Today i went to Reliance fresh, No. 7/3-4 ITPL Main Road Brookefield, Bangalore and saw that they have been selling waxed apples in their store which has already been banned in other cities before by the respective food departments. This is a fraud and cheating to the customers by a brand which is known everywhere.

      We are regular Reliance fresh customer of Royapettah branch Chennai and we order home delivery after buying things from store. They will say it will deliver in evening but after regular call it will be postponed to next day. Even after two days my items has not been delivered. Worst and pathetic service from Reliance fresh

          We bought a 500gms white channa packet from your outlet in chennai (Indhra nagar) It was full of chemical smell and rotten smell...we directly complained at the store... They exchanged a new packet and still it was the same rotten smell... I would request you to take my complaint seriously and take immediate action... I also have the same packet of channa still with me...thereby if no action is taken...I would inform u that I will proceed to the consumer court within a weeks time. Contact:[protected]

              This is to bring to ur knowledge that RELIANCE FRESH Ansal plaza Palam vihar staff is very rude and have harrasing behaviour. we went 0n 18th Dec, 14 around 8:30 pm when your staff (NAMED NEELAM YADAV) who is incharge of Churna counter started misbehaving with my little 2.5 yrs son and threatened him not to touch anything else he will get KNIFE to hurt him. Is this the way to talk to small kids. when we asked him to appologise he refused to do and went inside ur store room. Everthing must be there in cctv footage. everything happened near main entrance, billing area so if you go through footage you can clearly make out how rude his behaviour was. moreover when we contacted manager of reliance fresh palam vihar gurgaon branch he said he is not the employee of RELIANCE FRESH. He is a 3rd party contractor, if he is not a employee even then how can he threat reliance customer. Complaint is there in your complaint book and also Attached his photograph and his acceptance that he threatened to kill my son. Hope you will not spare him and take some serious steps against him Thanks Tarun Aggarwal

                I bought Reliance wheat atta 5 Kg Worth Rs 149 on 8th December from Reliance Fresh outlet, Jayalakshmipuram, Mysore. 1st day we prepared poori and while eating we felt atta was not properly cleaned as everytime we were chewing we could feel “kharam kharam” sound coming from poori. After 4 days, when chapathi was prepared we felt the same “kharam kharam” sound coming from chapathi. When wheat went to flour mill either it is not properly cleaned or some dust particle was there. When I went to Reliance Fresh outlet and informed the same but they are not ready to take responsibility for it and asked me to contact customer care. All these days I was buying Shakti Bhog atta from reliance outlet. Only this time I switched to reliance atta because of the price within 150 & non availability of shakti Bhog. Being a middle class person these small things looks big for me. I felt cheated by this Just for mere 149/-, I don’t want to go to consumer court. Please let me know how are you going to resolve this issue and what need to be done from my end to get justice.                   I'm a Reliance one customer for several years with card number [protected]. For last several months there is serious fraud going on in sanjay nagar branch of reliance fresh.the manager, staff and employs are hand in glove with certain hotels and other supermarkets and are hiding offers from general customers. any offers written on bill board will be rejected during billing saying that the system is not updated or network has failed or it is old offer.today the store declined to invoke the offer on coca cola which had buy 2 and save ₹20 for 1.25L pack and buy 2 and save 40 for 2.25L pack. none of the offers announced in newspaper are given at the store. the billing staff are very very rude and talk very cheaply with almost all customers. Kindly take note as Reliance fresh reputation is at stake.

                    This complaint regarding customer service about your staff.I did shopping in reliance fresh WARANGAL, NAYEEM NAGAR branch on 1 week ago. I mistakly buy an item, then I realised that the item is not i am looking for. I asked staff for refund.they answer me very RUDLY.even WALL MART and TESCO like international supermarkets is giving the cash refund.and I think you should give the proper training to your staff about customer service.

                      on 1 dec i was done my shopping in relince mart, aund pune.in first time casier swip my card and i putted pin number after that long possessing is going on then casier cancelled the transaction .then again swip my card but this time successfully transaction done .but tomorrow checked my mini statement then i shocked in twice time money in deducted from my debit card. please check and refund in my account as soon as possible.

                        This is regarding service at the Reliance Fresh outlet at Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan.The outlet is always short of staff. There is usually only one billing person who also doesnt know his job well so takes very long to make the bills. On 02.12.14, I had gone to buy butter from the store and I was waiting in line for billing. The lady before me wanted to pay by credit card but the billing person took almost 15 minutes but still could not make the bill. so she eventually paid by cash. All this already took about 20 minutes and I was right behind her with 3-4 people waiting behind me also. Inspite of seeing the line the staff who was billing took the products by a man who was not in the line, who had just arrived near the counter, made his bill first and took his payment. This was very wrong so I protested but the billing staff took it very casually and said "madam aapka bhi ab kar deta hoon". I said I was waiting for last 20 minutes in the line and u just billed that man's stuff who has just arrived which is absolutely wrong I refusedto buy anything from such a store. And the other staff standing there said "let her go". I just want to bring this to your notice that this is not an isolated incident. The standard of service at this particular outlet is always poor. My experience going there has always been bad but this particular incident was absolutely shocking and intolerable. I hope you do something about it.

                          I renewed my two wheeler insurance policy at AVADI RELIANCE FRESH on 02/12/2014 at around 8.00 pm. The insurance copy issued is not printed clearly and not readable. I ask the person who handle the insurance she told that, give me a email id we send the insurance copy with in 10 to 15 min. But yet i am not received a copy. and i try to contact the store +[protected] several times nobody take the calls.                             I had purchased some food items from reliance super jaipur(rajasthan). You say that you sell everything below MRP but reliance super sell some food items exact on MRP. When I asked store keeper then they make laugh of me. They insulting me. Who gave him the rights to insullt their customers. This is Arrogance by you. I thing to file defamation(ipc 499) and cheating case against you. If you want to don't lose your customer relation and customer believe then please settle this all.

                                At the thippsandra branch in Bangalore many commodities especially fruits are ROTTEN with flies on it and no effort is taken to refill it even after the load has arrived. Will the manager himself buy such rotten stuff ? Also it is always said that the load has not arrived even as late as "7 PM" when the normal time for the load to arrive in the evening is 4 :30 . Also many items are sold to the vegetable vendors nearby without any limits in the quantity . The change is not tendered correctly and when people ask to why the change is not available some of the staff at the billing counterreply that they can go ahead and file a complaint if they want and that they really don't care . Some of the staff are rude and really terrible to deal with . I have been going to reliance since it started here but it has never been as bad as it is now . If thsi continues am sure many customers who have been coming here since long will stop coming . Some have already stopped ..I hope reliance takes this issue seriously

                                  This was the 4th time, I have faced this issue with Reliance Fresh Store in Marathahalli (Near ICICI Bank), Bangalore.This store is in Raja IKON building. Every time they don't give change and say that we don't have change, please take next time. Next time no one remembers. Even if they have to give 9 Rs, they say take next time and they don't want to keep the change at customer side. This time when I argued, the person at billing counter started shouting at me and started using abuse words. Other customers were also watching this. Please take action against that person and also tell them to keep the change. Thank You.

                                    I purchase household items of Rs. 2672.48 and Rs. 1034.50 on dated 19.10.2014 from reliance fresh shop, civil lines, jabalpur on my reliance card no. [protected]. This shop give the offer of cash back for purchasing worth Rs. 2500/- or above. But the shop did not give me any cash back till today on the above purchasing.

                                      n the Reliance fresh shop in New Thippasandra branch in Bangalore many commodities are hidden in the store and are sold to vegetable vendors in large quantities., The vegetable vendors buy several kgs of tomatoes, cauliflowers in large numbers thereby depriving others . Also the manager favors them and hides several commodoties and when questioned is rude in his approach Please look into this matter and correct quickly as it leadds to several dissatisfied customers

                                        dear sir, my reliance one card no [protected] has 200+ points fro redemption, but when i contacted pt jacob road, thoppumpady, kochi kerala branch of reliance fresh i was told my card is old type and issued me a new card with no [protected] telling me to come again for transferring old card points to new card later.when i went later i was told it is not possible, however i can redeem the points. During next visit i was told their machine is not working so can't be redeemed. this has been happening repeatedly happening. i request you to please look into the matter and do the needful to restore my belief in your esteemed company's reputation amit [protected]
