I had done booking of HRTC bus from Baijnath(H.P) to Delhi on[protected]. The bus service was not available at that time. I have already talked to redbus in chat regarding this matter. They said that the refund will be provided by HRTC but as I contact HRTC Headquarters they said that you have done booking from redbus portal, therefore, the refund will be given by redbus, not by us. I have tried all ways to contact redbus but no response came from there side. So kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.

Complaint marked as Resolved A call came from Redbus officials and they said that the refund will be initiated within 5-7 days. After 3 days I got my refund back. Thank you consumercomplaints.in for helping me in resolving my issue..
