I bought Denon yoghurt from Reliance fresh, whitefield Bangalore on 15 March 2015. After reaching home I consumed one pack in evening and consequently I suffered abdominal pain and nausea whole night. Next morning when I checked the date, I was shocked, it was expired on 03/03/2015. Then I called customer care, the answer I got was very surprising, I was told that u should check before u buy the things. It clearly shows that Reliance can sell the poison in food packets but it is customer responsibility to check whether it is food or poison. Further I proceeded to Reliance fresh store in whitefield, there I was told to show the bill and when I shown the bill to them, I was told that I will not get the bill back at any cost. They were agreed to replace the product but when I asked that what is assurance that u people will not sell the expired product again. The answer I got was we have manual system and this can happen any time. We are selling the goods at cheaper rate for customer benefit. Hence sometimes customer should ignore these type of mistakes. I am disappointed with this answer and feel Reliance is biggest cheater i ever met. I faced same issue earlier also with cold drinks and paneer in reliance fresh but I got replacement for that. I am writing this coz I want public to be aware with such cheater.

    On 17th March i bought grocery worth rs 601.57 from Reliance Fresh (Mysore-VijayNagar Stage2 -WaterTank).I paid through CreditCard(ending with 9004) for which for the first time they said some error happened so they swiped the card for the second time.But i got two messages of amount deduction and today both the amount got cleared by Reliance Fresh(can see from statement online).So i showed my CC statement to the store manager but he said they can see only one transaction in the swipe machine record.The amount is with Reliance has been confirmed by bank and it is also visible in my statement(Proof attached).Please refund rs 601.57. In case of any more info pls talk to the Reliance Fresh manager of Mysore -Vijaynagar STage2(Watertank)

      To the concerned at Reliance Fresh Consumer Complaints. "Reliance Superior Grade" rice we purchased from the Jai Bharathinagar outlet. The rice bag was full of worms and some rotten stuf[censored] see in the pics. The top layer looked good and as we tried to empty the rice in a storage container, the worms and the dirt started showing up. we panicked and i called to place a complaint at the reliance fresh consumer center which is in Mumbai, the agent answered my call was so cool about the incident and said someone will look into your compliant within 7 working days. i was taken aback and told him that we had consumed some of it and it could be a medical emergency..but still, he insisted i wait for 7 working days. and after about 4 to 5 days of wait and repeated calls, someone came from the reliance store and took pics and said we will take up the issue..But when i told him that i am going to the consumer forum, he immediately said, don't sir we will give you a replacement of that bag of rice. I told him Rs. 650 that the bag costs is not the worry for me, but expect a proper response and not treat a customer so cheap as by saying will replace the bag of rice, i felt insulted and refused the offer that was so cheap for the life of a human being. I don't understand the quality checks these products go through. Reliance fresh has put our health and life as stake. Reliance Fresh. Now it is almost 5months since we complained and sadly no action has been taken. Now we fret to buy anything from Reliance Fresh.

        At Reliance Fresh at Aundh, Pune 411007 on 90 % of my visits, I have observed that I am billed more than the price tag displayed on the shelf.for some of the items purchased. On complaint I am informed that that employee forgot to update the the price tag. It seems that proper care is not taken by the employees. To quote particular instance, on 14th March 2015 at 18=30 hrs the price for green grapes was tagged at Rs 18=75 for 250 gms, where as the item was billed at Rs 20=00 per 250 gms. Such instances are frequent at this location.

          Sir, i am regular customer for reliance retail ltd Tirunelveli, Tamil nadu. I have purchased chiller-06 worth of Rs 352 on 8th march 2015.During purchase the sales man told that if any complaints on product return with in one week.Because their we cannot check it. when i checking at home there is water leakage found.I go to get replacement on 10th march. But the section in charge Mr.Mani told that you tie some cloth and use it. I told him that I have tried that also but leakage not controlled.Then he told have to discuss with supplier so you come next day or i will call you.I told him i am coming from long distance, for 352 rupees product already i came second time today. my travel expenses and my time will be wasted so you give another one same product and later discuss with your supplier. But he started to tell stories and told me to take it back. I told him him good product otherwise you keep it. I returned that product to him.             I did the purchasing of amount 492.42 INR on 10/03/2015 and got the amount deduction message twice for the same bill at Reliance fresh sector 31, Gurgaon Haryana(122001). Please do reversal of one of the deducted amount.I do have the bill and respectively 2 messages from SBI Credit card.

                I am regular customer of your organization and I have purchased some item from the khichripur, delhi branch-91 on the 05 March 2015, My mistake I have taken an item during purchasing of lot item and I have billed all item when I was matching item and price that time I have got that I have selected wrong item and that time gone return that but sale boy said that it will not return today you will come on Monday, I was simple asked that why? He told me asked about this to security guard when I have asked from security guard told me to asked manager, When I was reached to manager then that told me that today will not return due to lot of traffic but there was no traffic I did lot of argument then he told me that item will not return you will purchase same value another item. So I am askeding that why this type of validation apply because I am same time purchasing all item and why do this type of misbehavior and why show wrong information on the item that why customer was confuse that this item is some and when that making bill to another price, So please show implicit information on the discount item so that customer is not confused to purchase item and return the price of customer if that type of miss understanding happing by customer other wise customer will not faith on the organization.                   Today i went to reliance fresh at Maskalaipalyam, coimbatore, TamilNadu, the sales persons are standing near the cash counter only. no one is there to assist the customers. As like me most of them suffered by searching the products. when I went and ask them the responded really in a bad way. Fro such a big store I didn't expect this.

                    Hi.I am venkateswarareddy.no +91-[protected] today[protected]morning 10 00 am i went to realince store (ID :2016) in dilsuknagar, hyderabad, 500036. i parked my bike infront of realince store.watcheman is also there.after i went to store and purchased some vegetables when i came to my bike.i was surprised to see my bike was fully damaged.i asked the store manager, watchman they were said that we are not responisible for this one.and they were talking irresponibly.. Please do favour for me.it wil cost around 3000 rupees.this is very huge loss for me..being a consumer i trust u and ur store thats why i parked my bike infront your store only.i[censored] want please chek the cameras also .and do favour for me.

                      Hello, I had visited the "Reliance Fresh" store at Mugalivakkam, Chennai today. I was completely dissatisfied with the with the service and the management. It was closing time and the watchman (security person), had closed the gate to prevent customers from entering the venue. I had traveled by car and the person had opened half the gate and denied to open the gate completely when requested. This led to a hard discussion and I had spoken to the manager about the issue and his response was not customer oriented. I have been a frequent visitor to all the different Reliance stores and this is the first time I have experienced such a pathetic service from Reliance.                         Dear Customer Care, We are very unhappy with your services at "Reliance Retail limited shop no. 711, dev srushti, Near Vastrapur Lake, Ahmedabad - Gujarat 380015". The free items with product are always lagging behind in the transport services, we always get false promises to get the complimentary items within one week. We have been facing this problem from last few times. so we have to write this mail to inform you to take necessary actions regarding same. Below is problem statement: We have purchased 1 kg of "Waghbakari" tea and as per the wrapper on product, we supposed to receive 6 ice cream bowl as free gift, instead we are still waiting for the free gift..                           Hello...I had few Reliance One gift vouchers which are of 500 Rs. Each (One time use only) & having an Exp.Date: 15/12 (YY/MM) ...When I went to Reliance Fresh PrahladnagarAhmedabad . I tried using them...d person at d bill counter said one of the voucher was already redeemed. Now I wonder how come the voucher is with me and yet has been redeemed.                             SIR, I made some purchases from reliance market, bathinda, punjab on 18.02.15 against invoice no.[protected]. during billing item code[protected] ASH WW ATTA 10 KG charged at @ Rs. 323.40 while its MRP was Rs. 320. after complaining they issued me a credit note with no fault of mine. after repeated requests they gave me refund .                               Dear Concerns i Harvinder singh made my purchasings from Reliance Fresh Phase-10, Mohali( P.B) on dated-13/02/2015 and i swipe my credit card (6472 Last four digits of my credit card) for bill of Rs.2002.94. But after swiping your card swiping device hanged-up and in between i got a message on my mobile that Rs.2002.4 has been debited from my account . And that message also shown to your store Manager Mr. Yadwinder Singh Mobile[protected], then he guided me its a case of double swiping so re-swipe my card again and assured me that the previous deducted amount will be credited in my account with in 48 Hours and if not then he will drop an email and money will be refunded in cash or will be automatically credit in my account, now its already 7 days has been passed but no response from your side.                                   All brand biscuits displayed in the rack are left with only few days of life. The store incharge says always, that, items are received only a couple of months before its expiry date. And he is helpless. The diary items such as butter, cheese curd are also have only few days of life. When asked the store incharge says that still a month or few days are left, so you can use it. But in other stores in my locality we find items whih are having long life or being displayed with in few months of its manufacturing date.This may looked in solved immediately.

                                    Sir/MadamOn 16.01.2015, I went to Reliance Fresh outlet at East of
                                    Kailash (Near Sapna Cinema Red Light) and made a purchase of Rs. 99.80
                                    from my credit card. The money got deducted from my card but I was said
                                    that payment got failed. I paid in cash. The Store manger assured mew
                                    that they have lodged the details for refund and the amount will be
                                    credited in my a/c within 5 days. But the same didn't happen even after
                                    15 days. Again I went to the store on 03.02.2015 and inquired about the
                                    refund, the manager requested me to give some more time i.e. 5 days and
                                    assured that he would keep me informed over phone. Even after lapse of 6
                                    days thereafter ( a total of 25 days) neither my money refunded nor
                                    they informed me about any progress in the matter.Is this the
                                    way, reliance work ? I am very disappointed with such an careless and
                                    unprofessional way of working of company like Reliance. This is totally
                                    unacceptable that you even don't care for the convenience of the
                                    customers and keep their money with you illegally.You are, requested to look into the mater and resolve the same immediately.

                                        महोदय आज अभी शाम को मैं रिलायंस फ्रेश, पावटा सी रोड जोधपुर मैं गया था। सामान भी लिया यहाँ आज मेरे साथ वहां के मैनेजर ने बहुत बुरा अभद्र व्यवहार किया क्योंकि मैं उनकी चोरी को पकड़ा था, , पहले भी मैंने इस बारे मैं उनको कहा था लेकिन अब वह दुर्भावंना से ग्रस्त हो चुके हैं और अपने ही ग्राहक के साथ बुरा कर रहे हैं। । १. मेरे पास रिलायंस कार्ड नहीं था इस कारन मैंने कहा की आप मेरे मोबाइल नंबर से मेरे पॉइंट्स जोड़ दें तब सेल्समेन ने कहा की मैनेजर खाना खाने घर गए हैं लेकिन मैंने मैनेजर को देख लिया था मैंने यही हैं फिर बरी मुश्किल से गया और वहां जाकर शायद मेरे नंबर भी जुड़वाये होंगे बाद मुज़हे कार्ड नंबर भी लेकर दिया लेकिंन पाहिले इंकार कर दिया २. मैंने वहां देखा की जब भी बिल बनता था किसी भी ग्राहक का जिसका=इ पास कार्ड नहीं हैं नहीं आया हैं उनके पॉइंट वह अपने पास रखे फॉर्म के उपेर स्कैनर पॉइंट्स को जोड़ रहा था जबकि वह पॉइंट्स उसी के कार्ड मैं जाने चाहिए जिसका बिल हैं लेकिन वह उनको अपने पार रखे फॉर्म के उप्पर स्कैन करके पॉइंट्स को जोड़ कर उन ग्राहक के हक़ को मार रहा था ये बात मैंने जब मैनेजर को बटबटई तो उंहोने कहाँ की ये हमारा अंदर का मामला हैं हम कुछ भी करें आपको क्या हैं और बहुत ही तेज आवाज़ मैं मेरे से बात की। मुज़हे धमकाया की आपके नंबर मेरे पास हैं आपको जो कारन है कर लो आपने पाहिले भी मैनेजर श्री अशोक की शिकायत की थी आप शकिायती हो आप मेरा कुछ नहीं करे सकते आपको जो कारन हैं करो मुज़हे बहुत ही बेइज्जत किया ३, इस शॉप मैं हमेशा ही खुले पासी नहीं देते हैं चाहहए उनके पास खुले पैसे हों वह उसके बदले छोटी टॉफी दे देते हैं जो को उपभोक्ता कानून और वित्तीय कणों के खिलाफ हैं क्योंको वह इस तरह से टोफ्फे को मुद्रा के रूम मैं इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं और घरक का हक़ भी मार रहे अं हैं उनको मैंने ये सुज़हव भी दिया की आप अगर टोफ्फे देना चाहते हैं तो उसको भी बिल मैं जोड़ दिया करें ४. जब मैं सेल्समेन से काउंटर पर बात कर रहा था तब गार्ड आगया और बोला क्या बात हैं मैंने कहाँ की आप मैनेजर नहीं हो इस लिए आप इस बारे मैं कुछ नहीं कर सकते लेकिन उसने भी मुज़े अपनी नज़रों से घूर कर देकः। .उ व्यवहार भी कोई अछा नहीं कहा जा सकता कृपया इस बारे मैं कुछ कार्यवाही करें बिल नंबर ०१९२ कार्ड नंबर - [protected] डेट ३० जनवरी २०१५ टाइम २०.५३। ४४ रोहित कुमार 888 पावटा सी रोड जोधपुर राजस्थान ३४२००६ [protected]
