I was trying to cancel the ticket booked for 5th June 2022 ie. today on 10:35 PM for Jaysingpur to Pune.
I was not able to access the required pages of Redbus in between 10:00 AM to 10:35 AM.
As there was no refund is provided if we cancel the ticket after 10:35 AM i was not supposed to get the refund.

To make the at least 50% refund i was trying to cancel the ticket so that other needy person can travel in place of me. But due to continuous failures in cancellation specially during this time between 10:00 am to 10:30 AM, i was not able to cancel the ticket.

Very disappointing. I was associated with Redbus since very longer. this was not expected. When i called redbus & tried to connect the customer care executive then it has taken almost 20 mins and after 3 calls it got connected.

When i connected to the customer care executive they are keep asking the proofs against this activity which is strange but true.

I will not go for Redbus booking in futurre to avoid these issues

    Am traveling to tuticorin 5th June 22 morning 8.40 . When I was book ticket the fare is 1299. But when i check the Bus on 5 th morning the same bus ticket bfarr is 999. Kindly help us .

      I have booked ticket through redbus.in, operator was mahendra travels Raipur. Chhattisgarh . I have booked for AC bus for my wife but they said that there is no AC bus running at particular time. IT was very inconvinient and uncomfortable travel experience for my wife and 3 yr old kid.

      I will now not prefer for any sort of online booking of bus.

        My sister is onboard your bus no UP 53GT 8322 coming from kullu to delhi.Few persons are not giving her seat despite she has booked that seat online.they are misbehaving with my sister and after complaining to conductor and driver, they are not supporting them any how.

          First of all, we are trying to reach out customer care of red bus, but no one is responding.
          We are trying to reschedule my bus from 11th of june to 10th june. as this bus cannot be cancelled because of 0 return policy, we are now stuck.
          Every time we are trying to reschedule there is a technical error, : something went wrong, and its happening again and again.

          So kindly assist on this on priority.

            Around 10 days before I booked a ticket for my family using redbus app and I got a confirmed ticket.
            The bus operator cancelled the ticket in another 2 days and no update provided to me by both redbus and travel agent.
            On the day of boarding at 11:00 p.m. I was denied boarding.
            The reason given by bus operator is that the ticket I booked is of lower fare and when they got high fare amount for that ticket they cancelled my ticket and sold it for higher price.

            On other side, redbus who is responsible for my booking simply said they got nothing to do. They are neither responsible for cancellation nor they are responsible for providing an alternative ticket.

            In mid-night I was left alone on the road with my wife and kids without any help from redbus.
            It is not acceptable to cancel someone ticket just for selling that ticket for a higher fare. It is the responsibility of redbus to give me a properly reply for this and to provide compensation for all the hard times I dealt with.

              We have booked ticket in Bansidhar travels through rebus from vadodara to surat on 02.06.2022 but bus moved to surat without contacting as we are waiting at defined station(pandya bridge) and bus even not came at pandya bridge as mentioned in the pickup Station.

                Hello to all,

                On 21st may 2022 i have booked a ticket from redbus.in but my uncle was suffering from health issues so we have rescheduled our travelling date and now my uncle is expired so we cant able to travel now so i have tried to cancel my booking but redbus is saying that they can't able to cancel my booking but as my ticket date is 10th june 2022 and as its 2nd june 2022 tofay but still they are saying they cant cancel my order. Please sir help me with this this is unfair.

                Im still waiting as my ticket still showing not cancelled.. while we customers rescheduling our tickets nowhere its mentioned that we can't cancel our tickets if we reschedule... Its a kind of trap and if someone dies after booking the tickets still the company won't listen or hear your side what kind of policy is this? If redbus doesn't cancel my ticket i will take this issue to court as well..

                  I have cancelled and in help they mentioned about cancellation also, they will update the status but from evening 4:30 onwards there is no update in redbus app and any mail. please update my cancellation and refund my amount . my ticket no: TR6U53192646, PNR No: RB242188. my Complaint number 18712264. but still no update. IN help they has mentioned as Hi Suma, I am sorry to hear that your bus got cancelled. My team members will validate the claim and will get back to you soon with an update.

                    Sir I have booked red bus ticket on 22/05/22 my journey is From Gurgaon to Varanasi my boarding point is IFFCO chowk in Gurgaon at 5PM.As I am new to Gurgaon so I choose nearby location for my boarding point. Suddenly a call from red bus operator regarding bus failure and time change. At that time they not inform clearly about my boarding point. At 6PM they text me about boarding point which is Mayur vihar extension Delhi which is very far from my room due to bad weather and heavy traffic I am late. But continuously I am in contact with bus operator he guide me how to reach from my room to new boarding point. Bus operator told me that I reached boarding point half an hour late but also assured me that they wait for me. Suddenly bus driver call me and say bus starts from its point so don't come. At that time I contact red bus customer care but there is long waiting at that time. Now after too many mail and telephone call the refused for my refund.

                      I had bookes ticket through red bus of dated 02/05/22 from registered no. [protected]
                      But when i reach to boarding point the bus was not there after waiting of more than 1:30 hrs. Same time i am continuously chasing same issue with redbus customer executive but they also unable to contact the bus operator
                      And after waiting of approx 2:30 hrs and last discussion with redbus executive he tell me to take alternate option and red bus will raise query.
                      And from that am wating for solution and didn't get favorable response from redbus executive team
                      Hoping for best solution.

                        This was the most dreadful experience ever, with a schedule time of arrival at 8:30 pm. We reach Rajaji National park at 10 and are asked to go ahead with the Journey on our own. We were advised the bus will go ahead to Dehradun at 1 am, so we waited and then at 12 midnight we were asked to take our own route. we walk 6 km to the high as there was no transport available then take multiple transports to reach Dehradun only 3 am.

                        I get a message on the morning from [protected] asking for feedback I share it they ask or all messages. I shared the details just to find that the link for feedback has been used for 5 star rating.

                        This is Fraud and a big risk to the traveller which this company did not take ownership at all.

                          I have booked ticket on 29th May 2022 to commute from Ahmedabad to Gandhinagar and the journey date was 30 May 2022, time: 9:25 AM from Isckon cross road. I have reached to ISKON cross road at sharp 9:15 AM and was patiently waiting for my bus. After confirmation of my ticket I received PNR and ticket number I was waiting for Bus number and Bus driver number. I even called to customer care priort to this journey to confirm my bus number and driver number but as always they said contact bus operator and when I called bus operator they did not receive. On help desk I have been told that you will receive bus details 15 minutes prior to journey. However, I have not received any text, call or email related to my journey. I have waited till 11 AM in this scorching heat of Ahmedabad to get this bus and then when I inquired they told bus already reached to some other point. What a shameful incident for GSRTC and REDBUS. IF you are taking booking and we are following your instruction why we are unable to get our journey on time. My two sisters were travelling and they had to wait today and end up with nothing. I hereby request to look into this matter and compensate for my sisters suffering. If this issue will not resolved on time I will complain to consumer forum and post in all social media to aware people about redbus services. When I am paying I am entitle to get all the services and if you fail you need to pay.

                            Hi Red bus team,

                            Kindly help to get complete reimbursement of amount that we had to pay Rs 3500 to hire a cab to travel back from Chandnapuri to Pune, as we could not be accommodated by bus driver and customer care team in any other bus and we had to hire a cab after discussion with bus driver and customer care team to travel back to Pune on 6th of May because of bus breakdown.

                            Despite multiple follow ups over customer care number only 1200 Rs is reimbursed I paid 3500 for cab charges, this is totally unauthentic and unjustifiable, Pls let me know way to escalate to high authorities /consumer court .

                            Its already more than 24 days now, every time when we call to customer care number they say wait for 48 hrs, and its keep on dragiing on and on. Totally upset .

                            Pls treat this very urgent request and do needful in the matter.

                              This is inform you that we booked our tickets from gurugram (gurgaon) to Amritsar.
                              They charged total 2052 rupees for simple 2 seater ticket. That is expensive to us cz this fare is similar to sleeper seat .so i want pls refund are left money.and charge only reasonable and true fair ..

                                Cashback not received

                                I booked a trip on redbus through Google pay and used a coupon code GPSAVE on 17 May. I won a cashback scratch card of 123/- and shows it will be credited to your account within 7 days but its been 12 days and not yet credited. It is still processing. And regarding the issue I tried contacting customer care and unable to connect to the executive...

                                    I booked the RS travel service from delhi to faizabad from red bus services, bus was about deprt at 9:05 pm from the boarding point akshardham as per my booking details.
                                    But operator told that bus will depart from mayur vihar extension (near ceown plaza, pillar no.132) without any written information.
                                    However bus reached at pillar 132 at 9:15 pm and they told it will start around 10:30 without any reason/breakdown, after requesting they start bus at 11:20 pm (2:15 hours delay from departure time)
                                    Due to this we are reaching our destination late, i complained 2 to 3 times to redbus customer care but no proper action has been taken by them/bus operator.
                                    Inspite of being delayed they were picking the passenger at every stop in lucknow and this bus is so called non stop bus.
                                    Again i discussed with redbus customer, they assured us that bus driver will not delay anywhere now and apoloizes with me.
                                    But again bus stopped at their stopping point for rest and the stoppage was about 20 min and the same was said by bus operator but now more than 45 min has been passed and there is no readiness of bus starting.
                                    They were late at boarding point because they were filling vacant seat offline in less rates.
                                    What the redbus is doing for their customers ???
                                    Online customers are paying higher rates for primo bus and expect timely departures and destination time but inspite of many complaints bus operator is running and stopping bus as per his comfortability and without care of passengers time, money, value.
                                    Even if ask to driver why delay, they are not talking in proper manner .
                                    We are booking redbus for getting insulted while asking question which is not as per rule ?
                                    Are we paying this much money because of this ??
                                    Is only saying sorry to customer is the policy of redbus ?
                                    Because if red bus is really taken care then bus operatorwould not be doing this in all journey.
                                    This is the worst service i have faced with redbus and more importantly we are not able to ask the operator and not able to request because of their rude behaviour.
