I understand that the cancellation of the bus would have caused an inconvenience to you and I am truly sorry. We’ll work harder to keep a close watch on bus cancellations and changes in bus schedules in the future.

As dicussed on the call, the bus operator is refunding your ticket amount. The refund for your ticket has been initiated from our end on 8th December 2020 to the mode of payment used by you for this transaction.

If you have used Debit Card for your booking, the amount should reflect in your account within 5 - 7 business days.

      I had book my seat but bus not arrived within 2 hours, i had trying with bus operator even red bus customer care also try to contact with the bus operator (Hans Travels) but no response received. Even after booking the no confirmation message has been not received from bus operator.After long waiting time 2.30 hours, i had filed complaint for the refund but refund not received of the amount of Rs.1300/-.I want my refund because bus operator not provide the service within time of the service.

        Actually, i booked a ticket on redbus which was of 1510 rupees, i was trying to cancel ticket before 36 hours of journey, but i was unable to cancel, even i was unable to reschedule the ticket, even i missed my bus and also not even i am getting my refund, my whole money went in drain, my ticket number was TPCH83120748.
        i contacted to bus operator many times but they always told me to contact redbus support, because i booked the tickets online and issue doesn't comes under them, and the redbus support was not even available. i just need my money back

        atleast give back 50% of my ticket cancellation, because i have tried more than my 100% to cancel the ticket and to come in contact with you people, my ticket was of 1510 rupess for which i paid about 1395 rupees, atleast give me just 50% that is 700 rupees back, because i not even attended the bus also my whole money went in hell, very dissatisfied with redbus, my first journey on redbus but the worst.

          Hi,
          I was trying to book a ticket and money got deducted but booking was not processed again i have tried to book the ticket. I got the booking but the amount was deducted twice. Need help not satisfied with the customer care of red bus they asked me to raise the query again and again and told me to contact the bank for the complaint. They said red bus had deducted the amount twice it's already been debited and it is also reflecting in the bank statement.
          So i need the refund now.
          Please do the needful.

            I have booked the ticket from jalandhar to delhi on 10.11.2020. But the transaction was failed .
            And the amount of 1287.90 was debited from my account as per below reference id. Till date, it is not refunded to my account.

              I'm yogamarish i booked a ticket in 15 Nov from tenkasi to chennai through Redbus app in RST Roadways travels but the bus did not reached on time so, i called the travels they said there are no ticket was booked from redbus their id was cancelled by redbus then i called the redbus customer care they heard my issue and they file a complained in the redbus website, but till now their is no refund no responce from the company the ticket cost is 1417rs i need my money back

                Booked a bus from boarding point : gulshan dhaba (sonipat) to pap chowk (JALANDHAR) via redbus for 18.11.20 scheduled at 00:30 am at sonipat. I reached the spot 00:13 am and kept waiting for the bus 2 hours in the cold season on gt road. But neither the driver nor redbus customer care service helped. No driver details were provided after booking like his contact number or bus number .Even Redbus service providers were unable to provide the tracking information of bus. So I kept waited for the bus upto 02:30 am but nothing arrived or contacted. I did not expect such pathetic service by redbus.The experience of standing in the middle of road for 2 hours with luggage in cold season was very horrible. Request redbus to kindly look into matter seriously and take appropriate action as soon as possible.

                  I, Avadhesh Mani booked ticket TPCE44908837 from delhi to sultanpur on 17 Nov 2020. By akash bus service. Bus number and driver contact was not provided by you one hour before to me as written on ticket. I reached boarding destination metro pillar no 219 near petrol pump anand vihar at 7 pm. I contacted boarding point contact numbers but no response received. I contacted redbus help number . They provided me bus number and driver mob number whome I made call and asked about bus. He told me that bus is departed and reached noida. I asked why he did not call me while I was waiting and searching your bus from 7 pm, but phone was disconnected by him. I again called redbus helpline and lodged complaint no. 14724319 dated 17 nov 2020. Kindly take needful action .

                    I had booked bus ticket from Bangalore to udupi on 06/11/2020 Friday Durgamba Motors and had cancelled the ticket next day for some reason, in the instructions it was mentioned that 5-7 working days they will refund the amount but I haven't received my money yet!

                      This bus is very late drop the distination and wrong route going the bus.
                      This bus is bad condirion.no any facitity.
                      My online fare is high Rs1800 and window fare is 1100.

                          I have booked jay ganesh travel tikit online through red bus I.e. 5th Nov 2020 but bad luck that bus was cancelled. So I have raised mail to red bus support team but they didn't reply on that. Also I am trying to reach customer care but no luck.
                          Now today 11 days completed for this process but didn't get reply on the mail and also not get refund amount yet.

                          My tikit number is TPBZ99883981

                          Could you please help me on this?

                            Dear sir/Madam

                            I am Sankaranarayanan,
                            On 12- Nov-2020 self planning to go to Mayiladuthurai from Kelambakkam for Diwali. Ticket was booked one month ago thru Redbus. Travels name is MSH travels

                            On 12- Nov-2020 I was waiting in the boarding point Kamaraj statue, Kelambakkam. MSH vehicle not stopped in boarding point and left. Nearly 50 times I called before starting the journey, they didnt attend. Message also sent to them but no response.Atttached the proof.

                            I felt sad, very worst behaviour from MSH travels.

                            So i booked separate car to reach Mayiladuthurai.I require compensation cost of RS 8000/- for this unwanted stress (Including car booking charges).Please provide it .

                              I m Naveen sharma I m highly suffer due to Redbus booking apps its totally fraud for us, I have booked two ticket of 2k Aurangabad to Bhopal traveling time is 9:15PM to 12:04PM
                              But bus driver stop anywhere.. very poor service and don't precautions for Corona all bus staff without mask no sanitized of bus ..social distancing not available .. only available rush taking without booking passengers in the Bus.. please don't use this app... I want to refund my money otherwise I will file a case in consumer court because I have collect many videos and audios with photographs.. due to this poor and ghatiya apps I have missed my Train which is cost by 6thousand.. who will pay for this? Redbus fake application

                                Hello Sir/Mam,

                                I have raised a complaint in the customer support number of redbus regarding the inconvenience i had faced in their bus service on 23rd Sept 20 but till date i.e. 13th Nov i have not got the solution. I have called them 4 times regarding update but every time they only keep telling me to wait for 24 hours they will check and update.

                                Case: I had booked a bus ticket for journey from Jaunpur to Lucknow, journey date: 23rd Sept 20, ticket No: TPAM16425248. But bus didn't came at the given time at my boarding point even after waiting for another 2 hours. I had to purchase another tickets locally and board another bus.

                                On 25th Sept i had raised my complaint in Redbus customer service number (Complaint No:[protected] regarding refund on behalf of above case but even after my several followups and a waiting period of almost 45 days, Red bus team could not solve this complaint and didn't provide me refund. I consider this as a cheat with the customers and appeal with the concerned authorities to kindly intervene and help me get my refund and also take necessary action against the company so they should stop cheating and making fake commitments to other customer.

                                    I booked two tickets through RedBus, since the bus was cancelled and i requested for refund of amount 880 Rs. but i still have not got any refund. Please help me to get my money back as soon as possible. Thank you
