I was a regular customer of reliance fresh and used to bring all my monthly groceries from there only my reliance card number is [protected]. But recently I observed many changes in the Rajahmundry store which are not advisible. the arrangement of the tthe items. And most of the items are seemed to be damaged or used. Recently during the last month I purchased Garnier colour which costs 99/-. But unfortunately in the packed I found only colour tube and did not find conditioner in the packet. It means that the packet is useless for me. And this is not the first time I faced this kind of problem. some times the packets are opened may be used and repacked again. I request to coordinate with the store manager and get it rectified. When I tried to reach the store manager also no responsible person is seen there.

    This is complaint regarding RELIANCE FRESH, MADHUBAN ROAD, NIRMAN VIHAR, EAST DELHI-110092. I have been very regular and loyal customer from the time of initiation of this store in my area. As always i went to store the customer care is not at all supportive and responsive even the display is always wrong on items and fresh products are also not available all the time . But even after that i regularly went there but one day on date APRIL 14, " THE STAFF BEHAVIOUR CROSSED ALL BOUNDRIES OF TOLRANCE I HAVE BENN COMING FROM A REPUTED FAMILY OF THE AREA, THEY SUSPICINED ME OF SHOPLEAFTING AT THE VERY TIME I WAS GETTING BILING DONE BUT THEY DIDN"T LISTNED AND DID A GROSS MISCONDUCT WITH A LADY CUSTOMER ." So from the very time they lost 'THEIR REGULAR AND LOYAL CUSTOMER". I have stopped going to the store since then. In order to not repeat this indecent happening again, CHANGE THE STAFF OF THE STORE INCLUDING THE INDECENT MANAGER WHO HAVE NO WAY OF TALKING TO CUSTOMERS.

      A fair complexion guy - medium height (Name Not Known) who stands at the counter behaves in a very arrogant & rough manner and speaks very rudely with the customers. This has been noticed many a times but I shall like to bring this to the notice of management. A strict action should be taken on this person.

        Hi Team, I wanted to register my complain against Reliance Fresh of Kolkata-Newtown store. It's been more 1 year purchasing my monthly glossary from your mentioned store worth Rs. 8000 and above. Every time I never get the required goods. I need to visit either Big Bazar or Spencer to purchase the remaining left out. Apart from this if we ask for any assistance the staff is not supporting, they least concerned about the customer and the way of talking is also not acceptable. On 04th of May' 2015 start of the month I visited your store to purchase my monthly Glossary and same them has happened and in fact this time the situation was worst they don't have the required items in the store. After talking to the store manager he suggested me to wait their for 2-3 hours so that they can unload the truck and refill the store. Waiting their for more than 3 hours is next to impossible for me because it was already 05:00 PM. I left the store and handed over my token to take back my bags to the security guard. I didn't utter a single word with him, however he started backbiting against the situation faced in store, continuously taking about the same. Then I came back we had a heating argument on the same. The witness from the security guard side also refused to accept the allegation given on me. They not only behaved improperly with me in fact they talked rudely with my wife. This month I have purchased my glossary from Big Bazar and I really liked the customer interaction and way the way of approaching and handling the customers. My Reliance points card is also corrupted, every month they said that their system is not running properly. This time they checked on their system in front of my wife and said the card is corrupted and we need to get in touch with Reliance Customer Care to rectify the same, they will not able to help. I don't expect anything from you just a proper resolution and strong feedback need to be given to the store incharge to at least learn how to give respect to the customers. I have already shared the same with my neighbour in the apartment and they also have the same feedback. We 4 family have refused to purchase glossary from Reliance and if I don't get the proper resolution on my complain. Then I will post the same on the website of my apartment along with the screen shot. Appreciate your quick and effective response. Thank you Regards, Tushar (Customer)

I recently purchased pickwick choco wafer rolls, at Rs.120 at reliance fresh, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Opposite Durga Mahal, Patamata, Benz Circle, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh 520010, which has 1+1 offer where I didnt availed that oppurtunity and even the staff didnt reminded me. But I realised that 2 days later and the bill is lost as my child tore that bill and it is thrown in the dustbin.           Yes my problem is resolved. The store incharge had sent a person to deliver the missed good to my home. But this process had helped in resolving this issue.

            Hi Team, Today I have visited Reliance Fresh which is residing at Gudimalkapur, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad brance around at 7.45 PM (Sunday). Reliance employees simple say we are about to close the store now and not allowed me but I did see there is no prior notice about closing time of Reliance Fresh today at this branch. I went our and was in the impression that I can purchase goods which is required for me at this branch after 8 PM also as this branch allowed earlier after 8 PM. But today they did not allow and there is no board which is referring closing time. This was not expected from Reliance Fresh which is very reputed company and I lost interest on purchase the goods from Reliance as per Reliance Fresh employees behavior. Hope you people understand and try to improve your best support to customer if possible.

              I dropped into Reliance fresh outlet at thiruvenkadam street, West mambalam, Chennai, where I was given worst ever response by the staff over there. When I was billing the pepper packet I had chosen to buy the girl in the billing counter has kept the pepper packet away and billed rest of the items in my list. Only when I enquired she responded in a irresponsible way. she said that the particuar packet cannot be billed due to sme technical issue sin billing.Those technical glitches are always understandable. But getting the particular packet away from the billing list without even informimg me is really irritating. A word to inform the customer wont cost you much i believe.But the response she had given was literally disheartening, which made me think twice before walking into any reliance outlet in future. WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE. GOOD BYE RELIANCE FRESH.

                  every ime I go to reliance fresh they did not give change and gave toffee and after saying also do not count it in bill.which does not involve it in tax.and every time they take extra paise That is 144.10 rupees bill they take extra 90 paise which also is not considered in tax and after asking they say paise is not currency so why not they gave me 1 Rupees . This procedure is totally wrong and after inquiring they use abuse words and misbehave . This is repeated every time again and again this a fraud and cheat.                     There has to be a queue system while billing. But the employees are reluctant towards the customer problem. And they themselves do not go according to the queue. I have been noticing this since the past couple of months. I tried to talk about this problem with the employees but they are unwilling to work upon it. It is my humble request to consider my plea and get the staff disciplined

                        I visited Reliance fresh stores at Jaipur (Haldia Plaza, Sector 10, Malviya Nagar and at Kaleen, Malviya Nagar) a few days back.I intended to buy Tulsi tea different variants.There was a display that everything is at a minimum of 2% discount on MRP but the person at the billing counter refused to give this discount.He also refused to record this on the bill. Also it is observed that the price tags on the shelves are not updated and create problems.

                          Today I bought milk packet from reliance fresh Balapur Hyderabad the moment I opened the packet it was in solid form, smelly I mean it looks like it was packed months back but use by date is of today i.e 2may 2015. Please stop playing with the lives customers by providing such products it is not necessary that reliance can make all the things if you are not in one thing stop making it there is no harm.

                            Yesterday i went reliance fresh in SAIEE NAGAR BRANCH, chennai, below are the my experiance. AC is not working If power off bill counter is not working. There is no Generator facility and UPS. FIrst you have to rectify above problems then you can charge VAT etc...

                              Yesterday evening I took real juice orange flavour as offer was 85 Rs. at Reliance Fresh Sector -21, Gandhinagar. Bill generated was 99 less 2%. I went to manager he said the offer was for real active fruit juice is different. He showed me the real active juice. He told me that both juice are different but by mistake the offer sticker was not at proper place. This happened to me 2nd time at same place. Many people don't find difference between real & real active. I said Product & offer both things has to be in proper place & they said that it happens as we don't have enough staff. Although the staff was cooperative & refunded 20 Rs. difference as i took real active juice only. This is just to bring in to your notice only that product & offer should be in proper place.                                 I have purchased 1.93 kgs of mangoes from your store at 48 shankar layout lakshmipuram 5th st peelamedu coimbatore TN. The quality mentioned in the bill is Mango Alphanso. But the quality given much inferior not even worth for Rs, 20 a kg. I have purchased this with the belief and popularity the store maintains in the market. You are never compromised in the quality of your items. And yours is a store for any elite to walk in and blindly pay for the items. In this case, your store manager has intentionally cheated me. One sales girl Radhika has talked to me and convinced me that the mangoes are of high grade Alphanso and I have just taken the ripened ones without a tALK. Because I have never faced any quality problem with your products. Here more than the bill charged for Rs, 77.20, I am totally feel insulted and the cheap and immoral tactic has broken the confidence that I have cherished in my mind tor years towards a loyal brand Reliance. First instruct your store to refund the money of Rs.77.20 charged. Pl warn your manager and the sales girl never to spoil your reputation with the customer.                                     On 26 April, 2015, I went ot Reliance fresh store which is FunRepublic Mall in Coimbatore and purchased some chocolates. During the time of billing, I gave them the money( Rs 100 ) along with my product ( Rs 41 ) and after few seconds, they told me that I haven't given them the money. I was astonished by their reply. I had some extra money with me and I paid them ( Rs. 100) . I told them to check once again and since there was a CCTV surveillance camera near-by, I told them to check it. They were hesitating at first. They in fact totalled their total bill collection in that counter ( where I have done the billing ) and found it to be same amount collection as that of Computer generated total. During the totalling, I saw one of the person going into CCTV surveillance room. I found something fishy.They even showed me their recording ( after a lot of attempts from my side ) and I told them to zoom on my hand where I had cash and the products but they refused. I was sure these guyz were making me fool. After that, they told me to go away and even the bill counter person whom I accused were acting towards me arrogantly. I went to my house and did my expenses calculation and found that there was a loss of Rs100 . Now my suspicion was clear that I was cheated by the Store person. So, I thought of raising my complaints through consumer forum. I hope you will reply positively. My complaints is Genuine and authentic. I am responsible Citizen and a student and I hope you will look into this matter. You would be getting thousands of such complaints either genuine or fraudelent. But as a Responsible citizen and my basic consumer right, I am humbly asking you to look into the matter and hope you would reply in positive note. I have also attached my bill as a proof that I have purchased on that date.

                                      I am a regular customer of Reliance Fresh, near RPD Cross, Khanapur Road store. The staff is lacking in humble & polite attitude. Even during rush hours, they do not start all billing counters. Action needs to be taken, otherwise the customer may move over to other stores.
