Respected sir/madam,

This is to bring to your kind notice that on 19th march 2016 i'd registered the above voucher no. For couple movie tickets.I'd even received the authentication key for the same. There after i went ahead and selected movie ( 1st option 23rd march 2nd option 24th march)of my choice as per conditions sighted in the voucher card, further i received a mail from travel-port saying my booking has been confirmed and that my status will intimated within 48 hrs. It is 23rd of march 2016 today and there is no communication from their side on the movie tickets. Also, 25th march 2016 is the last date to avail this offer and when i try to do a fresh booking on the site, it says booking already made for this coupon. I here by request you to please address this problem at the earliest.

Awaiting response??? This is my third mail and have already made several follow-up on calls and your portal directly with no response.

Reliance team - Appreciate your call on 20th March 16 at about 1900 hours from +91 [protected] and providing me assurance that this matter is being looked on priority and shall be resolved sooner. However, I have not yet received any further calls or mails on your investigation or plan of action. Time is critical and all my efforts have gone waste in this process. It feels that we have been CHEATED in this process and in actual there is NO reward for customer; while we have paid up additional amounts to seek those gift vouchers.

CineRewardz team – It’s frustrating and disappointing that knowing you are receiving all my mails (as none of your mails have bounced back) you are NOT TAKING ANY ACTION or showing interest to customer issue. I have had about 9 response mails from your mail id while I was rising request for Movie tickets on your portal (screen shots are shared below), however all were declined due to some or the other issue. I have wasted enough and more time trying to book my tickets…. all in vain. Furthermore, it leads me to a concluding point that it’s a FRAUD that we were trapped in. I am surely not going sit over it, despite the amount being as little as Rs. 200/- or so.

The cinerewards cards are provided in reliance fresh. This card was purchased few months back. There is a list of clause and we paid 79 rupees i think to purchase this if our bill is above 1000 Rs. Now after multiple trials we have booked tickets and never got confirmation on these tickets.

This looks like a scam. Can you please verify and let us know what kind of solution you will provide for your customers on this regard. I see many people who have bought this card have the same concern and its expiring soon as well.

Can you please call [protected] on this regard immediately.

I purchased two pack egg from reliance fresh (Reliance retail ltd) on 21/03/2016, which rate was rs.32/-, but they charged rs.35/. Its rs. 3/- extra from mrp i.E appx 10% extra from mrp. You can find how reliance doing fraud with consumers. I think they might taken extra amount some more items. It should be inquiry properly.

I submitted my helmet in the baggage counter but someone changed it.
There was no token system, and when i told them about the incident they started shouting at me.

The manager is not available all the time.
They even do not have the CCTV footage .

Very ill managed store.

Now I have lost my helmet from the baggage counter with no responsibility from the storekeeper

Reliance Fresh super market at East Anandbagh has been closed for more than two weeks now. This shop had been a good source for purchase of fruits and vegetables at reasonable quality and prices. Abrupt closure of this shop is not understood. One has to travel atleast three kms to shop at the nearest Reliance Fresh super market. We require a good Reliance shop on this road itself.
Reasons for closure of this good shop is to be known by the customers.

I have purchased items from kirni phatak relianve fresh jhotwara jaipur.The reliance fresh offer in month of December -January period of getting two movie tickets free on purchase of RS. 1000 and paying RS. 69/ .but despite having that voucher and doing that as mention that on the movie voucher I am not getting my tickets booked by cine rewardz site and despite repeated mails there is no sense o[censored]rgency from their side and I want my movie tickets to be booked . please look in to matter as soon as possible .

even as a incharge of branch not given respect to customers, they are giving unnecessary comments on customer, billing process is also very slow, if any customer asked he had replied "better to ask my superiors"like that unpolitely given answers.Internal controls are very weak, that incharge not having proper respect on customers, he is acting as a layman, so it may be leads to weakness in internal controls and internal check also.so please maintain appropriate persons having prescribed qualifications.

in my statement this amount is debited twice.

I have been regular customer at Reliance Fresh Stores located in Main Road, Ideal Homes Society Layout, Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Pin Code 560098 since many years . Off late Security personnel at this stores are insulting us . There is a ban o[censored]se of plastic bags in bangalore. So I normally carry my own cloth bag big enough to carry all vegetables, other Consumer items. On 13-03-16, i went with bag. Security guard told me they do not allow in side it. I told them i do not want big bag given by the stores and pay the money for it. I wonder how to carry the items. Store manager told they do not allow the bags from outside.
So i decided not buy any items from your stores and purchased the vegetables and items some where. Pl note that value of vegetables and items is Around Rs 1200/- . When ever i purchase my bill is more than Rs 500/-.
Your personnel are driving the customer away by their rude behavior. The complaint book is eye wash . They never took any action based on my Complaint in the past.
I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT I DECIDED TO STOP BUY FROM YOUR OUTLET AND GO TO OTHER SUPERMARKETS IN OUR AREA.

I purchased a voucher for 2 movies at 70rs form reliance fresh, . Now I am trying to book my tickets under the maximum restriction of the voucher but they are regretting to book my ticket. The voucher is valid only upto 25.03.16. The message shown as '"Regret, under this promotional offer, the tickets are currently not available, on the days selected. So request you to kindly resend us your booking request on or after 15th Mar 2016."

The conditions that are mentioned on the voucher are:-
1) The tickets can be booked for the next 3rd day. I don't know that movie shall be on screen on the 3rd day or not ?
2) The new release/ 1st week movie can not be booked. I also don't know that the movie will remain on screen on 2nd week or not.
3) Fri/Sat/Sun the movie can be booked before 11am. I can not go on fri/sat, as I have 6 days working in my company.
4) Both the options demanded should have 2 diff dates, two diff shows.

I have tried to book the tickets many times but not able to book the same. Also I am not able to contact them. Please do needful and help me to book the tickets.

Your team was supposed to confirm the booking in 48 hrs. I had made the made the booking request on 2 to 3 times in one Feb, 3 March’16. I have not received any email or sms for the same.

I had received movie tickets from Reliance Fresh after purchase of about Rs. 1500 and paying extra Rs. 60 for 2 tickets. As per the offer, I am trying to book the tickets at Cinerewardz but getting failure every time. The email from

Cinerewards says firt as:

But after some time, I received email saying the tickets are not available:

This happened about 4 times and it keeps giving the same reply.

This is a fraud and absolutely a looting for customer!!

Today morning at Reliance Fresh Hennur road Bangalore 560043 .Milk past the use by date is put for sale along with today's milk. There was no manager or Asst manager to complain .I wish such matters be taken up by Concerned Authorities .Such stale/Expiry products cannot be sold

This is to inform you Reliance Fresh at Hennur road Bangalore 560043. Is selling milk which is past the use by date . To complain there is no Manager or Asst.Manager .this happened today morning 08/03/2016

I was not allowed to enter the store at 9.55 pm at jabalpur madan mahal branch, saying that cash has already matched and ladt entry is at 9.30 pm. Though i myself have purchased and entered store after 9.45 pm many times.
It is really bad service by executives. I reaaly want some action should be taken on this.

I went to reliance fresh, ratanada branch johdpur, rajasthan on 19:00 on 05.03.16, the sales man on this time working is non co operative nature, i want to know prize and discount about some products but he is not given any response, after some time i talk to other sales man, he says go to line . I am very shocked.

Today I have purchased 3 items from the Reliance fresh store- Description of the products are
1 Good night twin pack - MRP 122- Reliance charged - 122 - 2.44 =
1 Harpick red 500ml - MRP 72/- Reliance charged - 72 - 1.44 =
1 Reliance Scrubz Spong Wipe - SCW - MRP 96/- Reliance charged - 114 - 11.40 (Here they are charging more than MRP)

Balance due - Rs 292 and total savings- 15.28

So, what I want is proper explanation why there system after scanning the barcode from the product showing the price more than MRP, this is not mistake by any person, but it is in there system and will be on every outlet of RELIANCE FRESH stores.
