I am a reliable customer of reliance fresh my card no. [protected] Today (25.12.15) I purchased grocery items of Rs.4698/- from reliance retail ltd, GA Plot No-41/A, Bhouma Nagar, Init-4, Bhubaneshwar, Odisha bearing CIN No. UO1100MH1999PLC120563. After payment I asked regarding movie tickets, but the in-charge Madam told that all the tickets have been exhausted and she didn't promised to give Kindly instruct the store in-charge to provide tickets to me Namaskar Card No. [protected]. [protected]

Order was confirmed in buy 2 get 1 free basis. But got 3 pcs delivered and all of them billed for just a discount of 15percent. Tried complaining to customer care but no reasonable reply yet. Order was placed on 21st Dec. Complaint has been made on 23rd Dec after receiving the delivery. Have already discussed with ms vanita in reliance fresh, but no solution has been made yet. Pls help

I purchased 25 kg rice bag.It is having packing date as 09/2015 and expiring date as 03/2016.When i started cooking that rice, i saw so many small worms in that. This is the second time am facing the problem.No one giving proper response. Better to buy RICE at wholesale shopes instead of reliace.

Today night I visited Reliance fresh Nallakunta Branch Hyderabad the security person miss behavior and the manager also not response properly very bad

Today evening as I visited the store, after billing, I was refused to return change of one rupee, they said, they had no change. Till here it was fine.After an hour I again went to the same store for some purchasing.This time my bill was 542/-.The girl at the counter asked me to give two rupee as change.For this I said, my one rupee is already with them.Hearing this, she started yelling and said, I should my change to the girl who was sitting at the counter before her and blah blah blah... I asked her to talk properly, for which she said, she is not my personal servant, so she vl talk the way she like. She spoke very rudely and kept me waiting for the change. I have already written a complaint in the complaint register kept over there.In my complaint I have mentioned her name.I request the senior authority to take appropriate action in this matter and do the needful.

Team, I have just made an order at your site under the offer of 15% cashback on paytm, i followed all the steps and haven't found any part to enter the code of "Paytm15"- I thought it may be on paytm page. But I was disappointed that payment of 756 was deducted from my paytm account without getting the code entered. Then I called and mailed Reliance fresh customer care but I was shock as there was no response or action taken and also the supervisor informed me certain rules which was no where mentioned in their terms and condition page- that order need to be placed from Internet explorer browser and I can't order more than 6 litres oil. Then next day I called and cancelled my order and clearly mentioned in the email and call that I want refund soon so that I can place fresh order under the same 15% offer and if offer gets expire then Reliance fresh need to compensate it. Now after receiving my refund I again tried to order from Internet explorer but now new problem raises that "Cannot use the code now"- wherein on their website it was clearly mentioned that offer is still valid. After wasting my 1 hour I again called to customer care wherein agent told offer got expired yesterday itself- when I told it still showing on their website and asked to transferred the call to supervisor- she put me on hold for 5 mins and then replied supervisors are busy they will call me back. Now its more than 24 hrs I haven't received any resolution or call. Therefore I am planning to move to consumer court for the same. Regards, Sameer [protected]

Dear Sir, on 13th Dec 2015 my wife went to purchase glossary from Reliance fresh of Mumbai Central. Where she has purchase bulk white sugar one pack weight is 1.766kgs and second is 1.678kgs. It was weigh on the electronic scale and they stick the tag on both pack where the rate is mentioned is Rs.27 per kg, but while making payment they have charged the both pack @Rs.32.50per kg. So, why one rate on pack and different rate on billing. Kindly take up the matter with the Reliance Fresh and advise them to refund the amount. My cell Number is [protected]. Dear Sir This is just to bring to your notice. That Raliance Fresh in Beta 1, Greater Noida, UP is not at all organised. 1. There is no person on the counters in the rush hours. 2. It's so over packed, there is no place to move around with trolleys & sometime without trollys. 3. Sometimes the quality of the vegetables & fruits is also not upto the mark. I have purchased products worth Rs 281. I paid Rs281 but given bill amounting to Rs 197.72. (after they added and subtracted some products which were not mine) I asked staff to provide me retail invoice for exactly what I purchased i.e. amounting to Rs 281. but no satisfactory reason given.. I want my correct bill...

I had a bad experience in Reliance Fresh, New Thippasandra, bangalore store manager, his
name is - Navin Kumar and his mobile no is - [protected].

I used to regular to this store and i visited reliance fresh Address - 6th Main Rd, Puttappa Colony, New Thippasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560075 today evening, saturday 5th Dec. This store is registered in this address - Sri Ram Temple Street, K.R. Puram, Hobli South Taluk, Thippasandra, Bangalore, Karnataka store phone no[protected].

After shopping around 4000 rupeese, during billing the cashier told me that credit card machine is not working since one hour. I told them that they should inform before billing and i should not buy much items. I asked the manager to help and said i am not carrying the cash.. The manager started arguing and told me that go and bring the cash from nearest ATM. I said i do not have ATM card with me, left at my home (which is near to your store) only i have credit cards now. He did not listen though i requested to deliver the product and i will arrange the money in mean time. He said we do not have delivery facility and ask me to leave the store without giving any other solution. He said in harassed manner to pay and take your items. He was shouting in front of store staff and other customers. I felt ashamed and finally i have to return. Around 1 hour my time was waste during your store. Is this your policy to make customer suffered. You do not have any other options, your person is not well educated how to talk politely to customer.

What an person this guy, is he will called manager. He is an arrogant person in this store and this type of behavior is not accepted. He do not know how to talk to customer and person like him gives Reliance fresh a bad name. I will stop going this store due to this manager. I heard from my friend that there are lot of complaints about this person/staff in this store and requested to help the customers, else it will be a bad name to this brand.

I am ashamed to write this, lot of stressed though i was with my kid.
Let me know if Reliancefresh can take appropriate action, else i will take other actions about this store.

I, Dawan Singh purchased 3 packs of TN MLK 500 ml PP @ Rs.19.00 along with some other items on date 04 Dec 2015 at 13:35:52 vide C5790 #0066 S02647 R001 Card No [protected] from Reliancefresh - Reliance Retail Limited, PALAM Village, New Delhi-110045 The milk was spoiled on heating at about 1415 hours on 04 Dec 2015 (About 45 mints after purchase). On checking the milk packet, I found markings on milk packet stating that use by 04 Dec 2015 12 Noon. Hence it is cheating and I must be compensated dully.

I have been using the RelianceOne card no [protected]. Till date over Rs 500/- is accumulated. I tried to redeem it in Reliance Fresh, Begur Road, Bangalore, but this card is not responding. They have issued a new card (no [protected]) on 28 Nov'15. I was told that within 2 days points will be transferred, but till date nothing happened. I had purchased 'Utsav Soan Papdi' from Reliance Fresh Uttarahalli. Today I just opened it and shared with my family. Taste is good. But the dangerous thing is coming now. I saw two metal piece in the Soan Papdi. Attaching the picture of it. I am bit worried how many pieces my son or wife might have had. I have respect to Reliance Products. But this is is purely negligence from the Product delivery team or some one who packed it. How can we trust the things, blindly? People who buy this product please be careful.

Sir, I purchased grocery from reliance fresh A-6 Paschim vihar on 5th November 2015 for rs. 428. Using my axis credit card no. xx0477. I got message from Axis bank two times. In my credit card statement I was charged two times. With same amount.I visited the store regarding this issue. But every time they ask me to wait. Please help.

I have been an old customer at the Reliance Fresh outlet & have been to the same at various cities in Bangalore, Mysore & Cochin. It is really disheartening to tell you that your service has gone to the dogs these days. The personnel at the billing section was literally throwing all the items and she gave me a stare when I asked her for an cover. Finally she ended up throwing the bill and the change.

This is regarding reliance fresh retail store at Nanganaullur chennai 61. There is a display in the store for - combo offer for Rs.596/= R Select Atta 5 Kg Frt Oil 5 litre and Gl Sugar I kg. I purchased it vide bill No:UO1100MH1999PLC120563 dated[protected]. My customer ID No [protected]. In the bill they charged me Rs.627/=. This is not fair. You should clearly mention that the customer should pay Rs.627/= inclusive of taxes.I feel I was misguided rather cheated.

Hi Sir/Madam, Today i saw a small child took(stole) an Eraser from Relaince Fresh and he was almost got beaten up by the guard, when i tried to stop him he said in a harsh way even a nickle is a theft too, but all the bills end with more than 10 pais on it they will charge whole rupee and the funny part is in the bill it states they paid the customer back. if the bill is 93.45 they will charge 94 in the bill it shows the 50 paisa was returned in this manner they are earning atleast a 1 crore in a day minimum which is tax payers money so please do take some action on this and if i dont see any action on these white coffers thief's i will go Social and make sure everyone aware from my end atleast...

In Bhopal, Indrapuri Branch, reliance fresh is selling stale and low quality vegetables. The trays are not being cleaned up, old veggies are not changed. We brought American Corn and on removing the leaves we found that it was stale. On asking to change, the billing lady Sheetal misbehaved and said that this is not their responsibility to check the quality of veggies. She was making fun when asking to give the complaint book. However, we managed to write a complaint. This should be checked immediately and the workers should be taught to behave with costumers.

I have purched a product pond cold cream in there counter of the pond there were a tag showing rupees 75 was showing but they deducted rupees 82 and when i complained them they become aggresive at me not giving any satisfatory answer and also shouted at me their beheviour against customer is very bad i would not like this and would not buy any thing form your mark in furture...reliance fresh retail situtated in mandore road jodhpur my no [protected]
