I AM ROUTINE CUSTOMER OF RELIENCE FRESH FOR THE LAST FIVE - SIX YEARS.
FREQUENTLY I PURCHASE FROM YOUR PAOTA SHOP AND I WAS PAYING THROUGH CREDIT CARDS / DEBIT CARDS.
HOWEVER, FOR THE LAST TWO MONTHS NO CARD PAYMENT, EITHER CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD, IS ACCEPTED BY YOUR SHOP. NUMBER OF TIMES I TALKED TO MR. NARESH PAREKH, MANAGER OF THE CONCERNED SHOP, WHO ALWAYS MAKE ONE STATEMENT I.E. DUE TO TECHNICAL PROBLEM THE CARDS COULD NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND INFORM ME WHETHER THIS PROBLEM CAN BE SOLVED AND I CAN MAKE THE PURCHASES THROUGH CARDS. PLEASE REPLY.

I HAVE PAY TWO TIMES FOR SAME BILL CASH AND CARD PAYMENT.
WHEN I REACH IN RELINCE STORE THEY SAYS KINDLY GIVE US SOME TIME TO GENERATE YOUR COMPLAINT BUT TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT GET ANY REPLY FROM YOUR SIDE WHAT SHOULD I DO.
