I have visited reliance fresh and purchase goods worth Rs 160 and paid the amount through my debit card for which a confirmation message has been received on my mobile. But the store cashier refused to accept the same and said the receipt has not been generated hence you will have to pay in cash also. the amount deducted from your account would be credited in your account within 24 hours. But still I have not received my money back.

I purchased many items from Reliance Fresh Phoenix Market city, Kurla on 19 Feb 2016, using Reliance Card No. [protected].
Pringles chips (Item code[protected] after coming home found out to be more than half emptied by thief staff of Reliance Fresh. It seems that is the training given to staff to have and eat whatever they like and re close the boxes.
Is it not tampering with PACKAGED FOOD. This way it can be adulterated or God forbid even poisoned,
Reliance Fresh must be taken to Task for such breach of trust.
Regarding pen set (Item code[protected], I can understand that one pen might have been shoplifted by some thief customer.
what the Video surveillance security is doing is really a cause of concern.
Or we just accept that In India "sab chalta hai".

Height is there is no way you can complain directly to Reliance fresh on email. It simply opens up an irrelevant page, where there is no option to register your complaint.

I purchaged grossory worth Rs. 2623.78 on 23 Jan 2016 from Reliance fresh Maharani Farm Durgapura Jaipur.
As per scheme displayed and told by seller 5% Cashback should be in my a/c. But this 5% Cashback is not credited in my A/c till date.

Today (14-Feb-2016) I bought some items worth Rs. 161.70 from Reliance Fresh Store located in Sanganer Jaipur and paid the amount through my debit card for which I have received a confirmation message from my bank also. But the Store executives told me that you will get your amount refunded as the receipt was not generated due to their system error.

I had to pay them the cash after much argument. The summary report of their card swipe machine was also clearly showing the Amount collected on account of my transaction, still they denied to accept their fault.

You are requested to please resolve the issue on priority basis and help me to get refunded the excess amount paid by me.

When the discount shown on the board. Other side bill boy charge over in my bill. In all item's. When I try to explain my problem with staff members. They try to make nul n voide my complaint. After my voice pressure. They provide me the complaint book. My bill details are bill no.0183; time 20:31:22 dated 12-02-16. Overcharge item name are Green pees, French beens, kinoo orange.

We had purchased goods from reliance fresh retail modi hospital branch, bangalore, karnataka.the bill amount was 837rs, the bill contained about a gift voucher of 400rs but it was not redeemed and it came to my notice once i reached home on feb 10.so my mom went the next day to enquire regarding this for which they mentioned it was for staff and not for costumers.so i want a clear picture regarding this as soon as possible.i m attaching the bill copy along with it and my reliance membership card no is [protected].regards

Complanning for reliance fresh chunabhatti Mumbai, when I had bought loose basmati rice was mixed with 40percent broken and small rice other grade.i shown to the incharge officer but his answer was doubtful and not satisfactory while full of container of rice was occupied with same the issue.I saw first time since 4years so feel bad.

Yesterday i bought 587rs worth of goods and before that i put five five stars in pocket and forgot to bill them. Then the guard put the delivered stamp on the bill. After that some guy came and started to check my pockets and accused me theft. And he started he will call police and tell to my college. I was shocked. Then he took me to the room and asked me to right all the details. In a few minutes police will come and you will have to go...

I would like to bring to your notice that Reliance Fresh outlet at Vijaynagar water tank, Mysore is the worst place for shopping. The behaviour of their manager is unexpectable. They simply refuses to accept meal cards and sometimes they simply say they can not accept credit card. Today I had a very worst experience with the store. I was buying ice cream and they started forsing me to buy the same flavour. I talk to the manager but his attitude is very rude you can contact me @ [protected] or [protected]@gmail.com

I am a reliance one member/customer([protected]). i purchased the grocery/food items from reliance fresh, Avadi, Chennai on 26/01/2016 at 19:13:36hrs worth Rs2225.06(minus Rs 375 for excess billing)(Bill No.C1659 ) . Reliance fresh was giving following offer valid from 22st Jan to 26th Jan 2016:-
1. Exclusive Coupon Booklet for reliance One members - sop Rs 999 and get vouchers upto Rs 6300 for Rs 9 only
2. get free sugar one year-1K Real Life Sugar every month from Feb2016 to Jan 2017 on shopping of Rs 999 every month
3. get 50% cash back on 1st order on FAASOS. maximum cashback upto Rs100
4. Upto Rs5600 off on home services( Saloon at home, Car Cleaning, home Cleaning & more)
But the offer not provided to me even though i made purchase of Rs2225.06( minus Rs 375 for excess billing), by stating that coupon booklet finished and the Reliance Fresh persons start removing the offer displayed.
Since the validity of the above stated offer was existing till the time of purchase by me, i should be given the offer without fail. Please extend the offer to undersigned immediately.

Hi, I reside in Barasat, kolkata-126, West Bengal. There is an outlet of Reliance Fresh near my residence and I am a regular customer from last 3 years. I spend at least Rs 5-6 thousand each month while purchasing products from their outlet. However I am extremely disappointed with the kind of customer engagement focus they have in recent days. Last month, there was an offer that anyone making transaction of more than Rs 1000 from the outlet will get 1 Movie ticket voucher for Rs 49. My total bill was 5500 aprox, which means I was eligible for 5 tickets, however the counter boy handed over 2 tickets and informed that no more tickets are available. In this month also, there was an advertisement published that upon shopping of Rs 999, customers can pay Rs 6 for getting Rs 600 Voucher and get 1 kg sugar free for next 12 months. My total billing was of Rs 4400, however while making the payment, when I asked for the vouchers, counter boy said there is no stock available. This is absolute cheating and not expected from a company like Reliance. If the stock is not available and there is an offer, which a customer is eligible for, the matter should be escalated to concerned authority and provide the same to customer later. No such initiative was shown by the outlet. We do purchase grocery and other products often from Reliance Fresh, Big Bazar, More, e.t.c, I had never seen other competitors making such false promises. Once there is an offer announcement, they need to provide that offer to customer, instead of just giving an advertisement and pulling customer to their outlet and making them purchase product and at the end there is a sorry face stating that whatever is promised can not be fulfilled.

Reliance fresh kandivali east phone no. is wrongly posted as[protected]. This is my residence phone no. and I am getting calls through out the day where people are asking for reliance no.
please rectify this or I will need to resort to legal measures for this.
