red bus but they are responding anything.

                                  Please help me on this request and please let me know if you need any more details.

                                    I have booked my travel in Red bus on Sunday 12 2022 at 10.50 bus is 1 hr late although we came after 1 hr, when we tried calling travel again said late in 1 hr tottaly 2 hrs late to reach the departure time...
