I had purchased sweetcorn at reliance store at bhuj. I suspect same was geneticaly modified. Please varify and inform me. Purchase date 3/8/17.
Material was excellent in appearance and same was absolutely fine in all respect except its taste. It was sweet alright but it left bitter taste at end as if some pesticide is mixed. Reliance must ensure no genetically modified item is placed on store shelves.

    I went to reliance fresh, maninagar, saw price of pear written just above soft pear as 58/kg, n could hardly find 4 pie es that were not rotten. Still thought of buying at this price. After billing i saw, they charged 130/kg, so i asked to return, as i did not want such quality at higher price than local vendors. They refused to take back fruits n give bak money though i had not even stepped out of the store. Then thwy showed me the rate written of 130 about 10 feet away from the actual fruit. I had to take 3rd class quality fruit at high rate.

    This is not expected from reliance. Very rude staff, very downgraded fruits and vegetables.

    On 9 aug '17 the item rates were published in newspaper according to the wednesday offer, but the system never had the updated rates and we have to pay full rates. For eg the cost of potato was 9 rs kg but we had to pag rs 19 per kg
    When contacted the manager he was also not able to take any action

      This morning at 9am i was in your sarakki bangalore branch. Being wednesday too much rush. Only one cashier. Nearly 50 customers on que. I understand 2 cashiers are on leave. Asked for manager. He was not in duty. I called him he answered my call in sleep. I told him the scenario at the shop floor and told him he should be at shop floor to address the issue. He told me that i shouldn't teach him what he has to do. If you want do the shopping do if not you can go away. Reliance not called you to do shopping. This is the attitude. With new staff everything is in mess. No one is answerable. Don't care attitude.

        I had purchased goods worth rs 117 from reliance fresh store, rambaug, maninagar, ahmedabad on 25th july 2017.
        After i swiped my icici debit card, i was told that payment was not getting through so bill could not be generated. Due to some reason, the system got hung, and the staff was neither able to print the bill nor cancel it.

        I was redirected to another counter where i paid for by cash.

        However, the transaction of payment thru debit card also went through.

        Thus i was charged twice for the same purchase.

        Request you please reverse one payment.

          My name is pawan kumar.
          I purchased a phone sony xperia c4 from reliance fresh near railway road panipat with extended warranty of one year from reliance.
          My mobile got some problem on[protected].
          So i go to reliance fresh and contact the person from whom i purchased the mobile his name is kapil verma.
          He receive the mobile and give me receiving dated 16/05/2017. He says max.in 15 days mobile will be on working fine condition.
          But now i am here for complaining about him he gave me date after date and till now date 6/8/2017 almost 3 month gone but he still says we need 7 more days to repair your mobile.
          I don't know what to say him so i dicide to file complain against him.

            I was an part time time employee at reliance fresh at vapi gujarat from jun 2016 to jun 2017...

            After giving resignation i m not getting my incentives. Cashier shortage which is not short but the head cashier is doing fraud with every cashier and deduct their money from the salary. He takes it from the cash and declare that their is shortage in the cash which was sabmitted.

            I m not getting my diwali bonus as well the managers take employees bonus and not giving thm also the swt box they take there home...

            Also they never give any monthly coupons which company gives for the employee they use personally or sell to the vendors...

            My ful&final + shortage (Fraud) +diwali bonus + cashier allownce from jun 16 to jun 17 etc... I want my money but the manager is not try to resolve my problem and this month i m getting only 1909/rs in my acc...

            So kindly reply back and try to resolve my problem and send my money in my acc immediately...

            Current manager is arvind kumar i dont know from where he is but dont want to solve my problem when i. Was ask abt it always said that u got it in this month... Wtf they r doing there who give thm manager post all the rubbish one and dumb one r there at higher post in reliance fresh...

                I purchased some goods in barrackpore reliance fresh (01/08/2017),
                Bill no.-116, pos no.-r102,
                Amount-528.52.
                I pay the money through my debit card (5196*4634).
                My first transection showing is faild. But the amount (528.52) debited my account.
                Transection faild details-
                Date-01/08/2017, time-05:08:09pm., utid[protected], u. Invoice-032791.

                Then i pay the amount (528.52) second time.
                Paying details-
                Date-01/08/2017, time-17:11:21, batch num-000738, tid[protected], invoice num-002493.
                There the shopkeeper say me the amount (528.52) reverse my account in 48 hours, but i don't get my money back.
                So please help me sir get my money back.

                  This is bring your kind notice that i have been misbehaved by your staff named mr. Satyanarayan of reliance fresh store, puri, odisha today at 9.45pm.

                  I am a regular customer of your group like reliance fresh, footprint & jewel since last 3 years. I am having your reliance one card. Today around 9.45pm when i entered your reliance fresh store, puri, odisha, to purchase atta for my own but your staff named mr. Satyanarayan deny me to enter to store & told me that there will be no entry to store as it is closed, but i requested him there is 15 minutes more time to close, so i can buy atta of 10kgs with in your stipulated closing time of 10pm, but he told me that no one will make the bill of your atta so he has forced me return back from your store.

                  But for your kind information, after returning from your store that time i went to vishal mega mart, from there i bought two packets of atta of 5kgs each today itself without any problem from their side.

                  The above is submitted for your kind information & necessary action please.

                    This complaint is on the reliance fresh outlet located at pjr stadium ln, sivaji nagar, chanda nagar, hyderabad, telangana 500050. The refrigerator where the dairy products are stored does not maintain the prescribed temperature of less than 8degc. As a result of this couple of times the dairy products that i had bought got spoilt even before the expiry date when storing in my house refrigerator.
                    Recently i visited the store and found that some of cheese packets were having fungus inside and complained to the store personnel. The refrigeration system was not working and no indication of temperature on the machine. The store personnel accepted that the refrigerator was faulty. By storing these perishable dairy products at higher temperature, the customers can get poisoned when consuming them.

                      I am a regular customer of your shop located at avadi, i used purchase my monthly provision from your shop at the time of billing we use to face problem due lack of your staff/management, either one counter will open nor billing machine have problems, even i asked them, shall i a make a complaint they told "no we will clear it sir", so for nothing has made clear nor machine repaired and main thing being a customer i use to beg them for to attend me and they never listen customer's request. I use purchase channa dal recently i have noticed that is poor quality and made verbal complaint to the shop manager, he told i can't do anything sir, what they supply that only i can give and i requested him please register it and he refused to register the complaint.in avadi so many super markets are available but we (Customer) believe you people reliance will not blame us. I hope so, the matter will resolve at the earliest.

                        Sir i am a regular customer at your store situated at deshbandu road, pahar ganj, new delhi and i was making all my payments through sodexo card but on the last two occasions i had to face inconvience as well as embarrassment since after all the shopping when reached the counter for payment but the staff at the counter refused to accept the payment through sodexo card. The same problem occured on last occasion also but i made the payment through debit card on the request of the store in charge with the assurance of sorting out the machine problem. But on the second occasion also i had to face the same problem and the staff was hostile too, left with no other option i again paid by cash. I request you to look into this personally and make necessary arrangements to make the facility available soon.

                          This is to inform the powers that be i reliance fresh management that i amay a senior citizen living in godrej palm grove, at chembarambakkam. Today morning around 9 am i visited reliance fresh outlet at poonamallee, when i was huge iliated by the girl who was doing good the billing.in fact, i billed for about rs.1124.26. When i asked the senior clerk (He told that his name is rajesh to tell the name of the girl, he refused). Anyhow, it does not matter. The fact is i found out everything 1 small plastic piece of paper stuck to my trolley and the girl said that why are you taking g the rubber band. I didn't know that it was a packet of rubber band and only when i lifted it is found it to be a small packet having some rubber band. So i just passed it to the girl, and the girl immediately told me why did i threw the thing at her. I fact i just passed it on to the girl. It is really very unfortunate that such a treatmental is meted out to a senior citizen of this country. Kindly take remedial measures as i have respect for the organization.
                          Kindly do not punish the girl, but see to it that the baskets and trolleys used are completelying emptied before some one else uses the same.

                            As am a regular customer of reliance super market (Membership) today i had a bad experience by a shope keeper named rajesh. I took a selfie inside the shop, for that he rudely behaved with me infront of all. I asked the reason for why we not to take photos inside the shop. For that he didn't know how to give a proper response. His behaviour makes me to felt so bad to shop in reliance. Really he is not fit for taking care of customer. Really felt bad. Gonna cancel my memebership. Please consider this.

                            They have twice swipe my card and said the 1st transaction was not successful but from my side both transaction was successful they told if your amount will not returned by bank I will return from my side after two days but now they denied to do so.

                            First of all, your action of taking a picture inside the Reliance Fresh Supermarket cannot be justified. At least you should have obtained a permission from the Super Market Officials before your action. The Supermarket need not give any reason for their objection to you in taking pictures of their premises, if they don't wish to do so. Rudeness has various levels, just shouting at you for your behaviour if that is what happened is not a big issue. You are no one to comment about his customer relationship level . Regarding your decision to cancel your membership is up to you .

                              Dear team, i have purchased items from your reliance fresh of rs 1084 total bill.
                              I have re checked the items from biĺl at my home and found that one of product on which mrp is rs 57 but on bill amount is rs 60. How comes it possible to take more than mrp.

                              Either resolve or am going to complaint in consumer court.

                                Yesterday i shopped at your reliance store with my family. I purchased an amount of rs.4341 at your store. After shopping they are busy with their own work. But nobody is interested in bagging of my products. After waiting for 20 mins they came to bagged my product.in between they said that go to gate and the security person will bagged your product. This is ridiculous.

                                  I picked up a himalaya baby wipes where i was told inr 185/- in tje 1st floor and when i proceeded to reception irresponsibly i got an answer from the billing girl that i should choose different product. Who are you to decide my consumership? Useless reception manager who is explaining me the same thing. Eithet you take action or i take this issue to your centres headquarters in mumbai or to consumer forum.
                                  Check your cctv footage.
                                  No ac in your shop, treating customers like cattles?
                                  Did your management teach you consumer law? If not we customer will better teach you what is right.

                                  If i don't get a response i will respond in consumer style with law and report this to himalaya as well.

                                  I purchase a pair of shoe from footprint store of reliance fresh on date 9/05/17.
                                  But with in one month shoe partly damage naturally. Store incharge say shoe cannot replace due to company policy. Product cannot replace when it purchased under promotion or discount.
                                  In kakaguda, secunderabad, facing huge problem with Mosquitoes.
                                  Even in the eving time we are unable to stand in Streets,
                                  Few people are admitted in Hospital due to malaria due to mosquito Bite.
                                  From last 1 year this problem is Continued.
                                  Please Resolve this issue As soon. As Possible...

                                      Reliance fresh - aundh, pune - manager appasaheb jadhav empcode : 20026667 was very rude. He simply refused to sell eggs and cells.
                                      In his words he said : "mujhe nahi bechana, jao yahaan se." he also said jao jisko complain karna hai karo koi kuch nahi kar sakta. I requested him please let me buy stuff, he simply refused. First he said item will be charged 6/pc i said yes. After that he said you will be charged 180 again i said yes, even after all this he didn't let me buy, other staff members asked him to let me buy but he didn't listen and was like he owns the store.

But at Counter Person Not Provide Invoice on Company Name and make Bill on URD Basis which not Pass GST Credit To Our Company. Kindly Guide us, Should it right Invoicing in Reliance Fresh than we have to find Another option for Future Transactions.

                                        I'm really unhappy with the store services. The very worst services i ever saw. No proper bill counters, in 4 bill counters they will be always problem, only one works that too very slow . we need to stand atleast 15-30 mins only for bill .there is no proper weight machine . all the machinery is spoiled.. no proper staff, no helpers, there are so many used items in the display . cleanliness is just okay . overall i would say your store services is very problematic .

                                        Today, 06/07/2017, i visited the reliance fresh store in mathikere (near ramaiah college, bangalore) and i was surprised that price tag was missing in most items (vegetables). We cannot go everytime to the cash counter and ask the rate..It is very disgusting..

                                        We had only purchased fruits n vegetables n the bill was less than 1000 how come get was levied. As per finance minister there should b no gst on fresh vegetables . Really felt cheated reliance corporate park outlet
                                        We had purchased fresh vegitables from reliance fresh reliance corporate park they have charged gst although the bill was below 1000 and we had only purchased fresh vegetables. Really disappointed with the cheating
