Refund status

I initially i refund two of my ticket due to i am covid positive but when i want to refund i press on wrong date it come out as invalid but now i been gather all my covid positive evidence which was listed on the policy is acceptable, why is it the redbus team dun reply my message instead close my application...

Ticket Cancellation

Hello Sir/Ma'am
I have booked my ticket through red bus from Raichur to Banglore at/on 03.04.2022 at 02.10 pm, & i tried to cancell the ticket after 3.hrs but redbus and in that app there option to cancellation. i reported the issue with redbus but they saying we could'nt refund the amount so i register the complaint yet not resolved so am here registering complaint aganist redbus . the redbus and bus operator looting consumer money...

Bus didn't show up on my picking point

My bus time was at 8:56pm and I was there on before anticipated time. My ticket number is TR4Y12017651. I had called them 4-5 times but they said that bus was late. But when I finally called after 2 hours they said that bus had already passed my picking stop long time back. But I didn't got any call if they had showed up on my picking point....

Wrong bus number provided because of which I missed my bus.

I was about to catch bus on 24th March at 4:15pm. I received message from Red bus with wrong bus number of VRL travels. I travelled from Visakhapatnam to chennai on 25/12/2021 5.30 pm 4947 rupees through "v kaveri travels" I booked my ticket from REDBUS. REDBUS ticket did not have GST INVOICE.

Ticket Cancel From Bus End But Refund Amount Not Credited

I booked my bus ticket by REDBUS on 20 Mar 2022(Ticket number (TIN): TR4K[protected] PNR No: 477QDCKX) from Chennai to Kumbakonam for dated 21 Mar 2022 that ticket amount was 525/- Rs. and cancelled it on 21 Mar Bus End Due To Breakdown The Bus.

But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account. and in Bus Operator Team mention that amount within 5 days. And Still Do Not Support The Red Bus...

Zingbus showed different boarding timings before booking the ticket and boarding timings after booking the ticket

I booked a ticket from Pune to Amravati fir 4th April, ticket no: TR4R22958490. It showed different boarding timings before booking the ticket and boarding timings after booking the ticket. I've added couple of screenshots for the proof. It showed 23:20 as the boarding time before booking the ticket and my ticket has boarding time as 9:20 pm. Ticket No: TQDE46116983 for 21 Dec'21 was booked online through REDBUS, however cancelled by Bus Service Operator on 21 Dec'21. Since then, even after continuous follow ups, this Bus ticketing company has not refunded any amount for this ticket till date.

Refund policy and service provided by Redbus

I booked a bus from rishikesh to delhi in april 2021. The boarding point was natraj chowk. The bus didn't stop at the boarding point. Instead it stopped 4km away from the boarding point, i had to waste extra money to reach there. When we reached their the bus type was also changed. The bus which was there was seater that too non ac and the bus we booked was Ac sleeper. I filed a complaint about it on redbus app but they never made any sort...

Double transaction done from Redbus UPI but they are not resolving the same

I tried to book a bus from Aajara to Mumbai and the ticket booking was successful but somehow when I scanned the UPI for payment, the ticket amount (Rs. 630) was deducted twice. I contacted the customer support and they that this is an issue from my bank and I will receive it in couple of next business days. I waited for almost 2 weeks and then contacted my bank from where I got to know that it was a valid transaction and the amount was sent...

Charging GST on Non AC Bus travel

Bus not reach at boarding point

I have bus booking on[protected] at 00:10 AM from iffco chowk- gurgaon to jaipur. TR4K23846733 is my ticket number. But bus didn't come at boarding point. After contacting with number provided, they said bus will not come at boarding point and not even stop in gurgaon. So, please look into the matter and refund my money....

I, Shubhanshu, had a ticket booked for a friend of mine - Isha Kudale, 23 - from Ahmedabad to Pune for 19th of March, 2022 through Amazon - PFA attached the ticket. The bus left Ahmedabad at the scheduled time but at around 10:40 pm the bus met with an accident where it stopped with a big and sudden jerk - causing whiplash because of bus driver's negligence - on a bridge, Kim River Bridge, somewhere between Ankleshwar and Surat in Gujarat....
