I have ordered grocery on jio mart on 13 sept and it was supposed to get delivered on 18 th September
I complaint at [protected]@jiomart.com and they committed to deliver this on 18th itself but till now it's not delivered nor there is any proper tracking details of this order
I have mailed several times at customer service id but till now there is no commitment of this order delivery

I am writing to you after much deliberation and pain about an issue I am facing. It has been over two months that I haven’t received any wage for the 16 days of services rendered. I worked hard and completed my tasks. However not getting wage is now causing me much mental stress.

I tried reaching out to my management but haven’t received any satisfactory response.

Please look into this matter with high priority as I am suffering a lot due to unpaid wages.

I have ordered through jiomart several times but unfortunately the experience in all these orders have been below par, not even anywhere comparable to local stores that do not have the wherewithal like Reliance.

Veg and fruits are expired or rotten, delivery personnel does not take return or ownership, packages are open thereby raising suspicion on their weight due to items falling prior to loading in the carton box, few items like butter and perishables are supposed to be delivered separately but takes multiple followups, they do not issue the bill copy with endorsement of the pending items, customer support is a far cry they simply copy-paste their responses and there is no grievance redressal or service tracking mechanism.

Most recent order made on 15th Sep 2021.

I am not sure of the management is even aware or bothered about customer experiences/issues. I expect much more from a giant like Reliance that wants to grow leap and bounds in the Indian consumer segment.

I have ordered two items in the jio mart. At pincode 814110. my order has processed and shipped for delivery but my order has returned by the delivery boy (Manish pandit)without any contact with me, when I try to contact with delivery boy he rejects my call all the time and he finally blocked me .and after this when I want to complain for the delivery boy with his manager, the manager of jio mart dumka 814101 told that I don't know anything about the order that you have placed by using jiomart I can't solve your query.. From this type of response of the manager I very disappointed with jiomart ...So please deliver my returned item with the reattempt delivery... I have a hope with you... My order id can be found in the photos which I have provided..

Are you selling at this price due to low quality?

Today we have purchased 2 t-shirts from the store and they have printed the bill of 3 and also for buy 2 get 1 offer they have taken the amount of 3.
While contacting the store for complaining, the number given on the bill is not registered.
We have purchased a total of Rs 5238.

I was given only one cotton carry bag worth rs 50 and was billed for 3 costing 150

I bought approximately 1.5 kg peanuts from Reliance smart times Square, Ground Floor, near Vithal Rukmini Mandir, Bhatewara Nagar, Hinjawadi Village, Hinjawadi, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411057.

My concern is the quality of peanuts is worst it has some kind chemical smell and also tastes weird not as regular peanuts. Please look into this issue and revert.

I am at your mall in gandhinagar sargasan.

Right now there is only 3 cash counter running and your cashier passes me from one counter to another. I was in queue at 3rd and when my turn came he told me to go on another counter.
Very annoying.

Counter number 9 was my previous counter and i moved to counter number 8 and time is 8:13 pm 31 august 2021.

I Bought SurfExcel washing powder which is 3 KG +1 Kg Free powder,
When I opened the Box, I was surprised to see only 3 Packets of washing Powder -1 Kg each. with out Free 1 KG powder .
My house is 10Km away fro m reliance mart
If I have come to your store I have spend Rs 250 Petrol for my car

Hence I request Reliance mart to deliver 1KG washing powder to my house address

I was sold expired product . This had with me for the second time.

I have paid payment of 1599 in South bopal, Ahmedabad reliance mart.
My money was debited in my account but not shown in your account. So manager tell me that I was give money another time in reliance mart.

Why I should pay extra money for my goods.

Relience smart at Similiguda, Koraput, Odisha are miss arranged here product and miss lead to the customer kindly take action against it

At the reliance smart store opposite Athena, Mangalore, there was an urgency to visit the toilet and it was such a bad service none of the staff knows where is the toilet and it is so shameful with a big store there is no toilet facility for the customers.

What kind of shopping store provides no toilet facilities for customers. Upon complaints we were told that toilets are only for staff. What kind of behavior is this.

Sir i am purchase a LED bulb in your mart at sundargarh his wranti period is two years but I used six month and bulbisdefitab know the store managertold me know stock is nill so I cannot replace

I had forgot my backpack in the baggage section of the mall. i was out of city for a week. i reached at home and visited at reliance but the staff only tells me that we will inform you. they haven't informed. till now it's been 4-5 working days. I do have read the rules but i am surprised that there is lack of security in the superstore there was'nt camera at the very first enterance of the mall when i told them were not able to shopw me the recording's because of that.

I want the proper answer for that as a customer reliance should think about the safety of the customer's ASAP and my what about my backpack the staff is careless not taking proper care my another question is why the baggage counter is kept open publically, without any proper system like token or locker type. On asking about my lost product they told me that "if it would be forgotten then it must be here but actually, it might happen that someone other took from there" another safety breach. Why Reliance does not follow the proper token type system as other mall?.

Money was deducted through upi payment but in the card machine the bill was not generated and till now the money was not returned.
