The sweets which we have taken are spoiled but the expiry date is till april 2018. Offer doesn't mean we get the spoiled food right. And this is not the first time. The bill they make is absolutely fraud the product which we have not taken will appear in the bill. This is absolutely cheating on customers plz take this complaint seriously. This has taken place in reliance fresh malkajgiri

    Reliance fresh located near hulimavu, bannerghatta road, next to ammas pasteries.

    Most pathetic billing counter you can ever find in the world.. Even a government hospital serves it's patients better than reliance.

    Not the first time, last time i went there, they don't have change for 2000 rupees and when i gave card, they said the swiping machine is down. The second time, no response and only one counter for 7 customers on queue when the other counter was vacant and that lady was counting something..

    Today, i waited when there was no one, the lady in front of me wasn't even responding. When i asked bill this please, she said there is some pending bill and cannot bill immediately. She called some lady and told bill at the other counter, when i went there, she is billing some pending delivery order and said need to wait, when there was not even a ghost present in the sick store filled with # staff.

      Hi,

      I purchased vegtables from purasaiwakkam branch today 22.02.2018 .

      The person in the billing section failed to add my bill amount to my account even after telling my registered mob no and simply he confirmed its done.

      I crossed this with the In charge in the store & found it was not added to my account.

      Add pointing to my account is not important. Inspite of me telling my mob no, he didnt respond to me .

      I have attached the Person's photo.
      Kindly take necessary action regarding this.

        Hello,
        Reliance fresh had an offer going in the month of january stating tht if shopping worth 1000 is done an ola voucher, a. Free tide worth 75 would be given..
        But wen i tried using the coupon today it says already used.. When the validity is till 23 february 2018.
        Another complain is just because it is it 350 character it says its unlikely to be resolved..
        Its such a shame that a company like reliance is luring customers at the name of giving fake and used vouchers...
        When some one is trying to post their complaint in an easy short way, why is it not acceptable..
        If that is the case i can make it as long as u wish..
        Hope the query will be resolved soon..

          I have purchased goods on[protected] of cost 1336, the serviceman deducted twice from my account saying there is some server problem and the money they did not receive.

          They raised complaint against hdfc.
          Complaint number is: sd9215445

          Complaint is raised but no action is taken yet and i have not yet received the amount.

          Please take the required action and return my money back.
          Since this is problem from your server side so kindly deal with it.

          Its going to be one week but i did not get my money back

            Everytime when i go to reliance fresh in nagpur near jagnade square, overall service is good and products are also nice but today behaviour of one of staff member was very rude and coincidencely there was no other member inside shop for billing or for other assistance. I was very frustrated because of that. Finally after billing while returning i complained about the same to guard who was checking bill but after that literally i cried unknowingly.

            There must be a feedback option connected to billing msg on mobile so that we can share our experience and feelings about overall service. And the same can be improved.

              I paid ₹ 1638.04 on 06.12.2017 &
              ₹ 232.88 on 12.12.2017 respectively at 'reliance fresh' at porur branch chennai.
              I've been patronising reliance for more than a decade now.
              The person at the billing counter offered me that there'd be 15% discount on my purchase by scanning 'bharat qr code' via 'payzapp' app!!
              I did so as mentioned above & 2 months gone, haven't received the cashback till date.
              I had sent emails to payzapp who directed me to you.
              Please do the needful.

              At reliance fresh Tankapani Road Bhubaneswar Branch, Your company has started playing a new trick and who have mobile connection other than Jio will be blocked as soon as we enter the store. This has been happening for quite some time now. Yes is known for its cheap nature but so cheap can't believe.

                Purchased products for rs 1829 from reliance fresh, dolamundai, cuttack today.
                Used one sbi prepaid card which is visa enabled. It got declined. Where as the same card i have been using in merchant pos machine.
                I know the mdr is very high in prepaid cards. Where as i used sbi credit card, it was accepted.
                Request to enable good pos machines to accept all visa enabled cards.

                  I am b. Madhu, i purchased some groceries at reliance fresh in sangareddy. They had gave me a bill of rs.948, i have tried purchased it through my debit card... They swiped the card and money was debited from my account... But it showed the the transaction was failed... Again i had paid them through cash... So i request you to refund my money back to me.                     I did shopping of amt rs 2300.56 on 12 feb 2017 at reliance fresh jabalpur. There reliance fresh person swiped sbi card on pos (Pos [protected]) but error occurred and transaction was denied. Then he swipped again with (Pos 230831) and payment done. On 13.02.2017 amt of rs 2300.56 again debited from my acc. (Statement attached). Pls arrange refund.

                      I had swiped my debit card 5044xxxxxxxx3058 at reliance fresh store at poonamallee chennai for rs 2390.31 on[protected]. The amount rs 2390.31 was debited from my account but reliance store person told me it was a failed transaction. Therefore once again i swiped for the same amount which was successful. Store official has shown the failed transaction voucher and stated the amount shall be reversed/refund to my account shortly.in spite of many days are over the failed amount is not yet reversed/refunded/remitted into my account. When i enquired with bank i am told that the transaction is successful and amount is credited into pos merchant reliance fresh. But reliance fresh has not refunded to my sb account.

                        Since its inception i was the user and was given a reliance card which i was using whenever i was doing shopping. Suddenly i was told the card is not required, the add on points would be done with my mobile number. None told me to get the accumulated credit points transferred in mobile no. Eventually i had thrown my reliance card as the add on is being done on through my mobile number.
                        Now please advise now how could i have my accumulated credit points in card get transferred in my mobile number.

                          This is to inform you that on 9th feb i have done shopping of rs. 6738 from your dwarka sec 12 store and done payment with my debit card the amount had been debited from account but there was a person mr. Prem (Store manager) told me that this is reversal transection pls pay again you will get this money back within 48 hours or i will send money at your home and i have done that again payment with my credit card now it's been more than 72 hours my money still not credited and i contacted him today now he is saying follow with your bank.
                          Is this kind of fraud you are doing with your customer pls pay my money back or i will take legal action.

                            I shopped at reliance fresh at district centre, chandrasekhar pur, bhubaneswar on 11.02.2018 for rs 1188.41 and paid through my debit card. The man at counter swiped my debit card at one pos but when failed to generate receipt he tried at another pos and the receipt generated successfully. However, my sb account was debited twice (Txn#[protected] rs 1188.41at 7.57 pm and txn#[protected] for rs 1188.41at 8.12pm) for debit card no-xxxxxxxxxxxx3387. Please look into the mater expedite action.

                              The reliance fresh store located in 4th lane, arundalpet, guntur, andhra pradesh is not accepting 10 rupee coins as legal tender... This is happening despite the fact that the government and rbi repeatedly announcing about the validity of ten rupees coin as legal tender. The cashier has denied it citing instructions from her superiors not to accept the 10 rupee coins. The incident happened around 9.45 am, 13th february 2018.

                                On 24th jan 2018, paid using bharat qr code at reliance fresh bistupur, jamshedpur. Paid thrice( twice by scanning bharat qr code and finally in cash) . Checked and cross checked with my bank and have obtained info that amount rs 501.64 + rs 501.64 =rs 1003.28 successfully approved and deposited in beneficiary account ( ending 3945 with HDFC bank) . Had registered a complaint with reliance customer care with complaint number 2050428 on 30th january. Still no resolution provided. No callback. I spoke to them again and all of a sudden they lodge a new complaint.[protected] . Pls see that i get my money back from these fraudsters.

                                      I purchased some items from Reliance on 3rd Feb 2018 after paying by my Debit card Reliance staff told me that transaction failed BUT I showed them that money has already deducted from my account but they didn't accepted. I paid by cash. Reliance Staff told me that I will get money back in 24 hours but still I didn't get it back.

                                        Manager of ashoknagar, paldi, ahmedabad behave rudely misbehave with me for green coconut. They always says that generate bill then take coconut so i generate bill for that. Then i came to know that there r 2 coconut but pulled i want unpilled. So i asked for refund. He doesn't response well. Plz call me on [protected]. There is no refund policy. But still counter girl refund me my money
