My name is Hemanta panda, mobile no - [protected] and Reliance Card#[protected].
I had a bad experience in Reliance Fresh, New Thippasandra, bangalore store manager, his
name is - Navin Kumar and his mobile no is - [protected].
I used to regular to this store and i visited reliance fresh Address - 6th Main Rd, Puttappa Colony, New Thippasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560075 today evening, saturday 5th Dec. This store is registered in this address - Sri Ram Temple Street, K.R. Puram, Hobli South Taluk, Thippasandra, Bangalore, Karnataka store phone no[protected].
After shopping around 4000 rupeese, during billing the cashier told me that credit card machine is not working since one hour. I told them that they should inform before billing and i should not buy much items. I asked the manager to help and said i am not carrying the cash.. The manager started arguing and told me that go and bring the cash from nearest ATM. I said i do not have ATM card with me, left at my home (which is near to your store) only i have credit cards now. He did not listen though i requested to deliver the product and i will arrange the money in mean time. He said we do not have delivery facility and ask me to leave the store without giving any other solution. He said in harassed manner to pay and take your items. He was shouting in front of store staff and other customers. I felt ashamed and finally i have to return. Around 1 hour my time was waste during your store. Is this your policy to make customer suffered. You do not have any other options, your person is not well educated how to talk politely to customer.
What an person this guy, is he will called manager. He is an arrogant person in this store and this type of behavior is not accepted. He do not know how to talk to customer and person like him gives Reliance fresh a bad name. I will stop going this store due to this manager. I heard from my friend that there are lot of complaints about this person/staff in this store and requested to help the customers, else it will be a bad name to this brand.
I am ashamed to write this, lot of stressed though i was with my kid.
Let me know if Reliancefresh can take appropriate action, else i will take other actions about this store.

It has been worst ever experience from online site, Reliance fresh changes their policy according to their mood. No where on their site they mention taht we can order only 6 litres of Oil and now I got a callback wherein they say I can order only 3 litres of Oil in 1 order and the reason behind is that they think I regularly place bulk oil order from different id.
Now I want RIl to prove this and failing to which I will post their cheating comments on all of the Social sites and under each advertisement. I will strive to get my voice to Mukesh Ambani Sir or consumer court.
