    Mr. Gourav pandey([protected]), priyanka([protected]), ashis shukla([protected]), supriya ([protected])([protected]), neeraj mishra([protected])called me and lured me by the name of branch code from reliancelife insurance company delhi head office, connaught place, barakhamba road.They told me as you have you are our valued customer hence gives this branch code offer to you specially.
    They give me odisha branchcode first then jharkhand, bihar and up.The branch codes are bran/rli2765/70/od
    They informed me the insurance we did is only for one time payment and it will be cancelled automatically when promotional document generated on behalf of all these policy.
    They told me two call will come from our customer care one is verification call and another is promotional call, accordingly two call come from their side.1st call informed me about my actual policy and second call for promotional policy.
    In 2nd call they told me that the policy is for one time payment only.We are investing in a business of 7 lac and yiu will get 5% of the business every month from jan-2016 upto 5 years.
    I did the policy which has a value of 70000 rs.This is my hardearned money. Now that bloody gourav pandey, priyanka, ashis shukla, neeraj mishra are not picking up the call and some has switched off.I want to cancel those policies any how.

    Please cancel all my policies because i cannot continue these policies.
    Reliancelife insurance is hiring such dalals for making fool to innocent public.Never trust reliance life insurance company and any call from life insurance companies. They all are fake people looting indian market and public.

        I varun verma had applied for a policy on 14/11/2014 for premium amount Rs 15473 Annually. i keep on calling your Advisor Mr Vijay Bhopal ( ADVISOR CODE[protected] and the sales Manager Mr. Aman Khanna. Both your Sales representatives did not respond and now they even don't picked up my calls. because i never received my ORIGINAL BOND EVER. Then on 29/01/2016 i went to your local Amritsar office as about my policy bond. They download one and issued my original policy bond and handover to me . i read all the policy bond and fouvd that the terms and conditions of the policy bond doesn't suits my requirement.
        Therefore i am sending it back to you as free look in cancellation. kindly check it and refund my money into my A/C .

            This is to bring to your notice that representative of India infoline insurance broker Ltd company forced me along with my husband to buy the policy no 91210690 of reliance life insurance by assuring us the false sum assured amount of Rs 494000/ at the end of 15 years. I paid annual installment of rs 30000/ by cheque on April 2015. When I received the policy documents I realised that I have been cheated by this broker company as the mäturity value on document was only rs169864/ with bonus of Rs 42221/ it was also observed that my signature was forged on policy documents.
            Now I am not in a position to pay further installments due to financial problems thus requesting you to refund my money and also take a strict action against the broker India infoline insurance broker Ltd with contact no[protected], mobile[protected] agent code 21961975 this broker company was having its office at patto panaji Goa.

                I have purchased a policy from Reliance Life Insurance in which i am suppose to pay 1 lack annually and was assured that i will get the dividend with in the period of 90-120 days around 3.74 lack, and i bought the policy on the same condition but unfortunately came to now that there is no Dividend kind of thing I request you to kindly take necessary action against the company through which my policy has made and also Reliance life insurance company.
                The Reliance company was also told by us that if there is no dividend then please dont process for the same but they have cheated me . It is a humble request to kindly cancel the license for the brokers company from where the policy has issued Agent code no is 22151231 / Agent /Broker name is JAIN INSURANCE BROKERS PVT LTD.

So same I am raising through Consumer court.

                  Your representative had call me from Mobile No. [protected] and was asking me for the continuation of my policy in the name Of Kavita Raote. But due to some financial problems we could not continue our policy. So I asked him for some refund from the premium amount paid. But he said me you are talking like a fool how can we give refund amount and he said if you didn't want to continue the policy why did I remove the policy. I am highly surprised how you giving training to your employees, this is not the way to speak to the customer.
                  In fact i am in a Loss of Rs.15000/- your company has my 15000/- which is a plain and clear profit for Reliance.
                  I am sorry to say in future if I or any of my friends & relatives want to remove policy then RELIANCE IS A BIG NOOOOOOOO.

On 09-December 2014, I applied and obtained subjected policy no 51950045 ( client ID no[protected] by paying a Annual Premium of Rs. 29999/- For paucity of Fund, due premium was delayed, but without opting for, an amount of Rs.29627/- has been deducted from my Axis Bank A/c no [protected](ISFC : UTIB1999 ) by ECS ( Ref ECS/TECH Process Solution Ltd./[protected]. I am sure I never opted for the ECS. Owing this UNEXPECTED deduction I am in great trouble, as I could not send money to my Son studying Abroad (Russia MAI ) 2. Again on 17-Jan, 2015 one more same plan, Policy no.[protected]Client Id no[protected] was obtained by paying same amount i.e. Rs 29999/- only/ I apprehend, Agent/person behind the policy has played it. It is requested that Forthwith any and all ECS linked to this bank account may please be cancelled. There MUST not be any ECS deduction from this account.                             Catalyst Insurance Broker Pvt. Ltd., had cheated me by providing false information that Reliance will provide me personal loan, if I buy Reliance life insurance. After buying insurance they never turned back. I paid premium of Rs. 50, 000/-. The Catalyst Insurance Broker Pvt. Ltd, executive name from whom I got call is Sumit and his number is [protected]

                            I am not in position to pay every year this premium and would like to cancel the policy as Reliance company/Reliance insurance broker has cheated me with false information.

                            Now I am getting call from Bimalokpal saying that they will help me surrender my insurance bond and return my money back. I got call from these numbers [protected], [protected]; his name is Vineet Mehta and e-mail ID is bimalokpal.[protected]@india.com

                            When I researched on net, I noticed there are several complains about your agents and I see no action been taken. Why don’t you guys take sever action against these Catalyst Insurance Broker Pvt. Ltd? Why don’t you cancel their licence? What are you waiting for? How can you spoil your brand with such insane insurance broker? Don’t Reliance audit their agent before giving them licence to sell its insurance?

                            All I want is to cancel my policy and return my 100% money back ASAP.
