Bus was delayed by 2 hours so asked for cancellation

RedBus Ticket - TR5X98981987 was delayed by 2 hours
I intimated and requested cancellation to redbus.in support mail
I didn't boarded since it was delayed
I even raised the matter on twitter and called them
But no response was received no refund was issued kindly resolve
I have attached screenshot of mail sent to them...

Refund payment not received after booking cancellation

Dear sir/mam I had booked 2 seats for manali to delhi on 23rd of May 2022 from red bus.in (PNR No. ZB[protected] but due to some reasons I had to postponed my journey plan and I cancelled that booking. I had gotten refunds sms on same day but my bank statement has not shown it yet. Please do needful.

Bus driver didn't pick me. Irresponsible behavior by driver

I booked cuddalore to chennai bus at 01.15 AM. I tried calling driver at 12.45 he said he is in mayavaram. Again i called at 2.30 AM he said bus is in chidambaram. I asked him to call once reach cuddalore. But no calls from him. Again i tried he said that bus left already pondicherry. Such a pathetic service and irresponsible behaviour given by driver. Driver name is Murugan - Universal bus from Barani travels. My entire plan of the day collapsed...

Money Extortion/ poor service

I just wanted to highlight the pathetic service that I have received from redBus

The driver took 10 hrs to cover the journey that was expected to be completed in 3.5 hrs, ( Delhi to saharanpur )

Service is very poor unsafe to travel with bus provided

Very poor quality of bus service no amenities have been provided as claimed in page, bus is very old and in bad condition, i can share picture of how side wall near my seat is Brocken, as I traveling with baby and not safe to travel in this bus. I requested bus operator to change my seat but they are unable to do that. I am rasing complaint against operator for unsafe journey and playing with life of passangers....

I was trying to cancel the ticket booked for 5th June 2022 ie. today on 10:35 PM for Jaysingpur to Pune.
I was not able to access the required pages of Redbus in between 10:00 AM to 10:35 AM.
As there was no refund is provided if we cancel the ticket after 10:35 AM i was not supposed to get the refund.

To make the at least 50% refund i was trying to cancel the ticket so that other needy person can...

Fare

Am traveling to tuticorin 5th June 22 morning 8.40 . When I was book ticket the fare is 1299. But when i check the Bus on 5 th morning the same bus ticket bfarr is 999. Kindly help us ....

Ticket booked for AC but travelled in Non AC

I have booked ticket through redbus.in, operator was mahendra travels Raipur. Chhattisgarh . I have booked for AC bus for my wife but they said that there is no AC bus running at particular time. IT was very inconvinient and uncomfortable travel experience for my wife and 3 yr old kid.

I will now not prefer for any sort of online booking of bus....

Misbehaviour onboard bus

My sister is onboard your bus no UP 53GT 8322 coming from kullu to delhi.Few persons are not giving her seat despite she has booked that seat online.they are misbehaving with my sister and after complaining to conductor and driver, they are not supporting them any how....

I am unable to reschedule my bus Tanishka holidays.

First of all, we are trying to reach out customer care of red bus, but no one is responding.
We are trying to reschedule my bus from 11th of june to 10th june. as this bus cannot be cancelled because of 0 return policy, we are now stuck.
Every time we are trying to reschedule there is a technical error, : something went wrong, and its happening again and again.

So kindly assist on this on priority....

Bus cancelled and no update received neither any support provided by Redbus

Around 10 days before I booked a ticket for my family using redbus app and I got a confirmed ticket.
The bus operator cancelled the ticket in another 2 days and no update provided to me by both redbus and travel agent.
On the day of boarding at 11:00 p.m. I was denied boarding.
The reason given by bus operator is that the ticket I booked is of lower fare and when they got high fare amount for that ticket they cancelled...

Bus ticket not canceling

Hello to all,

On 21st may 2022 i have booked a ticket from redbus.in but my uncle was suffering from health issues so we have rescheduled our travelling date and now my uncle is expired so we cant able to travel now so i have tried to cancel my booking but redbus is saying that they can't able to cancel my booking but as my ticket date is 10th june 2022 and as its 2nd june 2022 tofay but still they are saying they cant cancel...

Not refunding the ticket amount
