Reliance Fresh Store at Laxmi Nagar show some price on stickers and offers while at the counter they charge not only more but also justify it wrongly. For example I thought of purchasing Surf Excelmatic 2 kg pack which on the racks showed price as: MRP: Rs. 406 and in bold letters OFFER discount Rs. 70 so the Price: Rs. 336 while at the counter he insisted the MRP is Rs. 495 and after Discount Rs. 70, I have to pay Rs. 425 (which is more than even the normal available price in market which is Rs. 390!!). In the news paper ad (fullpage) in TOI today (30th October) the prices printed are : MRP Rs. 415, our price Rs. 345 after save Rs. 70 off offer. Outright cheating and malpractice. No wonder Amabanis are getting richer day be day.

    Yesterday I bought 2 packs of Cadbury Glow @ Rs.560/- per pack but this is available @ Rs.400/- pc online Shopclues. Secondly I bought Surf Excel Matic Top Load 2 Kg @ Rs.395/- but this available @ Rs.340/- per 2 kg on Amazon.in. I did shoping from Reliance fresh Sector 31 Gurgaon. I leave in sector-40 Gurgaon. i have done purchasing of Rs.3955.52. I feel you have charged me more in each and every item I bought.

    I am a regular buyer from Reliance fresh. But now I feel cheated. Reliance is a big group, how it can be so costly.

    Please reply why it is happening. My mobile no. is [protected].

      On 13.10.15 at 19.13 hrs, I made purchase from Reliance Outlet: “Reliance Fresh”, Madhapur, Hyderabad . The ATM card was swiped twice, as during first time machine did not work, therefore the store operator swiped again with another machine. On verifying my account, I came to known that money (Rs. 335 and 335.16) deducted two times for same purchase. On reporting complaint to retailer, they advised me to lodge complaint to SBI. Please look into matter and arrange to refund an amount of Rs 335 to me in my s/b SBI account No. [protected] as it has been deducted from my account twice.         With your respectfull sir i want to say that your reliance fresh store (mandor road jodhpur) When will i reach at there i found there is no saras milk packet even not only to day but also all ordinary day i don't found milk packet at the reliance store plz provide me saras milk pcket Dear sir dailly we can't found any pck earlyer 4'o clock and afer 5'o clock...           At ashoka plaza I was at the counter billing..and it was a mess...and 1 bottle of sauce falls and smashes and I was charged for that...when I talked to manager he was highly unprofessional and didn't even want to enquire about the matter...disappointed

            Hi

            I have visited Reliance Fresh on 11th on Oct 2015 on your Shop No: D-108, Pandav Nagar Delhi-110092 Branch for my daily Grocery need.
            I Picked all Food items for which meals Vouchers are valid, But when i reached to the counter it was told me that Pulses and Porridge and some more items are non Food item and these meals vouchers are not valid against this. I have shopped couple of time in reliance fresh and in different cities but never faced this issue and nobody has claimed that Pulses are non food items.
            I had a argument with the Store manager Ashish told by him.
            He was very rude on explaining this thing.

              Sir, i am a regular customer at your sanjaynagar and nagashettyhalli reliance fresh. In both the places your card swiping machines do not work. We purchase groceries, vegetables and fruits and if they do not accept the card, you do not expect us to carry cash for the bill amount. Then what is the use of the card if you do not accept. The bill will obviously be in thousands. Please see to it that good card swiping machines are provided at the outlets or else it is a shame for reliance. All small shops accept cards and if reliance does not accept it is such a shame.

                My name is prasad and iam, regular customer of reliance fresh supermarket at santoshnagar in Hyderabad, every day there are doing same mistake i.e there are charging extra money . today i have purchased 3 k.gs of tomato which is clearly mentioned the rate 19 rupees per k.g [19x3=57] but in billing there are done as 23 rupees per k.g [23x3=69] on these issue, as i asked them why are charging extra money, there answer was reckless and irresponsible behaviour. why are you cheating customers

                  I purchased Robin (cloth bleach) from the store in Civil Lines, Jabalpur on Sunday, 27 September 2015 at Rs.58. With the other products, I purchased, I sit in my college bus with the Reliance carry bag on my lap. It was when I reached the college I discovered that the Robin Bottle was leaking and my Jeans was bleached. It's color faded. The seal is still intact and the bill is with me. Kindly take necessary action as one of my favorite jeans has been damaged due to negligence on the part of Reliance Fresh. The cost of Jeans was around Rs.1500 and which I need to be paid from the company.

                      A woman's purse (containing money & cell phone) was stolen at 10:00 a.m. in the morning at Reliance fresh store at Dilshad Garden on 15/09/15. When the woman demanded to be shown CCTV camera footage to catch the culprit in action, she was told that the cameras were not available in the section of the store where her purse had been stolen. What is the point of having the CCTV cameras then? Also the attitude of the staff was so casual that it makes one wonder if the staff themselves were involved in the theft. If events like these continue to happen, people will stop shopping at Reliance stores due to lax security.

                        I was of the opinion that all your stores are air conditioned and well maintained. I am a regular customer of that particular store and its such an unpleasant experience because of the suffocating ambience and really foul smell like rotting vegetables all the time there. This store has been so since the past 5 months atleast if I am not wrong. Hoping for some action to improve the experience there.

                          I am a regular reliance customer and was issued a card having no[protected] and made a purchase of near about rs5000/ but i have lost my card and contacted the nearest reliance fresh store plot no27a/a282 khirniphatak jaipur rajasthan cin no uo1100mh1999plc120563 and they issued a new card having no[protected]. and advised by the staff to transfer the purchase points of the lost card to the new card by contacting toll free no 18oo1027382 but sorry to inform you that such a company has this type of response which clearly sufficient to earn a bad image.

                            The Reliance fresh is zamrudpur area (GK-1) in New Delhi is selling stale bread. They are hiding the best before date with a white tag and selling stale bread fooling customers. For eg: just today I bought a packet of bread which has expired on 7 September. They hid it behind their tag and sold it to me today.

                            In Bhopal, Indrapuri Branch, reliance fresh is selling stale and low quality vegetables. The trays are not being cleaned up, old veggies are not changed. We brought American Corn and on removing the leaves we found that it was stale. On asking to change, the billing lady Sheetal misbehaved and said that this is not their responsibility to check the quality of veggies. She was making fun when asking to give the complaint book. However, we managed to write a complaint. This should be checked immediately and the workers should be taught to behave with costumers.

                                The problems at Reliance Fresh New Thippasandra Bangalore never seem to end inspite of repeated complaints. 1) The male workers are very rude and do not open the billing counters on time, if questioned they say you can go ahead and lodge a complaint. 2)the fruits are of very bad quality and stale. 3) Preference is given to Local Vegetable vendors who buy large quantities without any limit on the Kgs, and their billing is done on preference and priority 4) Senior Citizens and handicapped people are also not spared from this agony. I am writing this on behalf of them as well as some of them do not have access to the net. I am suprised that a big company like Reliance is not conducting suprise visits and checks to see how its branch is performing.                                   How much ever I shop, points are not credited to my card. This is literal cheating as the points are credited initially when you buy it newly. Later no points are credited to my card. I think this is just for publicity in order to make the people buy the card. If the card doesn't work it should be clearly mentioned and new card should be issued.

                                    I'm Jagadish from Bangalore. I had been to the Reliance fresh located along the Marathalli ORR near the ISRO road yesterday looking for Pears soap besides other things. At the place where the Pears soap was kept, there was a label saying "buy 4 get 1 free. Valid on packed cases only" I looked for the packed cases and did not find it. So I ended up buying 5 individual pears soap boxes. When I asked at the billing counter and they said the packed cases were over. A couple of hours later I came over to the shop again to buy a couple more things and found the Pears packed cases now. So I went over to the billing and requested them to give that to me as it ~60 Rs cheaper. They said I can get the soaps the next day and they would check. Today, I go over to the store and tell them about this and they are not ready to change it. When I gave them the details of what happened they instead blame me for not buying the right pack. I had asked the attenders and the billing counter and they said it was not available. When speaking to the manager, he explained that they can't take it back. But when I was walking out of the store, the manager was snickering behind my back. That is not acceptable. Your store people are careless. Why should I lose my money because of their ignorance? If I have to look for everything on my own, why do you need to employ them? The manager is not oriented towards keeping the customers and is unfit to be in his place. He can't understand the complaint from the customer and instead blames the customer for what happened. If this is the behavior of your staff, your business will suffer. You will lose loyal customers due to such complaints. I hope someone acts on this.

                                      I bought kurkure from reliance fresh. There was a offer of buy 2 get 1 free. So I bought 3, billed for 2 and third is free. On closely looking the bill I realized per piece is costed 38 rs whereas the mrp of product is 30 rs. I contacted staff at outlet and they said as it is sold in offer of buy 2 get 1 free the cost is 38 rs. If you buy one it will cost you 30 rs. I request forum admin to help me in this situation. I have a bill proof if the same.
