Om sai ram bus service indore to panna bus no Mp15PA0577 in this maximum number or passenger are not wearing a mask and not sanitize the passenger when inters bus...this type of service are not to be good for personally and people its the main reason to spread a virus in our region...please take some serious action against the bus conductors and owner..

    Dear Red Bus Team,

    I am officially or Formely customer of redbus from 2018 to till now in last 2 year i have no problem with red bus services but yesterday 21/10/2020 i have booked 3 ticket to Jalandhar to Hisar for my Father in law, brother in law & Sister in law travel date is 22/10/2020 travel time is 19:50pm from Jalandhar Mota singh market punjab arrival time @ Hisar is 12:50Am 23/10/2020 .
    Still bus is not arrived @Jalandhar pickup point mota singh market time is 21:20pm when we call him his behaviour is very rude we have pay payment to red bus why we listen that types of wording from vijay travels staff..

    Kindly take action against it or refund late payment charge against this either i will lodge complaint to legal govt. Authority or red bus higher management...

    I hope team is understnding my issue.. Kindly share your revert on this on high priority..

      I have call your bus owner on 1st of Oct-2020 for ticket booking & they have ask our details with pickup point to destination point.

      When i have share the required details to them than he give fare amount to us Rs 850 in paytm no [protected] in Maheshwaram Travels.

      So please check & return the our amount to us.

      Its mean those all buses owner are fraud, which is attached in redbus.in ??

      Any fraud bus owners can join or attached bus in your company.

      Find attached your website URL screen short also where mention your bus owner details too.

      So kindly talk to them & do the refund my amount in our paytm wallet [protected].

            I have booked a ticket from RedBus Vashi to Nagpur on 19 Oct 2020 .               I had booked my ticket from Mumbai to Belgaum on 20th March 2020 which was cancelled by the bus operator. The details related to the same are as follows:

                      On dated 07/Sep/2020 I had booked ticked from Chennai to Salem PNR no is T31029009 on 09/Sep/2020 @ 11.45 bus timing and my boarding time is 12.35 AM (Which means next day of morning) @ Perungalathur bus stand, but before day i had checked with red bus customer care executive they has confirmed you should board the bus on 08th of Sep mid night not for 09th of Sep. So as per confirmation i had reached my boarding point and checked with SETC counter person as well as bus conductor both are said this ticket is not valid on today you should board on next day of same timing. Due to night-time there is no possibilities to back my home so what we decided same bus i boarded with paid extra amount and after that i would tried to cancel my ticket but as of now still not yet refunded. I had raised so many complaints but as of now i didn't get any information from Red bus team. I need my refund amount.

                          I had done booking of HRTC bus from Baijnath(H.P) to Delhi on[protected]. The bus service was not available at that time. I have already talked to redbus in chat regarding this matter. They said that the refund will be provided by HRTC but as I contact HRTC Headquarters they said that you have done booking from redbus portal, therefore, the refund will be given by redbus, not by us. I have tried all ways to contact redbus but no response came from there side. So kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.

                            I have booked ticket from redbus for 945 rs for Mumbai to Nasik journey in redbus app travel time is given 4 hours 55 min i.e my starting point is from borivali west gokul hotel timing for boarding is 7:30 and destination time given is 11:55 but the bus stopped in bhiwandi for 2 to 3 hours for loading some products.. I've asked conductor of the bus when are we going to reach Nasik he said I don't know, bus staff is not wearing face masks and no sanitization also. Really pathetic service given by red bus and totally misguided me.

                                I have booked the ticket and bus way delayed. After reaching at the point bus was delayed and point person behaved very rudely. Head office person asked my that he is calling at the point for the refund and he did not. I have tried to reach out to the red bus as well but the ivr options ans customer service options did not work. Red bus executive are not supporting and and eagle express persons are continually lying. They did the same in the conference call with the red bus and still red bus did not take any actions.

                                During the covid 19 situation upon reaching at ahmedabad eagle express did not followed the guidelines as well.

                                    Hi,

                                    I am writing this to notify you that i did not get refund for bus ticket cancellation.
                                    I cancelled a bus ticket number: TPA[protected]from hyderabad to avanigadda) through sri padmavathi travels on 10th september 2020. I got mail that money will be refunded in 5 working days.
                                    I not yet received any debited amount.

                                    Please go through the ticket details and let me know when will be money get refunded.

                                    We did validate the details and could see that the refund against the booking ID: TPA[protected] was successfully processed on 10th September 2020 against the refund reference ID: 74056630261025476758118.

                                    In case you have not received it in your source account, please reach out to the respective bank with the refund reference details and they shall be able to help you on this.

                                    Note: We never ask for UPI PIN or Account details over the phone. Please do not share the same.

                                      Sir last day, i booked a ticket from simrahi bazar to delhi. And ticket number (Tin): tpag14928987 of travel agency "shree khatu shyam travels" when we reached at the boarding place there was no bus is available at the boarding place and when we call at travel agency then they told me that we come 40 km more far from the boarding station. But at there also they did provide bus to us. And now they are saying that we go more far 10 km from there also. And we are facing so much problem.
