Hello, I have booked a bus ticket from Hyderabad to Guntur by using redbus in SVKDT travels on Saturday. But when booking the ticket I have not logged into my redbus account. I have made the payment through Paytm and the money has been cut but I didn't receive any ticket details. While booking the ticket I have provided [protected] as a mobile number. Charge for bus

I booked my ticket from udaipur to bhatinda but my only sigle boarding point was in another distric. Its distance approx 150 km from my distric and taking charges abnormaly from udaipur distric. I want my extra charges which was taken from me. I attaced my ticket on photo saction....

while trying to book bus it was failed but my money got debited from bank and without knowledge money appeared in wallet so please transfer my money in my bank account to the book as soon as possible.

Forced to deboard the bus

Address:Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh

Our ticket no. was TR[protected].
PNR[protected]

While we entered the bus, we saw other people had occupied our seats and the bus was overcrowded. Bus attended didn’t helped us to get our seats vacated and no other seats offered to us. We were forced to deboard the bus.

Please help us to get our money refunded.

Kallada Travels Refund not received

Dear Support,

I booked the trip TR5Q73240775 but the trip was cancelled due to their bus breakdown.

Kallada travels promised to refund the money in Gpay (5864.99 Rs) from Redbus but we have not received any refund yet.

Please look into this and do the needful promptly....

I have reached the boarding point 15 min prior and waited there for more than a hour no bus showed up there and I have tried to call the pick person no. I booked a redBus Ticket - TR5X17535215 for my trip from Tirunelveli to Chennai on Monday, May 2, 2022 for an amount of Rs.681.45/-

Driver not responding despite of having my medical issues

I am been travelling from Amravati Mumbai, bus driver is non cooperative at all..he is not responding to any passenger.finally when my bp.shoot down and fell on floor that time he took bus at nearest hotel till then it was too late worst service.destination is Borivali Natianal park. Seat not provided

I have booked ticket one day in advance seat No S ( L).
Unfortunately I have not got that prescribed seat, conductor denayed to give that seat . He must have sold it on cash to some body. He gave me seat which on the wheel.

I have booked one day in advance as next day i have to lot of work and want to take good sleep but unfortunately I was unable to sleep whole night as it is vibrating a lot.
