      I Booked bus ticket from red bus .(5/5/22) time (5:10am, ) jhunjhunu to jaipur.bus not reached at pickup point.driver not attend my call. After long time refund not received in my bank account. I realised call back request from red bus but after 3 days no call back received.please solve my queries.

        I Have booked two ticket in which 3 person travelling thru and from Mumbai to Aurangabad and Aurangabad to Mumbai on 21-May-22 and 22-May 22. I have cancelled the both ticket and got refund for one ticket in source account and one refund went in Redbus wallet.
        Unable to understand this process.

        Even customer care only works in IVR format and no option to connect to Customer care team to discuss this issue in details.
        Sent them query via help section and on social media DM but this also now 2 days over but no concrete response.

        I need refund in source account.

          I have booked tickets for Trichy to Chennai with Finch bus and an amount of Rs 906 was deducted from my account which was paid using Gpay QR code However, the ticket was not issued. RedBus provided a transaction reference number[protected] and mentioned that the money would be returned within an hour but to no avail!
          We tried reaching out via email and phone call but received no response till date. The transaction date is 13th of May.
          My UPI ref no for deduction of amount of Rs906 is[protected]

            With lots of frustration, we would like to inform you that an attempt to book a train ticket (details given above) was made through your portal. The payment was deducted but due to issues at your end the ticket could not be booked. It was assured from your end that the money would get refunded within seven working days which expired on 3rd May, 2022. Unfortunately, till date we did not get back the money which has raised a serious doubt on the goodwill of the company.

            I have decided never to book my ticket through your portal in future and would share my horrible experience with my friends through social media unless you take up the matter seriously and do the needful at your end immediately to refund the money back.

              My bus got cancelled by the bus operator one hour prior to the departure time. However, I still haven't gotten the refund and nobody from red bus is attending to my complaint.

                Hi,

                I've booked the tickets from Hyd to Shiridi on March 16th 2022. But on the 18th of March, one of our family members passed away around 2 pm. Then I decided to cancel my Shiridi tickets. I tried through app, web application and redbus customer care and Bus operation as well. But no use.

                Finally, I've raised the request in the redbus app. They said to wait for 48hr and get a reply. After 15 days I got the reply that there is no chance for the cancellation. Again I've raised the concern and got the same reply.

                I got two emails attached here. In those emails redbus mentioned issues resolved. I don't know where this issue got resolved? Please clarify this?

                I'm totally disappointed about your explanation and pissed off. These very very bad rules and very very bad policies. I think redbus doesn't have any ethics. I don't want any suggestions from your end. I want only a solution to get my money back. You can check the bus operation. Why should I? Even when I talked to the bus operator, I clearly said I've booked tickets from redBus, not the bus operator's side. Did I use your application, not the bus operator? then why should I connect with them?

                  travels- arasan arasi capella a/c sleeper (2+1)
                  me, wife and baby boarded at fathima college madurai yesterday night with our luggages. as we find no place (stand not fixed) to keep our bags in last row upper birth we kept 3 of our bags down. some one near hosur or krishnagiri wantedly took our pink hand bag along with them. we tried to reach everyone and finally one female passenger did not pickup the call from morning till now. we requested bus front cctv footage from the travels. but they are not answering properly. i think its better to book in govt transport and stay awake all night to watch our things carefully. why to waste our money and pre booking in sleeper coach with safety amenities still facing these issues. kindly help and do the needful.

                      I would like to highlight that what pain I have felt on 15th May’22 during the day when I booked ticked from Red bus platform for Lucknow to Delhi.
                      The bus operator was Shakmbhari Travels [protected] and [protected]. The bus no. UP-50-CT-3252 and Driver details – Prem [protected] and Mitrasen [protected].

                      Points for discussion:
                      •Bus was booked from Lucknow to Delhi but it had not told us that it is coming from Azamgarh which is approximately 270 km far from Lucknow
                      •Initially message was sent that bus is running late by 2 Hours due to maintenance issue. However, bus boarding timing was 11.24pm from Nahariya chowk
                      •No one called me what is exact location of bus and what is the tentative timing for boarding point in Lucknow
                      •I have called almost 50 times on provided numbers but no one responded and even they disconnected phone most of the occasions
                      •I was expecting that I will get call on before 1 hour before reaching bus at boarding point so that I could easily reach on destination timely, but no one called me
                      •I did not sleep even whole night until I get the correct information about journey
                      •When I called 1:30 am. It was informed me that please reach within 15 minutes at boarding point as the bus is reaching there. However, it was not easy for me to reach within 15 mints in mid night without and specific transportation service
                      •Somehow, I managed to reach at boarding point but no one picked the phone in bus and I waited for one hour there
                      •I escalated the issue and wrote complaint on Twitter and then I was ensured that pickup will be done in 30 to 45 minutes (attached screen shot)
                      •I was boarded on 3:30 am in morning. However, the exact time was 11:24pm to board the bus
                      •The bus helper did not help me to get the seat and even he did not speak with other passenger who’s luggage was lying on my seat. I requested many times then I got my seat
                      •Even, bus helper did not provide water bottle even when I requested him to gave water bottle then he gave
                      •There was smell in the seat covers and dust was lying on widow glass. It was visible for all and everyone can feel the same which I felt
                      •I can not explain in words about my situation and feeling what I felt on 15the May’22

                        As we have complain about bus ticket refund as we were not provided services which we have paid for... compliant no 18503691...dated 14.05.2021 as promised by red bus customer care executive that our higher authorities will reach you for your Grieviances and will you provide better solution... No call from customer executive yet...we booked a ticket through redbus from bangalore to coonoor dt 13.05.2022 for volvo ac seater and after 25-30km from bangalore bus breakdown and we had to wait for 2-3 hours on the middle of highway and false assurance that we have arranged a bus from hosur and they arranged some non ac mini local bus from highway after 3hours which took 10 hours instead of 6 hours to reach kotagiri.. Which is 30-35km far from our destination... So please we need refund for the services which we have not utilised... And we need full refund of ticket @ earliest... Please...

                              I booked ticket for my mother from Deoria(Uttar Pradesh) to Delhi(Kashmiri Gate). Instead of dropping her at kashmiri gate, bus dropped her at Mayur Vihar(Delhi). She have to pay 400-500 amount more to reach kashmiri gate by Auto. This is not fair, if you charged money for us to drop kashmiri gate..so why are you not do so ..tell me.

                                Address: Vikas tour and travels, city pulse mall, Narayan Singh circle, Jaipur, Rajasthan

                                Buses were uncleaned and unhygienic. Agency manager misguided us about the drooping destination. Driver was driving very harshly and conductor was too very rude. Passengers were smoking in the bus. They drop us in the mid of the journey before the reaching destination. The agency needs to be shut down and licensed must be canceled.

                                  Respected Sir,

                                  I have booked a Ticket with Redbus from Ahmedabad to Dombivli which was initially confirmed with Veer travels( Ahmedabad ) for April 30.2022 at 8.30 Pm. Ticket details are as follows:
                                  Ticket no: TR5U88343461
                                  PNR: 155210
                                  Seat Number(s): F
                                  Ticket Amount: INR 735.00
                                  Boarding point: CTM cross road Ho Veer travels( Pickup by auto)
                                  Address: Veer Travels, Near Sahjanand Society, CTM cross road. Ahmedabad.

                                  The above Bus was cancelled by the operator and they called me and informed that the bus is cancelled and they will initiate the refund and I shall get it within 24-48 hours. I booked this ticket on 28th April, 2022 and they called and informed on 29th April, 2022 that the refund is processed and you will get a message from Redbus. I received the refund message from Redbus and I waited for that day and no refund was processed on 30th April. I called Veer travels and he confirmed that it will be done, just to have patience . I contacted my bank as well as there was no refund showing . The bank asked to get in touch with the Redbus . Its been several times I contacted Veer Travels and they said the same thing and no refund was processed.

                                  Refund amount : INR 735.00

                                  I then called Redbus after long try and they informed that they initially processed refund on 29th April 2022 but due to some technical issues the refund was not processed and it was again processed on 4th May 2022 and it will take another 7 working days .

                                  After waiting for the time frame, Yesterday I called again Veer Travels and he connected me to the seat seller from Redbus who told me another story that the refund is already processed on 29th April and it will show in my statement as credit from Ibibo as this is their company name .How on earth now Ibibo came between as I booked my ticket from Redbus, and said that the refund is successfully processed on 29th April 2022 and gave me a ref no.[protected] .

                                  I again checked in my statement and with my bank and no such entry is shown . I called my bank again and they informed that there was a chargeback request from bank to the Redbus on 4th as I have emailed this same to my bank on 30th April 2022, and as there was no refund made from them . The Bank said that maybe they are telling lies as mistake is from their side .

                                  I called Redbus again yesterday on 12th May 2022 and the representative Omkar told me that they have processed the refund and my bank has re credited back to their account . So he re initiated the credit again yesterday on 12th May and again asked me to wait for 7 business days . He gave me a reference number of the call REF[protected].

                                  I called my bank to confirm and they said its not possible . Without my consent they cannot re refund the money back to redbus. If at all its a bank holiday, it will be showing as under processing .

                                  I am really been harassed by Redbus literally and I want to make a serious complaint and want my money back . Its not question about the amount but its about the harassments which I faced.

                                  I have all the call recording of Veer Travel and the seat seller of Redbus and confirmation from my bank on call that the refund is not processed. Above all the biggest proof is my bank statement .

                                  I truly believe in my country's law system and the consumer forum and looking forward for help .

                                  I will really appreciate if I can get my money back as it means a lot to me .

                                    My parents were supposed to travel from Nagpur to Durg on 11/5/22 at 1:15 by Hans Travels (I) private limited. My parents reached the the boarding point well within time around 12:00 pm only. Upon reaching they were told bus is delayed by 45 minutes & their ordeal started. Even after 1 hours the bus never reached, parents at old age had to wait by no choice. There were no proper facilities at the boarding point so that in case of delay customers/travellers can relax. Upon asking about the status of the bus they were told it will come in some time which happens twice. It was getting difficult for my parents mentally & physically to be awake & eating for the bus which was suppose to reach at 1:15am. Finally bus came around 5 am. They had function to attend in Durg which got spoiled due to delay by the bus operator, in addition to that they couldn’t sleep the whole night were not feeling the other day. This was all because of the fault of the bus operator. Why can’t the bus operator call & inform the customers about the delay in the bus, so that my parents would have reached the boarding point accordingly. That would have given them time to rest at night & reach the point accordingly. Action be taken against RedBus for taking on board such bus operators (Hans Travels (I) Private Limited) who are probably not capable enough to operate their buses or doesn’t have enough infrastructure of their own to handle the bus operations. Action should also be taken against the faulty bus operator for giving the torrid time to my old age parents.

                                    It’s more than 12 days, there is no response in regards to the complaint. How much time does one need in such a small complaint? Is there any concern authority who can help in this matter.

                                      I had booked a bus in redbus and while paying I chose gpay but it showed error and i used phonepay to pay it now I got the message that amount had been deducted twice.
