    We have purchase from reliance store dated 9th september 2018, amount was deducted twice 10, 653.72they told us will get refund within 48 hours but have not received. Its been 5days and there is no refund. My card number is ending with 4141... Contact number [protected]/ [protected]... You guys don't have any appreciable customer services. No one value customer. I am in need of money for which they promised me that i will get in 58hours but i havenot got it in 5days even

    I was faced many times this problem, at Reliance fresh, Tanuku, west Godavari district, andhra pradesh. Bharat qr code scanning machine not working, branch manager says no sim in ECD machine, please provide Bharat qr scanning machine at TANUKU branch

      Today, i went for shopping at reliance fresh store at marthalli, banglore. Purchased 25 items. The counter cashier billed all the items vie bill no.111 dt.12.09.18 for rs.1191.05 the purchased items are put by the staff of the store. While reaching at home and tallying the items with the bill, i found that one item no.0713 - loose moong dal 1.910 kg. Value rs.150.89 was missing, immediately rushed to the store and contacted the manager of the store and told him about the incident i was told that the item was kept in the bag and delivered to me.
      The item was kept in the bag but not found at home. I think it is a miracle. Happened with me. Now, i request all other customers who are shopping at this store that be careful while receiving deliveries. The miracle may happen to any one.
      Hope the management of the store will take note of the incident.

      The Reliance fresh store near by my address. They employees are not given us to scheme product and when I ask the any scheme they not telling me about any kind of schemes. In reliance fresh all employees are selling scheme and offer products our costumers and relatives.
      I purchased maza in reliance fresh but they are not give me free glass.

        My name is naveen, i took peanuts worth rs.366.62,
        Then amount rounded -0.12,
        Then total amount due rs.366.50.
        Then i got total payment inclusive of all taxes is rs.368.
        When i asked the cashier how the total amount is rs.368 is, they said we also don't know sir it is happening some times like that. They returned me the balance.

          Happy to shop with reliance fresh,
          I am the very frequent customer last five years, i am fulfilling all my daily need items from reliable fresh. I am facing an issue with cashier's at counter for lack of knowledge, about the cards, need to be educate all the cashier's regarding available different cards in the market at doddabommasandra branch bangalore. I am facing an issue like swapping the food card in the counter. Food card works only single swapping machine, most of the time cashier's unaware of which swapping machine support food card. Cashier's uses card multiple times with multiple machines, this causing my card lock. Please upgrade your system and educate the cashier as per the competitive word.

            We are regular buyer of reliance fresh from nerul east sector 5 at navi mumbai. It seems they always try or attempt to make an wrong bill as the customers really rely or trust on the bills prepared by them. These people are cheating the customers with breach of trust. Please be aware of such fraudent.
            Reliance being such a big food chain should'nt indulge in such activity.

              Sir
              I had purchased vegetables from reliance fresh vijayanagar 3rd stage mysuru for rs.222.31 and payment reference number is[protected] at 7.44 p. M yesterday. I swiped the card upon which amount is debited twice. Bank officials require proof for we have made shopping only once from reliance fresh. The manager was unable and doesn't pick up the call at the reliance fresh store.
              It is a very hectic work to get the refund.. Sort out the problem from your side...

                I am amol haldankar, today visited reliance fresh at mumbai central. When your billing staff asked to pay ₹.4034/-, i gave my visa debit card of sbi. She swiped thrice through pos machine. She informed that card was not accepted due to low balance. I was shocked as on 1.9.18, i got my salary. I got three sms of money deduction of ₹4034.50/-. I showed these messages to her. Then, she gave my card to her adjacent counter as requested by me. However, again money deducted but transaction declined with message of low balance. I then gave another debit card which was successful. When i took mini statement from atm, i was shocked that an amount of ₹4034.50/- was deducted four times!!. I then, again visited reliance fresh and showed statement of atm. I have registered a complaint in a book provided by your staff. I request you to please examine the issue and resolve the same at the earliest as it is my heard earned money.

                  I jayaram m bearing mobile no [protected] purchased mock down product of rusk, in that it is mentioned rs 5/- item free but your store manager is not issuing free items he says free items are only with full mrp he is written on the bill with his sign and not with mock down product. Mobile no of your store manager is [protected] his name is abhi. Reliance retail limited ags layout bangalore. Bill scan copy and rusk free label is up loading for your referance
                  So if you are not issuing free items along with any sale are you separately sell these items same has informed to commercial tax office pl clearly and inform me your style of business

                    Sir i am requesting complaint against your staff bad behavior to me while i was leaving the store. One person had stopped me at gate and start bargaining to me about why"you tested the duo before buying". Sir i am asking you about who will not smell the fragrance before buying. He used bad words and start shouting publicly on me. Sir i am requesting you to please at least think about the situation.

                      I purchased groceries worth rs.4000/- on 1 september 2018, saturday. The groceries include chocolates, bottled juices and most of the items essentially required to prepare to offerings for janmashtami celebrations on 2 september 2018. Normally reliance fresh outlet at uraiyur, trichy delivers the groceries on the same night. I believed that it would be delivered on the same day (1 september 2018). Unfortunately, the groceries were not delivered on 1 september 2018. On contacted the manager concerned he informed that there was no possibility of delivering groceries on sunday the 2 september and would be delivered only on monday the 3 september. Consequently, despite spending about rs.4, 000/-, i could not get my groceries meant for janmashtami and there is also possibilities of chocolates and juice getting spoiled.

                      Had the staff of your outlet were kind enough to inform that the groceries would not be delivered on sunday. I could have made arrangements to carry with me.

                      Please make arrangements to delivery the groceries to my address at b1 subhashek apartments, 135, amma mandapam road, srirangam, trichy 620 006 today, at the earliest.

                        I am a serious & regular customer of reliance fresh since 2010, but from last several months may be 8-10 months, when I try to book the items, my call is being out under continuously waiting for more than 30 minutes and there is no option to me except cut the phone from my side. Even when they call me automatically by pre recorded facility, still same problem. I am fed-up with your unacceptable services.

                          Please increase staff strength to help out your valuable customers who are left to fend for themselves &waste time. Billing counters are always only one therby causing huge delays to get billed &move out. Yesterday had a bad experience of excess billing &the money was not returned &i had to take things which i didn't need. Hope you improve on all these fronts being the most reputed brand

                            I had purchased some goods in reliance super market (shantipuram branch, Visakhapatnam) on 11th August through Sodex Card and then I payed 476 rupees through Sodex, but they deducted 2 times. I ask about the return my money. Ur staff Mr. G. Subba Rao(his mobile number is ([protected] )spoken very Rash and using vulgar words with me. As his position is ASM in the reliance he behaved Very rude. Can u people take some action and return my money

                              My self malay mondal. Today morning i was go to reliance fresh ranikuthi netaji nagar, kolkata 700040.
                              I was found a display sundrop 1lit @94.
                              But i was no found the product. Then i was waiting for supervisor... He says... He don't know. I told then why show this display. He told its the company policy to display under rate tag. But product not available any time... And his behaviour was very rough.
                              So my question is that. Why misguided the customers? Wthe the wrong price tag?
                              I want to get back my answer...

                              I have got one coupon at the time of purchase from your Jodhpur Park outlet but the coupon is not valid. I have several time tried to en-cash it but every time it failed.

                                Complaint is regarding The reliance store near Mansarover Park in rohtak district. They charged me yesterday the increased rates to that of the scheme of company in which it offered discount. Instead of 149 I was charged 199 and for a product with 1-1 free scheme, I was charged for 2 . Really shameful that the computer generated bill system is also ruined and the trust and money of people is being played with. I was fortunate I checked this time. I don’t know for how many times this is done before. Shameful and should be taken to consumer protection cell !!!

                                  I visited reliance fresh store on 22nd aug, 2018 in rajahmundry, andhra pradesh. I went for billing where one of your staff was saying that system is not able to read the offer on huggies xl 42 product. I said them to check with your higher official. So that he may resolve the issue. I came to there for huggies pack. And they are least bothered about the customer. When i questioned security checking guy about incharge of that store, he was very rude & blunt. Through out the billing process she had bad attitude and also she insulted me by laughing at me because i asked her to check with the incharge so that i can buy the product. I visited reliance fresh in many places chennai, hyderabad, vijayawada, every time i was happy customer. But in rajahmundry it's really worst experience.

                                    Today i have seen z news coverage about delhi yamuna river side vegetables ground test.
                                    Situation alraming due to heavy metals like lead, mercury, arsenic and cadmium found which cause cancer in human.
                                    So please cooperate to check fresh vegetable lab results and post monthly result of particular land from where fresh buy vegetables.
                                    Same information show to all available stores for transparency.
                                    Food safety can not be ignored if someone trust on big brands so its kind request to cooperate.

                                    Billing staff on relance fresh (irinjalakuda) behaving very bad with customers and He started shouting on me when i ask for replacing a damaged note got from the same shop . He is misbehaving on other customers too... Now i changed relance shopping, if this is happening to others they also change relance shopping.
