Today 18/6/14 I got your promotional SMS mentioning OKRA @ Rs.24/- but when I bought the same from your Trade Centre, Kanchan Bag, Indore's Stores it was billed @ Rs.32/- per kg. please let me know how it happened is it mistake of your marketing department who are doing SMS promos or billing department.     A Reliance Fresh located at Samanatarpur, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.The billing executive never provides change. In an recent incident the billing executive asked for change to two of the customers and collected exact change from the customers. My purchases items billed Rs 202. When handed over Rs 500, the billing executive asked for Rs2 which I didn't have. On that he handed me chocolates which I refused to take as I was not interested in buying chocolates. I could see Rs 8 change that were collected from the previous customers kept in the counter . But the billing executive refused to provide the change stating he doesn't have any change.Upon summoning the Manager of the store, the manager recommended the billing executive to return Rs 300. Just when the manager left the billing executive returned Rs 300 and spoke rudely stating that Rs 2 company money which I have taken and impolitely told to bring change next time. I am the customer who wish to buy according to my choice rather than carry change to the store . The customer relation is the crux of the time and must be addressed.       The people in the billing counter are really reckless as they do not even check to ensure proper pricing is happening and they, charge you on the actual .More over suddenly they say that they have by mistake made a cash bill and cannot accept a card and when a manager is called upon (MR Ramesh Rao ) is called upon he insists the customer to go and get cash.Waste of time and really no customer service.

      Please try educate the store managers first so that they can train their staffs well.

        I'm writing regarding the store opposite to mnit, jaipur. The service here is so bad the people don't even know where the items are kept. The food items are stale with some of the eggs and milk being 2 or3 months past the expiryexpiry date.

            Dear sir, I have purchased some food itmes from reliance fresh yamuna nagar (2450). Amount of billing is 259.86. An execuitve of reliance fresh swipe my DR card no.4033********2588 three times because EDC machine is snowing error. When I checked my account amoun is charged three times. I complained to reliance fresh yamuna nagar and the complain no is SD860485 but I m not getting my money. So pls refund my money at the earliest. Ajay Brar [protected]

                I had purchased items from reliance fresh RZ 1 Nehru Garden, New Roshanpura, Bijwasan Road Najafgarh on 11jun 14 at 1811 hours having CTN no 001100MH1999PL120563. As per Reliance offer lf buy spices and condiments worth Rs 99 then Reliance select lodised Salt free worth Rs 16. when l went to counter they had not made billing of free item as l had purchased spices worth Rs 298.00. then after billing when l asked them about these things then they behaved rudely. the security personnel is very rude. When l told him l want to meet manager then security personnel told that here is no manager . l am every thing if l told that you will not get then you will not get. so get out from this complex. The behavior of staff are not like educated one. Being female and l am along with two small kids l had not told anything to them. Kindly look into this matter and try to resolve it. So that these type of things should not happen to anybody else. l have copy of that bill plus copy of that offer.                     Am a regular customer of reliance fresh.I could see that the branch in our location (Pattabiram, Chennai, Tamilnadu) is getting closed for customer entry before 8.30PM regularly. I guess the actual working hours is till 9:30 PM. Try to take necessary actions on this ASAP. This even degrades the reputation of RELIANCE.

                      i am client of yr esteemed company since last many years.since i heard that this outlet is going to be closed i went to settle my discount points nd purchased certain items.at the time of billing the counter clerk said yr card is not being swiped so we cant help u thus cant give u yr pending discount. on enquiry i was told to come later.it was in the last month.since then i made 8-10 visits but of no use. may i know my fault? or would u please take some action in this regard.

                        I A R Sridhar purchased on 05-06-14 from Reliance Fresh located in No.216, MTH road, Pattabiram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu had paid through my DEBIT CARD and she swiped twice my Debit Card and Money has been debited from my Account Twice and I submitted my bank statement and all other bills for refund to the local Manager. She said she registered the complaint to refund my money. But today[protected] I called her she is not answering my questions and not even says when my money will be refunded.

                        Please look over this.

                          my card No: is [protected] I want to Redeem the points of this card but the Reliance outlet people said my card is damaged and issued new card with Card Number [protected] and said the points will be transferred to new card but it has not happened yet. Please advise what has to be done. Even the reliance outlet where i go regulary have any idea about it

                            I dr . M venkata ramana purchased from ur reliance fresh mart located in lakshmipuram, guntur, andhrapradesh had paid thru debit card and he swiped twice my debit card and money debit from my account twice and i submitted all the required documents for refund to the local manager and he is saying 4 more days since last 10 days and no action being taken till now i dont know how reckless they are behaving, , staff behaving like lords and not even answering to questions of customers, please look over in those issues, , please do raise your standards keep the name of reliance

                              I regularly buy vegetables, fruits and other items at your Sanjaynagar Main road store daily. Two days back, I purchased cluster beans at Rs.45 per kg. Out of curiosity, I enquired the price of the same item in a shop close to this store. It was Rs.28 per kg and the quality was even better.                                 This was the first time we were shopping at Shimpoli Borivali West store of Reliance fresh. The experience was real bad. Our shopping was large in quantum (amounting to more than Rs. 4000/-) and hence we decided to take home delivery of our purchased articles. Concerned authority at the store promised us to give delivery at the 5 pm on the same day, but after 6pm when we tried to reach them on phone no one was responding to our calls. We had been trying to call them for almost 3 hours, but we could reach them at 9pm to hear RUDE voice of the reliance fresh staff saying your delivery would be given next day at 12.30pm and he was not sure of that as well because on very next moment the guy said no they would give delivery at 2pm. We had shopped for reasonably large amount to hear delaying of the delivery in RUDE voice.We had our lesson and WE WILL SURELY NOT GOING TO SHOP AT RELIANCE FRESH.

                                  I have purchase moong dal split 500gm on mrp Rs.81/- (Eighty one Rupee) of NBK mfg.Pro. & Pack. by maxrotth foods ltd., Gujarat from Relaince fress store, Bhuj vide invoice no. CIN 001100MH1999PLC120563 on dtd.05/06/2014. Which is too high price. The Local market moong dal price is Rs.37/- for 500gm. but in Relaince fress store its price is Rs.81/-

                                    I am Reliance prepaid card holder from last one year, Bharati Vidhapeeth Reliance fresh representative are technically ill and not able to use the card on machine. Every time after billing they scratch the card but unable to perform and there answer is pre paid card is not working due to online problem.I as a regular customer invested 20, 000 Rs for prepaid card and now harsh by representative of Bharati Vidhapeeth Reliance fresh. Surprisingly other debit card works? This time copy attach Bharati Vidhapeeth Reliance fresh representative given me i written that the machine is not working from last eight days, where as two day before i has use the card at Bharati Vidhapeeth Reliance fresh.                                       we had been to the reliance fresh outlet located in sahidnagar, bhubaneswar on 2nd june, monday at around 9-9.30 pm and purchased various items around for Rs 3309 vide debit card payment(Hdfc). but as we left the shop, we were shocked to find that my mobile phone(sky blue colour cover) of sony Xperia-violet (brand new-8days back bought) was missing and we doubted that it got slipped from my hand near the payment counter or nearby area of the shop. thereafter we contacted them from the next day onwards again and again till today as the incharge persons promised to make us see the clippings of cctv camera of that day. however till now they r avoiding to show it and asking us to come on the next day whenever we r approaching them. we r surprised to find the change in their intention and indifference behaviour and non cooperation in helping us find my lost mobile. we ve the idea that the mobile has fallen in the store itself.we ve become too upset by their misbehavior even if we ve been their oldest customers.that day we entered all the payment in the reliance one card no:[protected] in the name vijayalakshmi prusty. please help in this matter. #[protected]

FREQUENTLY I PURCHASE FROM YOUR PAOTA SHOP AND I WAS PAYING THROUGH CREDIT CARDS / DEBIT CARDS. HOWEVER, FOR THE LAST TWO MONTHS NO CARD PAYMENT, EITHER CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD, IS ACCEPTED BY YOUR SHOP. NUMBER OF TIMES I TALKED TO MR. NARESH PAREKH, MANAGER OF THE CONCERNED SHOP, WHO ALWAYS MAKE ONE STATEMENT I.E. DUE TO TECHNICAL PROBLEM THE CARDS COULD NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
