[Resolved] Naaptol / Mini Refrigerator — SENT A DAMAGED FRIDGE- I AM ASKING FOR REFUND | |||
I am V Hari narayana from Chennai. I have ordered a Mini Fridge from Naaptol with an order number 5141282.They have sent me a damaged and broken Fridge... I made a complaint to customer care, they asked me to send fridge back and they will return my money... I sent them that broken fridge back through Blue dot parcel services. I asked them to send me my money... However without taking any authorization, they sent that fridge back to me... which I have refused to receive... Now could you please ask this company to refund me my money as I can't use their fridge since it is very small and it is not at all a fridge its just a container...
