Since the ACs and billing computers were not working at the Paschim Vihar Branch of Reliance Fresh outlet on 29th June, 2017, therefore, the customers have to face lot of problems and difficulties while shopping from there. The overall supervision is also required to be improved. The movement space for customers is also remains to be considered. The working staff should also to be properly briefed by the incharge to take proper care of wastage.

Yesterday i bought 1ltr milk from reliance fresh chinmaya nagar, chennai and was in hurry so didn't see the date of expiry but as i can see this milk was expired 4 days ago this i guess 4th time happening to me. Very bad service they should check thier stocks regularly. We should take strict action on this because it's not the first time happening and maybe other some stocks also are expired.

I have brought some food items from your store no.2860, bill no. 87 dated.25.06.2017 at 17.43.52 cashier id 60157635 pos no. R102.

In the said invoice you have charge 470/- each for sanchi ghee while it's mrp is 425/- and the product also near to expire.

In the said invoice i have bought 2 nos of sanchi ghee 1 kg pack and you have charged 10.59% extra on each packet.

As i regularly shop from your store and never match mrp and billing charged because i have trust like your stores.

In the said transaction, i have paid 11% excess amount beyond mrp and seen that case i just think that how much i have paid to you in our past purchases.

I just want to know that, how can you charge bound mrp?

In their banner for mommy poko rs. 100 offer actual price rs. 699 and offered rate rs. 599. But during the billing time counter staff asked me that did you have reliance card and i said that i am carrying the same. I asked her when i noticed that the actual price was mentioned in the bill. Then she said that it was only for reliance card holders which was not mentioned neither in the banner nor by the lady when billing. I was complained and finally one gentle man refund my money from his hind. I would like to address this issue because many people are not seeing the bill and rushed home who was cheated by your organization. And the customer service was very poor if you compare any competitor (Bigbazaar, more etc..) i hope you will take this further and make sure it will not happen any other customer of you.

I bought mango neelam 1.765 kg @rs 45/kg. I did ask shelf about the quality several times by asking him whether it is ripe, since mango is so small. His answer was affirmative saying it is ripe. Being small i counted as a good sign as it is not hormone treated. Mangoes are not ripe and it is not sweet. Pulp is white in colour though the skin is yellow.

I want replacement with nice ripe mangoes.

Dear sir, i had purchased ruchi lunch box from dwarka reliance centre in may 2017 and when i found it, one of the lid was broken but by that time my servant had added vegetables in that for my office and i quickly removed it and kept for exchange but when today i asked the manager named sandeep with mob no.[protected], he behaved arrogantly and refused to change it, he demanded bill from us which is natural also but i being regular customer never keep bills as the other outlets i was going i never faced any problem and today i felt as if i am speaking lies just for 99 rupees my no. Is [protected]

I have found today that expired snack products (Reliance manufactured) placed to sale. And informed them about that items. Recklessly responded for that.
Removed very few items from sale. Lack of local language knowledge, i couldn't make them remove completely

Our bill against the above order was rs. 617.

We made the payment of the bill through debit card but the pos machine of the delivery boy was should transaction cancelled, so we once again made the payment through our food card.

When we checked, we found that our bank account was debited with rs. 617 (For use of the debit card) and out food card showed utilisation of rs. 617. Therefore we paid twice for the order.

To our surprise, reliance office is calling us everyday to inform us that they have not received the payment and that we should make the payment.

We have already paid twice (One payment refund is due to us). Are we suppose to make the payment for a third time?

Its shocking.

Further, i must complain that the pos machines carried by reliance delivery are of very poor quality and always give problems. That is the reason our payment was collected twice.

We request you to immediately refund us rs. 617 which has been paid twice by us and stop asking for the payment (Which we cannot make a third time.

Was very happy shopping with you until i baught some chikkus last month and this fruit in the pic last week..
Chikkus when enquired said will ripe soon but never did.
I know it is hard to know how does the fruit look inside but this one is an exception,
The fruit in the picture is no where near it's ripening stage.. It was a very small, yet to grow fruit. So sad

Yesterday i have purchased bournvita pouch (500gm) from bhuj store, on that tag was that rs.40/- discount. However after billing i came to know that discount is not given to me, i discussed with store manager, he replied that the same is available i[censored] purchase the same with relience card. On the tag no such information was written.

On tag only written that discount of rs.40. Your tag was misleading and vogue. I have photographs for the same. It was to attract the customers with bad intention.

It's not a matter of rs.40, its a matter of faith with reliance. If this type of tag is display then everyone will misguide.

I am very dis satisfy with this mischief. I have store must write that rs.40 discount is available only on purchase with reliance card

I had made a purchase of rs.1010 in that due to visa offer it transacted as 913 rupees, from reliance fresh store, vivekanandnagar, kukatpally hyderabad. When my card was swiped first time the pos machine stopped after entering pin number and didn't give the bill. The reliance person said if dill didn't come means you wont get charge, then they did swipe second time. But amount was debited from my account both the times. On enquiring with the employees said that the amount will get credited soon. Its been over 3 months and no status from the reliance fresh end. The manager who is in-charge of evening time not at all responsible about the customer problem, every time says i will update you in half an hour or tomorrow like that its been 3 months now no refund to my account. Its highly disappointing for regular customers like us. I request to take it seriously and please refund rs.913 asap back to my account.

Hi! I visited your reliance fresh store situated at Shastri park in Delhi 110032 I purchased 2 packets of patanjali flour. One of the packet was open when I complaint to your store keeper he told me you tore it and we will not return this pack and He packed it again with transparent
tape and told me to keep that packet after that when I approach to your store manager he told me try to understand I have to bear this liability, I have to sale this packet in low price. He forced me to keep that packet.. And your store keeper not the manager store keeper behaved very rude to me he was misbehaving with me... It was very bad experience. I think I will not visit your store again. And I also suggest other people not to visit that store. Your staff is not willing to help customers

Today I visited reliance fresh, as usual it was crowded. The incident took place in the billing counter. There was argument between a rich looking men(from some other state) and a normal looking father(from same state). They were quarrelling about who came first. Soon one word led to another and the argument became fight. The tall rich guy started to assault the old men and pushed his wife. By the time the manager came into the scene and tried to pacify. But no one were ready to listen. So the manager made the family to leave the place. They almost pushed them out. My only question is... If they wanted to get rid of the fight.. Why didn't they push both the parties out!. Is there a discrimination even at this situation. The family had to leave with shame of minimum 100 people starring at them.

The vegetable quality is poor. The flies are everywhere. There is not a system which is organised everything is here and there
But most importantly
The staff is so unhelpful. If you ask them something there one response is mujhe nahi pata waha dekh lo hoga to hoga
That too very rudely as if they are giving it freely.
No one is willing to work there. A proper change is seriously required there as most of the people prefer the other shops which is close by because of there response

I have purchased some materials from Reliance fresh Tirunagar, Madurai. branch on 21/5/2017 for Rs.1527.37 for that first I have make payment through my IOB debit card and the amount was dedited in my account but the bill was not generated hence again I make payment through my SBI Credit card and collect materials from Reliance fresh.For refund of Rs.1527.37 I have approached Mr.Nagarajan, branch maneger and handover the required particulars.But till date I have not received any reply from your end.Hence I request you to make necessary arrangements to refund my excess amount of Rs.1527.37 paid through my IOB debit card on 21/05/2017

I had puchased some grocery from Reliance virar west on Apr 18 and paid the bill by Debit card. after transaction the executive asked sir is showing decline Then she again inserted card for payment
After payment I had received msg from my bankers the amount deducted twice. Immediately I shown the msg to same counter lady, she asked your payment will automatically credited in your account after 48 hrs.
but the same has not yet been credited .
you are requested to remit amount in my bank account immediately.

Today on 25th May 2017 in between 7:30 to 8 pm I bought some goodies from Reliance fresh located at Bhauma Nagar, Unit IV Bhubaneswar. I got Tresemme shampoo also. First of all all the products of shampoo were unsealed. So I didn't get confused of why the products are unsealed. When I came home and checked the shampoo bottle almost half of the content inside was empty. This is very high time that the super markets are cheating consumers by keeping unsealed products.

Today at ur pal road center I purchased a pack of 1 kg curd. It was billed then before moving from there I just checked for date and found that it's expiry was 23 May. When asked Mr. Gopi Manager(as informed) replied that it is only one pack and when checked for other pack I found that all packs lying there were expired.Reason he given that the incharge for that section is absent today so it happened. Is that a correct reply? He doesn't took this matter seriously at all and suggested me that "Aap complaint kar do" means whatever you want to do you can. I am very old customer of Reliance fresh and whatever happened with me wad not at all good for anybody.

I purchased a threadmill turbuster from relaiance mart, i have never used it and it was left out for almost 3+ years, now when i started using it, it gave a burning smell and looks to be getting jammed,

Called the relaince shaikpet service and absolutely disgusted to tell that this is one of the worlds most disgusting and pathetic customer service, it is evident that there is no management over seeing this ' shaikpet reliance branch...

They first directed me to the reliance service tollfree and the later to the relaiance security below but nevre to the right person... What a shame.

So you sell the product and when it comes ot service you don't give a damn..

I condemn highly this branch reliance mart shaikpet, and that people consider other brands who care for their customer, and not high handed reliance mart people.
