[Resolved]  Redbus — They don't refund money

I booked a ticket on 22nd May 2016 for my travel. I booked the ticket in morning for next day and at around 7PM I got message that the ticket has been cancelled. I ran to bus station to book myself a new ticket. The reason for ticket cancellation was given as that the bus operator cancelled the bus. Since that day I am running emails to their support to refund my money, which should not be very difficult, but till date they have not made any progress on my case. Each time I email them they give back a auto generated message that somebody will get back to me, and no body does. Its been about 1.5 months and I have still not received my money back, and I have lost hope to do so.

I warn everyone against this fraud company. Although you might not have faced any issue with the yet, but in case you do and you ask for refund they will never refund your money.

If this does happen, then thanks. But why did my emails went unanswered?
I have only received answer once, and all other times it was the same computer generated response, and no one got in touch.
