I am Reliance prepaid card holder from last one year, Bharati Vidhapeeth Reliance fresh representative are technically ill and not able to use the card on machine. Every time after billing they scratch the card but unable to perform and there answer is pre paid card is not working due to online problem.I as a regular customer invested 20, 000 Rs for prepaid card and now harsh by representative of Bharati Vidhapeeth Reliance fresh. Surprisingly other debit card works? This time copy attach Bharati Vidhapeeth Reliance fresh representative given me i written that the machine is not working from last eight days, where as two day before i has use the card at Bharati Vidhapeeth Reliance fresh.     we had been to the reliance fresh outlet located in sahidnagar, bhubaneswar on 2nd june, monday at around 9-9.30 pm and purchased various items around for Rs 3309 vide debit card payment(Hdfc). but as we left the shop, we were shocked to find that my mobile phone(sky blue colour cover) of sony Xperia-violet (brand new-8days back bought) was missing and we doubted that it got slipped from my hand near the payment counter or nearby area of the shop. thereafter we contacted them from the next day onwards again and again till today as the incharge persons promised to make us see the clippings of cctv camera of that day. however till now they r avoiding to show it and asking us to come on the next day whenever we r approaching them. we r surprised to find the change in their intention and indifference behaviour and non cooperation in helping us find my lost mobile. we ve the idea that the mobile has fallen in the store itself.we ve become too upset by their misbehavior even if we ve been their oldest customers.that day we entered all the payment in the reliance one card no:[protected] in the name vijayalakshmi prusty. please help in this matter. #[protected]

HOWEVER, FOR THE LAST TWO MONTHS NO CARD PAYMENT, EITHER CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD, IS ACCEPTED BY YOUR SHOP. NUMBER OF TIMES I TALKED TO MR.         Hi Team, My name is Sachin .I visit Reliance Fresh of 1/2358, Mandoli Road, Shahdara, New Delhi, Delhi - 110032, India on every week of the month.I had never found the onions at their best quality in the market.Those were always rotten and smelly.Vegetbales never found as fresh.I[censored] talk about Paneer then your will surprise to know that Paneer was on sell buy one get one free on the expiry of the date of packing.           I visited to Reliance Fresh at HUDA Market, Sec-28, Faridabad on 01.06.2014 and purchased food items. Among those two 150 gms Monaco snacks biscuit are charged Rs.5/- extra per item. I have complained with Store Manager Mr.Vikash but he refused to do any action. He even did not pay back the extra amount. He told me that "you can do what you think".             It has happened with me two times one with my mother and once with my friend today. My friend asked me to have the bill computed and he received a call so he went outside. I waited for him for about half an hour outside and he was not answering my calls. He suddenly came outside and went to the nearest ATM to withdraw some money. When I asked him what happened he told me that the security claimed he has stolen something. He was set up and I think one of the employee has placed a cream hardly of 10-20 rs. in his back pocket. He was threatened and told that he would be arrested and beated if he didn't gave 4000 rs. They snatched his purse and took all the money and a person came claiming he was a policeman but not wearing any uniform said he would arrest his father if he didn't gave any money now. Also there was no proof in the video recording. He was forced to sign a document. Is it the right kind of behaviour? I mean these are pretty serious crimes and I am thinking of contacting police station and consumer court. And the same happened with my mother she purchased a lot of items and when she was checking out she was accuses of stealing 30 Rs. ponds cream for which she was charged 3000 rs but in different reliance fresh.Are you even authorized to take thousands of money for this.

              Dear Reliance Fresh Store, I buy some products always from Reliance. But lately my experience at reliance fresh store is becoming highly annoying. First the products are very badly arranged. Second the AC is not working. Third there are not enough payment counters in spite of long que. Can you please do surprise visit to Satellite / Jodhpur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat's reliance fresh store and find out and improve the services. Thank you Sharvari Raval

                We are the regular customer from the day these outlet was opened in malleshwaram the maintence is so bad that they sell the ice cream which is expired 1month ago we had purchased 1kg of vegetable which had the mrp 20 but they billed 35 for it staff here treat us as low classand speak local lang and they will not the redeem the points (mr.narayan) we are facing these problem from the day the new manager has appointed so please bring back the old manager shop details;'emami nest', shop number.001, malleshwaram, 16th cross, 8th main, bangalore-560003

                  I went to Reliance Fresh in Poonamalle, Chennai at 05/27/2014 9.30 PM to buy Real Orange Juice.But they refused to sell the product and they are behaving with me like a thief as the counter was closed by that time.I have come just 5 mins after the counter closed but they refused to give a single product.They told that if they sell anything after 9.30PM, they would get a call from Mumbai asking for the reason for selling. Will any store ask for reason for selling any product? Also they were not at all responding properly to the customer.I was arguing for more than 10 mins but still they were not ready to sell that product.Every one was concentrating on their work.

                    I had purchased certain items and the bill came above Rs1000/- As billing is made by bar code system, I never check the details. After reaching home, got a doubt and verified the bill and to my Surprise I found that for 1 kg packet of Tide soap powder. the bill was for 4 Kgs. After verifying bar code etc.and after much waiting, they made a item return bill for Rs.334. for which I had to purchase for the differential amount. Now this is the era of caveat venditor and how you should be penalised. How many customers might have got cheated and who is the beneficiary. B.I.DANIEL

                          On 11.05.2014 I have purchased certain items from your retail outlet at Hiranandani Estate, Thane (West). While payment made, my debit card was swiped once but since no slip came out from the swipe machine, the lady at the counter swiped on another swipe machine and generated the slip which I signed. But when I checked my account I find that Rs.485.40 was debited twice. When I approached the Store Manager Mr.Rahul Bhojane on 15.05.2015, he has registered a complaint bearing No. SD-840566. After 3 days when I contacted, he said that the Bombay office has informed that there was only one payment made as per their records. But as per my statement, one payment has been made to Mumbai and another made to Thane. The first one may be due to swiping my debit card on the swipe machine meant for Mumbai center and swiping the card second time in the swipe machine meant for your Thane office. I have only signed on one slip only. How can my account be debited twice. Please look into the matter and arrange for refund the money immediately. My debit card no. [protected] and my Reliance card no.[protected].

                                I am regular customer of reliance fresh. I am facing misbehaviour of your staff most of the time, they are talking with customers so roudly. This case happened at cst station, mumbai. There are not a diffrence betweem manager and staff. Manager also support staff and hide his misbehaviour and doesn't take any action. And at night time there are some person are available in drunked position at cash counter who are a stiff members. I am not a first guy who was facing this kind of problem. This kind of misbehaviour affect your business. So its my opinion to trend your staff about how to talk with customers or replace him. Because its overall affect business of reliance. There are

                                  This evening I was shopping at Reliance store art Peroorkada, Trivandrum, Kerala-695005. As a regular customer at this store I would like to report that the quality of service at this store is getting worse day by day. Please take necessary actions to improve service with due reference to following points. 1. Normal sized covers in which we take vegetables, Rice etc in which 3 to 4 kg of groceries can be packed, is not available. Very small bags which are kept there can contain hardly half Kg of groceries. As a result we are forced to buy groceries in small quantities. Please do replenish stands with normal sized bags. 2. There is real shortage of staff. Many times we have to stand in the queue for half an hour to check out. Also the staff in the store seems to be highly de -motivated.                                       today (17\may\14)i went shopping in reliance fresh old-alwal arround 6:40 pm to 7:00pm and i noticed that a lady skip the line and the guy in the counter kept quiet and i could only find 2 counters running out of 4 . the service given by reliance is very poor

                                        I am regular customer of reliance fresh and visited your reliance fresh store at Prashant Vihar Delhi 110085. After keeping empty bag at counter meant for that purpose i entered the store at around 10 AM today 13.05.2014 to purchase vegetable and other item. After billing when i checked the counter meant for keeping bags i find it missing. When i asked about the missing bag from guard he was having no reply then i asked for complaint register, whereupon the guard started shouting on me and using abusive language and said that i am speaking lie that bag is missing. If customers are instructed to keep bags outside the store in cabinet meant for that then your guard should be responsible for it and it should not misplace there from. Either you should issue token or adopt some practice so that articles not misplaced in such a manner. And even it misplaces then your guard and store in change should have some manner how to deal with like situation instead thereof he started shouting on me and saying that i am lying. YOUR STAFF AND GUARD REALLY MISBEHAVED WITH ME and when i insisted for complaint register store in charge provided it after lot of arguments and i entered the complaint. You are requested to look in the complaint and issue warning to guard and in charge of store for such mismanagement and misbehaviour with customers. Hope you will take action else will file complaint with police for missing article from your store and also for misbehaviour of guard standing in store.
