I am not happy with service given by bus which I booked from red bus...they were late they did not put my luggage at proper they just kept it in the compartment plus the changed my seat

    Hello, I have booked a bus ticket from Hyderabad to Guntur by using redbus in SVKDT travels on Saturday. But when booking the ticket I have not logged into my redbus account. I have made the payment through Paytm and the money has been cut but I didn't receive any ticket details. While booking the ticket I have provided [protected] as a mobile number. So I have spoken to customer care and they said that my money would be refunded. But to date, I did not receive a refund. Please look into this issue and process my refund as soon as possible otherwise I will have to complain regarding this issue.

    Since you faced technical issues at the time of booking, the ticket was not confirmed. However, the amount was deducted from your account.

    Our team is constantly working and taking measures to control such issues. We are happy to share the refund has been initiated from our end back to the source account.

    As per the standard banking procedure the amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 bank working days  in the name of IBIBO Group Pvt/redBus.

    Below are the refund details:Refunded Amount: Rs. 853.65/- Initiated on: 07/05/2022 Source: Original mode of paymentIf you do not receive this amount within the expected time, please reach out to the bank customer care team using the number mentioned on the back of your card. In case this payment was made using a credit card, please check the previous statement/unbilled transactions before reaching out to the bank

        Dear executive
        We travelled from indore to pune bus number MP13P4509 along with my family Nitish jain seat no19), nibha jain seat 16, navya jain seat 15 and Nivant jain seat 13. bus got breakdown in between close to 150 km away from pune roughly 05;30 am early morning on 6th of may we were having total 8 big suitcases Bus driver could not accommodate us in any other bus as per discussion and agreement with driver and customer care executive we had to hire a cab to travel to pune. kindly help to reimburse cab charges Rs 3500.Attached cab charges receipt for reference please.

          I booked my ticket from udaipur to bhatinda but my only sigle boarding point was in another distric. Its distance approx 150 km from my distric and taking charges abnormaly from udaipur distric. I want my extra charges which was taken from me. I attaced my ticket on photo saction.

            while trying to book bus it was failed but my money got debited from bank and without knowledge money appeared in wallet so please transfer my money in my bank account to the book as soon as possible.

                  While we entered the bus, we saw other people had occupied our seats and the bus was overcrowded. Bus attended didn’t helped us to get our seats vacated and no other seats offered to us. We were forced to deboard the bus.

                      I booked the trip TR5Q73240775 but the trip was cancelled due to their bus breakdown.

                      Kallada travels promised to refund the money in Gpay (5864.99 Rs) from Redbus but we have not received any refund yet.

                          I booked seat in Prasanna Purple travels for my journey from nasik to pune on 4th may. Vehicle no - MH12-RN-8192. After journey of 2 hours bus operator informed me about new booking from bhosari and my dropping point was Swargate as per my discussion before booking with red bus & Prasanna representative. I had a tremendous problem for my onward journey from bhosari to swargate with sitting in cabin with driver. Very bad service and I want my money back along with problem explaination.

                                Hidden Charges applied on flexi ticket

                                I booked a redBus Ticket - TR5X17535215 for my trip from Tirunelveli to Chennai on Monday, May 2, 2022 for an amount of Rs.681.45/-
                                This bus and my ticket is covered under Flexi Ticket i.e.Date change allowed till 02 May 2022 01:00 PM (8 hours before departure) free of charge.
                                So I rescheduled the date to on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 by the same bus, date and time i.e redBus Ticket - TR5X19534294 for an amount of Rs.943.95/-

                                Dear Sir,

                                I have been using Redbus app for bus ticket and observed from quite along time that prices of each seat varies and increases everytime. Bus will be same distance will be same how the rates are different.why the concerned department is not taking action on such type of services. since there is no proper apsrtc service for our convenient timings we are bound to use this private bus. Kindly take proper action and fix a price for every service.
