I purchased 500gm of almond from kanika chaka reliance fresh store, where themrp is mentioned as 490 and after discount is 365, but when i saw the packet it was mentioned as mrp 461 and while billing it appeared 369. So i reported about such discrepancy to the store manager but he said he's helpless and have no answer. It's not expected from reliance brand.

    The reliance fresh store on pataudi road gurugram. I visited and there was too much of rush and only four cashier were there. Firstly i stand in a queue and at the bill the time cashier refuses me to do bill with paytm. They told to stand in another queue, i waited in that queue and at time of payment the computer did not accept paytm method, it doesn’t accept my paytm otp. And the cashier told me to go to another queue, it was too frustrated to again stand on another queue and in that queue it also doesn’t accept the paytm method. The system shows invalid otp. And i didn’t receive any help from cashier or any other member and they said me to leave. It wasted my 1 hr and at last i have to call my father and done the payment. I request you to update the system of your store and please upgrade your service.

      I made a purchase at your reliance fresh store on 4th may 2018, lady counter swipe my credit card but error came so i paid by cash. Now afterwards i saw that it has been charged to my credit card.
      Please refund the amount. I already made a compliant at the store but till date not resolved.

        Hi madam/sir

        Please be informed that double transaction happened at reliance fresh located near kokane chowk pune. When i asked for the refund they are telling me that transaction will automatically get refund and before that they were telling me that transactions are correct. This is not for the first time i am seeing this situation. As reliance is a brand so such kind of behavior is not acceptable.

          For the past few years reliance fresh has been my first choice as my grocery store, at my address defence colony, sainikpuri, secunderabad 500094. They have good product list with friendly pricing and offers.

          But lately the behavior, of the billing staff and supervisor in charge, is very rude.
          When inquired for delays in billing process and presence of large ques at counter they respond in a very harsh and rude manner, which gives the customer a very un friendly feeling.
          A supervisor by name naresh with id50018892 is horrible in his approach and answers.

          Request the concerned authorities to kindly take action and win back our trust on the brand image.

            Hi, on 03.05.2018, i purchased several item from reliance fresh, sarai rohilla padam nagar delhi rs. 1954 and paid the said amount of rs. 1954 through paytm wallet. Amount got deducted from my wallet but payment was not received by the said store. Thereafter, i paid rs.1954 in cash on assurance of the store that the deducted amount will come back in my paytm wallet within 24 hours. It has been 6 days but i did not receive back rs. 1954 in my paytm wallet. I have also talked to paytm they said my payment was successful in favour of reliance fresh on 03.05.2018. Staff of reliance fresh at sarai rohilla is very rude and befoooling by one or other excuse. If this is the management of reliance fresh, i will have to move any othe store
            For shopping.

            Kindly do the needful as soon as possible and oblige.

            Recently i tried reliance noodles buy one get one free from reliance fresh of gujarat. One of the worst masala i came across. It was too salty that we could not eat due to much salt. Do something to improve the taste and reduce the amount of salt in the masala of noodles

              It's been a week i purchased groceries of rs.1275 and payment mode was bharatqr (Payzap). Amount got deducted from my wallet but payment was timed out from store end. I had to pay via my card again.
              I had raised a complaint to payzap team they told it would be refunded back within 10days else i need to contact the merchant i. E. Reliance.

                I kumar vikash have been insulted and restricted to enter inside the store while visiting the reliance fresh samantrapur at 9:27pm by saying that the store is closed now, while the actual closing time is 9:30pm as per reliance fresh schedule.
                I was in need of a product very badly but the security guard not allowed to enter inside the store within time schedule

                  Hi. I bought dates (Bundle two packs) from reliance fresh - ullal road bangalore.
                  I believe this is the number one worst product in india. We just had two pieces, myself and wife got omitted whole night, still stomach is burning with bad gas. You guys making us fools, giving offer on dirty product and causing health issues. Never come to your dirty fresh again.

                      I recently bought sugar from reliance fresh wanowarie pune (Near ccd).
                      While using the sugar we noticed that the sugar cyrstals are not getting desolved neither in hot water nor in tea, coffee etc.

                      We touch these undesolved crystals these feel like plastic.

                      I really want to want register a complaint to do a quality on the products being sold in reliance fresh.

                        Today i purchased home need items from reliance fresh at avadi chennai... One of the item is kabuli chana 1 kg... (Reliance best farms, premium grade)
                        Mrp is rs.131/-... But they are taken rs.183/-.
                        When i saw, i complained... They given difference amount rs. 52/- and give me another bill receipt... But this receipt also same amount. (Rs.183/-). They are not rectify the price in there system... Please ensure... They are taken more amount of so many your valuable customer.. Please take action.

                          Reliance fresh food supermarket, all i wanted is 10-15 aa size batteries for my little girls toys. I am an overseas traveller and went to this supermarket due to just its name. But that was a disaster.
                          Customers served while chewing tobacco, and lady in front of me was irritated. But couldn’t speak up, i guess due to social culture we grow up in. For privacy i didn’t take photo of serving person. But mamager did confronted him and found him with his mouth full off tobacco.

                          Whole battery section is a mess. All i wanted is medium range aa size battery. Which i found at rs 58/4 pack. Checked 3-4 different labels. And all were wrong. Finally i gave up and went out. They are all priced at rs112/ pack bringing total to rs336. I would still pay for it if manager or serving staff (Still chewing tobacco), would come up and give me solution. But instead mamager cane up to me and said, filling staff will fix this tonight, leaving me walking out with out the product i wanted. That’s the only reason i asked his name.

                          Manager asked me to check his name outside and refused to tell me when i asked him while he was stopping me to take photoes in the store

                          Manager seen while i asked him where is his name. He pointed me to bland red plate. No name still given.

                          I will visit tomorrow just to see what’s been rectified. Will post again soon.

                            Everytime I go to buy fruit I find that some fruits are ripened with complete yellow colour and some fruits with patches of yellow and green and with some there is white residue on the fruit. I knew this is because of man made ripening process. The fruits don't taste good, they are dehydrated, no taste, sometimes tastes bitter, sometimes irritation on tongue while eating. The guava ripens & rots quickly. The papaya looks yellow but it is hard and no jiuce. This is because of rampant usage of Calcium carbide or other chemicals in ripening process. This has become a menace. Everyone in the retail industry defends this process, protects this process, avoids discussing it and try to put the person down who points at this unhealthy practice. There is a distribution network that works like mafia and defend what they are doing. Remember, the distribution is also controlled by the government too through APMC. One of the reason why suppliers use chemicals is that they want a good shelf life for business reasons. So they get the fruits when it is raw, store it for a long time and when they want to sell it they ripen them instantly using chemicals. Suppliers are concerned with cost of transportation. Suppliers are also concerned with fruits rotting if they are supplied during natural (Organic) ripening process.

                            The government officials (Health department) are sleeping or try to pretend ignorance of this fact. They give reasons for not acting upon and mention that nobody is complaining. Why is the government officials (health department) not proactively testing the fruits in the market? These people should be shunted out if they don't do their work. Punishing the current practice will not solve the issue as too many people are involved. Finding the unhealthy practice and publishing officially is also the government's job. The agricultural science department is like a monk in a forest. They wont comment on the issue nor recommend anything to the government. Even if they do the government puts it in the dustbin.

                            The solution is with government, consumers and retailers.

                            The solution is to create awareness (Ill effects of chemicals on health) to the public so that public will ask for organic produce. The government should run advertisements to promote organic produce and ripening.
                            Secondly, create awareness to the distributors, retailers, suppliers and producers about the harmful effect of artificial ripening.
                            If the big retailers force the suppliers for organic ripening process then there can be a change.
                            The consumers should refuse to buy fruits which are artificially ripened using chemicals in retail shops so that big retailers will be forced to procure organically ripened fruits.
                            The government should restrict the sale of harmful chemicals to fruit suppliers.
                            Reliance fresh can take up the initiative if they want to be a good retailer and care for health of people. If they sell bad products then someday people will go to consumer forum.

                            This is disgusing to see that cashier do chqrge for the bill but refuse to give bill for it and aksed for 4rs and when asked for bill he said nahi millega by asking why he said 7 rs lagega .. this is disgusting also the cashier named manak sain and he said he is new at the same time his name is mentioned in star performer

                              I bought a tamarind packet from reliance fresh khardaspura road banglore. When we were taking fresh piece, customer care people roaming their offered me another pack which was buy one get one free. I opened the pack today amd it contain lots of insects in it that too live.. It was horrible.. Kindly ask them to discard those items in sale and reimburse the money to us or else give fresh piece..

Last one year i was purchasing my complete grocery from this shop, but due to bad service and behavior of your staff i have shifted to bigbasket and groffers. Despite of several time i have complained about the billing and behavior they does not care. So i have reduced my shopping there and i have decided to stop purchasing from here.                                   I am really devastated by the staff at reliance smart store here. I and my father were on billing counter for vegetables. We were differentiating the discounted and fresh vegetables of our cart when the billboy of adjacent counter put allegation on us telling our billing boy to see if we are cheating and mixing the fresh and discounted vegetables to which we replied that they can check but we aren't like the ones who cheat. Like that... For trivial reasons. My father clearly told him that he should not speak nonsense n rubbish *faltu* about any costumer or else he will have to see for himself. Boys like him who speak rubbish work very lowly jobs in bad profession. But the boy argued with us and another head of his that we are saying nonsense about him. Some other staff person somehow ended the argument. The boy started crying and told false things to the manager and another person related to manager. The manager came with the other man and the boy to us to simply defend the boy without listening. They pushed us out with their hands and challenged my father to do whatever he can outside the premises (Indicating a face to face.. Hand on hand fight). We were literally pushed by hands. I mean how dare they insult us like that?! The another blue shirt person with the manager started shouting on top of his voice and told other staff that my father threatened the billing boy's life which was totally false. He just said *agar faltu bolega toh faltu sunega* and *aise badtameezi ke liye koi nahi chodega* they misinterpreted and created a scene. The other man with manager started to shout and spoke in threatening goon accent to scare us. But i'm sorry to say if this is how they think they can shut me they are wrong. I'm giving the complaints department some time to figure it out otherwise we are going to lodge a fir as well as consumer humiliation case on the firm. I need a written apology and the guarantee that there won't be any harm to us.

                                  Because is clearly intolerable. This is not how it works!!

                                    Yesterday i purchased one nestea ice tea and one sipper which is free with that product. They have not provided the free product because they don't have it. The staff is using the free product and they don't have it for the customers. After 10 minutes of discussion they cancelled my bill and give me the money back. This is the worst service i have got from any store. Please take immediate action.

                                      I went to your jaipur vidhyadhar nagar reliance fresh store in today evening. I had shopped some grossary of amount rs 967.00. The amount had been debited threw a excuse terminal as processed by cashier. After payment the cashier would not gave me the shopped grossary. He say me the edc terminal was on offline at the time of transactions by debit card. At the time of payment by edc a message appear on my cellphone screen that a amount of rss 967.00 had debited threw edc at reliance fresh store.

                                      After payment deduction for my bank account side store manager ummed singh not allowed me to keep my shopped grosary and talk me rudely.

                                      This is such a bad shopping experience for me.
                                      I want my payment reversal in my bank account or my shopped grosary urgently.
                                      Otherwise i will take consumer court help.

And when i asked to refund they are saying cant possible with rude behavior by store manager. This is acceptable at all. I hope you will teach a lesson tom store manager regarding this.
