Yesterday, I purchased various items from Reliance Fresh at JODHPUR Park, JADAVPORE, KOLKATA, west-bengal, amounting to Rs. 2016/-That included 10 kg of rice of some variant.I took delivery of that without opting for Home delivery.The next day I returned the bag of 10 kg rice and purchased 20 kg of rice of other variant keeping the total price same.Since 20 kg was bit heavy for me to carry, I asked the store manager to arrange for home delivery.But he refused, I informed him that I was staying just 200 meters away from the outlet and I had PAIN IN MY arm.He ignored and insulted me, and compelled me to buy for another 1000 rupees.Only then he agreed to deliver it to my residence. I purchased for another 1000 rs. Do you think that chap gained?Silly people and silly thinking.
I was really shocked, definitely this will be my last purchase from Reliance Fresh.
This is for your information that there are lots of options available for the people residing at JADAVPORE, KOLKATA to purchase their household items.I was about to purchase LED TV FROM reliance digital but thanks, this incident refrained me to buy it from them.Actually, I am really disappointed with the name of RELIANCE now.I am going to return my reliance fresh member-ship card to its outlet.And believe me if this continues many others would follow the same.

Today itself, from the Reliance Store, (JODHPUR PARK, JADAVPORE, KOLKATA, WEST- BENGAL), a call was made and the problem of Home delivery was resolved amicably. The incident with whom the zone of conflict initiated, pledged of his wrong-doing and extended assurance of supporting not only me but other consumers as well in the near future.I have nothing personal against that person and happy that my problem was heard and appeasement prevailed. I am also pleased to inform that the relation between me and Reliance will continue as it was earlier.

    Dear Attendant, This mail is to bring into your notice that reliance fresh is selling expired date thumps up and other brands of soft drinks and is place in between of new stocks so that consumer could not notice this kind of strategy of moving expired stock will not help this involves high risk for health for any human who can drink this by mistake. When we saw this we asked the cashier to call the store manager but store manager din come out of his office we explained the cashier to please keep all expired date bottles aside and not to sell but she was least interested in keeping that aside after half an hour we went to check again but it was kept as it is so we bought the bottles so that others should not buy. This is happen in a very premium locality of reliance fresh in CBD Belapur Sec- 20 i have the invoice and the bottles kept with and am writing to the concern authority so that the necessary action can be take to avoid this in future. Other Details: Invoice Date - 1st May 2014 CIN No: U01100MH1999PLC120563 Manufacturing date of Thumps up- 8/1/14 I Believe that reliance is majorly responsible for this kind of carelessness and equally coke there has to be regular audit from coke's team to avoid this type of ignorance.       I purchased one glossary item from Reliance fresh and was over charged for that. The MRP was INR 160.00 and I was charged with INR 169.00 through my debit card. The lady on the counter just took my card and debited the amount. When complained, the staff was reluctant to pay back and or else offered me return the item which I did not want to do because I needed that item as it was available nowhere else nearby. Please advise how should I go about filing the complaint for this? I have the copy of bill with me.

      Reliance seems to be waiting for the complaint to be lodged in Consumer Court for selling the goods with price more than the printed MRP.

        The Reliance store is always short of change. Whenever there is an amount less than Rs 5 for the store to return they always say that there is no change and return chocolate or sweet in exchange. They say the chocolate is worth the change. Why should the transaction happen in this mode. This is not a barter system economy. Moreover I told the counter person that the chocolate you giving in change you are making profit on that as well for which he did not have any answer. Please stop this practice as its illegal.

            I purchased on 3 rd may goods worth rs. 637/-, out of which i not found one amul butter pkt 500 gms, though they charged rs. 162/= in the bill and i paid accordingly, after 2/3 minutes i realised amulbutter pkt is not included in the bag, i complained on counter as well as to storeincharge, but no body listened, and i returned empty hands without butter, though i paid for the same.
            I a senior citizen always purchase the goods from this store as it is nearest to our ressidential complex of 324 apartments. The store always runs without sufficient staff and they never start/on the airconditioner, it happens the suffocation in this heat of 42degree temperature.

              Last day after seeing the add that there is an offer for Slice(Offer price: 39)we went to set the same and found that the Manager and staff members together sold these offer products to a local dealer. While asking about the details why it was done so they coated:" we have the right to do it. Its not mandatory that this products have to be given to customers itself, even if they are regular customers." This incident happened at the Reliance Fresh, Keerthi Nagar, Elamakkare branch, Kochi, Kerala. Its not just for this product they are doing this. All products with such good offers they are doing the same. Due to this all regular customers are not receiving any if the offer or such products and have to depend on other branches to get these products(The next closest branch is at least 3-5 Km away).                 Currently mega offer week is going on at Reliance Fresh, Sion. If any customer buys goods worth 299/- and above can also avail Amul Icecream container of 145/- at some Rs. 100/-. This is good offer but Amul Icecream is running out of stocks at Sion Branch, since last 3 days. So many regular customer wants to avail such offers. pls look in to. regards Mrs. Kanan M.                   My name is Jatin and I am from Bangalore .On[protected] I purchased food items of 2700/- from ITPL Bangalote branch of Reliance Fresh and when came to payment counter for payment, I have given debit card to the person on counter, he swapped card and request me for pin no, I have pressed pin no and payment deducted from my card, I got message on my cell about payment deduction, The person on counter again swapped my card and again asked me for pin no. he told me that due to some system problem your previous transition not proceed so I again pressed the pin no and one more payment was deducted for same bill. I told the case to shop manager, he told me that he will investigate the case and give me cash back on next day, but still he didn't give me cash back and told me that he has registered complaint and another seven days required for detail investigation. Still I am suffering and didn't get cash back.

                    I am a daily customer of reliance fresh situated at south tukoganj, indore, M.P. and from the past 10 days my experience was unsatisfactory, I have observed that the A.C. and the billing counters are mostly not working .There is rush in the evening and only one billing counter happens to be open.It disintrests the customer and results in long queue's.                       On 30th March we had bought 25 kg rice at Rs.990/- (bill no.03652). A packet of Ruchi Sunrich Refined Sunflower Oil was given as free offer alongwith this rice bag. I noticed that this oil pack has no manufacture or expiry date and seems old stock to me. Though the oil has been poured into a jar I have the pack with me for your inspection.                         Many products kept on display on shelf of stores at Reliance Fresh outlet at Dabri Palam Road, Palam are not billed by the staff stating that the product is not available for billing. For instance, Zerrikk 88, a lubricant product kept on the shelf for a long duration cannot be billed and similarly, Cinthol soap (green label), if you take one piece for billing, it is informed that if you take four pieces product then only it can be billed. If you ask then why they are displayed on the shelf, no reply from the staff. No supervisory staff is available in the stores to resolve the issue My Reliance Member Card No. is [protected].

                          Hi, I had very bad experience at reliance fresh shanti building, mandoli road, shahdara delhi -110032 on[protected], at 12:27 . there was 3 billing machines but staff was not ready to make bill ..i called the manger on his cell phone on [protected] number he used very rough language and seemed to irresponsible for his duty. If this the way to treat consumers then its not at all proper way of doing ...

                              I had purchased goods worth of Rs 502.55 dtd: 12.01.2014 in reliance fresh located at sect- 31 shop no 11-12, main Huda market, Gurgaon, Haryana. During the time of billing unfortunately the payment made through SBI debit card (No:[protected]) has declined and the card was swiped again for the same payment, The amount made earlier is not refunded so far. In this regards i logged two times complaint at the store (Ref no: [protected] & Ref No: SD731089) but even after several visit & follow up calls at the store i could not able to get proper details of refund status rather Mr. Lalit (employee) had given a screen shot copy which i attached here for reference which claims that only single payment has received by the store. After that I had approached SBI bank but they also confirmed me that payment has not been refunded to bank. In view of this, again i approached the store In-charge Mr.Hemant (Mob: [protected]) to escalate this and requested him to provide me the statement of the store on that particular date or time which will help me to log complaint/ file consumer complaint against SBI bank but he behaved very rudely and denied, which shows his irresponsibility and not fit for the job ( heard from other source that he use to behave so to other customers too) Hereby i request you to look into the attached evidences and kindly provide me the statement which will help me to proceed further i also request you to take necessary disciplinary action against Mr. Hemant for his behavior to customers

                                i'd like to draw your attention toward mal selling of offer items and vegetables to the local shopkeepers .we have been sold deteriorate and worn out vegetables which is kept unhygienically and unsegrigated . for example i am adding tomatoes basket's photo kept for selling and is the same case with other green vegetables too. if we complaint to the manager or your employees, they dont listen to us and continue the same practise . i hope you will take the current action for your prestegious organisation's name and goodwill.

                                  Hi, I had very bad experience at reliance fresh Geetai Mall, Paud Road, Kothrud, Pune on[protected], Sunday evening. I accidentally took a mineral water bottle inside the store and while exiting security asked bill for it, while having a conversation he used very rough language and seemed to irresponsible for his duty. Even after complaining to store manager about him, no action was taken. If this the way to treat consumers then its not at all proper way of doing business. This store often gives very strange experiences like no staff to help and very messed up management. I urge for strict action should be taken against this.

                                    It seems Reliance fresh does not care for Brand image. Apparently, they don't care for customers, but are much interested in money collection. - Sector 31, Gurgaon, Haryana store is extremely badly managed. -Customer care staff lack soft skills - A woman employee behaves like a stern cop not as a soft spoken gentlelady. - Men are often seen chatting away while customers line up. -No effort is made to diffuse a spat between two hassled customers . -It is frequented by a number of high net individuals who feel awkward among reckless staff. Please make amends !

Reliance fresh Cared No, [protected] Dear Sir I purchase some items from reliance fresh store Sector 22-D Chandigarh and paid Rs.1183.94 through my Credit Card ending with last four digits 8002. Invoice No. C4545 #0105 10:47:54 18 APR 2014 for Rs.1183.94. On reaching my home I checked the bill and I found that the Item "SUDZ Detergent 4 KG has been over charged by Rs.20/- Its price as printed on the packing is Rs.300-70=230/- But I was charged Rs.300-50=250/- I made a number of calls on the telephone no. printed on the bill but none of my calls was answered. I also searched the number over the internet and also I also made a number of calls at[protected] but none of the calls was answered I request you to please check this mess and reimburse me overcharged Rs.20/- by creditting the amount to my Credit Card under intimation to me.                                         I have purchased Amaranthua Red today which is 17/04/2014, weighing 0.836 Kg @30/Kg amounting to Rs. 24.78, my bill no.is C1220 #0106. I bought the veges from F-36 central market, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi- 110015. The above vegetable ie Amaranthus Red was full of leaf eating insects and germs, I have left the vegetable with the Store Manager. I am shocked and surprised that a reputed company like reliance sells substandard products. I went to your store to return the above vegetable and for refund/exchange but the store manager Mr. Madhukant Kashyap not only refused to entertain my request but was rude and arrogant, he kept on citing the company's policy of nt exchanging the vegetables, even if they are full of insects and not consumable. I have been visiting the reliance fresh since its inception which can be verified from my card number [protected]. It is expected from a company like reliance to look into this grevence and resolve the problem. It is also expected that your manager is retrained to handle the customers cordially. Sunil Dewan

                                        I have purchased Amaranthua Red today which is 17/04/2014, weighing 0.836 Kg @30/Kg amounting to Rs. 24.78, my bill no.is C1220 #0106. I bought the veges from Reliance Store, F-36 central market, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi- 110015. The above vegetable ie Amaranthus Red was full of leaf eating insects and germs, I have left the vegetable with the Store Manager. I am shocked and surprised that a reputed company like reliance sells substandard products.
