Reliance unda rice 10 kg the qualty of Rice packed 10 kg is too bad. Even 20 RS ration shop rice quality is better than this

I bought some items from alappuzha on 30/10/2021. And amount seen in my cash back is 478 but due to some technical issue cash back is not working and I had to pay the full amount. Shop manager offered me to credit the same cash back with in two days. But they didn't do that. This is unfair and is not suitable to a good company like reliance. Pls interfere in this matter and solve the same.

I bought few products because of Buy 1 Get 1 offer and was charged for both. I realised it after the payment. Happened with two different items.

Sorry to Mr. Mukesh sir but your executive free to fail yur commitment and u belong to your father.. your father gave us everything in our country but now yur executive is missbehave withus at 8:30 not entry in the reliance smart... in u.p approx time is 10:00pm for closed but in ghaziabad, indrapuram your showroom closed before 8:30pm and you are committed that your staff is understanding...

There was a dates packet which was mentioned as buy 1 and get 1 and the same was even confirmed by one of the employee. However in billing I was told offer is not getting captured in system while billing. Due to this reason I had to remove this product from the billing and the person at the billing counter mentioned the same issue is happening since morning. Wondering why was the offer not removed nor the billing issue is fixed when the issue is noticed since morning. Issue was not resolved when I went around 5pm.. unfortunately I had to return the product and I was made to wait near billing counter for more than half an hour. I even requested the product to be delivered at my home which was also denied. I request someone to take necessary action against this issue. You may contact me @ [protected] once the issue is resolved.

This guy was not available at the reliance store.
They said if I will buy items of above rs 3000/- then they will deliver at my home.
I have been asked to be directly go home and expect the delivery soon.
Now when I called back this guy... he being a manger had no idea. On asking the status he again was blank. Now when I called again post awaiting response for about 20 min, I called that man again and he completely dismissed my request. Wasn’t able to speak in English properly and said he will send me when he can.
Then he said he will deliver before 9 pm. Anytime before 9 pm. I am not sure if he had taken this seriously. There can be items which needs to be refrigerated. I am absolutely disgusted with your services. The guy should be ashamed on speaking with a valuable women customer like this ...
If you can’t groom / or hire professionally groomed manager then I have no expectations from reliance at all.
Zero customer satisfaction. Hate your service. Items purchased are waste of money. Worst quality ever. Learn from dmart/ big bazaar... you will never learn I believe. Customer service should be priority for you. Reliance should take a strict action.

Need this to be looked at on priority. The manager was extremely rude. He shouted at me. He might take away all my items and will not even deliver it. #Waste of money #novalueformoney #refundmymoney

I happened to visit Reliance Trends Footwear at Shaikpet, Hyderabad on Saturday, 30th October 2021 and it wasn't the best of experiences. Your staff behaviour is unacceptable on so many counts.

A lady with the name Aruna happened to be at the entrance who outright disallowed our entry into the outlet, sighting closing time as the reason even though it was 21:25 hours. She had the audacity of telling us sarcastically that if we allow you now then when should we close the store. Well if that was the case then you should change your timing to 21:25 closure to allow 5 mins time to close store. I for sure would never shop at Reliance and would encourage friends and family to look elsewhere.

This definitely is not the kind of service we were expecting from a brand as big as Reliance. Horrible!

On 29th OCT 2021 I HAVE PURCHASED WORTH Rs. 4650/- from RELIANCE MARKET, GARKHEDA MALL, As u have displayed that after 1500/- purchase u will give sugar st 9/- per Kg. But at the billing time i have asked to helpdesk he denied me by saying sugar is not available !
It means u r advertising that this which u cant deliver to the customer which is i this manipulation to the customer.
Which is shows poor service quality and fake promiss u do !

I visited reliance market today.The billing people are worst and lathargic. I stood for 45 min in que and atlast they neglected to put bill for the groceries and shifted me to another billing counter wherein that boy was not ready put bill. I am handicapped also. No courtesy for those people to help in anyway. Got severe legpain standing all the way. At last I have to come out without purchasing and those people were least bothered to send a customer without purchasing. Wasted my time. Disgusting.

Hi, The rice taken on 25/09/21 from Bhadrak store-756100 for mobile number [protected] is very very low quality and not eatable. I visited the store and requested them to exchange it with quality products, but they refused to do so and rather than exchanging they told me that I could have taken only 1 KG and tried it before taking 25 KG. I spent 300 Ra petrol and came via car just to exchange the product and it's really pathetic. Please help me to exchange it. Thank you

I have purchased 200 gm saras paneer from reliance mart, lack city mall, udaipur Rajasthan on 23rd Oct 2021 and the date on the panner packages is 5 Oct 2021. Best before 15 days is mentioned on package.

How can a big store is sold the expired items.

Purchased at Kalikuppam shop for home delivery on 23rd Oct for about 7000 inr. Delivery hasn't reached yet.. they called at 23.00 hours on 23rd and we rejected to accept citing our last time delivery experience post 21.30 when women were alone at home. Now called in the morning to hear Abdul personally rude on the call. If this is going to be the case, iam sure that the business will receive a reputation unimaginable...

Please take any advice.

I have not bought oval mat of rs 99/- and still it shows in my bill which i shop from reliance Mart, Baramati, dist Pune i have notice the same after coming home, how could i get my payment back.

I have paid an amount(321.50/-) through UPI on 09/09/2021 at reliance smart point, joka(U301) .amount deducted successfully from my account but bill not generated.cashier assured me that the deducted amount would be reverse within seven days.then I paid the bill amount through cash.my amount till not reversed dated 20/10/2021.please look into that matter at your helping end and reverse my paid amount as early as possible.

Sir,

I have purchased an A.C. from Reliance Store, Porvorim Goa on 16th October, 2021. However, the same is not installed till date.

My existing A.C. is not working and because of that I could not sleep for last 6 days. I called Reliance Store, Porvorim for 20 to 25 times. But nothing is done.

You are requested to look into the matter and direct the concern person to attend my problem on priority.
