But still he has not submitted the documents of my claim as per your claim status report. So i request you to kindly disburse my claim amount at the earliest. Reliance Agent named Nikesh Gupta called us and asked to renew bike policy. He took premium in cash and sent us a policy. During Aadhar linking we have been inform by Reliance General Insurance company no such policy exists or issued to us. We are lost now; do not know how will get any help.
