On dt.10.10.2021, I visited the Reliance Footprint, Sambalpur to avail redeem points on the coupon valid till 11.10.2021 .I selected one lady footwear of Global Steps .On asking for redeem the coupon amount, the store in charge talked very rudely nd strictly denied to do so .
It is to mention here that on the day of availing coupons on purchase footwear some days ago, the sales man confirmed me that on any item you will purchase within 11.10.21, you can redeem the coupon amount.
But I have denied on 10.10.21 why

Most importantly, the store in charge is a big Nonsense doesn't know how to behave and talk with the customer.

Hope my issue will be resolved soon.

    I bought this wooden spoon yesterday from smart falnir. Im very disappointed to inform that its a low quality. The color came out in first wash and the spoon became very rough.i didnt expect after paying 89rs. It is not good for cooking as the color comes out every time i use water.

      I had placed order on 02.10.2021 vide no.[protected]A & shipment no[protected]A-01. The said order is appearing as declined but an amount is Rs.1324.21 was debited on my Sodexo card. I tried to raise a complaint but the said order no is not appearing in the drop-down list. Even called the customer care but no response. Request you to look into my issue and provide for the refund to the Sodexo account

        I was checking out after purchasing the product. There was a lady executive at the counter. First I used my debit card to pay but it didn't happened I paid the money in cash. But when I reached home a sum of rs 2262 was deducted from my bank account which was equal to the money I paid and was from reliance mart. So please help me get my money back at the earliest.

          I've bought red banana from smart point - reliance mart - 641004
          Offer -
          1kg @ 49rs
          2kgs @39rs
          I bought 2.255kg and I've paid 98rs.
          I've asked this 2.255 * 39 = 88rs this is what the actual bill amount should be but the bill is 98rs. They're giving me explanation that only first 2kgs are 39*2
          And for the rest 0.255kg - 49*0.255 = 20.
          So, I bought 2 kg - 78 rs (39 for 1kg) and for 0.255kg i paid 20rs.

            I have gifted my mom kurtis worth of rs 3k n frm that 2kurtis are not fitting her properly n while buying there was no wer return no exchange or return policy when the bill is done n scanned that time also they didn't said a word, now wen I went to exchang it they are not ready, saying that its a new policy no exchange n no return... its fraud what reliance is doing right now, n customer care no is not working no one is der receive the call..

                  I went to Reliance Mart and bought a foot mat which was in section of 99 rupees. But when billing was done they asked for 199 which was totally unacceptable. During inquiry the staff said it was in wrong place. So I asked for my refund as it was not my mistake to pick an item which was in wrong place which I was unaware of. But they refused refund saying it is against company policy. They suggest me to take something else which I didn't wanted. I totally felt looted at Reliance Mart, Vajra world, Gangtok.

                    We bought a water bottle worth 300 rs from the shop from the reliance shop in Baramati, subhadra mall. But when we came home we noticed the water bottle is leaking. We won't be travelling to Baramati for upcoming time as it's lottle bit far from here let me know how can we get the refund for this

                      Yester day i am going to relience smart balasore, near railway station road, 756001. But sir when i discuss them this voucher they told me no, we have no information. They told me please meet our manager when i meet manager he said me that said same i am not know about that. Sir my voucher valid till 21st march 2022.

                        I had carried with me a Delicious Ilachi product which I didn't buy at their store. . As find a offer in the store of Reliance illachi, I bought it but mistakenly fell in my same bag when I was double checking to see my purse and phone in bag or no as i had lost recently my purse and phone in such stores only. When the staff checking the product I said it is mine I bought outside. And I did not notice about their product., which mistakenly went inside my bag. Staff is arguing that I purposefully I steal it and moreover saying Delicious is their brand, which actually is not and is available outside grocery stores also, where i buy regularly in one of Agarwal stores Lothukunta. I was blamed for stealing and made to sit like thief. Staff is arrogant and their behaviour is unacceptable. Created very embarrassing situation. Why can't they open camera and look to it and then reach customer. First look to the customer who they are and speak.I am regular customer to the stores and buy Rs. 5000 to Rs. 8000 monthly for Grocery and Rs. 10, 000 in Reliance trends every 3 months. Because of this misbehaviors by the reliance staff, decided to never visit Reliance stores, let it be for clothes or Grocery.

                        Dmart allow customers to carry their bag inside the store by tieing knot to the bag and inside we will have our outside about items safe with us.. After billing we can open our bag and can put the items bought in the store. They do not question customer about the items in bag

                          My earphone is stolen from the store of the Reliance Mart and my back was spotted outside the store in the entrance of the gate and I was in the store for picking up MI daily useful things when I came back to pick up my bag I saw my earphones was stolen from outside the bag where we kept our water bottle the manager and the guard and other stuffed that I talked to are saying that it is customers responsibility to take care of their things or luggage which they are putting out side the locker now I want to complain for its in securities like they didn't even give us the token service and even don't even take the responsibilities to take care of the luggage and things which people put in the locker also the lockers are open so anybody can stall anything from the lockers and didn't even check with the cctv cameras I want my earphones for the 500 rupees for the in securities and bad Infra structure of they did not even have good payment method

                              Today I am visited reliance smart store and seen some discount on prestige gas stove and I am impressed to buying but during billing executive said 200rs extra. But discount price put it on product is 2699, I have taken a confirmation 3tomes, after I have decided to going purchase but billing time that fellow said 2899. It's clearly indicates that cheeting to customers, my question is why you people showing discount price and billing time making one invoice. Know people was educated no one polish. O am going to escalate to in social media and given to complaint to consumer forum.
                              Pls take serious action on this. I have taken all the photos on the spots. And executive also not respond properly.

                                I have ordered grocery on jio mart on 13 sept and it was supposed to get delivered on 18 th September
                                I complaint at [protected]@jiomart.com and they committed to deliver this on 18th itself but till now it's not delivered nor there is any proper tracking details of this order
                                I have mailed several times at customer service id but till now there is no commitment of this order delivery

                                  I am writing to you after much deliberation and pain about an issue I am facing. It has been over two months that I haven’t received any wage for the 16 days of services rendered. I worked hard and completed my tasks. However not getting wage is now causing me much mental stress.

                                    I have ordered through jiomart several times but unfortunately the experience in all these orders have been below par, not even anywhere comparable to local stores that do not have the wherewithal like Reliance.

                                    Veg and fruits are expired or rotten, delivery personnel does not take return or ownership, packages are open thereby raising suspicion on their weight due to items falling prior to loading in the carton box, few items like butter and perishables are supposed to be delivered separately but takes multiple followups, they do not issue the bill copy with endorsement of the pending items, customer support is a far cry they simply copy-paste their responses and there is no grievance redressal or service tracking mechanism.

                                    Most recent order made on 15th Sep 2021.

                                    I am not sure of the management is even aware or bothered about customer experiences/issues. I expect much more from a giant like Reliance that wants to grow leap and bounds in the Indian consumer segment.

                                      I have ordered two items in the jio mart. At pincode 814110. my order has processed and shipped for delivery but my order has returned by the delivery boy (Manish pandit)without any contact with me, when I try to contact with delivery boy he rejects my call all the time and he finally blocked me .and after this when I want to complain for the delivery boy with his manager, the manager of jio mart dumka 814101 told that I don't know anything about the order that you have placed by using jiomart I can't solve your query.. From this type of response of the manager I very disappointed with jiomart ...So please deliver my returned item with the reattempt delivery... I have a hope with you... My order id can be found in the photos which I have provided..
