Hi, I am a regular customer of Reliance Fresh and a holder of Reliance Fresh Card. I bought a Cadbury (roasted almond) @ Rs 150/- from a Reliance Fresh store at Arjun Nagar in Delhi. The Cadbury when opened was found in a very poor shape with an uncharacteristic smell on the Cadbury body and a typical stench in inner the wrapper. After having found the product in such a poor quality, I tried to call the store but couldn't get through its line. I will be visiting the store tomorrow and will ask for an immediate replacement. Request you to pls keep care of your stocks in future or it will scare people from buying things from you if this thing keeps on happening.     Hello, This is to bring to your notice the utterly rude and uncouth people employed at your Vikhroli East Reliance Fresh store. I visited your store in the morning today to pick up some groceries. To my surprise there was no one at the checkout counters, and when asked, a boy was hurriedly arranged to take care of the checkouts. While i was getting delayed in checking out a small thing, I asked the store manager (whose name was probably Vishnu or something starting with the word V), he said there was a stock taking going on. I suggested in a nice manner, that if such a stock taking is going on, why don't you open the store after that. The store manager, in a crude and uncouth manner confronts me that store doesn't run according to you. I am sure you people would realize that in a customer facing retail business, employing such people would not get you anywhere and will surely result in you people losing business. For your information, I, a customer with an average weekly spend of Rs.2, 000 have vowed never to go to that store again, and shall urge all people in Godrej society in Vikhorli to boycott such a store with rude staff.       Dear Sir, I have bought 4 packets of chings soup on dated 9th Sep'14 and my family do not like that flavour so on 11th Sep'14 I went to that shop again to get this exchange they denied, they have asked the reason so I said we do not like this flavour hence wanted to get this exchange however I met Mr. Prem who was very rude to me and he thrice said same sentence "Not my fault" I have told him politely that we are the regular customer so do not use such tone however he did not understand this. I have got store manager number Mr. Sushant ([protected]) he did not answer my call even he did not picked up Mr. Prem's call. I have wasted my precious time and petrol both to get this exchanged. I am enclosing bill and relianceone card which I am using, so you can check how regular customer I am. I want compensation for this, I want them to exchange the item compensation money.

        i had placed an online order for Rs. 990/- this morning at 1130hrs [protected] was my order number promised between 1500hrs -1800hrs. This did not happen. i called them at 1830hrs and i was told that there was a system issue so the order willb e sent on 10th September[protected] or 11th September (1200hrs-1500hrs). I spoke to Pavan Sonavane who disconnected the call by saying that he cannot help me. then i spoke to VAnita Salunke and she was more rude in her conversation and not willing to help. They were saying that they cannot assist due to system issue. Why should a customer be penalised for the internal system issue. i am waiting for a call from Vid ya Patkar assuming she is a team leader . no response yet.

On 4th have noticed that your person's unprofessional attitude on cash counters .my bill was aprox Rs.2000 because of some network issue your machine was not working so your counter lady ask for cash we say no problem i will send my husband for withdrow the cash because we are not ware about your machine problem we have only 1500/- & another cash Rs.500 pay in shortly when i was waiting for my husband. i was stand near to the counter. In that time your cash counter lady ask me do you have cash in your account . now we decide we will never go to your shop we will prefer go to big bazar.we really get good treatment in big bazar.             9th September 2014 Dear Sir/Madam, Insulting employees of your Reliance Fresh Store, Utsa, Kolkata On 7th or 11th August 2014, I have noticed that your person's unprofessional attitude at cash counters and felt very strongly. Last I went to your store on 20th August 2014 and by pass your store as I didn't not felt comfortable at your store to go again & do shop from street vendors and as well as other good stores like Big Bazar and Spencers. Can I ask if I have been caught shoplifting again(you apologized) or did I misbehaved with any of your employee at store? Do you feel that you should keep on transferring your employees to your other stores after an interval of time so they are better trained?               I purchased provisions on 05.09.14 for rs.1357.40 using my debit card. For first swipe,
              Debit card memo not received and hence billing clerk swiped again. But the amount
              Debited twice in my savings bank account.

              On 07.09.14 i submitted the bill copy and my bank statement to the shop manager to
              Pay me back. Till now no response and hence i request your goodself to reimburse
              The additional amount immediately to me which you debited 2nd time.

                I do not have a Reliance card but I do make some small purchases once in a while at Reliance Fresh 36 South End Road Basavanagudi, Bangalore 560004. I made a purchase of Rs.621 today 8th Sept'14 (scanned copy of bill can be provided on request) and before I could settle the bill the person at the counter swiped somebody else's Reliance card and credited the points to that account. I have noticed this a few times and today when I confronted them they said something about reversing points of which I am not sure about how the process works. They seem to have made a business of selling these points or in some way getting benefited with points stolen from people who do not have Reliance cards when as good professional salesmen they should be offering Reliance cards instead to customers who don't have them. This needs to be investigated further by the company so that they can get rid of dishonest employees. Harish

                  Dear sir, i purchased two 100 grams nescafe with steel glass free in reliancefresh thippasandra store in Bangalore on 16th august 14 but i didn't not get the steel glass which they said no stock every time in this store many times free products are not given i wrote this in the complaint register book so far none of the peoples contacted me. again i went to the store to ask on 24th august they said they don't have the glass and instead of that they gave some other glasses and that to only one glass and said they will give me when they get the stock still i did not got so please kindly look to it particularly this thippasandra store people always don't give any free bees with the product thanks and regards murugesan [protected]

                    Dear Sir/Madam, I made a purchase from Reliance Fresh, National Market, Peeragarhi, New Delhi on[protected] for an amount of Rs. 232.48. Payment made thru my ICICI Bank credit card no xxxx xxxx xxxx 5002 was not honoured and sale was reversed. Althogh I received the SMS from bank for transaction of Rs. 232.48. Billing girl gave me slip of Rev. Sale and took the Payment of Rs. 232.48 in cash from me saying since sale is reversed therefore they will not claim this payment and my Payment will be credited automatically to my credit card a/c.Since I am regular customer of Reliance Fresh, I did not asked for any Recpt. for the cash payment. Today on 31-08-14, while checking my credit card a/c statement, I found that the amount is yet not reversed.ICICI Bank informed me that RELIANCE FRESH has claimed this amount. It is really very shameful act on the part of Reliance Fresh that they are taking double payment for single purchase . For yr reference purpose I have attached scanned copy of Rev. Sale Slip given to me by Reliance Fresh on 25-08-14 for my ref. I request yr. goodself for reverting my amount and an appropriate action with Particular Reliance Fresh store for not doing such kind of mischief with any body in the future.                       To The Manager, Reliance Fresh Sir, This is to bring to your notice regarding the substandard fruit sold in reliance fresh and my experience dealing with your store manager when lodge a complaint. On 30th August, 2014 at @ 5.27pm I have purchased PEARS from Reliance Fresh, Ambawadi Ahmedabad 380015, next day morning we saw all the 3 pears where turned entirely black from outside in spite of storing in the cold condition. They were not in the position to consume. So on 31st August, 2014 when we contacted the store manager and try to explain the situation he blamed us saying you have not stored properly and the stock with us are in good condition. So I along with your manager went to see the stocks lying in the rack, surprising the pears in the racks was also not in good condition and have black spots on it. Surprisingly one of the staff cut the pear and was showing us that it was good from inside. We are the regular customer visiting your store, your manager have a strange behavior, where he feels that we have come to exchange / or for refund and was not ready to accept poor quality displayed for sell. I have purchased few items from reliance fresh, Anand bazar suare, Indore, for bill payment I gave my credit card but transaction was not successful, even I got a sms that you have spent 392 in reliance fresh from your credit card but reliance staff members told me that transaction was not successful. Again I gave my debit card and transaction was successful this time. When I checked my credit card transactions then it shows that payment is debited. Now money is debited from my debit and credit both cards.                           At Reliance Fresh, Kakinada Branch, many a times the offering discounts/rebates are not reflecting in final billing at the Billing Counters and thus be fooling/ cheating straight away the customers. The discount tags at items/ news paper announcements/ phamplets giving at reception does not tally the final rates frequently at the time of billing.If the customer is not aware this discrepancy in rates, no doubt he has been be fooled at once. This is either due to delayed updating of discount offers or the products available on the racks are not matching their codes because of old stock. However this gross mistake/confusion about rate discrepancy should be resolved and give confidence to the customers for to continue shopping at your Kakinada branch. For example of this type of mistake, there is a discount offer for Ganesh Chaturdhi from 29-31 August 2014 in News papers. I found rate discounts are not tallying for 200gms kissan Mixed fruit jam/500 gms Kashew packet and so on...even in vegetable section the change of rates are not reflecting frequently and got cheated at billing time. It is requested to instruct your local Manager to be alert to enter into the system o[censored]pdating when ever the changes/discount offers are implemented, so that customers would not face the inconvenience and loss.

                            Yesterday I shopped at Reliance fresh outlet at B.Narayanapura Bangalore-16., I found excess item Rs 144 was present in billing, That Item is not my list, I approached store manager immediately, He also understood about tha excess bill, but he and billing staff not able to trace the item, .He told me that he will talk to his boss and return money, .iam waiting for his phone call but he is not called today.                               Reliance fresh - sion I purchased two deodrants (jovan musk) originally priced at 340/-. There was a pack of two deodrants, priced at 299/-. Since, I wanted to buy it, I took it to the counter. The cashier, told me that the product was not updated in the system. i asked her not to keep such products or update the system. i asked for store manager and I dont know somebody came, spoke to cashier and gave the discount mentioned on packet. I got the discount but the cashier asked for my name and number . she asked me to write it on the copy of the bill which has to be retained with the store. I asked as to why should I give the name and number. She replied that since the product was not updated she gave a discount which will be deducted from her account. since, i did not want to argue much, i wrote the number on the copy of the bill and got out of the store. I want to know whether these people have a right to ask for the name and number or not. if yes, why? I dont want to receive any soliciated calls or anything from the store. I felt offended that i wanted a product and I had to argue so much for that and also provide my information for the same. kindly let me know as to what solution can I get.

                                after purchassing from reliance fresh for payment given my debit card,
                                transaction cancelled by shop keeper while processing, amount deducted, from my account,
                                till today it was not refunded,

                                but no positive answer.

                                  Mumbai, Location :Vikhroli east : The counters are left unattended the employees are always chatting . The store is very dirty, the fresh and stale greens are mixed . The manager is least bit bothered even after repeated warnings. I have to be careful for every step I take as it is very slippery the bags are lying on the ground and the vegetable containers are piled anyhow .It is very sad that a company like Reliance cannot employ people who work diligently . It is either they shut down the store or maintain proper hygiene situation . The media should photograph and highlight this issue . I'm a regular customer at the store and am very dissapointed . I urge you to look into this matter seriously and train your staff as they do not show respect to the customers and are more inclined to their own unhealthy behaviour the store has a foul stench near the refrigerator, More often it is observed that the staff if called are always giving an excuse that they were called for a meeting with the stores in charge [ The SO called Manager ] People from the upper strata of society never visit the store due to these reasons . Will this mail bring a drastic change . Hopefully awaiting for a positive revamp. Suggest to make a disguised visit to the stores to check the reality of the situation as this is a daily happening's. We are even willing to accompany with any of your designated authorities to have a joint visit to the stores to verify the facts at our convenient time.

                                    Dear Reliance Fresh Management, I had filed one complaint online through this very site with subject titled 'Unavailability of goods listed in newspaper' for action against the supervisory staff of your outlet at Reliance Fresh, Prashant Vihar. Though the complaint was lodged on the day of incident itself i.e. the 20th August'2011, no response has so far been received from you; such a delay on the matter would send a wrong message to the rowdy staff who can go to any extent to harrass & embaress the genuine customers who dare to point out the deficiencies. I once again request for prompt investigation into my complaint; action against the erring staff and a quick reply for my satisfaction.

I have purchased Rs. 2146.75 dated - 27.07.2014 from Gurgaon ( Kadipur centr) and it got debited from my SBI credit card but Reliance employee told me that amount has not been debited, He asked me to give another card, I gave my HDFC bank credit card and i got bill of amount Rs. 2146.75. Now i have received my credit cards bill statement and same amount has been debited in HDFC & SBI card accounts for the same. I have registerd the complaint at same centre but there is no respond.                                         Dear Sir I purchased 50 Kg Tibar Rice under bill no C 9530 # 0388, 21.29.44 18 AUG 2014 from Shekhar Residency, BCM Heights, Bombay Hospital Indore MP. I requested the local staff to weigh the bag as many times it is seen the quantity mentioned does not match and I have experienced the same at Reliance Stores only. I was surprised when the local staff refused to weigh the same and asked me in case I want to purchase the same, it will not be weighed. This speaks of the callous attitude of your staff and this is not seen at any store that without weight items are being sold. Sent from BlackBerry® on Airtel
