I made debit card payment of rs1451. 17 on 20/02/17 and got sms from bank, but the manager insisted to swip the card second time by assuring that cash payment would be made within a week. Hence another payment of same amount was again made. This double payment is reflected on my bank statement. When contacted the manager he refused to give cash and instead gave a letter to the bank. I presented the letter to bank and verifying with their concerned depth, they confirmed that double payment was made to reliance fresh on 20/02/17. I repeatedly contacted the manager who is reluctant to make the refund. I request to verify the issue with correct txn. Nos. And arrange to refund rs 1451/1 at the earliest. All details are recorded in the computer section of mathikere store by mr ramesh and manager mr vijay. I am forced to run between rf and bank due to defective card readers kept in your store for the last eight months.

    Store: 2011
    Location: plot no 26, survey no 143, 145 & 146, sri malani co-op housing society ltd., park view enclave, thokatta vill bowenpally.
    Issue: billing counters if weight machine is there, there is scanning machine, if both are there, none of them work.
    This is difficult for billing person and it takes more time for the customer at the billing counter. This is been an issue since 10 or more days.
    Please can this be addressed accordingly.

      I have been charged twice for a bill of rs 567.40, one by paytm and other by credit card. One my paytm transaction failed, i paid the same amount by credit card; however, to my surprise, my paytm account was already charged and the amount was deducted. Please find attached the transaction proofs for your consumption.
      I have already connected the local store manager (Vijay chaurasia & dada patil) twice and called him many times. Butd he has not done anything for me. It has been pending for more than 9 days and i am yet to get the refund in paytm.

        Entry restricted before 9.55 pm
        Wrong information given about customer dealing timing
        Wrong behavior in front of family, staff and other customers
        No support by store manager and even supported their staff in their mis behavior
        I was told that the timing were written on the back o the shutter of the store of 9.30 p. M. As last customers dealing time
        But when asked to show the timing of the store both manager a d the employee who misbehaived denied to show
        They were saying that they have to go home at 10.00. Pm that is why they are not allowing
        I m a customer of reliance fresh for more than 5 years but never faced this type of behavior
        These recently changed employees have a wrong approach towards customer dealing.
        I hope a proper action will be taken by reliance as it is a renounced company which considers customer satisfaction. I[censored]nsatisfied with the resolution the matter may be taken to heigher authorities.

C080140 reliance own brand good life, its quality is very poor not eatable, i have complain to the store manager today but he argue with me and not lodge a complain, i want to complaining for awareness of quality not for refund money or product but his behaviour is not good their customers.             I am senior citizen aged 77 yrs. Today i purchased 5 item fruits. I am sending photo of the bill. The last item of the bill has been wrongly billed. I purchased 9 sapotas weight 425 gm but i have been wrongly billed cluster apple. Due old age it was not possible for me to go reliance fresh again to get the unintentional mistake rectified.in view of the above above you are kindly requested to look into the matter and refund the excess amount charged in my paytm wallet through which i made the payment. Thanks

              I purchased some items on 17/09/2017 by using credit card. But swiping machine doesn't work properly. So i paid the amount by cash. But after sometime amount was also debited from my credit card. I complaint to the reliance customer care also. But as of now the issue of my refund is unresolved. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

                  As against the prices published in new papers this wednesday i. E. On 27/09/17 i was charged prices of lauki (Bottle gourd) rs.24/- per kg and potatoes rs.9/- per kg at your zamrudpur new delhi store. The rates published were rs.14/- & rs.8/- per kg. Other items i didn't compare. I am holding the bill with me.
                  Request to enquire so that customers don't feel cheated.

                    I had purchased two boxes of banthi brown eggs from reliance fresh in gudimalkapur road, mehdipatnam, hyderabad. This was about 1.30 p. M on 28.09.2017. I found 5 eggs broken inside of the box. This is second such instance in 2 weeks. I tried calling their number on the box which is[protected] and their address is shown as :56/a, laxmi nagar, aphb colony moulali, hyderabad - 500 040.
                    How can they print a number which is not working at all. And is reliance responsible for the broken eggs or the supplier. I could not go back to the store as it is raining. You can check your system for the billing and the authenticity of the purchase 2 boxes of eggs, 1 milk and one haldiram bhujiya.
                    Please look into your standards and ensure the saftey of the customer. Do not let them incur a financial loss at the worst.

                      Sodexo meal card is not accepted at reliance fresh najafgrah delhi.
                      But i got sms that i can use my sodexo at reliance fresh najafgrah as they have advertised they started accept meal card now. But when i gave sodexo meal card they are saying their software is not updated but this answer is from last 3-4 months. They should understand customer need and get their software updated and train their staff as well as they dont know to process using meal card.

                      I buy cooler but now switch are not working property is it possible to ill exchange with A/C please if not please make a service to fix it as soon as possible.
                      Went to Reliance fresh, Doddabommasandra. Purchased of Rs. 2171.24 from my credit card. It was swiped twice because the lady in the billing told me that first debit did not happen. Now after coming back home I am seeing that double debit has happened from my card.

                      Employers were lazy while billing and even in the rush hour that opened only two counter. I waited for 20 minutes and they made me roam through counter to counter .

                        I purchased pick n cook gram 500 which was priced rs.57 but i was charged rs.62 for the same. On raising the issue to the cashier she said that she scanned the barcode but there is mismatch in printed price and price depicted by barcode so you will have to pay according to the price on you bill. As my purchase was billed so they rejected to take back the item. So unwillingly i was compelled to pay them the extra money. This is the complete violation of my consumer rights. Please look into this matter. Its not about only rs.5, its about violation of my rights as a consumer and the mental stress i am going through.

                          3 times we have caught reliance fresh in sector 23 that their weighing machines are wrong and working against customer;

                          For a product only 800 gms. Their weighing machines show 1 kg. And this way customer is charged more and thereby cheated.

                          We first shop from reliance and ten go to nearby stores to get the products weighed again to find error in reliance fresh weighing machine scanners;

                          We caught sector 23 reliance fresh wrong 3 times.

                          They said we are sorry and we will get it corrected;

                          But next time also this happens.

                          These shopping experience makes shopping painful at reliance where you have to be aware of being cheated at reliance fresh;

Later, i used my credit card and made the payment. However, looks like both the payments are deducted from my account. Request you to please take a look at this and do the needful.

                              I am a regular customer of your reliance fresh store at netaji nagar, kolkata - 700040, and have a reliance one card no.[protected]. Would like to inform you that you have sold a coupon for rs.19, in which a list of items are mentioned which can be purchase with some percentage of discount but most of the enlisted items as per the list with the denomination quantity such as 500 gms of good life raisins yellow, where as 200gms. 100 gms denominations are available, but with the coupon only 500 gms denomination pack only can be purchase no combination of 200 & 100 gms can not be taken, and for other items also the matter remain same.

                              I have reported several times to the store manager, but he could not give any positive reply, more over the validity of the coupons only up to september 2017. I feel this is one kind of fraud way of business.

                              So, please do the needful

                                All food items should be billed, payable using sodexo coupons. But, there was an error in billing classification for sodexo and cash payment.

                                Immediately informed the cashier and manager on the same. But there was no proper reply and my query/complaint was neglected.
                                Request for a detailed explanation of error bill along with refund.

                                    Bought mc cain smileys and mc cain chilli potato bites from your 18th main road branch, annanagar west, chennai 600 040 on yesterday, saturday, 17th september and paid by credit card.

                                    Both the products were crumbled and unusable. On putting one or two whole ones available in the pack in hot oil, they disintegrated.

                                    Please avoid selling frozen food which are not stored at right temperatures.

                                        Today i have bought many items for reliance fresh. Among them "dettol original protection" was one item. This item mrp is 44*3= 132.00 and there was a dettol free soap worth of rs. 26/-. But reliance fresh has been charged me rs. 139.16, also not given me the the free soap worth of rs. 26/-.

                                        Since i was in a hurry, i didn't check all the items and went off. After i reached home i saw all the mistakes of on my bill. My billl details are:
