Sir:
I’m terribly depressed with the behavior of the billing staff of reliance fresh….THIS STORE IS LOCATED IN THE EDAPALLY TOLL BUS STOP JUST IN FRONT OF THAAL RESTAURANT….I along with my friend spent around 20 minutes and shopped our requirements, and when our turn for billing came, the employee there rejected to bill our items instead he behaved very rudely and started billing the other customer, without even informing us about the reason why he had done so…..we even asked him to bill ours, but he never bothered to respond us…..
Is this the value that a organization like reliance retail chain is providing to its customer??? we even talked with the store manager, but it wasn’t satisfied…..he told that the employee is just a boy and the billing machines are not working properly…..is these the problem of customer or the store…..
It’s not a good job done by the reliance fresh to decline the billing of the customer who waited in the queue for 20 minutes to get the turn…..utterly disappointed with this behavior and hope some action is taken…..

      Dear sir,

      I kotrayya udagatti, from chennai a regular visitor to Reliance Fresh -departmental stores situated at Arcot road, Near Porur junction signal, porur, Chennai.

      On 15th january 2010 @ 1830hrs i purchased some grossories along with 25kg Sona Massori premium rice and 5kg reliance selective whole wheat bearing bill no.233 booked under home delivery. After booking 2 days over, i could not receive the material. upon enquire through telephone, i came to known that they miss the original bill. later i told them my bill no & material to be despatched.

      They imprerly searched through computer & on 19th january 2010 afternoon, they despatched only 25 kg Sona massori rice packet without 5kg whole wheat and one offer along with Rice packet.

      upon enquiry through phone, they infomed, 5kg whole wheat has not been billed. i told them, without billing & paying money,how can i keep the material in despatch section.again i told them to check properly the bill.

      after thorough checking they came to know that, bill is having 5kg whole wheat & free offer along with 25kg rice packet. they said , next day i.e on 20/01/2010 they will despatch 5kg whole wheat & free offer for 25kg rice packet.

      But so far they i have not despatched 5kg whole wheat & free offer for 25kg rice packet. concerned person may please look into the matter and do the needful.

      along with this i wanted to bring some more points.

      1) I had conversations with a person name called Manikandan at Reliance Fresh near Porur at Chennai
      Telephone No. [protected].

      2) Most of the time they are not available for phone.

      3) They will not take care of customer complaints properly.

      4) for this purpose i use to call them daily through telephone with my own cost.

      i K. vijay a frequent visitor to relian in kolathur. now they r selling carry bags for 1 to 4Rs which is disappointing to the customer. on the other hand why dont you paper or cloth bags with low quality and wasily destroyable materials even though they r costly, but an wise idea is u have earlier gave plastic bags freely including the printing cost of your company name as an advertisement.
      now bear 50% of the cost and the customers 50% of paper bags r cloth bags which is eco friendly.
      now u r selling the same plastic bags for price which is not eco friendly., this is not abiding by Govts order.

        Dear Sir,

        This is to bring to your kind attention "refusal to exchange" by your staff. I picked up two loaves of bread by mistake, 1- Modern Bread n Butter" and 1-Atta Shakti. I notice this only after the billing was done. Howevre i was still at th counter and pointed it to the staff at the Billing and said that i wanted to return theModern Bread n Butter loaf (INR 22/-) . He was not sure of the procedure to be followed and asked one Mr.Kumar (acting manager i presume) on what to do. Mr.Kumar categorically told me that thre will be no cash refund and i could exchange it for something. Playing it safe i picked up another food item- pack of Bouborn biscuit also costing INR 22/-. Now i went back to the counter and told the staff at the billing counter that i wanted to Bourborn biscuits in exchange for the Modern Bread n Butter loaf. He again turned to Mr.Kumar for guidance. Mr.Kumar absolutely refused, he said i could only pick up vegetables in exchange. I pointed it out to him taht ia am picking up another food item, biscuit instaed of bread and of the same cost so it should not really matter. But he refused to listen and told that their rules does not permit it. I even pointed it out to him that i'am still in the store, it is not like i left the store and returned with the product, but to no avail. He just went on about rules not permitting it. At this point ireally lost my cool and told him that he can have the bread and INR 20/- i paid for it.
        What i want to point out here is the ridiculous policy of the store where the consumer cannnot rethink after buying a product or picking a product by mistake. It is easier to go to the freindly neighbour hood store down the road, atleast the consumer will get to exchange and buy the product he wants.
        Besides the exchange policy on the back of the bill says you can exchange it within 14 days, fruits, milk and vegetables and altered merchandise will not be exchanged. My product was not altered by any standard, since i had not left the store with it.

        I hope Reliance fresh staff looking into consumer compalints looks into this aspect make their rules consumer friendly.

          I have just visited Reliance fresh Limited at Plot no. 152 and 153, out of khasra no. 3/5, Kakrola,Delhi.( Near Dwarka).
          I bought one pack of Nestle milk in tetra pack( Rs. 45 ). along with several other items. After reaching home i just casully see the bill and found that they have charged the same nestle milk three times in the bill means clearly cheating me for Rs. 90/. After this i tried the store phone no. as mentioned on the bill[protected]several times but nobody picks up.On the internet i tried to find out other nos. or way to complaint even vist the RIL site but of no use.
          After so much of regorous exercise , I want to mention as:
          1. why Reliance Fresh does not mention on the bill there web address and other ways of consumer feedback and complaints?
          2. RIL website mention the retail business but without any contact or feedback from customers?
          3. RIL website speaks only about their businees, growth story , stocks , contacts for business prospects etc. but totally ignore the end users and their concerns?
          I am sure now like other millions of people that RIL has grown up from zero to present level in this way only .
          Where is the transparency in business?
          commitments towards customers and relaibility in services?
          See stock prices and the interest of the retails investors in the reliance ( both the brothers) for last few years?
          Reliance can do best only in b2b style, when it comes to do the business with the customers directly . reliance has to be more transparent and approachable otherwise get perished!!!
          I hope somebody and the concern authority will take time to go through my situatiojn and will do the needful.

          It is stated that I had purchased some goods from Reliance Fresh Shop at ARJUN NAGAR, New Delhi for sum of Rs 1998.24 vide bill no#161 dt 17/12/11.
          I want pay the bill by credit card as the server was down we tried many times with different credit cards but it did not give any slips to be signed .The store manager thus advised me to pay cash which I did . But next day I was shocked to see massage alert in my inbox that I was billed thrice on my credit cards .
          HDFC Bank card no ending 8147 at 16:55:23 Rs 1998.24 dt 17/12/11
          ICICI Bank card no ending 2007 at 16:53:07 Rs 1998.24 dt 17/12/11
          HDFC Bank card no ending 8147 at 16:50:15 Rs 1998.24 dt 17/12/11
          Therefore I went meet the store manager Mr Abid Iqbal and was assured that these entries would be reserved from your side .Therefore it is requested to kindly reserve these payments at the earliest so that I would not have to pay for goods purchased four times.

            This brings a real disappointment to me as i paid for something which is not edible at all. I visited PANCHKULA Sector-20 Store today[protected] and bought 2 packets of "roasted black chana". As i reached home i found them rotten on opening the packet. I rushed back to them with bill and everything i bought. The sales person and the gaurd agreed that the food was not edible, but the manager dint care about it. His name is JATINDER KATOCH. First he took so long to even hear what i wanted to say as he was bussy laughing on some stupid jokes shared with his collegues during the working hours. Then he suggested me to talk to Bansal (whose make is this packet). When i asked him to give the email address where i can complaint he said that NO-ONE IN RELIANCE HAS TIME TO CARE FOR A RS22 PRODUCT. If that would have been Rs 5 product this complaint would still be here in your records. I really dont care if you replace my product or not but i doubt if you really train your emplyees before you appoint them as store incharge.
            I am a Business Developmeny Manager at an MNC and i know how this employee can impact your business. My past experience with Reliance Fresh has been normal but i just wanted to report this misconduct of yours employee. I had no option to go back with this the food product which is not edible.
            Before i started off with my complaint on this portal, i went through the reports filed by other customers too and its equally disappointing that THERE IS NO WHERE I COULD READ THAT ANY RESOLUTIONS HAVE BEEN DONE BY RELIANCE TEAM.

              it is observed that store is not maintanting adequate change,nor are they bothered to give the tele details of the head office in MP. For the last three times the sales man at hte billing counter has been suggesting to make the bill for nearest Rs 10/- ,not even Rs 5/- .when the mangers presence was enquired the staff declined his whereabouts

              I have been going to this Reliance fresh sine last 6 years. gradually they have started keeping rotten fruits and vegies. there was a time i used to pick up any fruits or vegies blindly as every piece was of good quality but now a days they are keeping worst quality items and spraying water on vegies very often. most of them will perish after 48 hrs of purchase.

                Hi,

                I purchased a 5 liter safola gold pack from reliance fresh outlet in Najafgarh. The pack was having the offer one liter free with this pack. I thought the free content is inside the pack as the pack was placed alone in the rack and there was no other 1 liter pack present at that place. The reliance fresh executive billed the pack for me and never told about the missing one liter pack. This incident tuck place on 26 sep 2010. I today on 26th Dec 2010 went to the store looking for the same pack fortunately the pack was out of stock. I went to another store and purchased the same and the store provided me the one liter pack which was free with the 5 liter pack. With this I realized that the reliance fresh guys have cheated me that day and have not provided any one liter pack on that day. I tied to trace the bill for that purchase but was not able to find the same. I called the store on the number printed on the receipt of today’s purchasing. I narrated the incident to the executive on the other end. I explained him that I don't have the bill with me but I have the pack handy with me with the Bar Code which can help to trace my bill. The executive ask me to come to the store and assured me that they will provide the one liter free pack to me. I went to the store the guard asked me to stand near the gate and said this have happened with many customer, with this I realized that the picture is bigger then what I expected as a simple mistake. The store was not providing the free pack to any customer and were willing to give only when customer were coming back and asking for the same any how one executive approached me and asked what is the issue I narrated the issue to him he said ok he is sending the store manager to talk to me, after we minutes another gentle man came as asked what happened. I narrated the story again to him he said without the bill we cannot help. I told them that you can trace the product you have sold with bar code. I have with me the product why can't you give a try one this he went back another gentleman came and told me I am the store manager what is the issue. I was really frustrated at this point a store manager who should be addressing these concerns upfront was hiding behind and sending all those tom dick and harry to get rid of me. The most amazing was when he told me that, what is the proof that the pack belong to this store. He told you might have purchased this pack from outside and have got it billed over here. I did not know whether I should laugh at his foolishness or should fight with him. He knows this very well that the guard on the gate takes all of you belongings before you enter the store how is it possible for me to hide 5 liter cane and get it billed. Will the reliance Database support such product to get it billed? I told him that I made the payment through my credit card and can show him the details on this he told me that if you can give me the exact amount of the bill then I can track and can give the free pack. I simply asked him to provide me his employee ID or email ID he straightaway refused and said my name is Deepak Sharma do what ever you want to do with this, I asked if he can give in writing that this pack does not belonged to that store he denied any cooperation. In the freezing cold I came back home collected the amount from my credit card statement and told him the amount on which he said that he will call me in a short while...............the call never came as expected. I don't want any one liter free pack. I want a considerable action against such people who come into customer relationship business and does not understand what a customer means to them they should realize that, it is because of them they are getting there bread and butter. Reliance should teach such people a lesson which they should remember throughout their life because ultimately it is the brand that is taking the HIT.

                  Hi , I am a regular customer of Reliance Fresh shop-Vidya nagar Branch, Bhopal. I am raising this complaint on billing errors found at this shop.
                  1. Apples offer rate Rs 80 being charged at full MRP rate at the counter.
                  2. Bournvita (for small kids) also charged at Full MRP at counter, when the offer price was mentioned less on the shelf..
                  3.Sumera paratha charged more than MRP price
                  4. Free offers also charged on the bill (soap bars which were free, were actually included in the billing amount)
                  5. The discounted rates were not subtracted from the total amount, but added to the total amount.

                  Its very rare that all consumers check bill after shopping at these type of shops. My first experience was when the discount were added to bill, instead of subtracting. From then onwards I started checking bills of reliance fresh and found the above errors has mentioned.
                  Everytime I called back on the number [protected] & usually the amount was refunded on one condition that the bill had to be surrendered to them.
                  Yesterday, Rs 42 error was found on one Item Apples and it had happened on two counters. My friend had also purchased same apples and even his billing had error even though he had stood in different billing counter. Rs 65 error was found on his bill for one item(apples).
                  When we called back someone attending the phone, gave rude responses and we had to rush back to reliance shop immediately to address this issue.
                  Finally we got our money back - but it is horrible. 1. Error in billing- which get unnoticed by almost all the consumers - its actually looting consumers 2. Rude behaviour of the manager who attended the phone call.

                  Request Reliance fresh shopping chain to look into system errors and ensure that there is zero % error on billings. Human errors can be on one counter not on all counters. Random audits to be done to check the errors on systems.

                  The price tag on the sundrop oil pack does not match with the reliance fresh bill. The image shows the details.
                  Let this be an information for all those who are buying their goods from supermarkets to cross check their bills for every item otherwise you end up paying more at super value shops like reliance.

                  Hello,

                  I have purchased some grossary and food items from reliance fresh outlet of Roop darshan society branch and found some error in billing after i paid the amount and then at exit security guard also found a diiferent error in the bill.
                  when i asked them to have a word with manger or senior manager they did not reply me correctly.

                  I am dissapointed with the service of Reliance Fresh as i used to be premium customer of it,and would never visit it again.

                    Sir,

                    I am a regular visitor of Reliance Fresh Store at Opposite to Army Colony, Nerul (east) Navi-Mumbai-400706. I want to say that in this store the behavior of staff mainly Supervisor and Cashier is very cheap and rude. They make a pressure of purchasing vegetables and goods above the requirement by certain ways :-

                    1.) Though the offer is displayed but they will say no offer is available.
                    2.) Offer is available only for particular people.
                    3.) If you want to purchase mark down vegetables at night then u have to buy in quantity according to them even u have requirement or not .
                    4) They have also remitted my R-card points which comes to Rs. 500/-
                    5) We have send mail also related to this but no reply.

                    When i talk to him about this and told Mr. Sachin about this he refused all the above points.

                    I want to ask that this type of store is their personnel or from super Indian brand RELIANCE Industries Ltd. so how they have to apply their own rules . when customer wants to purchase a limited quantity according to requirement then who gives rights to these employees to force on customers.Success of every business is depends on employees behavior with customers . Even i think it is proven by the sales statistics.

I want to say that in this store the behavior of staff mainly Supervisor Mr. Mrinal Srivastav and Cashier Mr. Sumit is very cheap and rude. They make a pressure of purchasing vegetables above the requirement by certain ways :-

                    1.) Minimum Quantity of 1 Kg.
                    2.) Must purchase some green vegetables with any other vegetables
                    3.) If you want to purchase mark down vegetables at night then u have to buy in quantity according to them even u have requirement or not .

                    When i talk to him about complaint book, store manager's, area manager's contact information the supervisor denied to provide me information about all this.

                    I want to ask that this type of store is their personnel or from super Indian brand RELIANCE Industries Ltd. so how they have to apply their own rules . when customer wants to purchase a limited quantity according to requirement then who gives rights to these employees to force on customers.Success of every business is depends on employees behavior with customers . Even i think it is proven by the sales statistics.

                    I am a regular coustemer of Reliance communication at "Char khamba kuan Fazalganj, kanpur-12 I want to say that from this branch I have purchased a data card modem of "MG880+", " Pin no.[protected]" and no."[protected]" with the name "Mohommad Ansar" but it is not working properly since the day i have purchased . Mr. Rohit one of the employe give it to me . I have wasted my lot of time with it but unable to get proper service . your workers at the office never recieve their phone,
                    I have the complete bill of it with no .3257. I just want to give me the proper working instrument or take it and give the cash payed by me . Otherwise I will not pay the bill and take the matter of frouding by your company in the court . -

                    Very much the same that happened at the Reliance Stores in East Tambaram, Selaiyur, Ganesh Nagar, where a customer support guy named Senthil behaved in a more worst manner to me,

                    This incident happened on a crowded day when there was only one billing counter was working in spite of three billing counters and the crowd was building up and I had asked him whether he had any other staff to help with the billing and that said "it is not my concern about that" and that if i had come there then i should carry on with my business and not to complain on these things.

                    I had eventually informed the Divisional Manager of that area and till today no step has been taken.

                    This named Senthil, thinks that he is managing the store and he is the store master, but this is not so and that this behaves in a rude manner to the customers and even uses rude words to the customers.

                      Reliance fresh one of the most unroganized fmcg chain in India.Manager of the store is not present in store to help the consumers 'name Mr Arun" & if available not in a condition to help people.They don't have staff to do home delivery,Executive,cashier in the store don't have general courtesy for the customer,they
                      don't have jute bags for the customer"because reliance is not providing them"if some ask without bags how will we carry the stuff,the reply is take box,& if we ask how we will carry the same the cashier replies u can carry the same on ur head,horrible.....if the attitude of reliance fresh goes like this i don't a bright future of this retail chain in years to come.

                        My name is R khan.my email id is [protected]@hotmail.com. I am a regular customer at reliance fresh situated at mira road station shantinagar. Yesterday i went there and bought some products. Out of those products one was 10kg atta and 2 cold drinks of 2.5 ltrs. Tgere was a discount of Rs 30 on 2 cold drink. After buying i went to cashier Mr Nilesh Padwar to pay my bill. I enquired about the discount on cold drink. He agreed. Then he told that 2kg of sugar is also free on 10kg atta. I did not wanted to buy sugar but because cashier told it was free with atta i bought it. I did not knew that they had fooled me. As i was coming out i checked the bill and recognised that sugar was not free but they had cutted the price of the sugar from my cold drink discount. I went to customer care Mr Dinesh Singh and explained everything but instead of helping me out he started arguing that bill and everything is corret. I tried to explain again but now he started to use foul languages. He was very rude. He said"phocut zhig zhig karte ho much much mat karo". Ge said many things. There were many people I felt completely insulted. Even the Manager Mr Sachin kaiya supported the cashier and customer care.l am feeling very dejected ad insulted. I did not wanted my money back, i just wanted to know why cashier Mr nilesh misslead me to buy sugar. Why did he lie about the offer. They did not answer instead insulted me. I just wanted clearification. First they cheat and they insult. People like Mr sachin kaiya are strengthning the culprits like Mr nilesh and Mr singh bynot taking action against them, and spoiling the image of company reliance fresh. I am because of people like them reliance fresh will loose many many customer. These people are completely assured that no action will be taken against them. Very dissapointed. Wating for justice.

                        Sir: I am a senior citizen of 78 years old. Today I purchased 8 packets (100g each) of 'SELECT MUSTARD BIG' from your branch at 1st cross, 1st stage, KHB Colony, Bangalore 79 at 10:50:35 today. But the bill was put for 9 packets costing Rs.85/- INSTEAD OF RS.75.50. I tried to contact the retail shop over telephone No>[protected]. But it is switched off. I shall be obliged if you could kindly investigate and enlighten me in the matter.

                          I had a bad experience today with the Reliance fresh store based in gokhale road, thane west. Firstly they did not display that there won't be any plastic bags being give to consumers, then they go ahead and bill the products even without informing about the same to the consumer, when asked they say we have told the regular customers about it. Over and above that they have the audacity to tell the customer that you better bring the bag next time. This is utter pathetic on the part of India's biggest chain of departmental stores. What kind of service is this? When asked for a complaint book, they do not have one is what the answer comes. Rubbish. If they are stopping Polethene bags it is a good move but come up with a more innovative way of educating the cutomer than simply dadagiri. The manager the counter girl even the staff behaves in an unruly manner. Either do something about it or stop operating.

                          I am totally dissatisfied by the behaviour of Reliance Retail store manager Balasubramnyam (Employee id:[protected]. The manager doesn't have the courtesy to respect the customer. I haven't seen such an illiterate manager in my whole life and I am really shocked to see Reliance(Branch - Chennai, madavaakam kutroad) recruiting illiterate, abusive, irresponsible and urgent person. He straight away yells and about to hit the customer. He uses abusive language in front of all the other customers. this proves the kind of people Reliance retail recruits and promotes. I have been a regular customer with reliance retail for more than 5 years and I purchase groceries of Rs.5000 every month in reliance. For being a good customer I got tribally bad response Balasubramanyam (Employee id:[protected]. The recording of his abusive behaviour can be seen in the Reliance retail camera itself.
                          I have been monitoring this illiterate, abusive, irresponsible and urgent behaviour of the staffs in this reliance (Branch - Chennai, madavaakam kutroad) for the past 4 months and it is getting worse day by day. If the manager Balasubramanyam himself behaves in a very urgent manner, no wonder the other staffs will follow him. They don't keep any carry bags, or boxes at all. If they don't have they should have the courtesy to write it down in notice board. All the customers spend al lot of time to pick up their groceries and at last get frustrated when they hear an urgent response from the manager.( he says - If you want groceries you bring your own bags, otherwise you can go to other retails). There is another person who is responsible for checking the reliance card points and book vehicle insurance at the same store. He says who am I to ask his name and it is his wish to tell or not. I wonder why the reliance staffs don't give their names, are they so urgent not tell their names even? I know about 25 families have stopped going to the Reliance and moved to other retails.
                          I know my complaint won't work and it will be not treated as important because I have seen people raising the same complaints lots of time but Reliance retail hasn't done anything. The manager is so dam sure that no one from Reliance head office will ask about his urgent, that he claims to me that no customer can complaint about him and if anyone complaints no action will be taken against him.
                          I strongly recommend my friends, colleagues, neighbours, relatives and others not to encourage the Reliance retails business by purchasing their products. I have raised this complaint in consumer complaints, Mouthshut and other grievance websites.

                          I am sure that no one will call me to check my issue, in fact it's the issue happening to every customer in that reliance retail branch. I have come to my senses that I should not purchase anything from reliance retail shop.

                          The stores had an offer (advt in Press and through Brochures at stores )of one Maggi ketchup 200 gms free with the purchase of two Maggi Veg Atta Noodles but while billing the same was cancelled

                          The staff mentioned that the offer is unavailable When asked for a the complaint book they made me wait for half an hour and made me write INSTEAD in the Customer Home delivery note book
                          The store manager refused to attend the call on his mobile and not called back till today
                          The Customer service when called told me to contact store manager only
                          An email to customerservice @ril.com was not replied

                          This is the second time when attractive consumer offer was refused
                          Feel local dealer hotels buy attractive offer and fresh vegetables and left overs are given to direct consumers

                            I Purchase rice(16/11/2010 at 8.15),at KDAMTALA RELIANCE FRESH HOWRAH-711104 WEST BENGAL. when I want to pay at cash counter , I saw the cashier(Rahul Singh) smoking at outside the sore when I call him, he told me, “it will take time” after 10 minutes he comeback and he tell me your bill amount Rs. 300.50. He told me give me .50 I told him I have no .50 paisa change, he told me slack language, and he return my money, and told I didn’t give rice to you. When I asked her name he told me “my name Rahul Singh and no one can do any thing ok” .
                            When I asked to whom can I contact for this, again they routed me to the same crap complain register, which I reckon is of no use.
                            If reliance fresh need to make profits they should cater their customer with good service, other wise..Subhikhsa, Spinach, dollor stores these are comming up rapidly..and slowly the store mangers who take every thing very lightly will start loosing their jobs.

                              Hi i have been using since last 2 years the temporary reliance fresh card and still not received the plastic card.Store manager is of no help.

                              So pls advise otherwise i will stop shopping in reliance outlets.Initially i thought reliance fresh is owned by Mukesh ambani so it would be better that Reliance communincation which is owned by ANil ambani.

                              But now it seems that Mukesh even worst than Anil.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I am a resident of Model Town Phase 3 Delhi. On[protected], I along with my aunt went to a Relaince Fresh Outlet for shopping of some household items. We purchased a pack of 10 Kg. of Rice form the shop and returned to our place. On unpacking of the packet we found that the rice were of bad quality not confirming to the description of the product.

                                At the same time we went back to the shop and asked for the change of the product as it was mentioned on the bill that the item purchased can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.

                                Accordingly, we intimated the cashier that we want to replace the packet and after his accord we picked another packet of rice. Then, we went to the cashier to replace the previously purchased bag and requested him to issue necessary document to enable us to take the replaced bag out of the shop.

                                However, now this cashier not only contradicted to his earlier statement but also abused us in bad words.He behaved in a totally uncivilized manner. He did not even feel ashamed of abusing women customer in front of his colleagues and other customers present at the shop. He even tried to hurt us physically. Other staff also joined him and confronted us.

                                Finally a senior fellow come out from the office and take notice of our plight. The matter get resolvd as soon as a civilised person get involved. Our product was changed and our request thus accepted.

                                However, the above episode had given both o[censored]s a traumatic experience and we wish such incidence do not occur in future with any other customer. We want that a serious action should be taken against the misbehaving cashier. His name is Mr. Lalit. We want to use this platform to kindly forward our case to someone who is a relevant authority to take an appropriate action against the uncivilised, misbehaving Cashier.

                                  Was issued a reliance one temporary card after filling up a form from ur Bytco point store 4 months before.was assured permanent card will be issued with in short time.but on enq, during Dewali i was informed that as details are not updated in system by ur BPO agencies benefits of earned points can not be utilized & also asked me to contact the nos provided in temporary card.On contacting them u will surprised to know that they started washing their hands in terms of non availability of data base & started doing typical blame game with the stores the way indian customers are used to face the govt. agencies.

                                  Do u have any genuine solution to provide me the permanent card as promised or should i consider it as another fake promise made by ur stores to ur customer.

                                  I am fully agree with Yo u ( Bishan Mandal)or, I have also facing the same problem .I have offered a Provisional card, I have also filled the form given by them at Reliance Fresh Retail outlet At Nehru park vastrapur Ahmadabad a year back, Card No Is [protected]. when I have asked for points and voucher, the concern person told me to call a customer care no but is is of no use. this is cheating of customer.

                                    On 9th September, 2010, I purchased some items from Reliance Fresh, Mithakhali, Ahmedabad. As displayed at the respective counters, few of the items I purchased were available at 50% discount. However the same is not reflecting in my bill. When I brought it to the notice of the employee at the same store some ridicules arguments were made and I had to pay full amount.

                                    I have checked on the net but could not find way to register complain directly to the company. Hence, requesting you to look in to the matter.

                                    RELAICNE FRESH — EXCESS AND WRONG BILLING

                                    Dear sir

                                    few days back i abhay kumar chandalia son of sri l s chandalia purchased few items from reliance fresh, patpargung branch, And as usual they charges excess amt and few items the rate is even more than mrp for biscuits, i lodged the complian alos but no one from relacne fresh attended. They chaeat every time they raise the bills, once again i had visited the same reliance fresh and told the person at the counter that today alos you will make the mistake and charge more money. Its not a matter of rs 2-3, they do it from majoity of cutomer approx 3.00 lacs bills per day. and a mistaek of rs 2 per eqals rs 1.8 cr per month and annully approx 22 crores. This is not fair and its an unfair practice, they argue agoian, in general no one checks the totals and the rates charges by them. And thery out of it.

                                      I have purchased 33 items bill no. 0106 & 0104 dt 23.10.2010.
                                      Following are major short comings especially in Customer service –RATHER THERE IS NO SERVICE AT ALL. Starting from the Security guard- by not issuing tokens for our belongings, and intolerance level goes upto Supervisor level of one Ms .Sankari – who is just doing TIME PASS activities- not even helping the Customers in purchase or finding out an item –or atleast providing a Trolley,blocking path –basically she does not know anything about the RELIANCE FRESH & SERVICE. & She is very Arrogant with customers. More over No BASIC- courtesy , Culture, Behaviour,No help to customer, Misguiding customers –making them to wander here and There. wasting customers time and Patience ,Irritating replies etc.,etc.,
                                      Just opposite to your Reliance fresh there is one similar outlet named FARM BAZAAR- (A shop similar like yours) . Just go and see their Service & other areas mentioned above. Really classic (Quick service ,coutesy,and help extended by the staff there.)
                                      Because of No service by people like the so called one Ms. Sankari & counter service you have to close down shop, else your competitors will make you to shut your shop , through their efficient service , behaviour ,approach etc.,
                                      As we all remember The Great Legend Mr.Dirubhai Ambani -who built the Grand Great Empire of Reliance Group of Companies – but now the situation may destroy the Good name created / earned by The legend Mr.Dirubhai Ambhani & it will take a beat., in the days to come, if no corrective measures such as by removing such Useless staff else things will happen for a good Closure of your Outlets / Organisations.As you well aware that Some may take up to Consumer Protection Court,RTI, etc., Pl.Take care.
