Hi guyz i like to share the behavior of reliance fresh employees in ammapet branch of it in salem. I recently went to the shop to buy vegetables. At there they are found to have a system of weighting it in the place where vegetables are kept and billing it there. I hardly waited for about 15 min and no one has came to help me in billing it as they only the vegetables code to bill it.So i just like to share this irresponsible behavior of one of the largest retail outlet(Reliance fresh) to its customer.

Im poornima bought a reliance rice bag worth rupees 1269 with bill no. #0119 at miyapur x roads branch, bollaram rd, hyderabad-500049. The rice bag was spoiled and staff of reliance fresh dont even feel responsibility about customer.

    On Monday evening (2nd May 2016) I went shopping for the groceries at reliance fresh (Vidyaranpura). I bought whatever I required and was waiting for my turn. The girl who was billing, in between our billing started to bill for someone else who was known to her and she even included all the reward points which we gained to that other customer's card. She thought that we were a kind of illiterate. When we saw the bill we complaint about it to the store manager (number: [protected]). He said he would reverse the points to our number. But even after four days nothing has happened. This is just un-acceptable.

    Reliance is a reputed name, people like that lady are spoiling the reputation of this company. These kinds of things shouldn't happen. I think this is the responsibility of the store manager to train and warn the employees so that they may not do to other customers again.

      I have been your customer from past several years I have done the purchasing @ your reliance fresh which is located at ‘B’ Block Vijay nagar 3rd stage mysore Karnataka (land mark behind more store) on 1st May, an Amount of Rs.189/- . With the Store executive irresponsibility the debit Card has been swiped 2times & the amount has been debited twice regarding the same when I discussed with the Store manager he said the same amount will get refund to your account with in 24hrs but still I have not received the same.
      Frequently calling the Store manager but he is not giving any positive response

        Hello,
        I, Nirav Karkera had received a cinerewards voucher from your Reliance Fresh Store, nerul.
        Registration no.- CRbab2d7169.

        I had registered, n booked movie show and timing given in their lists.

        But, due to unresponsiveness of Cinerewards team
        I was not given an booking.

        When, countered with Cinerewards team they suggested to mail Reliance Fresh.

        Hence, I would want my voucher to get reactivated.

          I made a good purchase at one of your outlets .I asked the cashier to redeem my points of over 6 years purchase and to add the current points. After a few days I made my monthly purchase at another outlet of yours to redeem all points. Cashier told me I had no points.
          I was explained that it was a common practice to dupe costumers and transfer earned points.I a senior citizen with thick glasses should have read the faintly printed bill and matched the card number. The card so fondly made by my granddaughter. ALAS!

            Dear sir,

            This to inform you that i have purchased some items from your reliance fresh shop, dilshad colony today at 21:11:29 hours vide bill no.0108 for rs.1, 212.05; the payment of which was paid through my sbi credit card. One of the items purchsed is loose sugar for 2.700 kg which is not shown in the invoice. Instead of this, an item named "rs pam rc 10 kg bag" for rs.295. Kindly refund the balance amount after adjusting the amount for loose sugar for 2.700 kg. Your security did not count the items nor helped me putting items in my bag, just stamping invoice and given back the same.

            This has been viewed as serious lapse from your side and take serious action at the respective billing counter.

              I(Venkat) was purchased in your purasawalkam store at chennai 19/04/2016 at the time is 5.30 pm to 6.30pm in my home needs everything.
              First i enter the store i was surrendered my bag the security person. The security
              Person name is mr.Willson.He said once you purchased everything then come and bring your bags. He asked me the bag to surrender thats why i saved it.
              On that time bag things these are (Sbt bank cheque book and passbook, canara bank cheque book, one blank cheque leaf canara bank)
              Those all my personal banking important details everything. Finally i purchased around 3500s. Once i finished the purchased i went out.Because of on that time
              I didn't bring my bike thats i was busy to pick up the auto. Even i went out the outside security person williamson was not informed me to pickup your bags. Ok that is my mistake to pick up to forget the my bag on that time. Next day morning[protected] today around 10.30 am i went to showroom. That security person wilson is not there because he second shift. I asked morning shift security to that wilson contact number and details he replied me i don't have anything details that security. He said come and asked me in the afternoon.I went in the afternoon that showroom and i meet at 3.30pm security wilson he said yes sir your is yesterday night i only safely holded. He said today in the afternoon only missed i checked everywhere.I said i will another one hour then i was moved that placed. I can't to go that showroom on that time thats why i called that security person wilson he picked me my phone call. From the beginning onwards his speak is irregular words and over shouting and no response. I have call recorder in my phone with his conversation. And also i'm on line in phone call he said in some next person to mine insulting and he told he is mental calling.

              Can you tell if i'm mad because he said to me. Ok i agree because i purchased in your store na thats why.


              One more finally i will tell if you are not taken to serious in this issue i'm going to police station to show my phone call recorder and i will go to consumer court also ..

                This is to say that i have stepped in to one of your outlet on 04/10/15 evening, purchased stuffs for around rs.9000/-, gone to the billing counter and asked for home delivery to cashier ms. Sujatha. By her look and arrogantly she told me that we can’t deliver it was so embrassing me to get out from the store, she not even asked where to deliver and voluntarily i told her i resides near infant jesus shrine that is approx 1.5km from your store then too she told me she cant deliver, it was heavy raining too then i told her to cancel my stuffs she is not bothered for that she is ready to cancel my stuffs, then mr. Stanley (Suresh) voluntarily entered and made me convinced and waited me for 5mins and discussed to the supervisor and agreed for home delivery and gave me the fantastic services.

                She is shouting in local language on the billing counter then i started to speak in her language then her mouth was shut and gone from the billing counter.
                As if she is giving freely something from her pocket she has treated me like that...

                Not at all expected from reliance... This is how you treat the customer... Fed up with reliance...

                Coming back to my membership cashier asked for my card, i asked him, do you give any discount, he told me that you will get the lipton tea, finally in my stuff the lipton was missing, that’s not the big deal for me, but why you guys giving the wrong info

                  The product are displayed with outdated price but at the time of billing they take updated price that too increased one. I don't know whether reliance give them a target for selling the item or what. I have been noticed this repeatedly in my case. At the time of selling it must be written rs 8 but later at the time of billing they will take rs 10 for the same item. Cheating with our hard earned money due to their irresponsibility or intentionally to sell the item in a increased price. Since bill is already made, they will deny to return the item. This is happening repeatedly at hyderabad.
                  I am talking about both the reliance fresh situated at gachibowli flyover.
                  In some of the item(Such at dal, ever changing vegetable and fruits) the price is not written. I have seen this. The sale (Wo)man will come and go, as if (S)he is doing a favor by (Un)telling the price. The customer are cheated along with indecency behavior.

                    1. I the undersigned is staying beside your reliance fresh store in gajuwaka, visakhapatnam. I am hearing abnormal sounds during night time from your stores. This is making our sleep disturbed. We contacted ur store but no response came. They are saying we can't do anything.

                    The sounds are alam sounds that are continuous till the shops opens. It is starting nearly around 12 am and continuing till morning 6:30 am. Means till the store incharge comes and stops it. Through out the night we are getting very disturbed. So many times we had sleepless nights.

                    In this last 14 days, we had faced such sleepless nights about four... I.e on 4/4/16, 6/4/16, 10/4/16, 12/4/16...

                    So this very much. We can't bare it. In my family we are staying with old parents and small children.

                    2. trays and other outside sounds which are making at your store at closing time are continuing till 11 to 11:30 pm. This is daily practice. But all these should complete before 9:30 to 10 pm but it is not so. So please kindly look into the issue.

                    3. Coming to generator it is a soundproof, but they are keeping the doors opened and running at very high idle. So it is also making huge sounds. Generator abornomal sounds to be minimised by taking necessary action.

                    4. Door(store) is making high sounds due to damage of the press door. This happening at the time of closing the main store, that is happening to check the staff. Night time particularly around 11 to 11:30 pm.

                    So please take necessary action immediatly.

                    Hope you understand the problem and come out with a solution.

                      Reliance fresh located at Kaggadaspura in Bangalore does not even have netted bags instead of plastics nor the brown paper covers to pick up items.

                      How is it possible to collect the items and then transfer it to our own? Alternately permit the customers to enter reliance with their own bags.

                      Secondly, the quality of food, fruits etc and vegetables is sharply deteriorating. Probably Ambani is not aware of this

                          I have done the shopping of Rs. 950 through my debit card on reliance fresh store on 10th April 2016. I paid my bill through the debit card but receipt not generated. They told me to pay in cash . I said that I have already done payment through card and shown them the sms received from my axis bank card. but they denied and forced me to pay in cash. So I paid them in cash also and they told me that the money deducted from my bank would be refunded in two days. but still i have not received my money. Please help me out and get my money refunded.

                            My name is mujahid ali and Around 3 months back I received a movie voucher from reliance supermarket, sultan palya, bangalore on purchase of items value worth more than rs 1000 and I had to pay rs 50 as well extra to get the voucher. As per the instructions on the voucher I tried registering but I was not able to register. This is totally a fraud. I am being a loyal cutomer to reliance this what in return I would get. I had promised my son that I will take him for a movie which didn't happened because of this useless voucher.
                            I request reliance concerned officer not to play such cheap gimmicks with the customers for the sake of sales.
                            I'm really hurt by this .

                              Sir,

                              I have visited your Reliance Fresh Store located at District Centre, Chandrashekharpur, Bhubaneswar, Odisha on 03rd April 2016 at 21:00 hrs and purchased groceries worth Rs. 710.77. During billing the billing person at the counter has swapped my card and told me that payment was not processed. However I got SMS in my mobile at regarding deduction of payment from my account. He told me that payment will be reversed back into my account.

                              Second time he has swapped the card again and told me that this time also the payment was not processed and will be reversed back into my account. Once again swapped the card third time and confirmed that the payment has been processed.

                              Today when I saw my statement I have found that the payment has been deducted thrice from my account by reversed back only one time.

                              It is clear that the payment has been done twice to Reliance Fresh Store for the same items. So I request you to kindly look into the matter and refund me Rs. 710.77 in my bank account or my Reliance Card. My Reliance Card No. is [protected].

                                I have purchase of Rs. 3500/- as on 25/01/2016 from your Anandnagar Store situated at prahladnagar main Road, Satellite, Ahmedabad-380015.                                   I had purchase two movie ticket of cine awaz at rs 69 after shopping of 999. I went to site of cine awaz and they issue a75a531f0 on 25th jnauary 2016 but never issued any ticket. I visited reliance fresh store karol bagh . the manager promised he will sort out the issue. afterward I visited five time but the issue was not resolved. this way reliance has cheated the customers.

                                      Respected sir/madam,

                                      This is to bring to your kind notice that on 19th march 2016 i'd registered the above voucher no. For couple movie tickets.I'd even received the authentication key for the same. There after i went ahead and selected movie ( 1st option 23rd march 2nd option 24th march)of my choice as per conditions sighted in the voucher card, further i received a mail from travel-port saying my booking has been confirmed and that my status will intimated within 48 hrs. It is 23rd of march 2016 today and there is no communication from their side on the movie tickets. Also, 25th march 2016 is the last date to avail this offer and when i try to do a fresh booking on the site, it says booking already made for this coupon. I here by request you to please address this problem at the earliest.

                                        Awaiting response??? This is my third mail and have already made several follow-up on calls and your portal directly with no response.

                                        Reliance team - Appreciate your call on 20th March 16 at about 1900 hours from +91 [protected] and providing me assurance that this matter is being looked on priority and shall be resolved sooner. However, I have not yet received any further calls or mails on your investigation or plan of action. Time is critical and all my efforts have gone waste in this process. It feels that we have been CHEATED in this process and in actual there is NO reward for customer; while we have paid up additional amounts to seek those gift vouchers.

                                        CineRewardz team – It’s frustrating and disappointing that knowing you are receiving all my mails (as none of your mails have bounced back) you are NOT TAKING ANY ACTION or showing interest to customer issue. I have had about 9 response mails from your mail id while I was rising request for Movie tickets on your portal (screen shots are shared below), however all were declined due to some or the other issue. I have wasted enough and more time trying to book my tickets…. all in vain. Furthermore, it leads me to a concluding point that it’s a FRAUD that we were trapped in. I am surely not going sit over it, despite the amount being as little as Rs. 200/- or so.
