[Resolved] Redbus — ticket not booked, but amount deducted twice from my sbi account | |||||
I have booked 3 tickets using rebbus official site from trivandrum to chidambaram. Dated 3-january-2019. I entered the passenger details as well as debit card details. When clicked the submit button, the page got stuck. I tried paying one more time, still faced the same issue. The ticket could not be booked, neither i didnot received any mail or messaged. But when i checked my banks statement a total of 5020 rs (2010rs twice) has been deducted from my account in the name of redbus (Transaction details given below) By debit card sbipg pu[protected]redbus mumbai By debit card sbipg pu[protected]redbus mumbai Kindly reimburse my lost money as soon as possible. After the payment is done, it goes backk to the website to book the tcket. But at times due to timeout issues, the transaction fails.but I didn't get a confirmation message nor the ticket link to my email but the amount is being deducted
