Hi , I am a regular customer of Reliance Fresh shop-Vidya nagar Branch, Bhopal. I am raising this complaint on billing errors found at this shop.
1. Apples offer rate Rs 80 being charged at full MRP rate at the counter.
2. Bournvita (for small kids) also charged at Full MRP at counter, when the offer price was mentioned less on the shelf..

Hi i have been using since last 2 years the temporary reliance fresh card and still not received the plastic card.Store manager is of no help.

On 9th September, 2010, I purchased some items from Reliance Fresh, Mithakhali, Ahmedabad. As displayed at the respective counters, few of the items I purchased were available at 50% discount. This is a matter of serious concern as it relates to billing amounts and customers being cheated
The billing amount of the products are more than the MRP of the product.
Secondly, after giving offers the invoice is at their full value(i.e. misleading and fraudulent offers)
This is very unethical and unjust for a brand like Reliance....

Reliance Fresh in Mira Road (East) sometime sells outdated food and brevarages in discounted rate, without informing customers that the food or breverage are outdated and also sometime "Best before" print of the product is tampered or somehow deleted from the pack....
